The red ruby pendants of the three girls shattered into nothing but many pieces of the red material assorted on the ground. All their magic faded away like the sand in an hour glass falling from the top into an endless pit. Without their magic, they were just three teenage girls, their greatest nightmare. That nightmare came true for them. They strained their voices to try and sing but the boos and laughs roaring from the crowd and their realizations that they were no longer in any possession of magic made them run off the stage in unison. That was the most embarrassing moment of their lives. They all shared a little bit of pain. The sun peeked onto the morning streets of Canterlot City, awaking the three. Ever since they had lost the battle of the bands, they were shunned to the street to live. They were expelled from the school and were no longer allowed to enter during school hours. All three had been brainstorming ideas on how to get back to Equestria and not have to wait for it to open again. Aria had the idea they sing a portal open. Sonata suggested they enchant a taco and eat it and it will teleport them. Adagio as usual thought the others were being idiots and started to devise her own plan. She wanted to grab a hold of the magic of friendship, because that may be their key. "Come on girls," Adagio face palmed at the usual fighting duo of Aria and Sonata. "We have to get our hands on friendship! So we can get to Equestria" She strengthened her voice. The others stopped and looked to her. "Friendship?" Sonata inquired. "Friendship." "What can friendship do?" Aria cut in. Adagio rolled her eyes. "Friendship has enough power to take away the powers of the almighty Sirens, so it should do the least to open a portal." She explained, still pretty annoyed with the others foolishness. "We need to find a few 'friends' for long enough we can open a portal to Equestria." Aria looked away immediately, hiding a somewhat embarrassment. Adagio saw this and immediately intertwined "Do you have a friend Aria?" Adagio smugly asked. "Um, well sort of, yes." Aria admitted, still looking away to avoid Adagios gaze. "Get it done, Aria. Get us a portal." Adagio suddenly demanded with a smirk. Aria as well as Sonata had been surprised. It was almost expected that Adagio would press Aria down on information, but it must not have mattered who, but if that person could open a portal. Aria shook her head. As it was only 10 minutes before school started for her friend, so she rushed to the school in about 7 minutes. "Fluttershy!" She yelled out to her purple-haired friend about to enter the doors to the school. Fluttershy turned her head to her. "Yes?" "Fluttershy come here." Aria started to lower her voice. She stood in front of where the opening of the portal was for Twilight Sparkle, which was the structured block underneath the metal horse statue that represented the Wondercolts. Time to do this, you got this! She thought to herself as Fluttershy came closer. Adagio and Sonata hiding in the nearby bushes so that they can jump into the portal if it should open. Aria had a loud gulp before speaking. "So, um- Fluttershy, I uh-" She tried to speak. Aria had real friendship feelings towards Fluttershy, but was afraid of looking weak and cuddely-wuddely in front of the other Sirens. "Yes, Ari?" Fluttershy timidly inquired. Aria blushed at the usual nickname her friend gave her. Adagio heard this and slowly laughed and smirked. Sonata ignored it, wait for the portal to open so that she could have Equestrian tacos (She suspected they were made with meat like her favorite). Aria gulped once again as she nervously open her mouth to speak. "Listen, your probably one of the best friends I have ever had in my whole life. Even when I tried to take everyone over and put you under our spell you still saw hope in me. You didn't shun us like everyone else did, even the rest of the six who pride themselves on 'friendship' and 'love and tolerance'. You saw through my scary mean appearance and saw a lonely girl who needed a real friend. You Fluttershy, are that friend." Aria nervously spilled. She almost started to cry at the ending as she started to hug her friend. Fluttershy was in shock, not even noticing the bell beginning to ring. To Adagio and Sonatas dismay, the portal wasn't seeming to open. Aria looked over her shoulder to where the portal should be opening. None of them get why it didn't open. Aria practically spilled her guts and inner feelings to her, and 'the magic of friendship' was apparently useless at this moment. Out of nowhere Fluttershy hugged Aria really tight. "Thank you. You are really good friend too, your not mean to me and I could tell you weren't 100% bad guy. Your a great friend, Ari." Fluttershy began to cry a little. Fluttershy cried at almost anything emotional or scary. Fluttershy had still not let go but Aria returned the hug. In the middle of the hug, the block of marble