Chapters My name is Pinkie Pie. I am Ponyville's number one party pony. Why? Because I love to throw parties for almost every occasion that’s why. I am the most sociable pony you will ever meet. I have five best friends Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, and Fluttershy. Together we are the elements of harmony wich I would love to explain what they are but I know Twilight can explain them better, but I am the Element of Laughter if you didn't already know that, wait of course you know that you've been watching me and my friends for at least five years. I should throw a party for you when we're done, opps I'm getting off topic.... Anyways, I live in sugarcube corner with the Cakes, Mr. Carrot, Mrs. Cup, and the twins; Pumpkin, and Pound who I foalsit every now and again whenever Mr. and Mrs. Cake are busy doing something super duper important. I also occasionally help with the Cakes in the shop when I am not on an adventure with my friends. I also have this thing called my "Pinkie Sense" which Twilight tried to explain without success apparently. My "Pinkie Sense" lets me know of imminent dangers to anypony that I know the name of and know personally and the sense can pick up anything from the most minor occurrences to the most major catastrophes that can harm the ponies of this town or anypony in Equestria. In fact I feel one right now and I have never felt that one before but its not the doozy I felt a few months ago but its more of a small one that is probably harmless anyways I wonder what will happen to whoever is the recipient is I hope it will be fun for them as much as one of my welcome to ponyville parties like the one I threw Twilight when she came to ponyville! But there's something that I want you all to know, I wish to be normal, normal meaning that i can have civil conversations with ponies about day to day things without seeming off, now don't get me wrong I love my job but ponies can't take me seriously. I want ponies to treat me like a normal Pony from time to time. The thing is I'm not all that keen on asking peonies to do that. I really wish somepony would come along and help me with this. "Princess Luna!" I said while bowing to the alicorn out of my etiquette training reflexes.
"Rise good sir, what are you exactly?" Luna asked with a confused look on her face.
"I'm a homo sapiens more commonly known as humans." I reply flatly. “Am I in Equestria by any chance?" I think to myself not willing to ask the princess that question just yet for personal reasons and something told me to not to.
"Oh, well you have a job to do sir." Luna replied while two entities walked by who seemed to be arguing with themselves and that look a lot like me but I really don't pay much attention as I focus back to the pony in front of me.
"And that would be?" I ask with a confused look now for two reasons.
"You are to be a guardian angel." Replied Luna
"Have I died in my world?" I ask worriedly knowing the steriotipical reason.
"No. You have not you have been summoned to this job." Replied Luna
"OK OK that's good." I say relived still with confusion on my mind.
"You seem confused sir. What's wrong?" Luna asked
"Oh sorry, I am but just at one little detail that I keep coming across. And please Princess you can call me Trevor everybody er every pony dose back where I come from." I said.
"please i can understand your worlds terminology concerning a large group of beings and what detail if I may ask do you keep coming across that worries you so much?" asked Luna with a sound of curiosity with fear mixed in.
"Whose universe am I in mine or yours, if you don't mind me asking Princess?" I asked politely.

Twilight's (from spikes pov) and Solaces story
One night I was doing what I had been doing ever sense we got to Ponyville, reading Twilight's diary to make sure that she wasn't doing something that she would regret later on. You all know that I see her as a sister to me and sometimes siblings drive each other nuts but time after time siblings look out for each other, Twilight looks out for me nine times out of ten, but when it comes to being emotional help, I help her way more than she'd like to admit. I was reading her latest entry in it, seeing that I thought it was gone in the explosion of the library.
My name is Twilight Sparkle and I am the newest princess in Equestria and I don't personally like it. Well not the new castle that grew from a crystal box containing a more powerful version of the elements of harmony that was used to defeat a power hungry maniac that was going to destroy all I knew and loved, until my friends decided to make it more homey for me. But the fact that every pony acts differently around me makes me feel so alienated and honestly it stresses me out sometimes, but the stories of my friends make me feel better, especially after that cutiemarkless town run by that manipulative mare, too bad she got away I wanted to ask her where she got her training from. Anyways, Applejack told me of her sisters escapades in Applelosa with a "wanted" fugitive that just wanted to be in the rodeo and caused trouble while at it. I heard form a little birdy that Fluttershy was going to the Grand Galloping Galla with somepony, lets hope that this year is better than last time. Unless HE shows up then it's going to be very complicated. Anyways who knows what tomorrow might bring, hopefully somepony who will love me for me not because of my title or my past actions. I just want to be loved as a mare who loves to learn, is that so hard? I swear the stallions in Ponyville want power than a relationship, except Big Mac, but he's taken.
Twilight came In her door to find me reading......
"MY DIARY!!!!!!!!" twilight screamed at me making me jump six feet in the air.
"Is that what this is I thought this was an unmarked fictional history story in your point of view." i said nervously as i laid the diary down. knowing full and well of what it was and i was just looking out for twilight, i always do.
"No its not, but that's not a bad Idea for a book series though." Twilight said excitedly as she began to pick up a quill and paper with her magic to write the story at her desk in her room." I wonder if it'll be as good as the daring do series!" She said excitedly. I face palmed and walked up to her desk.
"You can work on the book series later its late and we should get to bed." i said grabbing the ink and paper from her and motioning her to her bed which was on the other side of the room.
"You're right, thanks spike. You always have my back. Good night!" She said sheepishly as she got to her bed and began to get under the covers.
"I might right now but you need more when you're out doing something dangerous without me." I muttered then said as I was about to close her door, "Night Twi!"
I went to my room moping about what she had recently been through knowing full well that I couldn't do anything to help. I would've gotten in the way anyways. No, I will not think like this!
"Luna I know this is probably gonna be a thing you may overlook but could you give twilight a guardian for when I can't be there for her and make her feel like she wishes? It would be a big help. I don't know why but i just cant stand the thought of her getting hurt or being depressed." I said looking to the moon.
My name is Solace. I don't have much friends excluding one, Trevor. my life has been awesome and also I'm a vampire. the thing is I don't drink blood just to drink blood I drink blood only if the person has no right to live like a psychopathic killer or something like that not because they don't want to live anymore. I found that Trevor wasn't around one day to pester me to do things and I decided to sit down and start wathing my favorite show MLP. my favorite pony Twilight Sparkle was trying to avoid her castle because it was too big and it didn't feel like home. I love her, shes a mare who wants to learn and wants to learn what a relationship is. And if i was given the chance i would be the one who loves her. Well I fell asleep halfway through and I met my favorite princess luna and I flipped out knowing the possible outcome of her visit but calmed down and asked......
"Am I dead?"
Then she did the unthinkable
She laughed at me
Why was she laughing at me? Was it something I said?
Luna was exhausted. She had just finished giving two ponies their guardian angels after doing her regular duties. This part of her job she rarely did because there wasn't much of a need for them. Also this drained her of most of her energy and left her tired every time, sure she could ask her sister for help but Celestia had said that she needed to know her own limits someday, and today was that day. she couldn't keep her eyes open any longer and feel asleep on the spot.
