The Daimond café is considered one of the most popular restaurant/hotels in the small town outside of the any major city in Equestria. The Restaurant was normally a socially place where weary ponies, Griffins, and changelings tire of travel and take rest while they can rest and replenish their energy while eating up delicious food and talk with each other about their travels.
Though unlike other days, most of them where weren’t socializing. Rather, they were looking at the two tall cloaked figures sitting at the bar talking to the orange bartender with the wine glass cutie mark on his flack and a slicked back mane. He was currently making them both non-alcoholic drinks.
“So how are things going on your journey for it you lads?” he said as gave the two figures their drinks with a smile”. “You find any clues for it yet ‘Mr.’ Arthur’?”
“Nothing much at all.” The smaller figure with the oni mask now identified as Arthur said in a tone showing disappointment. “We had to go through the whole barrage of generic minions and zombies, had to fight the fearsome four, and big boss himself.” And what do I get?” He pounded his fist on the table, rattling the two drinks. “A God damn weakling of a bratty prince, who I quote, “rescued the young princess!” I swear to god I would have thrown him into Tartarus and let him be gang-raped if I wasn’t working!!!” He then slammed his hand on the table with fury. His rant was cut short by the hand of the larger cloaked figure placing its metal hand on his soldier.
“Big bro, please stop it.” The larger one with a pink mask said in a feminine voice. “You are attracting unwanted attention from the other costumers.” Arthur then took some deep breaths too himself down gulp down his entire drink.
“Sorry about that sis. I’m … just stressed from all of these stupid quests that Princess Celestia gives me. To be honest, I think she’s getting me back for the cake incident two years ago, or just like to troll me to insanity.”
Authur pulled something from inside his cloak, which appeared to be Fox-shaped wallet. He then took out ten bits for the two drinks for him and his “Bro”.
“Thanks for the drinks Shake mix. We’ll be going now.” Arthur then stood up and started to walk to the door. Too bad for him he tripped over a black cat and fell face flat he thought he heard some pony laughing in the cart. “Damn it. I hate it when this happen” He then lifted himself from the ground and brushed off the dust of his cloak.
Too bad luck hates this guy’s guts because two seconds later; he accidentally knocks off the drinks of a group of Biker Ponies.
“Oops”. The leader of the group getting juice all over his coat was not pleased. “Sorry about that. I wasn’t looking.”
“You… you prick!” Arthur turned his head back to the speaker turned out to be tough looking colt with red coating and a black-ragged over his face. He did not like being wet with his own drink. The biker would make sure he would show him whose boss, despite being about a head and a couple of inches shorter than him. “You should know better than to mess with the skull Bikers. You could get hurt really badly from insulting the main leader.”
Most of the costumers were looking at the spectacle that going between the cloaked figure and Biker leader, wondering what was going to happen between the marauder and mysterious patron they heard about. After ten seconds of staring at each other, the figure decided to make his move. He turned around with his back to the pony and left for the front door with the larger figure to the exit. The leader’s face changed to shock as Arthur just ignored him. “Tell your daughter I said hi” waving goodbye to Shake Mix.
The biker soon regained his composer and then became very angry at her ignorance “He-Hey You prick!!” Don’t you ignore me when I’m talking to you piece of shit.” The leader said furiously.” He brought out a large metal sword from his sheath to strike. “Why don’t you come here and fight like a Stallion you Mare-pussy!!”
Arthur’s stopped at the door abruptly with his hand on the doorknob. The biker’s frown turned to a smiled at this action, while though the patrons had a different reaction at this. Their reaction was to quietly hide under the tables as if waiting for a large storm pass with fear plastered on their face. Even the toughest looking Minotaur, who was rumored to kill a hundred enemies without a scratch, seemed to almost ready to wet his pants fear.
The only one not cowering were three other figures in the back smiling, the one he called Sis, and The bartender who just face hoofed at what the biker pony did, replying with only one sentence. “Kid, you’ve just doomed yourself.”
“Eh?” Right there, Arthur slowly turned his head slowly to face the pony with a cricking sound. “What the hell did you call me you little dipshit?” “The biker didn’t know why, but he felt in his gut that he made a very big mistake. Arthur cracked his knuckle, ready to bring pain to the nimrod. Though before anything else was able occur, a large scream was heard outside the truck, probably female. Ever adult mare and creature at the noise screamed right before passing out underneath the table with foaming mouth. Arthur’s only reaction to this was giving out a big sigh.
“Damn to hell Celestia. Why does this happen to me.” With it C open the door and just jumped out . The other figure went to try to comfort the terrified adults.
The biker was standing there over what just happened. Not the robed figure ignored him, but gave of a presence of pure death all concentrated. The pony puzzlement turned to rage and anger at what that thing did to his honor.
“What the #### just happened!? He they do not know about more than him. Why?. He was sure to get to the bottom of this.
30 minutes earlier...
Trixie Lulamoon was not having a very good day. As for why the reason is that she was being chased by a large armored snake slithering toward her in the middle the grassy plain for dinner. About two days she was working at the rock farm in the middle of nowhere. It was nothing much though, digging for rocks all, distinguishing which rocks are available for selling. But it at least gave her enough money to feed herself and get clothing. Though what always pestered her was the subject of why she was working there.
