They moved back and looked down, there were red broken things. The girls took them home and tried to piece them together. It took a while but they finally did it. The Gems started to glow but they thought nothing of it. When they stopped the cracks in the gems pieced together gems were no longer there, its like the gem pieces conjoined. They realized that they should wear them tomorrow for the new week, only one problem. No thread or ribbon or anything to hold it to their neck or arms. They soon found some thread and it was white, they tied it around the gems and agreed to call it the Melody Gems. They were happy with themselves after that and talked about them and how nice and pretty they are. When the day was almost over Jillian and Hailey left Lydia’s house so they can get to school tomorrow. The Plan Is MadeThe CCP girls were thinking of the plan to take the Melody Gems and make them theirs. “Okay girls, here is the plan.” Nessie smirked. “We are in same classes but different times right?” Brenna asked. “Well I haven't seen them around in any of my classes.” Mary said. “Same here.” Brenna said. “Great, while they are at their lockers we will write down the locker number.” Nessie thought out loud. “Okay but how are we going to get into the lockers, they have locks on them?” Mary asked. “God Mary you’re so dumb a locksmith, duhh” Brenna sighed “You're dumb Brenna.” Mary argued. “Shut up will you!” Nessie yelled. Let Me Take A SelfieThe Mane 3 were worried that the girls or someone else would take their gems if they weren't together, so they decided to have a sleepover at Lydia’s. The girls felt better when they were together for some strange reason. They felt protected. There is no magic in Janesville, is there? The girls quickly fell asleep. When they were sleeping they kept having nightmares that the gems would lead them to danger, of course they didn't let them scare the girls, they were teenagers after all. In the morning they told each other about the dreams and they all had them. That made them laugh, they all had the same dreams. But why were the dreams nightmares? It isn't all the time that you all have the same nightmares. Maybe they were visions. But they didn’t let the nightmares scare them. They hadn't brushed their hair yet and they took a selfie. Then Jillian and Hailey had to go home. “Bye Lydia!” the girls both said as they left. Rain Of The CCPs“Finally, we got them.” Nessie said eagerly. “Why did they want these pieces of rock?” Mary asked. “Oh shut up Mary!” Brenna demanded “It’s because it makes us sing like angels!” Nessie sang. They tried to figure out why they loved these so much, all they seemed to do was make them sing better. The CCPs went downstairs to see that almost everyone had left, the only people that were left were the mane 3. The girls were looking for something. "Hmm, I wonder what they're looking for.” Brenna whispered. “Duhh, they're looking for the gems!” Mary said proudly. “She was being sarcastic.” Nessie said while she elbowed Mary. “Oww, that hurt!” Mary whispered. Then the mane 3 realized that the CCPs were standing on the stairs with their pjs on. Their eyes seemed to be glowing sort of. No, their eyes couldn't be glowing. Only if you were magic you could have your eyes glow. Unless they were magic! The only magic they have ever seen was… the gems! Then Lydia whispered into Jillian and Hailey’s ears, “I think I found the gems.” Lydia said. “Really? Where?” Hailey asked. “Over there.” Lydia whispered as she pointed to the three girls. “How did they get them?” Jillian asked. They tried to figure it out. “The hold your breath contest!” Hailey said, “They probably took it from us when we were under water!” “Good idea Hailey.” Jillian said. They tried thinking of ways to get the gems back. They thought of many ways. They thought, maybe we should just tell them that they are our’s and if they say no then we tell her parents. Then Lydia said, “We are teenagers, we don’t need to tell their parents, we can deal with it ourselves.” “Are you crazy??” Hailey asked. “I can’t” “Well I can answer your question if i’m crazy,” Lydia answered, “eeyup, i’m crazy!” “Hey guys we still have to get our gems back.” Jillian reminded them. “Oh yeah.” Lydia said. “We can deal with it tomorrow.” Hailey suggested. StageIt was lunch time at school, it was a Tuesday, and taco tuesday! The girls liked taco tuesday they always choose tacos every time. When the three joined together they then sat down to eat. They started to eat and talk about how to get the Gems back. Then the double doors in the lunch room slammed open. The girls and the other CCP’s just looked at them everyone else gasped. They started to sing a song, and it was weird. They sang about like a competition