She woke up with a few doubts about what she had done. But as of late there was a noticeable stress increase in both mares recently and they both needed ways to vent any pent up frustration they had. Luna knew that Twilight would vent much more easily than Pinkie would so that's why she chose the stallion named Trevor for her and Solace for Twilight. she then heard something scream, wait it wasn't a something it was a somepony! The screaming grew louder till a blur of color flew towards the floor and a loud thud with a groan was heard afterwards. Luna jolted up as she saw what had fallen into her room. She couldn't believe her eyes! It was a black alicorn with a straight brown mane and a pencil and a mic as a cutie mark. The stallion lifted his head and Luna gasped in shock, the Pegasus had a horn! It turned his head to Luna and his eyes went wide then he passed out at the same time Luna did.
Earlier in Trevor's dreamscape....
"You are in route to Equestria." Luna said as she chuckled softly at his reaction.
"Why?" Trevor asked not understanding any of what was happening to and around him.
"Because you have been chosen to become a guardian angel." Luna clarified for him.
"Ok.... that makes some sense, so who am I guarding?" Trevor asked again.
"That is for me to know and for you to find out." Luna teased.
"Oh that is so not like you Princess, but since your character hasn't been too well developed in our worlds version of you so who knows if this is what you normally act like." Trevor retorted.
"What?" Luna asked now the one being confused. Trevor catching himself in his slip thought of a way to make this less awkward.
"Nothing. Time to wake up and find out who I'm guarding" Trevor said nervously avoiding her gaze.
"Good idea." Luna agreed with him skeptically.
Later with Solace in his dreamscape......
"No you are not dead you are in route to Equestria." Luna said wiping a tear from her eye and smiling to herself at his comment.
"Really? This is a dream come true!" Solace exclaimed happily.
"And why is that?" Luna asked confused. Solace then noticed who he was with then became stoic in nature.
"No reason." Solace replied.
"Ugh just like that Trevor fellow." Luna groaned out.
"Wait Trevor is in Equestria? What is he doing?" Solace asked in slight shock.
"Same thing you will be doing." Luna replied.
"Which is?" Solace asked for clarification. Luna facehooved as she noticed her mistake.
"Becoming a guardian angel" She replied.
"Oh. Well I'd hate to be one to ditch beautiful women but i gotta get up, if you don't mind" Solace said winking at her, making Luna blush.
"No go right ahead." She stuttered out.
Back to present time in newcomers head....
"WHO ARE YOU?" both Luna and the newcomer asked.
"WHO AM I WHO ARE YOU?" they both asked again.
"Wait what am i doing... Ladies first." the newcomer said.
"Thank you, now what is your name?" Luna asked him.
"My name is Ethan whats yours if you don't mind me asking." Ethan replied with his own question.
" I do not mind at all my name is Princess Luna." She answered him.
"Luna? Like the moon Luna?" He asked with a glimmer in his eyes.
"Yes, why do you ask?" She replied with a surprised look at his own outburst. He caught this and cleared his throat and calmed down.
"Because I love to look at the beautiful moon in the equally as beautiful night sky." He replied.
"Y-you love the night?" Luna asked in a different shock.
"Of course! I prefer it rather than the daytime." Ethan replied nonchalantly.
"Why?" She asked somewhat worried.
"Because I am not that good around people that I don't know and at night most people are at home going to sleep." Ethan clarified.
"You are talking to me and we don't know each other well." Luna pointed out.
"I know but I feel different around you." Ethan confirmed.
"As do I." Luna agreed.
"Want to talk about this further awake because this dream scape is really disconcerting." Ethan said with a bit of caution.
"Why not." Luna conceded.

Ethan's day
Ethan's day
The day begins as it usually did with the usual routine which was about to be thrown out the window because this was the last day of school. It would be the last time anyone would see each other till the next day or later for a end of school party. but there was one who couldn’t do any of this. His name was Ethan. He couldn’t do anything with his classmates because he couldn’t drive and also he couldn’t make a proper friend to save his life. He went home and he laid down on his bed, put in his earbuds and played some dubstep remixes to popular songs, and proceeded to fall asleep for a “hour” nap.
In his dream he saw the weirdest thing. There was this horse-like being who was all alone with no friends. there then was a pop-up that said “Do you wish to be her friend?” He hit the yes button and another popped up saying “Are you sure? You will leave everything you ever knew on Earth and by everything I mean EVERYTHING.” He gave a frustrated sigh and hit yes again. The last pop-up that came up said “Ok, suit yourself. One way trip to Equestria initiated.” Ethan gave a confused look before feeling a falling sensation and then waking up…… in the middle of falling towards a solid, what looked to be, marble floor. He did the only thing he could do in a situation like this… scream his head off.
When the ground finally met his body there was an audible thud and he groaned at the pain he felt, not just from the fall but from something else making his whole body hurt. he opened his eyes to see where he was and then when he turned his head he saw her, the horse-like thing from his dream. when he saw this and his surroundings he couldn’t take anymore and he passed out from pain and shock.
When he awoke he found that he was no longer in the room he was in before he wondered if this was a dream or something. He looked around and saw her again for the third time and then started to freak out in the form of a mental breakdown this is basically how it went between the two.
“WHO ARE YOU?”
“WHO AM I? WHO ARE YOU?”
Ethan then calmed himself and thought out loud “Wait what am I doing… ladies first.”
“Thank you” she said “Now, what is your name?”
“My name is Ethan what is yours, if you don’t mind me asking.”

When both of them woke up they were about to talk when the doors to Luna’s chambers burst open revealing a taller slimmer and angrier version of Luna. And she was looking right at him. Ethan mentally said, “Aw crap, this cannot end well, for me at least.” he then was levitated and thrown into a wall where the angry newcomer looked him straight in eyes and had what seemed to be a horn pointed right at his midsection. he had to think of something before he got blasted to kingdom come.
“Wait! Wait! This is all a big misunderstanding! I can explain.” He squeaked out.
“Then you better explain why I find an unknown stallion in my sisters room, one who happens to be an Alicorn as well! Who are you and where have you been hiding for all this time?” The newcomers horn lighting up to almost painfully bright levels.
“Well I-I am not from this world and when I fell asleep and I saw what seemed to be your… wait did you say sister and that I’m an ali-what now?” Ethan asked with confusion and terror, leaning more towards the former than the latter.
Celestia looked at the stallion with narrowed eyes. The shine in her horn settling somewhat she let go of him with her hooves but kept him in place with her magic.
“Sister, what do you have to say about this?”
“He is not from here, I know that much and why he is an alicorn is beyond me but look at him ‘Tia he looks like he’s about to make a mess of the floor.” Luna said very cautiously to her sister hoping that the stallion would be spared from a fate like she had to endure.
Celestia looked at the stallion and noticed his face was as Luna described.
“Fine! I still need to get myself my morning cake anyway. It’s far to early for this.” Celestia said as she decided it was no longer her problem and left through the door she first entered, forgetting why she had been there in the first place.
“Well that certainly was a thing that happened.” said Ethan with a dazed look on his face. ”Who was that again?” he asked turning his head towards Luna while rubbing the back of his neck.
“That, Ethan, was my sister Princess Celestia and I think she was annoyed by something.”
“No kidding. Quick question… is she always like this?”
“No she’s usually calmer than this when somepony has her annoyed.”
*CRASH* tinkle tinkle*
“Well apparently she hasn’t vented All her frustration yet against said per- pony, sorry different world different terms.”
Suddenly Celestia bursts back into the room and looks at Luna with a look of scepticism while holding a half eaten cake in her magical grasp while trying to wipe the cake stache she had acquired from eating it with her hoof.
