"Yet another defeat!" thundered Lord Zedd, the enemy of the Mighty Morphin'n Power Rangers, as he sat fuming on his throne inside his castle on the moon,

"We'll get them next time, my lord" piped up Goldar, "maybe you should calm down?"

"If it wasn't for those Rangers the earth would be mine!" Zedd fumed,

"Try not to get..." Goldar began to speak but as he moved towards Zedd he froze,

"Who dares!" Lord Zedd demanded,

As if in answer a pale purple unicorn with a dark purple mane streaked with pale blue appeared,

"Lord Zedd, I presume?" the unicorn asked,

"Who are you and how dare you break into my castle?!" Zedd asked,

"To answer your questions" the unicorn replied, not even noticing Zedd's anger "my name is Starlight Glimmer and the reason I have come is because I need your help."

"My help?" Zedd asked, confused

"Yes," Starlight replied "and in return I will help you destroy your enemies"

"I'm listening" Zedd said,

"I cannot believe we lost again!?" fumed General Venjix, the leader of the Machine Empire Remnants,

"How could we loose to a group of humans?!" General Steelon raged,

"It is an insult to the empire and to our leader, Emperor Bando!" General Gerrok followed,

"We'll get them next..." General Automan began, as he and the other two generals froze in front of Venjix.

"What's happening?" Venjix asked,

"I can answer that" Starlight Glimmer said, as she appeared.

"Who are you?" General Venjix asked,

"I am Starlight Glimmer and I need your help" Starlight Glimmer replied, "if you help me I will help you destroy you and your generals' enemies"

"I am at your command" General Venjix said,

"Follow me" Starlight Glimmer replied.

She turned and in a flash a portal ripped open. The general and Starlight walked through it into a castle-like cave while the other generals stayed frozen in place.

In the centre of the room was a circular table around which sat seventeen other figures. These were: Lord Zedd, General Havoc, Ecliptor, Trakeena, Vypra, Ransik, Toxica, Zurgane, Zeltrax, Emperor Gruumm, Morticon, Moltor, Dai Shi, Venjix, Master Xandred, Emperor Mavro and Sledge.

"Why are we all here again?" Toxica asked the members around the table,

"I bet your all wondering why your all here" Starlight said, as if answering Toxica's question.

"She's good" exclaimed Master Xandred. Both Dai Shi and Moltor nodded in agreement.

"You all have something in common" Starlight continued,

"And what would that be?" asked Ransik

"You all have been defeated by a group known as the Power Rangers" Starlight answered,

"Do you have to remind us?" Sledge growled, Moltor and Morticon both shared Sledge's mood

"There is something you all were doing wrong" Starlight continued,

"Are you calling me an idiot!?" Emperor Mavro fumed,

"In a word, yes" Starlight replied,

before Mavro could go any further Starlight carried on, "you, Master Xandred had an entire army of nighlocks and yet you were defeated"

Xandred looked ready to strike Starlight down, she ignored him and carried on"and you, Emperor Gruumm you had an army of Krybots waiting for your signal and you too were stopped"

"Is that the reason you brought us all here!?" Gruumm raged, "to insult us!?"

"No, the reason I brought you all here is to suggest that you all join forces" Starlight went on,

"Answer me this, why should we work together it seems illogical" Venjix spoke up, speaking on behalf of all the others,

"Because apart you're all easily beaten, but together you are all a force that should be feared" Starlight stated,

"How do we know you speak the truth? We don't even know anything about you besides your name" Ecliptor, who had been silent now spoke,

"Because I know what it feels like to be beaten" Starlight said, a scowl on her face,

"Tell us more" General Havoc piped up, suddenly interested,

"My life was once happy and care-free, everypony was happy, everypony was equal until..." Starlight trailed off,

"Until what?" Vypra asked,

"Until THEY arrived" Starlight continued, her horn glowed and an image appeared.

In it was a light purple alicorn, surrounded by two pegasis ponies, one coloured light blue, the other coloured butter yellow, next to them was a white coloured unicorn, the last two ponies in the image were ordinary looking ponies one coloured bright pink, the other coloured orange.

Starlight carried on, "That alicorn you see was the one who thought her version of friendship was all about being different and her friends thought so too. They destroyed everything, that's why I've called you all here."

"I think we understand your plight now" Lord Zedd stated, "you, like us have been denied your true goal"

"Glad to know we have an understanding" Starlight replied,

"So" Dai Shi said, all eight of his head nodding in agreement, "where do we start?"

