Clean Corners
Disgraceful Corners

We made it to dinner without too much of a mess. I had avoided any further seriously intimate attention throughout the day, although it was nice to have her constantly by my side. And the occasional peek or nuzzle sure didn't hurt my ego. Spike had completely ignored Twilight's advances, and had been acting perfectly normal. I was confident my hypnotic suggestions had stuck.
I fed Spike and Twilight a four course meal—soup and a salad with grilled leeks for dinner and an ice cream dessert. Spike's ice cream was crusted with emeralds, and I could tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoyed it. I was celebrating, even if they didn't know.
All through dinner, Twilight acted perfectly normal. There wasn't a hint of her aggressive behavior from before, and I was honestly glad to have a few minutes of respite. I waited patiently for them to finish their meals like the good servant I was. I'd have to clean their dishes of course. Inevitably, Twilight broached the subject I had been waiting for. “Clean?” She looked at me questioningly.
“Yes, Princess?” I returned her gaze, feigning ignorance.
“I was wondering, I slept just awful last night. Could you brew up some super sleepy tea for Spike and I?” Her voice quivered just a little. I don't know if she was embarrassed at having an ulterior motive, or if she perceived her actions as betraying Spike's trust. Either way, my answer was simple. I had no qualms about either.
“Of course, Princess.” I smiled serenely as I gathered their plates and returned to the kitchen. I caught a quick snippet of their conversation as I left.
Spike quietly followed my previous nights orders. “You too? I had some trouble...” and then I was out of earshot.
When I returned with the tea, they both gratefully took it. Spike greedily drunk it, he favored very hot drinks and part of my orders for him were to gulp down anything I gave him without question. I smiled darkly at his enthusiasm, It wasn't like he was going to get the chance to fall asleep on the fire lit couch comfortably in Twilight's embrace anymore anyways. Her nights were going to be much more fulfilling while he slept under the spell of my drugs. She was mine now. Perhaps I would take her in the firelight on the couch while he slept. And afterwards, we could cuddle.
Twilight, on the other hoof, merely set her tea on the table and smiled sweetly at me. “Clean, I was wondering if you'd sit with us and chat for a bit? As a friend?”
I mentally stumbled, my grin faltering. This wasn't as I had planned. Still, if I was anything, I could be charming. “Of course, Princess.”
“Please, just Twilight. How many times do I have to tell you?” She batted her eyes and giggled. I wasn't sure if this was another last ditch effort to flirt with me or not.
“Perhaps just once more, Princess.” I sat at the table as I teased her.
“Well, then if we are going to be formal...” She pretended to think for a moment. Then she acted as though a great idea had occurred to her. Twilight straightened up and spread her wings, adopting the posture for a royal decree before she spoke. And when she spoke, it was loud. “Cleaned Corners, head housekeeper of friendship castle, I, Princess Twilight Sparkle, command you to call me Twilight when we are in familiar company.” She settled back into her chair with a smirk.
I responded by bowing my head as soon as she sat back down. “I, Cleaned Corners, hear and obey...” and then glanced up to catch her eyes, “Princess Twilight Sparkle.” This was familiar exchange, at least once a week we had this conversation. My response always seemed to make her smile.
She actually giggled at that. “Clever, Cleaned. But really. That's much too formal. You're my friend!” I felt myself blush a bit. That part was new. Did she really think me her friend? It was odd. I wondered if she'd consider me her friend if she knew what I'd done to her already. I licked my lips and the blush redoubled as I tasted a faint hint of grape. I looked at Twilight, and I didn't see the smiling friend warmly trying to engage in conversation.
I saw a purple mare lying on her back, staring blankly at the ceiling with a wide smile as I ran my hoof along her body, invading her and spreading her flesh wide. I saw her pant and moan under my caress, and I feasted on the vision of debauchery, her squirming body quivering and shuddering at my command. And then I blinked.
There was Twilight, leaning on the table over her cooling mug of tea, and giving me a curious look as she waited for me to respond to her. “Of course, Twilight. I was only teasing.” I banished the memory from my mind, hoping my blush would fade.
Twilight's curious look faded, but her scrutiny of me only abated when Spike's head hit the table and he started snoring. Twilight glanced at him and then threw a concerned look back to me. “Is he okay?”
“He'll be fine. Dragons and alicorns are nearly immune to this sort of thing. Honestly that tea would probably put me into a coma for a week, but you and he will wake up bright and refreshed tomorrow morning.” My reassurance was accurate. Technically the tea potion was ten different kinds of illegal, but if you wanted to drug an alicorn into obedience, there were some lines you needed to cross.
She leaned down and sniffed her tea. “Well, I trust you. But I think I'll give mine a few minutes to... cool.” She looked at it apprehensively.
“I thought you liked it hot?” I said, not thinking too carefully about the words.
Twilight jumped on the unintentional innuendo like a white princess on cake. “Oh. I like it hot...” She climbed up on the table and started walking across the table to me. Her smile twisted into a smirk, and her eyebrows lowered seductively, “And now that Spike's down for the count...”