“Ok. Now I want answers. Real answers.” Celestia said, convinced that they had both lied to her.
“Princess… My name is Ethan and I come from a place called Earth and I went to take a nap and when I did I saw what looked like your sister and these pop-up questions asked me if I wanted to be her friend and I hit yes and then sent me here. As for how I became an Ali-corn? I don’t know after I fell I thought my body hurt worse than than I thought it would. Then I took in my surroundings saw your sister my mind told me enough and then I passed out. Then your sister and I had a conversation in my head?” he asked looking at Luna who nodded. “Yeah in my head and woke up to you throwing me into a wall and giving me what seemed to be a death sentence. I asked Luna if you were always like this and she said you are usually calmer than what you were. So I ask what’s got you so worked up?”
Celestia facehooved and sighed. “It’s Blueblood again. He’s being far too stubborn about not going into the royal guard training, which I keep telling him would be more than a valuable experience. And now I’m getting swarmed with extra work because he refuses to do the little work he was actually assigned to do.”
“He sounds like he’s as much fun as cat claws on chalkboard and the only relief is beating your head on a wall, or bashing his face in but looking at you and seeing what looks to be a mother-like personality you wouldn’t take the second idea unless you were really stressed out.” Ethan said choosing his words very carefully.
“That sounds about right. I barely managed to lower his allowance and now he’s threatening me with destroying everything in his own company. He doesn't even realize I don’t care about it as it is his, I sold all my shares long ago!”
“But he just keeps going. It’s like his special talent is to be the most annoying family member there is. And I can’t revoke his title without changing the law, so such threats are out the window.” Celestia continued her complaining, once again forgetting all about why she was here, but now feeling a lot better getting it off her chest.
“Well who said it had to be you to revoke the status?” Ethan asked.
“It’s almost the only thing I can take away from him that he is completely unable to take back. He uses his own status and social standing to get himself anything he wants. And it’s only getting worse!”
“What it wasn’t you who took away his title?” Ethan asked with a devilish smirk on his face.
“The thing is, it would have to be someone of higher power who isn’t blood related to him. Thank Faust we aren’t actually related by blood. But his adoption into the royal family still protects him from me or Luna. And Cadance doesn’t have a high enough status for it.”
"Why not lie about who I am and my power and I take it from him?" Ethan asked.
“As tempting as such an idea sounds, Blueblood is actually well read about politics. He would know something wasn’t right if a sudden Alicorn turns up to take his title away. We would have to give you a coronation first…” Celestia said thoughtful.
“Well, that could be arranged.” Luna stated.
“Luna! You can’t be serious, we barely know this stallion. What if he turned out like Sombra?”
“Sister, he’s an Alicorn. Besides, if he truly went to our world purely to befriend me, then he could not be a bad pony!”
“Surely you jest, dear sister. We can not simply hold a coronation for a completely unknown stallion. Even if he is an Alicorn! What would the nobles say?”
“Sure we can. We are both Princesses. Are we not? And the nobles, we can just threaten to take their titles anyway if they disapprove.”
“You’ve changed, sister.” Celestia calmly stated.
“No, you’ve changed. I’ve been much the same the past thousand years…” Luna said, her mood dropping a little with her statement.
“Woah woah wait you said a thousand years right? Well that explains why Celestia acts like she does. But if you’ve been around so long Luna why do you say you’ve stayed the same, what happened to you something that couldn’t make you get friends?” Ethan asked.
“I’d rather not talk about it right now, maybe when we get to know each other better I’ll tell you.” Luna said in a demure tone.
“Sorry I didn’t mean to hit a sore spot.” Ethan said.
“It’s alright you didn’t know.” Luna said with a slight smile.
“Just tell me when I hit a touchy subject you two ok?” Ethan asked.
“Thats agreeable.” they both reply.
“Now back to how to get Blueblood in the training camp…” Ethan said.
“I’m sorry but I don’t think we can do any of what you were hinting at planning.” Luna said
“Why don’t we just say that all guards have even bigger reputations than other ponies?” Ethan asked.
“That does sound like something that would catch my nephew's interest… We will have to see. You have given me a few more options to consider. I would invite you to converse over tea, but it seems more appropriate for my sister to do. If you could excuse me, I have a certain prince to talk to.” Celestia said before leaving with a fair few of new ideas brewing.
“So what we're talking about before all this?” Ethan asked wearing a sheepish grin.
“I really don’t really remember… But what is Earth like?” Luna asked.
“Well…” Ethan explained the workings and all he had learned to this point in time of history, math, and the basic workings of the universe, which earned him a strange look from Luna. “What’s wrong? Did you not understand something?”
“We both did.” Luna said gesturing to somepony behind him. He turned around and saw a new pony who was purple, looked like Celestia and Luna and seemed to be confused and annoyed at the same time. And next to her there was what seemed to be a dragon and a… human?
“Hello Princess, do you know that there is a dragon and what appears to be a human next to you?” Ethan said while getting to his hooves and bowing politely.
“H-hello. And yes, this is Spike. But what do you mean Human?” Twilight asked as she gestured towards spike.
“I think he means this “Guardian Angel” you got last night. What was his name Solrace?” Spike asked with a hint of confusion of both the new alicorn and twilights guardian angel.
“Solace, Spike. And yes, that would make sense I- WAIT! You can see him?!” Twilight suddenly exclaimed looking at the alicorn with wide eyes.
“Um yeah... “ Ethan said warily towards the outburst.
“H-how? Why can’t I or Spike see him, and yet you can? I mean… You’re pulling my leg aren’t you?” She suddenly asked suspicious of the male alicorn.
“No he’s right beside spike and looking at me with eyes of confusion and his jaw is slack.” Ethan said pointing to the general area he was at.
Twilight looked to her side at where Ethan was pointing. “Solace, is it true? Can he actually see you?” Twilight asked, concerned by Solace’s silence.
“I-I don’t know but he might. Alright you point at me wherever I go ok?” Solace asked while moving behind twilight in which Ethan moved his hoof to where he was.
“Solace, where are you now?” Twilight asked as she saw Ethan's hoof point towards her. Giving her a specific memory of Discord dancing on the head of her glass look alike.
“Behind you. Why?” Solace said.
“Nothing, just a thought… Actually, how does it work being a guardian angel? If you try to interact with anypony, what happens? For example, if you were to try and stand on a pony, would you just sink through them or would you be able to stand on top of them as if they were as solid as rock?” Twilight started musing about different tests she would have to conduct. “Spike, do you have some parchment and a quill with you?” Twilight asked.
“Yes not on me though.” Spike said.
Twilight looked at Spike to try and see if he was joking or not.
“What? I don’t I left them in the room.” Spike said.
“Fine, I guess it’ll have to wait.” Twilight said as she returned her attention to the two other alicorns present in the room. “So… how come there’s another alicorn all of a sudden? No offence.”
“None taken… well to be honest I wasn’t an alicorn where I came from. I was a human and that’s why I knew what he was when I saw him.”
“Huh, maybe that’s the reason you can see him and others can’t? Because you already know how a human looks? Or it’s purely because he’s supposed to be a guardian angel… Where you are an exception.” Twilight said rubbing her chin trying to connect the dots.
“Either that or I am a tangible guardian angel and somepony else brought me here and this is an exception to the rule of intangibility.” Ethan said.