that rested the statue began to become a slight pink, almost purple color. Adagio and Sonata lifted a little bit form their crouch position to get a look at the growing pink whirl pool going deep into the marble, and of course, they were ready to run if it starts to close on them. When Aria pulled away from the hug a slight force pulled at her right side, the side facing the now portal. She realized what was happening and didn't push against the force. The last thing she saw was when she looked over her shoulder and saw Adagio and Sonata running towards her and the portal. She then closed her eyes. Adagio full on jumped into the portal face-first. She was in high hopes she'd become a Siren in Equestria and have all her powers back. Sonata skipped in and made sure to wave to Fluttershy before going to Equestria. Fluttershy just watched as the girls willing jumped into the portal and had her mouth wide. She had no idea why they were willingly to jump into the portal, but she didn't have time to ask as she realized the bell rang 5 minutes before. She rushed off into the school pushing against the slight force trying to pull her in, but eventually the sucking force slowed down and the portal faded away, no longer giving an entrance back into Canterlot High. She wondered if that portal led to Twilights home, but she quickly tried to forget that happened. The sirens experienced a stretching of their bodies and a feeling of growing new limbs and leaving old ones. They could barely see as their vision was a blur. The last thing they saw in that portal was a bright white flash that soon faded as they opened their eyes in unison on a cold, crystal floor. Aria tried to stand but only found that she had no longer had two legs... she had four. The extra limbs and weight caused her to fall over. Adagio soon also tried to stand, and succeeded with more balance then Aria but was still wobbly and wanted to fall over. When the two siren ponies got up and regained balance, they glanced to Sonata. She was laughing and shrieking as she slipped across the all-crystal floor with dark and light pink striped sock on her hoofs. Aria seemed to be enjoying her new pair of legs because she looked to be smirking at them and trying to strut with them. While the others where enjoying themselves, Adagio hated every moment she had to bare being a pony. W-Why?! Why a ratchet pony? Why not a strong beautiful flying siren that can sing and did I mention beautiful? Well, if I'm going to be a pony, why not a full grown or teenage pony? Why a filly? Hm, maybe when those dreaded Rainbooms to our siren magic, they took away our siren body as well! Then why would we be fillies? Adagio ranted on in her head, completely ignoring all the loud Sonata giggles zipping around the room. Adagio snapped out her thoughts when she heard walking steps of a pony nearby. The trio suddenly grew silent. Adagio silently grunted as she ran towards the wall where she could smudge between the wall and a column. The other two followed in fear of being seen. The space behind the column to fit the three. The hoof steps grew closer and closer until a white figure in a golden set of armor stepped into the room in a stomping manner. A castle guard. The white Pegasus sprouted his wings as he held out a sword like stick. "Who's there?" The guard loudly demanded. No answer. He looked to the reflective vertical glass oval. "The mirror." he calmed down, walking towards the mirror. "Something must have come from here. I could have sworn I heard-" The guard looked over his pony shoulder blades. The Sirens had not realized they had their heads peeked out looking towards the guard but they must have realized when the stallion seemed to begin looking their way, but before he could, they quickly hid themselves from sight. Luckily the room was dark, which was weird regarding it was morning in the world they had just traveled from. They were also slightly disadvantaged with their bright color schemes permanently affixed to them. Before the guard could look to the three little fillies, a great rumbling began that seemed to shake the entire... building? Crystal building? The guard dashed out of the room flapping his wings rapidly. About 5 minutes later of nothing but sheer fear and knee-trembling (Literally) earthquake like conditions, the intense earth-shaking rumbles began to come to a stop. What could that have been? Crystals and Big CastlesThe three fillies had still been left dizzy after the sudden shaking of the world around them. Adagio was the first to get up and stumble her way into the open room. Sonata following behind as well as Aria being a little delayed. They quickly came to grips as they started making their way towards the huge doorway into a large hallway that stretched out miles long, lined with thousands of doorways and walkways. It was going to be a while before they got out. The trio then slowed down their pace as they started