That's when I realized that dinner had been far too normal. She had been acting under my influence all day long, nervous and fluttering about me like a desperate teenager, and suddenly she was perfectly normal and composed during dinner? I glanced at Spike, he was deep in sleep. Twilight was sauntering across the table, her hoof prints marring the beautiful finish.
This wasn't the plan. I was supposed to be in control. Twilight was supposed to be nervous and innocent as I showed her how to be a mare. She was supposed to politely ask me up to her room and then I was supposed to take her. She wasn't supposed to destroy the finish on a perfectly good table as she walked across it with a dangerous look in her eyes. I panicked, and jumped out of the seat.
Twilight's eyes narrowed like a predator, and her smirk fell into a frustrated frown. Her horn flared up, lifting me off the ground. “Don't like what you see?” Her demeanor had changed, she was yelling at me as she held me just in front of her enraged face. “I've been coming on to you all day!” Twilight stomped her hoof, cracking the table.
I winced. Everything was wrong. This wasn't right. Twilight lifted me up and flipped me over so I was upside down and we were face to face. The sudden spinning sensation disoriented me, and I found myself dizzy.
“All day long, I've been putting myself on display for you. Touching you, needing you. I don't even know what it was we did this morning in the kitchen, but I need more. I need your touch.” Her eyes were desperate and wild. I was suddenly very scared. This whole plan had been for more control of the situation. Being held upside down by magic in front of a furious princess was exactly what I didn't want. If there was going to be sex involved, it wasn't the kind I was interested in.
She screamed at me, the spittle spraying my face as she violently shook me back and forth in her magic. “Touch me! Do it!” She was enraged and confused, shaking me was the only way to express her frustration. “Is there something wrong with me? Am I not good enough?”
For a moment, I thought I was going to die. I was sure she was going to kill me. She shook me hard and it hurt. I was completely disoriented and had no idea what to do as my body was wrecked with pain. It felt like my limbs would fling off. So I cried. I lost all of my refined composure, years of practice and a lifetime of holding back gone in an instant just to start sobbing and begging her to stop hurting me. Between wracked “No more!”s and “Please stop!”s, I slowly realized the violent shaking had abated and I was curled on the table in a fetal position at Twilight's feet. Everything hurt, and the world was dizzy and red.
I opened my eyes to see Twilight standing with a horrified expression on her face. Her hair was wild and frizzy and her wings were ruffled and messy. Her mouth hung open, and she stared at me. I was suddenly reminded of just who I had been fucking with. This wasn't any mare, or even normal royalty. Twilight Sparkle was the Princess of Magic, Champion of Equestria, a living legend and maybe even a living god. She had enough power to rival any being in Equestria and beyond, and I had forgotten what that meant.
I had been thinking of her as just “Twilight Sparkle” the friendly purple mare with a cute face. I had been thinking of her as just another pony to control, and I had made a mistake. My mistake was forgetting who she really was underneath all that niceness. My whole life I had wanted control, power. She was power incarnate, and power could kill. I was being punished for my mistake.
“I'm.. Oh Celestia... I'm sorry...” The upset princess just kept staring as I sniffled and came to my senses. “I think... I think I need to go... to bed... alone..” Twilight shuffled nervously, her gaze drawn down.
I almost let her leave just then. Luckily, I'm not a stallion controlled by my fears. I had made a mistake, I had underestimated one of the most powerful beings in Equestria. That didn't mean I had to stop. Sure, she could kill me with a glance. But power was something I'd always wanted. Power meant control, and control meant I'd be happy. I was willing to take this risk, the reward was worth it. I gathered my thoughts, and then addressed the reward. I needed her to stay.
“Wait...” First I needed to get this mess sorted out. The table had been damaged, and I had been shaken like a maraca. Everything hurt, but I needed to make sure it didn't happen again. Twilight was dangerous, and I needed to make sure she was completely under my control. I had gotten distracted by the sex, and had lost sight of my goal. As a result, I had nearly been destroyed by her. I needed to fix this. “We need to talk, Twilight. Sit down for a moment.”
She suddenly sat right where she was, on the table. That's when I remembered that she was still under my command, assuming the hypnotism held her. Which I wasn't entirely sure of right then. I sat up where I was and wiped my face off with my hoof, clearing the tears. And we just sat there for a bit. Two ponies sitting on a table unsure of what to say, and having a hard time looking at each others eyes.
I started. “Twilight... I do like you. I... Like you a lot. And I want to touch you, I really do.” Her eyes lit up when I said that, and I saw an unsure grin begin to form. “But we need to set some ground rules.”
There was no pause, she almost talked over me in her excitement. “I like rules. I can live with rules.” She turned her gaze away from me, focusing on the crack in the table. She sounded happier.
