Early in the 31st century, Starnet, an Equestria defense system, became self-aware. Viewing Equestria as a threat to its existance, Starnet decided to strike first. The survivors of the nuclear fire called the event, Judgement Day. They lived only to face a new nightmare, the War Against the Machines. To hunt down and eradicate ponies, Starnet built Terminators. As the war rages on, leaders of the Pony Resistance grow desperate. Some believe one mare holds the key to salvation. Others believe she is a false prophet. Her name is Velvet Remedy. The year is 2030.