of some sort. The Melody Gems PlanThe Mane 3 walked to the school track and discussed on how to get the gems back. They thought and thought, shared ideas that wouldn't work and failed at thinking outside the box. Just then Lydia shared this plan that was actually decent. It was to wait until the CCP’s gym to grab the Gems back. ‘Cause you can’t have necklaces in gym. They would find what locker number they have and grab the Gems. “That’s not a bad plan Lydia.” Jillian said. “Yeah but how do we get inside the lockers?” Hailey asked. We looked at her and she giggled, “Hehe nevermind I know, a locksmith unlocks it” she corrected herself. The next day Mary was at gym so Lydia asked the teacher for a bathroom pass and she could. She texted the other two what she was doing and she grabbed the locksmith from her locker and used it on Mary’s locker. She spotted the Gem and snached it. Then she locked the locker backup, unlocked Jillian’s locker and put the locksmith in there closed it back up and went back to class. Fifth period came and Jillian got a bathroom pass for Brenna’s Gem. She opened her locker and spotted the locksmith, she grabbed it and went to Brenna’s locker unlocked it and spotted the Gem, she then grabbed it, put a cardboard cutout of the Gem she made and closed the locker. She giggled, put it in her pocket and unlocked Hailey’s locker. She seen it was clean and set the locksmith in plain sight, she then closed the locker and walked back to class. Last period came Hailey went for a bathroom pass and went to her locker grabbed the locksmith and went to Nessie’s locker, grabbed the Gem, locked the locker back up and went to her locker and put the locksmith in her backpack. When school was over they met up and showed each other the Melody Gems. They grinned in happiness and laughed all the way to Frostie Freeze. She dropped the cardboard and dug around her locker it wasn’t very easy because there were a lot of fake love letters from herself. “I have to clean my locker some day.”she mumbled to herself, “I have too many love notes.” She couldn't find her gem so she went to tell the others. Turns out the others couldn't find there's either. They were about to lose hope when they remembered that they stole it from the mane 3 in the first place. They must have had them. They didn’t know that the mane 3 stayed at Frostie Freeze. They searched the whole mall, that was their excuse for going shopping. They lost hope of finding them at the mall. They tried every store they could think of. Then they tried restaurants. They found them at Frostie Freeze. When the mane 3 saw them, they fled just in time, they were very close to taking the gems. The CCPs got really mad at them. “Those are our gems!” Mary called out to them. “No!!!!” the whole mane 3 shouted. The CCPs left in exhaustion. The mane three giggled then left to go home. The CureThe next week came by and it was a Thursday. The last week that the girls had a chance to think of a plan. Jillian thought of something! “Guys, what if we sing!” She said. “That is the dumbest idea ever.” Lydia replied. “What if we force feed them sugar and other sweets and junk food.” Hailey said. “Well I can’t think of anything, so singing it is!” Lydia pipped up. “Okay my idea is dumb then, okay.” Hailey said. “Yup.” Jillian giggled. “Yay!” Hailey giggled. “Focus, we have to figure out a song we have to sing.” Lydia now very annoyed almost yelled. “Why can’t we just make one up?” Hailey asked. “Yeah, thats a good idea.” Jillian smiled. “Okay, but who will write it?” Lydia asked. “We will!” Hailey and Jillian said at the same time. Jillian got off her back on pinned Nessie on hers, She then slapped her across the face, she got off of Nessie who was now putting her hands on her face going ow ow ow ow. Jillian went to help Hailey and she Jumped on Mary then let Hailey do the rest. Jillian ran somewhere and know one seen her leave they were too busy watching the fight on stage. When Hailey was done she kicked Brenna off Lydia and let her do the rest. Hailey then ran after Jillian ‘cause only the three knew where to go, the janitors’ closet. Lydia pushed Brenna down on the owing Nessie and ran to the closet to talk to Hailey and Jillian. “Well that was a bust.” Lydia groaned. “Yeah we were almost done!” Hailey cried “Monday.” Jillian said. “What?” The other two asked. “Monday we can try again.” She said. “Are you crazy?!” Lydia kind of screamed. “No, I am being practical.” Jillian answered. “Okay, fine we will try again Monday.” Lydia said. Monday rolled around and again lunch time they tried to sing their song, this time they took the Gems. A month went by and everyone was a CCP obeying zombie! The three girls thought of a plan to get the gems back and return