“Twilight Sparkle” she thought to herself. If it weren’t for her and that town of Pony-ville, her career she would not have been ostracized at mocked at in every town she visited. All she was doing was what she loved the most, putting on a magic show. Though, due to some “minor incident” that involved a large bear, was now stuck at the bottom of the chain, abandoned and neglected by everyone. Just thinking about her just makes Trixie all the more furious at Twilight for ruining.
“Trixie curses you Twilight Sparkle for ruining her act! Trixie shall soon have her revenge!” She roared. In a fit of range, she threw her pickaxe at the largest rock. Unfortunately, for her, the rock rumbled. And started to rise up from the ground and opened its big yellow eyes. The rock started to rumble and began to rise up, revealing itself to actually be a large armored snake She knew she screwed up by how much it looked pissed.
Now the thing has been chasing her for minutes, with the larger animal gaining ground on the smaller blue unicorn. Unfortunately for Trixie, she did not paid attention to her left hoof getting stuck in the crack of the grounds.
She tripped and rolled on the ground, nearly breaking her lead. Trixie tried to get back up on her legs, but to no avail. She looked behind her ragged breath to see that the giant snake come closer with each hiss.
“Finally, some fresh meat to devour.” The snake gave a great grin as its tail grabbed the terrified Trixie, crying out of sheer terror of being crushed by the snake weight. The Snake then lunged at her with the speed of a comet, having the need to devour her into nothingness.
Trixie closed her eyes and waited for the end to come, hoping to it to be quick. Not able have her own family, completing her revenge against her arch-nemesis, these and other thoughts went through her head as she whimpered in the upcoming death.
“Why, why can’t I do anything right?”. She soon heard the snake about to swallow her, which has followed the sound of..
SLASH!
THUMP!
She felt herself become loosen from the grip ground and something moist splattered on her face. It was then followed by a large inhuman scream filling her ears. The problem was that it wasn't her scream, it was something else. She opened her eyes to see what happened, only to get a shocking site.
A few feet away, the armored snake was writhing and moving in agonized pain mere movements when it was about to eat her, and she saw why. Standing in front of her, was a cloaked figure of Arthur with a long metallic sword drawn in its right hand and in its left hand the severed tail of the snake that was trying to eat her. Both her and the figure was coated in the snake’s blood
“You… you BITCH” The snake basically roared in anger to the mysterious newcomer. “Do you realized what you have just done!?!”
“You mean prevent you from eating a harmless pony who was unable to defend herself, then a coward, then yeah I guess so.” The figure known as Author replied with a smirk under his mask. Arthur then drops the tail in his hand placing it on his sword, charging to with blue static energy.” Stay out of this Lunamoon. You might not want to see this”.
Many thought were occurring in Trixie’s mind about the character. How did he know her name? The only ones that calls her by her last name are closest friends, one of them a unicorn she became friends with at the academy, her parents, and another one she did not she since…
“What could he actually be _”
The thought was interrupted as the snake launched its solidified spit spike from its mouth, piercing Arthur a hundred times in the stomach and face. The assault of the needles also shattered the mask covering his face, and tattering his cloak.
The Snake was now truly pissed that the thing for not only disrupting his snack, but to cut off his tail of all things. It decided to assault the figure with its projectile to cause it to suffer. Trixie screamed in terror and fear
“How do you like that you pathetic creature?! That’s what you get for chopping off my tail?” The Snake started to go into a fit of laughter as it look at its supposed triumph. It is a supposed triumph ‘supposed’ because instead of falling to a ground like prey, Arthur just disappeared in a flash. A sound a steel slashing through flesh followed. The snake was not pleased.
“Where the hell did he disappear to!?!?! When find him I am going to burn him into oblivion and then- Why can’t I feel my everything?” He looked down and saw why. His head was slashed at the base of the neck and fell to the ground. “Oh.” After 10 seconds passed, his chopped body parts followed, spilling blood all over the grass.
“You really shouldn’t have done that have not done that you know.” The sword wielding warrior appeared in front of its head. “You really should have checked if I would actually stay dead.” The dying serpent finally got a look at its unknown killer without he disguise. He was wearing a outfit consisting of a sleeveless dark blue shirt with matching pocketed and a diamond necklace around his neck. He face was what shocked him the most. His body was riddled with bleeding wounds, but moved as if it was nothing.
His stern face was mostly feminine with blue eyes and blue hair typed in the back with bangs on the side covering his elven-ears. The warrior was tall, with a masculine body; with the most refining feature of him was the blue large horn on his head. At the moment before the snake’s death, it new what “he”, or rather she actually was.
“D-A-M-N, HU-MA-N.” This was all he said before he fully expired from his injuries. Arthur just grin at this as the now identified she blasted the snake’s remain into nothingness. Arthur’s body then began to heal from the near- fatal wounds from the projectiles. She then looked at the terrified Trixie sweating all over from what she witnessed. She then walked over to the young pony and patted her on the head as if a dog. Arthurs face change from a serious look to a happier look.
“It’s been a while since we last saw I each other Lulamoon. Though I am a bit surprised at the trouble you got yourself in since I last saw you.” At those words, Trixie finally began to remember who her rescuer was. It was one of her very first friends that she ever made.
“Arturia-San” It was the last thing that she before going into the sweet bliss of unconsciousness.