“I guess that is a possibility. But we should hold this conversation another time when I have access the appropriate tools. Until then I guess I welcome you as an alicorn and… Is he going to be a prince?” Twilight asked Luna.
“I-I don’t know. Maybe… Why? Do you like him?” Luna asked with a playful smirk.
Twilight’s face immediately turned beet red. “W-what? N-no! That’s not it at all. I was just trying to point out the fact that as I turned into an alicorn myself, I was crowned as a princess. But he wasn’t even a pony before, he knows nothing about our laws, culture and world. How would he ever be able to be a prince?” Twilight pointed out as the heat in her cheeks began to die down.
“I could fake it till somepony teaches me. And I would like Luna to do it if you don’t mind.” Ethan said.
“Why me?” Luna asked “Twilight is more suited for this job than I am.”
“Because there is something nagging me to stay by your side and I can’t make it go away.” Ethan stated flatly.
“A guardian angel.” Luna muttered.
“Wait, how’s that possible?” Twilight questioned, having overheard Luna’s muttering. “If he’s a Guardian Angel, how come I can see him? Shouldn’t you be the only one to be able to hear him?”
“I don’t know, again I put my idea of me being a special guardian angel and something else dragged me into this world on the table.” Ethan said.
“Well, that is mighty unhelpful… Actually, what are you supposed to do? I mean, if nopony can see or hear my Guardian Angel but me, and the fact that he is unable to interact with our world, how is he actually protecting me?” Twilight asked. “Did any of you get any kind of manual or instructions beyond “Protect”?”
“To be the best friend that the pony being guarded had or in your case another of your best friends and that you can be tangible if and only if they want to or the pony they are guarding wants them to be..” Ethan said in amino tone voice with a glazed over look I his eyes.
“Who told you that?” luna asked.
“I don’t know but it was in my head like I memorized it after a while.” Ethan said.
“And I don’t suppose there are any other sudden memories that suddenly come to mind?” Twilight asked.
“Not much just that you can get married to your guardian angel.” Ethan said while rubbing his chin.
“Well, that’s certainly something.” Twilight said before seeing the look on Luna’s face and began laughing.
“What’s so funny?” Ethan asked while turning around and then said “Ohh. So you like me? I don’t know what to say I’ve never had a gir-er mare like me before.”
“Really? I would have thought that a handsome stallion such as you would have mares crawling all over you.” Luna said
“Nope, too caught up in reading and being myself to make friends.” Ethan said with a shrug.
“Well, I can help you with that! This must be why Celestia called me.” Twilight exclaimed with a smile and a twinkle in her eyes.
“Either that or she wanted to talk about why you suddenly have a guardian angel and for what reason, which from what I can gather, is that Luna can summon at least two with a slight margin of error being that another one comes out as well for the summoner. I being the margin of error.” Ethan said while giving a blank look.
“I wonder… could there be even more Guardian Angels then? Is it certain that because of these two summons a third one happened on it’s on and not several more?” Twilight questioned.
“There usually is only one that falls if there is more it usually matches the number summoned.” Ethan said.
“Wait, usually? Have you been a part of something like this before?” Twilight asked.
“No I picked that up from Luna's mind when she does it.” Ethan said with a grin and with an audible *squee*.
“You read my mind, how?” Luna asked in shock.
“You gave me a tour, remeber?” Ethan asked.
“You do realize active mindreading is against Equestrian law, right? Only reason Luna can do it is because it’s her actual job to prevent such things from happening by checking other ponies dreams, and the only thing she learns is what’s in the dream.” Twilight stated with a little disgusted look on her face.
“Don’t worry I did the basic same thing just accessed memories instead.” Ethan said.
Twilight facehoofed. “That doesn't change the fact that you were actively mindreading. The reason it’s forbidden is because it’s a breach in privacy. The mind is supposed to be a pony’s own haven, the last place they can retreat to. Take that away and they can’t hide anything. And being that exposed is not pleasant. If you’d asked her first, then there wouldn’t have been problem. But you checked her memories without her consent! Do you see what I’m getting at? You don’t just look into anypony’s head and shrug it off like that! You just don’t!” Twilight shouted in the end, clearly showing how upset she was about Htennek shrugging it off as “just accessed memories”.
“She didn’t mind, she actually gave me a tour to the memories that’s why I say it’s no big problem.” Ethan explained.
“You did that?” Twilight asked, turning towards Luna.
“No. Unless…” Luna said.
“Unless, what?” Twilight asked.
“Unless a personification of myself showed him around my head. Now which one?” Luna asked.
“Does ‘Woona’ ring a bell?” Ethan asked.
“Yes it does why, is she in your head?” Luna asked.
“Yes.”Ethan said with a slight smile on his face. "She's so adorable and cute!"
“... Does that count?” Twilight asked after thinking it over herself for a bit. “Because I don’t think our laws cover that detail…”
“It’s fine if I let him in but I’m just surprised that it’s my inner child.” Luna said.
“Well, I have nothing about that… So, Solace. Anything you’ve been keeping from me or do i have a reason to be more trusting of you?” Twilight spoke.
“Hey, I didn’t know about half of this. even though it was very nice to learn.” Solace said.
“That’s nice to know. It was nice meeting you Ethan. And it was nice seeing you Princess Luna.” Twilight said.
“Please, Twilight. We are both princesses. There is no need to refer to our title when not in public.” Luna said with a slight smile.
Twilight smiled an apologetic smile herself. “Sorry. I keep forgetting. Anyway, I believe my business here is concluded. I’ll be in the library if anypony needs me. Hopefully there are some new additions.” Twilight said as she left.
“She seemed nice and there is now another guardian I need to meet.”Ethan said.
“TWILIGHT!!!!” *Crash* “Oof!” “Hi Twilight!" a pair of new voices said.
“What was that?” Ethan said in a confused voice.
“I have no idea.” Luna said getting up from her bed. "Let's find out shall we?"
"Lets wait a few minutes just in case it doesn't involve our immediate presence."
"What would you like to do instead?"
"If I'm to be your friend, shouldn't you get to know me better?"
"You do have a point. So where should I start..." Luna began as she thought of questions to ask him.
That Awkward Moment When.
Mornings in the town of Ponyville were known to be relatively quiet as everypony was waking up. The birds were chirping happily and there wasn't a care in the world. The only pony who did, was the princess in town, Twilight Sparkle. She was going about her business doing what she had planned out the week before, with any new developments thrown in as the week progressed. She went over it as she was eating breakfast with her friends. She noticed they were all looking at her with curious faces. She swallowed a mouth full of her pancakes.
“Why are you all looking at me like that?” Twilight asked.
“Well to be honest, we’re not looking at you but behind you.” Applejack said pointing a hoof. Twilight turned around to see something she had never seen before.
“A floating plate of pancakes? How is that possible?”She asked, then watched as a floating fork dug into it, then lifted a piece of pancake and then the piece of pancake disappeared.
“What's going on?” Asked twilight frantically.
“Well, for one. I’m enjoying a plate of excellently made pancakes.” A voice answered from seemingly nowhere.
“Who are you and what are you? Are you a ghost?” Twilight asked in fear.
“Well, that depends, really.” The voice answered back, the pancakes continuing to disappear as the mysterious voice seemingly kept on eating them.
“What depends?” Asked Twilight confused.