walking down the magnificent hallway. They continuously moved their heads from side to side in unison. It was hopeless. Every doorway led to another walkway, to another, to another, to another. Agh! This is so- so- meaningless! Where are we anyway?! Adagio thought in aggravated silence. Just when she was about to flat out start screaming when they came past a familiar, annoying, unforgettable voice. They all stopped and peeked their heads into the certain doorway in which the voice resided. It was a dining large oval shaped room with a large circular table made form pure crystal. The table was surround be large crystallized chairs, each had a symbol engraved into them, and in each seat sat a certain pony, it appeared. The voice was coming from Twilight Sparkle. It wasn't just Twilight, because 5 other ponies of assorted colors sat in their throne-like seats according to the engraved symbol on it which also appeared on their flanks. Aria snarled at the group of seemingly happy ponies. Why were they so happy? Why didn't the brains shake out of them? Oh great. This is just terrific! Aria thought to herself. Sonata didn't seem to care, she was still bubbly as usual, probably thinking about tacos. The light blue filly looked at the ground for a minute before peeking up her head. "We need a castle!" She exclaimed with a happy whisper. Adagio rolled her eyes and The fillies looked locked their eyes into the room and looked for any possible exits that they could leave and not be seen or heard. Fortunately, they did spot an exit, but unfortunately, it was across the large room where anypony could see them, along with little ways to make their escape successful. Something snapped inside of Sonata. Sonata suddenly walked away from the cover of the wall separating them and the 6 grown mares, alerting the other two fillies to draw their attention and wide-eyes toward her. Sonata kept on walking, coming up towards a wall and silently walked along it, frequently looking back to her sisters as a gesture to follow. Soon Aria began to slowly sneak behind her. Adagio stared at her. "What are you doing, Aria?" Adagio snappily whispered. Aria looked back. "I think Sonata knows what she's doing." Aria remarked, starting to quietly trot towards the light blue filly that was almost to the exit. Adagio angrily sighed as she to decided to follow lead of her sisters. They had finally reached the door that would lead them out of the miserable crystal castle. Before any of the fillies could say anything, Sonata was already outside, leaving a crack in the door so that the other two could come through and not get noticed by the other mares feet away. Once the three sisters got outside, they took a moment to take in the scenery. In the distance, there were an array of houses in colors such as white, yellow, pink and green. There were more than a handful of ponies of every species. The grass was the greenest green the Sirens have ever seen. Although, they did kind of remember this place from when they were sirens flying over Equestria. Ponyville. The three looked at each other and then nodded. They walked single-file, with Adagio in the front and Aria in the back. It wasn't long until they saw another pony, presumably a mare, coming towards them. It was a Pegasus, judging by the feather covered wings flapping lifting the pony slightly above the ground. The closer the pony came towards the fillies, the more of her was revealed. The thing they all noticed first (aside from her wings) was her eyes. her eyes were a yellowish color, and looked kind and bubbly, but that wasn't what drew the attention of the three tiny mares. It was where her eyes were pointing. One eye was looking up, looking as if it were pointing the sky. The other seemed to be pointing down. The mare got closer two the three fillies, who to her, looked like orphans. "Are you lost?" A bubbly voice asked coming from the pony that was now on all four hooves in front of them. The fillies stopped to look at the figure. "You girls are so cute!" "No we are not lost, for your information, lady." Adagio snorted. Her sisters snickered loudly. "Lady?" The mare jumped. "I prefer the term 'Derpy' thank you." She smiled. She quickly changed the topic with a concerned "So, where is your mother or father?" Aria cut it "Our mother and father are somewhere in the clouds-" "Poor things!" She gasped before letting her finish. She scooped them all up into a small hug, in which two of the girls tried to struggle out of, but Sonata giggled and hugged her back. Derpy let go of them and said "You can live with me!" The three widen their eyes and exclaimed in unison "What!?" Derpy once again scooped them up and lifted off the ground using her wing power and began to fly forward "You going to love our house!" "Our?" Adagio asked with a slight urgency. A New HomeAs Derpy approached the door with the fillies in her grip, she knocked on the door using hoof that