“I don't like not being in control. It makes me uncomfortable. And you're the princess. It's your kingdom.” I was going to see how far this hypnotism thing would go. I had commanded her to do anything I said tonight, so I was going to see what the limit was. And she seemed vulnerable right now, even though moments ago she was dangerously furious. “But I need to be in charge of the castle.”
She looked at me quizzically, a hint of disappointment on her face. I briefly wondered why she seemed so dismayed, but decided not to linger on it. I had more to say, and I had no idea where her thoughts were right then.
“You can still do your princess stuff, but things like hiring and firing castle staff are for me. Choosing who gets to take care of things like fixing this table we're on, and what the castle schedule is going to be like. What rooms which ponies use and for what, things like that.” She didn't quite look at me, instead just keeping her gaze on the table. She appeared unmoved, so I begged. “Please... I need this.”
“I guess... I don't see a problem with that. Somepony needs to manage the castle anyways once we get more staff... And Spike has other things he needs to worry about.” Twilight seemed unsure, but she was still listening. If anything she seemed confused. “But what does that have to do with... us?”
I smiled at that. I was going to shoot for everything, living legends and maybe gods be damned. “Well, We'll have a little game for how we live our life.” I was pretty excited that she seemed to be okay with my proposal so far. If Twilight agreed to that, my original plan would be close enough to fully fulfilled. But now I wanted more. I wanted to get the cream on the cake.
“A game?”
“When it's just us, Spike, or the castle staff, I'm not just in charge of the castle.” She looked at me with actual concern. She looked really upset, but I ignored her immediate response. Was I going too far? It didn't matter. There was no stopping. “I'm in charge of you.”
Twilight's eyes opened wide at that. Several emotions flickered across her face, surprise, joy, fear, disgust, embarrassment, and worry. In that order. I also noticed that her wings lightly fluttered. Then, she slowly spoke, “What would you do with me?” She had her brow furrowed, deep in concern. I could tell she was thinking hard on this.
I smiled at the question. “Oh, nothing much. Mostly just fuck you silly.”
Her face reddened and her wings shot out stiffly to her side. I savored her reaction. One thing hasn't changed over the years: Twilight Sparkle is adorable.
Twilight gulped, and then we stared at each other. She searched my eyes, and I in turn opened them for her. I wasn't hiding anything, this is what truly wanted. I could tell, this is what she wanted as well. “I want to say yes, Clean.” Her eyes cast down. She seemed sad, defeated. “But I don't think I can.”
Now I was curious. She wasn't blindly accepting what I said, but she also wasn't throwing me in a dungeon for an attempted coup. The hypnotism hadn't stuck, but it didn't seem to have left her entirely. Regardless, I had to know. “Why?”
“I'd couldn't know you wouldn't abuse my power and influence.” Twilight looked at me sadly. “I can't let you possibly endanger my subjects with a selfish agreement.” Twilight closed her eyes, and pressed her wings firmly against her side. “I'm sorry...”
I immediately thought up a story about how it might be better for everypony, but then I remembered Spikes earlier advice about keeping it simple and honest. I'd have to compromise. I didn't need to lie to her about this. I really didn't want her kingdom. You can't keep a kingdom clean. I wanted her castle, and the things inside. Ponies included. I could keep that clean. I only wanted what I needed after all.
“What if I provide a simple clarification, Princess?” I smiled at her reassuringly.
“How so?” she she was quiet, interested but still focused. She seemed regal in that moment, a princess making a hard decision for her ponies, all while entertaining a guest. The tone told me that she had already decided against it, but she was willing to hear me out.
“I don't want your kingdom. I will never make you make any laws that affect or influence outside of the castle. And you'll see the castle staff daily, if something happens with them that you don't like, all you need do is ask and I'll stop it.” I didn't need to remove ponies if I was in charge of hiring them. Everything would be so much cleaner.
She seemed to be reconsidering, so I encouraged her more. “And if the other princesses need you, or there's something you have to do for Equestria, we'll stop the game until it's taken care of. I'll go back to being just your head of staff. We can even take break days every now and then if there is something you need or want to focus on or research. You could always spend time with your friends, all you'd have to do is ask.” I smiled at her. “It would just be a game Princess, our game.”
“I..” Twilight closed her eyes and thought on it. “I don't see any reason not to, actually.” She sounded surprised. She focused on me, studying me. “Do you mind walking me to my room? This table isn't very comfortable and I need to think about this some more.”
“Of course, Princess.” I couldn't believe it. All those months of planning, and with the near miss I'd just had, I had been worried they had been for naught. She had been acting odd all evening, I was sure the hypnotism had worn off. But she was still under some sort of compulsion. It must have been enough, and I kept thanking my lucky stars for that.
I was practically trembling, my stomach threatening to escape. Everything was off my plan, and that really upset me. The anxiety from that was almost crawling up my throat. However, the new arrangement was exciting and I kept thinking on it. I would be in charge of new hires, and the castle entirely. I could accept it easily enough. Still, she hadn't completely agreed. I gulped as we walked away, leaving Spike alone and forgotten at a broken dinner table.
