Pinkamena, one year after the Cupcakes massacre, is now seen as a helpless case by the board of psychologists assigned to rehabilitating her. Right before Pinkamena's psychosis and morbid behavior is condemned by the most adept psychiatrists in Equestria, one particularly young stallion with very little experience in the field volunteers to try his hoof.