"Hey, Night Gilder 'sup" Double Diamond greeted the azure pegasis as he skied down the side of the mountain outside The Nameless Village,

"Oh, nothing Double Diamond" Night Gilder replied, as she flew alongside the white earth pony

Double Diamond reached the bottom of the slop, near the entrances of the caves,

"Hey Double Diamond, you hear that?" asked Night Gilder, as she landed next to her friend,

Double Diamond took off his skis and listened, "Yeah, it sound like metal hitting rock" he replied,

Then without warning a small group of black and blue robotic creatures with red eyes followed by other creatures coloured grey with gold faces burst from the caves. The black and blue creatures were armed with arm cannons while the others were brandishing staffs.

"What are these things?!" cried Double Diamond,

"I don't know, but we can take them on" Night Gilder said, she flew as fast as she could at one of the black and blue creatures, only to be hit by a blast from the creature's arm cannon. Night Gilder fell to the ground, paralyzed.

"Night Gilder!" cried Double Diamond, he was about to help her, before he, too, was hit by the same blast, paralyzing him too.

"I...I can't move" Night Gilder said, as she struggled to move her wings,

"The ponies are subdued" one of the creatures said,

"Excellent" answered a voice,

"Hey I know that voice!" both Night Gilder and Double Diamond cried at the same time,

"Indeed, greetings from a long time past my 'friends'" the voice continued,

"Starlight!" Double Diamond spluttered,

"Its been a long time" Starlight smirked,

"What are these things and how did you magic them up?" Night Gilder choked,

"These are Krybots and Cogs" Starlight explained,

"They would be our doing" another voice spoke up,

"Who said that?" asked Double Diamond,

"That would be us" the voice answered, after which two other figures stepped forward,

"Introducing, General Venjix of the machine empire and Emperor Gruumm, conqueror of worlds" Starlight added, introducing the two new comers.

"Take them" Gruumm ordered, the Krybots and Cogs picked up the still paralyzed Night Gilder and Double Diamond and carried them into the caves,

"What do you want with us!" Night Gilder demanded, when she and Double Diamond had been put down,

"Oh, I think you two know what I want" Starlight smirked,

"You want our cutie marks?" asked Double Diamond,

"That and I need a vessel" Starlight replied,

"What do you mean a vessel?" Night Gilder asked,

"I think I'll let my other friend tell you himself" Starlight answered, after Starlight finished what she saying, a giant eight headed dragon entered the room.

"Introducing the master of all evil, Dai Shi" Starlight continued, introducing the beast

"Thank you, Starlight" Dai Shi replied, all his eight heads stared at both Night Gilder and Double Diamond,

"I think I'll take that one" Dai Shi said, after sometime he pointed right at Double Diamond.

"Wait, what?" Double Diamond confused,

Dai Shi said no more, in a second he had transformed from an eight headed dragon to cloud rusty coloured gas, that seeped across the room making straight for Double Diamond.

Double Diamond tried to move out of the way of the smoke, but the smoke seeped into his body. After the smoke had possessed Double Diamond he fell to the ground.

"Double Diamond? Are you ok?" Night Gilder asked,

"Double Diamond's not there" Double Diamond replied, but not in his normal voice, the voice the can out of him was that of Dai Shi.

"And that just leaves you Night Gilder" Starlight said, walking over Dai Shi Double Diamond,

"What are you going to do me?" Night Gilder asked, "Your going to do what you did to Double Diamond?"

"No, not you" Starlight answered, "we only used him because Dai Shi needed a body, with you we need an enforcer",

"What do you mean, an enforcer?" repeated Night Gilder,

"I can answer that" a demon like voice answered, it was followed by a half cyborg demon creature entered the room,

"I give you the master of the underworld, leader of the morlock army Morticon" Starlight said, introduced the demon cyborg,

"Thank you" Morticon replied, "now for you" he continued turning to face Night Gilder.

Morticon uttered some words that Night Gilder couldn't understand after saying the word a cloud of black smoke appeared and rushed straight for Night Gilder, she, like Double Diamond tried to avoid it but she was still paralyzed.

The smoke enveloped her when it cleared Night Gilder was wearing dark purple armour with a gold chest plate, wolf head shoulder pads their were holes in the armour for her wings, her Knight saber and Wolf shield were attached to her back,"Arise Knight Wolf" Morticon command,

"Yes my master," the pony who had once been Night Gilder said, kneeling before Morticon.

"Well, I think its time to show equestria Starlight Glimmer means business" Starlight said, an evil smile on her face.