“It depend on whether or not you believe in ghosts or not. And I’ll tell you, I don’t.” The voice replied before finishing its plate of pancakes.
“If you’re not a ghost then what exactly are you?” Twilight asked almost all her initial fears faded at this point taken over with curiosity.
“What am I?” The voice asked, pausing as if to think for a while. “You know, that also depends, are you asking me what race of species I am, or what I am in terms of my existence?”
“Both.” Twilight said.
“Way to ruin my fun. I was hoping to drag it out a bit further. Oh well. In terms of species, I’m what is known as a Human, or Homo sapiens sapiens for you of academic mind. I’m a bipedal mammal from another dimension or world, not sure which. And what I am in terms of my existence, I’m a guardian angel.” The voice explained.
Twilight turned around to take some notes on this then noticed her friends, excluding Pinkie and Rainbow Dash, were giving her a strange look.
“What is it now?” Twilight asked slightly frustrated.
“We can’t hear the voice of your guardian angel, only you can.” Pinkie said.
“Way to ruin the fun of letting her guess who’s guardian angel I am, Pinkie.” The voice muttered.
“Wait, WHAT!?” Twilight practically screamed causing her apparent guardian angel to laugh out loud. “Since when do I need a guardian angel?” She asked to nopony in particular.
“Well, I don’t rightfully know. But I can tell you who decided to summon me and assign me as your guardian.” The voice explained.
“Who?” Twilight asked wanting to know who's great idea this was.
“The best Princess of course.” The angel answered.
“What are you even talking about? Best Princess? Was there a popularity contest among us that I was not aware of?” Twilight asked.
A sound, resembling whenever Spike would faceclaw sounded through the room before the angel answered.
“No, It was slightly meant as a joke and a reference. The Princess I meant was Princess Luna. The regent of the night, dreams and all within.” The voice explained with a slightly upset tone over their reference and joke being ruined by missing the context.
Twilight still looked confused. “Why would Luna think I need a guardian angel? It's not like I get into too much trouble, right?” She asked herself.
“Heck if I know. All I know, is I’m supposed to keep you safe, and all you need to know is that I’m not against it.” The angel replied.
“What's that supposed to mean?” Twilight asked having a small idea of what it could mean.
“Well, first of all, I get a great opportunity to see Equestria, It’s a whole different world after all. Second, I get all these different powers to work with, like being invisible for a start. And third, who wouldn’t want to keep such a cute thing as yourself out of trouble?” The angel explained in a happy voice.
“Y-you think I’m cute?” Twilight asked with a slight blush that barely broke the color of her fur.
“Of course, you’re a magical pony, the big and bright eyes amongst other things makes you cute by any humans standards… Of course, I think of all ponies as cute, but you’re something special yourself.” The angel explained.
“Well um, thanks um…” Twilight started. “I don't know you name. Could you help me out here?” She asked annoyed at herself for not asking that first.
“Oh, how rude of me. Let me introduce myself, my name is Solace Gearshwiin, and it is a pleasure to meet you Twilight Sparkle. And I hope you’ll take care of me as much as I’ll make sure you’re safe.” Solace introduced himself.
“Was that a threat?” She asked slightly angered.
“What? No! I didn’t mean it like that! I’m supposed to be your guardian angel, and if I’m to make sure you’re safe, I’m likely to be near you at all but private moments and that would mean I’d most likely be living with you. So, as a guest in your house, I just hope you’re okay with taking care of me as much as I’m going to take care of you.” Solace explained the misunderstanding.
“Oh in that case yes I’m ok with taking care of you. Just making sure Solace.” Twilight said slightly skeptical.
“Geez Twilight, you made it sound like I had already ruined my first impression… Although, we’ve been having this lone conversation for a while, you should probably not leave all your friends out like this.” Solace pointed out.
“Good point. Girls I,” Twilight started.
“WantustomeetyourguardianangelSolacewhoisahumanfromearthandisgoingtobelivingwithyouforawhile.” Pinkie blurted out.
Twilight had a look of dumbfoundedness on her face.
“Yes, and” she started again.
“HewasgiventoyoubyPrincessLuna.” Pinkie blurted again smiling with an audible squee.
After a moment of collective silence, Solace spoke up.
“I was about to ask you how she knew all that, then I remembered she’s Pinkie Pie and I shouldn’t question her.” Solace eventually spoke up.
“Also I have a guardian angel too!” Pinkie said.
“Well, I guess that explains it. Would be nice if I could speak to them though.” Solace said.
“I think you can, he’s hiding behind one of these chairs I think, right Trevor?” Pinkie said.
“Wait, really?” Solace asked while turning visible, ignoring the fact that Pinkie had responded to him, even though she shouldn’t be able to hear him.
Twilight looked him over and noticed what he looked like and was impressed as was everypony else except Pinkie, of course.
“S-s-solace?” Twilight asked stuttering it out making a good impression of Fluttershy.
“Yes?” Solace asked, before looking at each one of them. “What, do I have something in my teeth?” He asked, smiling to show of his teeth properly.
Fluttershy at this point was scared out of her mind but her curiosity and excitement were slowly taking over at the sight of the aforementioned guardian angel. His smile was hypnotic to look at. Her excitement and curiosity got the best of her and she practically tackled Solace to the ground.
“Oh my Celestia, you're so handsome and... and… so… different from all the other animals I've met. What species are you?” Fluttershy asked innocently.
“Fluttershy, remember what Pinkie said he can only talk to me.” Twilight said.
“I know but I could always read his lips.” Fluttershy replied back.
“Wouldn’t the difference in biology be a problem for that?” Solace asked, wondering if Fluttershy really could read his lips.
“No not at all.” Fluttershy responded giving a smile with an audible squee.
“Wow, that’s useful.” Solace responded before smiling. “So what do you want to know Fluttershy?” He asked.
‘Note to self: make sure that Fluttershy scant see what you mutter about certain situations.’ Twilight thought to herself looking at her nervously.
“I just want to know what species you are, that's all.” Fluttershy said.
“That’s easy. I’m a human, also known as Homo Sapiens, or arguably Homo Sapiens Sapiens. Not entirely sure on that front though. We’re a species of bipedal mammals who are also omnivores who basically evolved from apes. Evolution isn’t my strong suit though, so I can’t really specify what species are closest related to us.” Solace briefly explained Human to Fluttershy.
Fluttershy was intrigued by all of this but one thing stuck out to her.
“So you eat meat?” Fluttershy asked not knowing the effects this question would have on the other five mares in the room.
“Partially, while we don’t entirely require meat and have optional substitutes, meat is our primary income for protein, since we can’t produce it like most herbivores. However, I also want to inform that in my world, humans are the lone sapient species, and we are very humane with the animals we use for meat. We’re not mindless hunter who will hunt as soon as we become hungry. In fact, I’m fairly certain most people would rather starve than kill another creature.” Solace answered Fluttershy’s question while trying to dampen any unintended effects it could have on the ponies opinion of humans.
“Oh well that makes sense.” Fluttershy said.
“What does sugarcube?” Applejack asked nervously.
Fluttershy repeated everything that solace had said to her and the tension in the room died down.
“Well in that case ah think an introduction in order, mah name's Applejack nice to me ya.” Applejack said holding her hoof out.
Taking her hoof and shaking it, Solace nodded at her to show that it was a pleasure to meet her as he introduced himself properly.
