A collection of letters sent home to Canterlot by one Byron Charter, leader of an expedition set to unearth the long-lost mysteries of the original home of ponykind. Under the guidance of a young adventurer who claims to have physical evidence of great treasures waiting to be unearthed, the group will brave the uncharted wilderness in their attempt to make a name for themselves and open up a new chapter in Equestrian history.
