You awake to the sound of a body hitting the floor of your cell. You see a small white orb hovering above the body. You wonder what it could be but right now your hooves hurt way to much to think about it. Your entire body was dirty, ragged and beaten. You finally got up and went to see what was on the pony's body. A key. How odd, why would someone drop a body down here with a key? Maybe they want me to escape this prison. You stretch you body and test some of the spells you still know, which isn't many. Being undead really messed up your mind. Now standing you levitate the key into the lock and with a successful click the lock dropped away and you walked out the door. All you have is your rusty royal guard amour, your spells, and your trusty broken sword to help you.
You walk out and immediately see a undead pony huddled up against the wall, it seems he's gone mad. You remembered the name for ponies like him "Hollows" the undead who loose their minds, most are sent here to die but some still roam around out in the world. You continue walking down the hall looking at the ponies huddled up next to the wall. You look up at the bars and notice that they're bent on the body of a pony on the top. You look through the bars and see a demon with a giant hammer walking around.
You walk farther and come across a ladder leading up. You grab onto the ladder then start climbing up. Once you've reached the top you see a fire with a sword in it and bones as the base, a bonfire. You walk toward the bonfire, light it then sit down and start to feel warm inside but you know this feeling won't last so you get up and start exploring this new area. You walk up to the giant door right in front of the bonfire, you use your magic to open the doors and walk through. You see another door and start running towards with escape in your mind. Halfway through you see a demon drop down and roar at you. You realize you've made a huge mistake and start looking for a exit. You see a door on the left and sprint as fast as possible towards it. Rights as you run through the door it slams shut. "No way back now." You thought.
You see a hollow in the room on his hunches. The was some water in the room not much though, you ignore the hollow and walk on. You come across a ledge and you notice you above the courtyard with the bonfire. You look around and with nothing on your left you decide you go right. You see stairs going up and down since already have been down there you decide you go up. While walking up you see what looks to be a ball, sadly you were right a metal ball rolled down toward you. You jump out of the way and hit the wall behind you and you notice that the ball had made a hole in the wall.
You get up and walk into the room, the first thing you see is a knight the same knight the dropped the body in your cell. You walk up to him and learn his name is Oscar, he was a Undead on a mission to ring the Bell of Awakening. Regrettably he has failed in his mission and he asks you to carry on with what he couldn't. You say yes and he give you a Estus Flask, a Undead favorite. and a key maybe to the door you saw up the stairs. He thanks you and tells you to go so that he may not harm you after death. You do as hey says and walk out the door and up the stairs and find the undead who pushed the ball. he swings at you and you parry him then run him through with your blade killing him. You use the key to open the door and walk out to see a body with a orb above it. You walk over to and are ambushed by three sword hollows and a archer. You back away while reading the scroll and realize that the spell is quite simple and you estimate you can use it about thirty times before you are way to tired to do it again.
You use the spell and cast a soul arrow and shot it towards the closest one killing him with a large wound to the stomach. The other two approach and you find a shield and sword both barely used, you quickly drop the broken sword you had and strapped the shield to your left hoof and used you magic to hold you sword. The second hollow swings and you block making him bounce back giving you enough time to gut his friend. The hollow the bounced back now furiously swung his sword at you, you barely have any time to react getting cut on the hoof and face before raising your shield to take the rest. As soon as the hollow stopped you lounged forward and ran you sword through his throat with blood spewing everywhere.
Done with those three you remember the archer and walk around the corner as carefully as possible with you shield raised. You hear the sound of the arrow hitting your shield and you charge the archer and cut him from thigh to shoulder. You see a giant wall of fog and decide to walk through it. When the fog disappeared you looked down and saw the demon who had attacked you the first time you were here. You lunge of the ledge with your sword in position to run strait through it's head. You land right on top of it's head and rip your sword out of it's head and leap down and slice it's leg. It tries to hit you but your way to fast all it ends up doing is breaking some pots. You create a arrow made of souls and fire it into his stomach making a hole, again and again you dodge, fired arrows, and sliced and him were ever and whenever you could. And after a hard fight the demon fell and dissipated into thin air all that was left was a key and a tiny black weird spirit.
You walk towards the doors and open them with the key, once open you walk through and step into the sunlight something you thought you'd never see or feel again. With a feeling of victory you walked towards the edge slowly and you looked over the land enjoying the scenery, but in a instant you where swallowed be darkness, really soft darkness.