“What was that he just said Fluttershy?” Applejack asked.
“He said his name is Solace.” Fluttershy said.
“Oh well nice to know.” Said Applejack
“Fluttershy, just tell me if I’m talking too fast or too much for you to follow. And in case you get tired, we always have Twilight to translate for me as well. So don’t tire yourself out, alright?” Solace informed her with a small smile.
“That's ok I'll let you know if it becomes too much.” Fluttershy said. “He seems nice.” She told Twilight.
“Well, what about the rest of you? Want to meet the alien from another world that will from now on be hanging around here, trying to be a guardian angel?” Solace asked jokingly.
“What did he say?” Rainbow Dash asked defensively.
“He asked if the rest of you would like to meet him.” Fluttershy said in defense of Solace.
“Oh, heh sorry for getting so defensive, names Rainbow Dash.” Rainbow Dash said holding her hoof out.
“Well, nice to meet you.” Solace responded as he shook her hoof.
“Excuse me darling but may I be the first to say you have a great fashion sense. And my name is Rarity the resident fashion designer pleasure to meet you.” Rarity said introducing herself.
“I’m glad you like it, but I have to say that I’m unfortunately not the man to speak to about fashion. And since fashion is basically one of the building stones in Human culture, that speaks loads of what kind of outfit someone fashionable would wear on Earth.” Solace responded, hoping to give Rarity some kind of idea, maybe even manage to inspire her as a favor, since she’d most likely be the one to take care of any future clothing issues he might have.
“Fluttershy dear, could you be a dear and repeat what he said please?” Rarity asked the timid Pegasus.
Fluttershy did so and Rarity was ecstatic and slightly confused.
“Why do humans wear clothes all the time? We usually wear clothes to either show wealth or for special occasions. If you don't mind me asking dear.” Rarity asked him.
“Well, first and foremost, it’s taboo in human society to walk around completely in the nude, or at least in most cultures and public spaces. Secondly, Humans have worn clothes for as long as our recorded history can be traced down, which is a good four thousand years or so old, and we have evidence of clothes predating even that. But the most logical reason would be that humans have only the tiniest amounts of fur, not enough to keep us warm at all times, meaning we have to wear clothes to protect ourself from both weather and cold by wearing clothes.” Solace summarized.
“Well that's interesting.” Twilight said.
“What? What did he say dear?” Rarity asked nervously.
“Nothing bad just interesting that's all.” Twilight said as she repeated what he had said to her.
“Interesting indeed! And that is a good reason for your species to wear clothes.” Rarity said.
“*Groan* Can we just get on with the introductions and stop talking about fashion, though I'm not complaining about learning of human history.” Rainbow Dash complained.
“Actually, it’s quite interesting why we humans evolved to have less fur, and why we evolved the way we did. Funnily enough, we didn’t evolve with the best possible traits for our own niche. If we had the legs of Ostriches though…” Solace mused, showing of some of the more obscure random knowledge he possessed.
“Interesting I Wish to learn about this at a later date. Right now you have to meet my last friend Pinki- where'd she go?” Twilight asked.
“Right here Twilight, I just had to find Trevor that's all.” Pinkie said startling Twilight and Solace.
“Alright, I don’t think I’m going to get used to that any time soon.” Solace complained as he calmed himself.
“Don’t worry, you’ll get used to it. Especially once Pinkie draws you out of a bookcase. Somehow it’s less weird after that.” Trevor replied with a deadpan tone.
“Are you serious?” Solace asked.
“No, but it didn’t stop her from trying.” Trevor answered before shaking his head. “Trevor, nice to meet you.” He said as he held forth his right hand.
“Nice to meet you, so you’re Pinkie’s guardian angel then?” Solace asked as he shook hands with Trevor.
“Yeah, a bit hard to keep up with her, but I feel better about it since I can keep myself out of sight of everyone if I so wish. Not to keen on standing out and taking her spotlight.” Trevor explained.
“Oh, I kind of assumed humans were a regular thing as guardian angels here.” Solace responded.
“Wait what do you mean by that?” Twilight and Fluttershy asked simultaneously.
“Well, I figured, since both me and Trevor here are humans, and both of us are guardian angels, and the fact we’re both the only guardian angels we’ve seen so far. I kind of assumed all guardian angels for ponies would be humans. And surely, we’re not the first guardian angels in Equestria, are we?” Solace asked.
“There's only one way to find out, we’re gonna have to go to Canterlot and visit Luna.” Twilight said
“Whats going on?” Applejack asked.
“We're talking about if there are more guardian angels and what species they are.” Twilight responded.
“Well I don't know if he counts but I have somepony that follows me around from time to time.” Rainbow Dash said.
“Wow, you make me sound like a stalker RD.” A new voice cut in.
Everyone in the room turned towards the new voice to see a dark gray pegasus stallion with a black mane and tail leaning against the wall with a smile on his face.
“Who in the wide wide world of Equestria are you?” Twilight asked him.
“Perfect Control is the name, and Control’s my game.” He responded, his smile widening, before Pinkie Pie appeared in front of him.
“Omigoshyourenewhereandsinceyourenewhereineedtothrowyouawelcometoponivillepartyomigoshomigosh” Pinkie Pie said ecstatically.
“Well, that’s a welcome if I ever got one.” Perfect Control replied, slightly unsure of what to do about the pink pony in front of him, looking like she was about to explode.
“Now come on Pinkie. Let’s wait with that just a second before you send those invitations. Give the guy some space.” Trevor said as he walked up and picked Pinkie up before going back and placing her down where she had stood beforehand. Then blinking at the fact of how light she had felt and how easily he had been able to move her.
“Appreciated, thank you. And thank you for the offer Pinkie, but I have to say, I’m a busy pony, I’ll have to see if I can fit a party on my schedule before I can attend one.” PC explained.
Pinkie’s mane deflated slightly but poofed back up when she remembered what he said.
“So when’s the next time you're free?” Pinkie asked with a huge smile on her face.
Raising a hoof to his chin, Perfect Control thought for a while before nodding to himself.
“I’m all free on Saturday, I usually take breaks and shouldn’t have anything then unless anything urgent comes up.” PC said smiling.
“What do you do exactly sugarcube?” Applejack asked.
“Currently? Not much, but I’m guessing I’m like RD’s guardian angel? And starting the moment we leave this building, I’m taking her training. Saturdays are for taking it easy, and Sundays are freetime.” PC explained.
“You're not the boss of me and I don't need additional training today anyways.” Rainbow countered.
PC smirked at that.
“Ten bits I’ll be able to make you change your mind.” Said in a confident tone.
“Oh yeah? And how you gonna do that?” Rainbow asked with a coy tone.
“Oh, let me show you something that not many pegasi can do.” PC responded before closing his eyes and taking a deep breath. Following the first breath, he continued to take steady breaths as he unfurled his wings, pointing them straight out and leveling them horizontally. After keeping them still for a while, they soon began to shudder from the movement of the feathers alone as he slowly began rising into the air without flapping his wings. Hovering above the ground for a moment, he opened his eyes and gave Rainbow Dash a confident smirk before touching down to the ground again.
“And that, is only one of the things I can teach you.” He said, still smiling.
“I’ll think about it… the only reason why is because I don't… trust you right now, got it?” Rainbow said.