the obeying zombies back to their minds. Wednesday came and it was the time to get them back. They ran in the cafeteria and jumped on the girls, they yelled for the obeyers to take us off of them, they did, they also made a prison cage thing made of the zombies. Just then Tarin came in and seen the Mane 3 in the cage of zombies, the girls with smirks on their faces and red eyes. Without the three CCP’s attention she ran up to them, tackled them and took off the Melody Gems. The zombies just then stayed still waiting for someone to abey. Tarin ran up to the Mane 3 and gave them the Gems, they then ordered the people to stop and let them go. The Mane 3 sang a song and it didn’t work. The Mane 3 then had Tarin come up here and sing it with them, Hailey handed her the music sheet to read the lyrics and they sang the song. This time it worked, they also grew ears and their hair grew like a ponytail but long so it looked like they had a tail. Tarin did to, it was really cool. The zombies were no longer zombies and had minds again, the CCP’s weren't trying to steal the gems again and life was great...sort of. SchoolThe next morning came and they went to school. They were sitting on the track and Nessie came up to them and tried to get Lydia to go with her but she refused. Nessie got mad and also tried to act all nice to get Lydia but that didn’t work either. It was Wednesday and The Mane 3 finally found out what the gems do, because they were singing Battle of the bands and they sang better than they had ever sang before. But that wasn't all they did. The gems had special magic that made everybody else grow furious at each other. The girls made sure to use the Gems for good and good only and they swore on oath. Everyday after school they would meet at Frosty Freeze, cause the ice cream and so they could talk about things. Nessie was being suspicious of the gems but she didn’t even know about the powers the gems had. Or did she. And got some friends together to make a plan to steal them even though she didn’t know about the powers that lurk inside. The other CCP’s (Cool Cute Popular) wanted to know what the three were up to but they didn't tell. The Pool PartyIt was now the weekend for conferences. This week so the Mane 3 were having a sleepover all weekend. They asked their parents if they could and they said yeah, they are almost full grown it’s time to stop asking them and do it themselves. So they did and went to go grab like 30 dollars for pizza, ice cream and the other things teenagers like. They brought clothes, their phones and the charger. They kind of believed in magic but magic came to them when they were like ten and they liked My Little Pony, but now they are 15 and they think My Little Pony is for little kids now. Also they think that their imagination made them think magic was real. But that wasn't the only sleepover, the CCP girls were having one too. “Okay girls the plan is in place we just have to get them to an all girls pool party at my place and we can snatch them when they are swimming, like the necklace might fall off so that will be our chance.” Nessie grinned in jealousness of wanting to be more popular. Luckily right when Nessie sent out the letters the girls read it and came on time at Nessie’s house and got their swimming suits on. Everyone soon got there, there were about 12-15 people there all girls though. The girls took off the Melody Gems and placed them under their towels without Nessie or anyone else looking. They then went to the diving board and dived off and swam around playfully splashing water at everyone and everyone splashed them. When the time was right Nessie told everyone that they should have a contest on who can hold their breath the longest underwater. Nessie had Mary find the gems, she did, and put them into a little bag and put them inside under a couch pillow. When she came out the girls were still into the contest, Nessie and the three other girls were still going. Then Jillian popped out of the water gasping for air, soon Lydia did too. It was just Hailey and Nessie now. 30 seconds later Nessie came out gasping for air climbing out of the pool going to sit on a tanning chair thing. Lydia tapped Hailey on the back and Hailey came up not really gasping but giggling. “How did you hold your breath that long?” Brenna asked. “I don’t know, I think of things I like and don’t think about how long I can do this or where I am.” Hailey replied. Mary showed the two other CCP girls the necklaces and they laughed. Nessy told the girls to go get clothes and in a bathroom (Nessy is rich she has like 5 bathrooms) and take a shower. After that they got the Gems on and went upstairs to sing karaoke. The heard that eachothers voices were way better and they