“Well, that’s fair enough I guess. You only met me today after all.” PC said before turning towards Pinkie Pie.
“Hey, Pinkie, seems my schedule got a bit breezy for the next few days, how about that party coming along a bit earlier?” He asked.
“Okie dokie loki.” Pinkie responded then left for Sugarcube Corner.
“So, should I be expecting anything unusual about her party?” PC questioned the others as Pinkie left.
“Nah, I wouldn't worry too much.” Rainbow said.
“Yeah, you’re right. Now then, will you introduce me to your friend Miss Dash?” PC asked.
“Don't call me that it's weird. Anyways I don't know why I'm doing this but, this is Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Twilight, Solace, and Trevor? Did I get that right?” Rainbows asked after introductions.
The both of them nodded.
“So, you’re Rainbow’s guardian angel, how does that work?” Asked Solace.
“To be honest, I’m not quite sure. I simply found myself at her side, and I got this collection of powers with the thought of staying close to her in the back of my head. And once I heard you talk about it, I realized that it might be what happened to me. And since I didn’t really have anything else going on, I kinda went with the flow, so to speak.” PC explained.
“Wait, you just found yourself at her side? Where were you before that then?” Asked Solace, Trevor nodding in agreement to the question.
“Well, I was at home, training. You know, I recently got a position as an instructor for a course at the Wonderbolt Academy, so I have to be in good shape once I’m called in to train other cadets. Of course, I’m not really out of shape or anything, since I never stopped training, but I decided to pump it up a notch. I mean, not every day you get such an offer.” PC explained before continuing.
“But this seemed important, so I just went with it, besides, I don’t think it will mess with my training much anyway.” He said shrugging.
“Wait you were called in to be an instructor at the Wonderbolt academy? But, but how?” Rainbow Dash asked not comprehending what she just heard.
“Well, I happened to show of my skill for a few friends of mine a long time ago, and apparently got spotted by one of the Wonderbolts. They later approached me and asked if I was interested in becoming a Wonderbolt and signed me up for the academy. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t the top student, but I did great and passed through every exam, every test and the whole academy like a breeze. So, I became a Wonderbolt. Sure, I’m actually a reserve, but if the actual team had the space for it, I’d be flying out there with them. Meanwhile, I’m doing other stuff, like teaching at the academy.” PC explained, shrugging as if he simply explained how weather management worked.
“I visit there occasionally and haven't seen you there, care to explain that?” Rainbow said with a scowl on her face.
“Well, yeah. I don’t spend much time at the academy, and this will be the first time I’ll be a teacher there. I’ve helped out with a few classes, but never had my own before. And when I’m not at the academy, I train alone back home. Much more peaceful than training at the academy.” PC explained calmly.
“That’s not what I meant I mean I've looked through every possible yearbook of the academy and not once has your name showed up.” Rainbow said.
“Really? That’s weird. Did you look in the actual records? No, wait. You’d need special permission to see those.” PC said, thinking back.
“Well I've looked and the only thing that comes close to your name is Perfect Order.” Rainbow said
Perfect Control promptly responded with a facehoof.
“Perfect Order is my Father . I guess there was some kind of mixup and anything filed under me was misplaced under my father. I’ll have to take this up with Spitfire. Thank’s Rainbow, I can’t believe something like that went uncorrected for so long.” PC replied.
Rainbow looked at PC slack jawed and sputtered out, “You're the son of Perfect Order? You are the son... of Perfect Order? I don't believe it.” Rainbow threw up her hooves in confusion and frustration. “I give up” she said as she slumped to the floor.
“Give up? Give up on what?” Asked PC confused.
“On being a Wonderbolt, if a guy like you can get into the reserves by a MISTAKE then what do I have to bring to the table?” Rainbow said dejectedly.
All the ponies in the room gasped at Rainbow’s declaration.
“WHAT!? Why would you do that about a simple name misplacement?” PC asked, horrified about having been partially responsible for the situation.
“Rainbow Dash this has been your dream for years and you're just going to up and quit when you’ve come so far? Twilight asks.
“Yeah I am and there's nothing you can do about it.” She said starting to leave.
“But, I just can’t understand why! I mean, all such an error would do, is insure that I don’t get any credit for anything I’ve done at the academy and that the credits go to my father instead. How the hay is that a reason to quit your dream?” PC begged for an answer.
“I don't want to talk about it but if you must know I was a big fan of your fathers.” She said glancing back at him with her head down.
“Hold on, wait!” PC shouted as he left after her.
“Should we help him or something?” Solace asked.
“No, I think he can handle it on his own. Now signaling subject change, aren't you curious if you two are the only guardians, aside from PC?” Twilight asked looking at Solace and Trevor.
Trevor and Solace looked at each other and shrugged. “Not really.” They answered in unison. “I guess it would be good to know, but it wouldn’t change much. Besides, as things have been going so far, we’d find out eventually anyway.” Solace said, as Trevor gave a nod.
“I know that, I just want to see because now you have me curious.” Twilight said as she motioned all her friends to follow her to the train station.
Shrugging, Solace followed her as Trevor followed Pinkie Pie as she followed Twilight.
“Perfect Control’s party can wait for now, wait! What if Dashie doesn't show up?... Meh, I'll think of something.” Pinkie said following them out humming a tune, somehow getting back just to hear the tail end of the conversation.
“Alright, to Canterlot!” Solace proclaimed as he turned invisible again.
‘Hope he doesn't do anything stupid.’ Twilight thought to herself.
“Because if nobody sees me, I don’t have to pay for a train ticket. And since I don’t have any bits, I wouldn’t be able to buy one anyway.” Solace suddenly spoke up.
“What?” Twilight asked.
“Oh, sorry. Trevor asked why I went invisible.” Solace explained. Reminding her that she couldn’t hear Trevor, and wouldn’t know if he was speaking unless looking at him.
“Wait I'm not the only one who heard PC, right?” Twilight asked remembering the conversation they witnessed.
“Nope!” Answered Pinkie.
“Wait a sec… How did he do that?” Solace asked as he realized that indeed, Rainbow’s guardian angel had been heard by all of them.
“We'll just have to ask either him or Luna but since he's already preoccupied let's ask Luna.” Twilight said.
“Yeah, the faster we get to Canterlot, the faster we’ll get some answers.” Solace agreed.
Author's Note
This is my longest chapter I know but that but it happens when you colab with a great author like Fictional Fanatic.

Why?...... Because,..... Reasons.
Starlight was stunned again. She was staring slack jawed at the two pegasi sitting next to each other. Once she managed to get her voice out she was practically screaming at them.
"What? Did you two ever make it up to each other?" She asked worriedly. Evan put an arm around her to sooth her which, to his credit, actually worked. "Sorry you two are probably gonna wait till the stories connect to talk about much else right?" Starlight asked.
The two pegasi nodded.
"Not trying to be a debbie downer but our story would probably shock you a third time. And you've been pushed to your limit so far." Perfect Control said.
"Noted." Starlight said, then hung her head down and started to weep, to everyone's surprise.
Evan was the first to ask her, "What's wrong, Starlight?"
"I don't deserve you all, I deserve to be a stone statue in the Royal Gardens for eternity." She wailed. Evan let out a heavy sigh, he wasn't having any of this crap from his marefriend, as their society called it, today.
"If you were you wouldn't have made these friends or learned from your mistakes in the first place. More importantly, you wouldn't have met me like you know me as if you were." Evan countered his voice sounding strict. Starlight sniffled and dried her tears with her hoof and looked at her boyfriend, as he liked to be called, in the eyes.
"You're right, I shouldn't mope about this. *Sniff* Now where were we in that story?" Starlight asked as she regained her composure.
"Honey, when this is over could we talk about this please? You shouldn't keep your emotions pent up like this or you'll explode like right now." Evan said as he stroked her cheek, moving his hand to behind her ear and scratching behind it, causing her to sigh in bliss and melt into the hand of her human.
"Alright, alright, you win, just be prepared for the worst." She said.
"Can't be all that bad considering what I've done and seen." Evan said more to himself than anyone else.
"Here here" responded the voices of Twilight, Spike, and Solace while visibly cringing.
"Anyways, we were on our way to Canterlot...." Twilight began again.
A point has been made that there hasn't been much romance in this,
.......
Well, that's something I intend to fix and I am. Just bear with me for the moment.

In the beautiful city of Canterlot in the restaurant of Doughnut Joe there sat ten friends. They were (in order from left to right) Fluttershy, Applejack, Trevor, Pinkie Pie, Spike, Twilight Sparkle, Solace, Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Starlight Glimmer. They all were sitting and chatting about their more recent escapades (after the season five finale) when Starlight who was talking the least and staring at the two males at the table finaly brought up something that was on her mind.
"If you don't mind me asking but who are the two beings that are sitting with us? I've never met them." She asked pointing at Trevor and Solace trying to sound as nice as possible.
"Oh, where are my manners I'm Trevor and this is Solace." Trevor introduced himself and the other being not really offended being called a being, in all honesty they'd been called much worse, "We're Guardian Angels." Starlight looked at them with shock and confusion.
"I thought That guardian angels were myths." She said bewildered not exactly beliving what she just heard.
"Not exactly, their actually not that rare, at least not to this group of friends, its actually quite weird how this all played out." Solace said chuckling and rubbing his chin as he recalled everything that the group of friends went through up till now.
"Tell me about it" Pinkie and Trevor said simultaneously while rolling their eyes the same way. They looked at each other and began to laugh.
"What happened to you two?" Starlight asked confused at what they meant.
"Well....." they both said simultaneously making the same face.
"Prepare for a long and drawn out explanation." Rainbow Dash said with a huff.
"Hush darling I love hearing these stories." Rarity said scolding Dash, who rolled her eyes.
"Thanks Rarity now who goes first?" Pinkie and Trevor asked simultaneously.
"Ladies first, then I'll go" Trevor said. Pinkie kissed his cheek.
"Thanks sweetie, well this started a few months back......" Pinkie began.

Starlight's Unexpected Guest
As Trevor was finishing his story, something was creeping up behind Starlight. Eventually it got up behind her without drawing any attention to itself and if it did it motioned for everyone at the table to be silent about it and suddenly tickled her sides.
"*gasp* Who did that?!" Starlight demanded after jumping ten feet in the air and turning around with a spell ready to fire, as everyone laughed at her reaction. She noticed who it was and brightened up jumping on to the unexpected guest in a bear hug.
"EVAN! I'm so glad you came! I'd like you to meet my friends; Fluttershy, Applejack, Trevor, Pinkie Pie, Spike, Twilight Sparkle, Solace, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash." She said introducing everyone.
"Nice to meet you all again, and I must say, I prefer you all like this rather than the alternatives." Evan said rubbing the back of his neck nervously.
"Alternatives?" Everyone but Solace,Twilight, and Spike asked as the three gave a knowing glance at Starlight but nodded in agreement at what Evan said.
"Long story, better for another time I don't want to interrupt this story its getting good." Evan said pulling up a chair and sat next to Starlight.
"Um... We forgot what we were going to say."Pinkie pie and Trevor said simultaneously.
"Thats ok we could tell ours Solace." Twilight offered.
"I dont see why not, But I dont think YOU should be telling your story I think Spike would do it better." Solace said looking at Spike. He let out a long sigh.
"Twilight, Solace didn't appear just because of what was happening at the times of his arrival." Spike confessed.
"It wasn't?" Twilight asked a little shocked and confused.
"No, You see what had happened was......" Spike began.

As the next two stories ended starlight sat dumbfounded.
"You wanted to know more about me after our first encounter?" She asked twilight not understanding the logic.
"Yes, your skill in magic surprised me and made me curious." Twilight replied.
"I'm not comfortable talking about it right now." Starlight said avoiding everyone's gaze.
"We understand." Twilight said.
Before Starlight could respond the bell of the front door rang and all at the table turned to see who it was.
"Princess Luna? Prince Ethan? What are you two doing here?" Twilight asked.
"We're not the only ones here late, Twi." Ethan said.
"Really? who else showed up?" Pinkie asked excitedly.
"We did." a voice said from the door and Twilight immediately gasped.
"Moondancer?" She asked turned in her seat looking at her old friend.
"Hey Twi, I wanted you to meet some one. This is Konnor my coltfriend and Guardian Angel." Moondancer said meekly.
"I knew there was another one!" Ethan said rather triumphantly to everyone's confusion.
"Another one of what?" Konnor asked confused at what he was talking about.
"'Extra' Guardian Angels" Ethan said flatly facehoofing as he saw his mistake. "Now, before you get all worked up I am one as well I just had a feeling that there was another one like me. Nice to finally meet you." Ethan explained to Konnor to ease his mind
"Likewise" Konnor said warily still a little off about his outburst.
"Anyways, you're all wondering how i got my title and how I came to be, yes?" Ethan asked. All shook their heads in agreement.
"But I think Luna can fill in the blanks to your stories then I'll give mine." there was a groan from Rainbow Dash.
"Groan again and I will make the Wonderbolts reconsider putting you in thier reserves." Ethan said with a bit of venom in his voice then he intended to put in them.
"You wouldn't dare" Dash said visibly afraid through her fascade.
"Try me." he said flatly not taking any of her crap today.
Dash said nothing. Ethan smiled and turned his head to his princess.
"I thought so, so Luna if you would be so kind." he said
"Gladly well it was after I had summoned the two sitting in the booth....." She began.

yes the sequel is gonna be about Moondancer and Konnor.
Now if I can remember that the guys name is Konnor.....
Starlight looked confused. She knew something was off but she couldn't put her hoof on it. After a few minutes of trying to grasp what eluded her she just sighed in defeat.
"So let me get this straight, all three of you got your guardian angels sent to you on the same day?" Starlight asked trying to get her mind wrapped around the stories told.
"Nononono those two were sent first," Ethan said pointing at the two humans. "I came later, about a day later." He said pointing at himself.
There was a sound of glass breaking as Starlight's eye was twitching. Everybody prepared for her to snap.
"But all your stories.... THEY DONT ADD UP!" Starlight yelled in frustration while Evan calmed her down before things got worse than that.
" Well to fix that let us tell you how Solace here got to know my friends." Twilight said smiling somewhat evily at Solace. Solace's face visibly paled when he heard this.
"I have no idea what your talking about." Solace stuttered out nervously looking everywhere but at Twilight.
"Well, it was the morning after the assignment of our guardians...." Twilight began getting very close to Solace who still wasn't looking at her directly.