grinned, they finally had the Melody Gems! This Is What It DoesThe CCPs still didn’t know what it did yet, until they sang Welcome To The Show. Everyone started yelling at each other and they knew it was them because they were all happy until they started singing. “Girls, I think I know what the gems do!” Mary said. “Yeah right, you don’t know anything besides your ABCs.” Nessie shot back at her. “No, this time i’m sure!” “Really? What?” Brenna asked. “Well, they give everybody lollipops and candy then they bring you to candy mountain to give you more candy and $100.00. It’s obvious.” “What?” both the girls asked at once. “I said, they give you-” “Nevermind.” “Wait I think I actually figured it out!” Mary said. “Likely story.” Brenna told Mary. “It controls people.” “Yeah that was even worse than the last one.” Nessie said. “No, i’m not joking this time!”, said Mary. And got some friends together to make a plan to steal them even though she didn’t know about the powers that lurk inside. The other CCP’s (Cool Cute Popular) wanted to know what the three were up to but they didn't tell.
The Pool PartyIt was now the weekend for conferences. This week so the Mane 3 were having a sleepover all weekend. They asked their parents if they could and they said yeah, they are almost full grown it’s time to stop asking them and do it themselves. So they did and went to go grab like 30 dollars for pizza, ice cream and the other things teenagers like. They brought clothes, their phones and the charger. They kind of believed in magic but magic came to them when they were like ten and they liked My Little Pony, but now they are 15 and they think My Little Pony is for little kids now. Also they think that their imagination made them think magic was real. But that wasn't the only sleepover, the CCP girls were having one too. “Okay girls the plan is in place we just have to get them to an all girls pool party at my place and we can snatch them when they are swimming, like the necklace might fall off so that will be our chance.” Nessie grinned in jealousness of wanting to be more popular. Luckily right when Nessie sent out the letters the girls read it and came on time at Nessie’s house and got their swimming suits on. Everyone soon got there, there were about 12-15 people there all girls though. The girls took off the Melody Gems and placed them under their towels without Nessie or anyone else looking. They then went to the diving board and dived off and swam around playfully splashing water at everyone and everyone splashed them. When the time was right Nessie told everyone that they should have a contest on who can hold their breath the longest underwater. Nessie had Mary find the gems, she did, and put them into a little bag and put them inside under a couch pillow. When she came out the girls were still into the contest, Nessie and the three other girls were still going. Then Jillian popped out of the water gasping for air, soon Lydia did too. It was just Hailey and Nessie now. 30 seconds later Nessie came out gasping for air climbing out of the pool going to sit on a tanning chair thing. Lydia tapped Hailey on the back and Hailey came up not really gasping but giggling. “How did you hold your breath that long?” Brenna asked. “I don’t know, I think of things I like and don’t think about how long I can do this or where I am.” Hailey replied. Mary showed the two other CCP girls the necklaces and they laughed. Nessy told the girls to go get clothes and in a bathroom (Nessy is rich she has like 5 bathrooms) and take a shower. After that they got the Gems on and went upstairs to sing karaoke. The heard that eachothers voices were way better and they grinned, they finally had the Melody Gems!
This Is What It DoesThe CCPs still didn’t know what it did yet, until they sang Welcome To The Show. Everyone started yelling at each other and they knew it was them because they were all happy until they started singing. “Girls, I think I know what the gems do!” Mary said. “Yeah right, you don’t know anything besides your ABCs.” Nessie shot back at her. “No, this time i’m sure!” “Really? What?” Brenna asked. “Well, they give everybody lollipops and candy then they bring you to candy mountain to give you more candy and $100.00. It’s obvious.” “What?” both the girls asked at once. “I said, they give you-” “Nevermind.” “Wait I think I actually figured it out!” Mary said. “Likely story.” Brenna told Mary. “It controls people.” “Yeah that was even worse than the last one.” Nessie said. “No, i’m not joking this time!”, said Mary. She explained to them how they work and what they do. Meanwhile, The Mane 3 were listening to them. Jillian told the girls that they know now. The Mane 3 needed a better excuse to get the gems back.