she freed. When there was no response, she slowly and gently pushed it open. She placed the fillies onto the ground and landed with a smile. "I'm home!" She exclaimed. Moments later hoofsteps could be heard coming down the staircase in the hallway on their right. The living room, which is were you enter the house, had a soft tan carpeted floor and light grey walls, just a little lighter than Derpys' fur color. The houses interior consisted mainly of the colors of brown and white; including the couch which was dark brown with small white pillows on it. Soon the loud hoofsteps neared as a small filly was now visible coming down the stairs. "Hey Dinky!" Derpy flapped her wings happily. The filly came through the small white hallway into the living room and looked at the new guests who were continuously looking around the room with a expression that was either amazed or confused. "Um mom, who are they?" Dinky pointed at the three who now drew their attention towards her. Derpy jumped "Oh I forgot! This is... this is uh- um- they are- uh-" Sonata turned around "I'm Sonata Dusk, but just call me Sonata!" She smiled. Adagio didn't look at Derpy and grumbled "If you must know, my name is Adagio." Aria, who actually seemed amused by this whole thing smiled and said "Oh, and I'm Aria." "This is Aria, Sonata, and Adagio!" Derpy looked back to Dinky. "And these are your new sisters!" All four fillies looked at eachother and then back to Derpy. "Oh no." Adagio laid down on the ground and put her hooves over her head. "I already have enough sisters!" Dinky stepped in front of her new sisters and sighed. "I don't want siblings!" She angrily exclaimed loudly and turned to her mother. "How could you do this to me!" "Calm down!" She said worriedly "This is good for you!" "But there's THREE of them!" She cried "That's okay." "No, it's not! You and Dad are enough for me!" "Don't be mean in front of your new sisters!" "I DON'T WANT SISTERS!" "Watch your attitude!" "NO!" Derpy gave her daughter that stern look mothers often seem to have. She stepped forwards and sternly said; "Go to your room. You cannot talk to your mother that way. You're grounded missy!" Dinky gave a large frown and did rolled her eyes with a loud angry UGH! and trotted up to the staircase. Derpy lost her angry expression and sighed "Sorry girls, she always acts like this." "It's okay. I'm used to acting like that and I know how to handle it." Adagio said, surprisingly. Derpy laughed. "Well, you girls can all sleep in the guest room upstairs." She stood up. "I'm going to go see when you can meet your new father." Now that their "mother" was gone, Adagio lost her calmer state. "WE ARE NOT ORPHANS!" She blasted "WHY DO WE HAVE TO RESIDE HERE?!" Sonata placed her hoof on her shoulder "Calm dow-" Adagio smacked her hoof off her shoulder quickly, leaving a sting on Sonatas' hoof. "ow!" She exclaimed. Adagio rolled her eyes and ran and plopped down on a giant soft white recliner in the corner of the room by the window, which was closed by light blue blinds. "Leave me alone!" She yelled, but her yells were muffled by her hooves which were over her face and mouth, her ears dropped to the side of her small head, and her fluffy hair heaping over her shoulders like miniature waterfalls. "I'm just gonna go get a snack-" Aria excused herself. Sonata ears popped up. "I call dibs on the tacos!" She yelled. Aria laughed and trotted her way into the doorway. When she got into the kitchen, she walked over the the counter that held the sink. Above the sink was the cabinet that most likely held the snacks. Beings that she was much smaller than a grown pony, she would have to climb her way up. She sighed and jumped to the top of the counter, but finding herself trying to balance on the edge, trying not to fall into the deep sink. She then carefully lifted one hoof and placed it on the handle of the cabinet door, and slowly began to pull it towards her to open it for the contents inside. "Hi!" Sonata said out of the blue as she entered the kitchen. This caused Aria to jump, and in result her hoof let go of the handle and she fell forward face-first into the sink, and as she fell she reached out her hoof to grab onto something only to grab onto the handle that turns on the sink. She turned on a stream of hot water, and when she hit the sink surface, she was greeted by a ton of heated water hitting her, and wetting her hair. She looked over. "Hi." she grunted. Sonata blushed "Sorry." A Taco ThoughtThe three sat in a small circle each eating their own snack; Aria was still a little wet. Adagio munched on some carrot slices while Sonata nibbled on and starred at the strangest thing; It was a carrot in between a hot dog bun with various condiments on it. Is this supposed to be... a hot dog? A... A... Sonata starred at it TACO? She quickly snapped herself out of her thoughts. Of course it's not a taco! Tacos are made with delectable delicious meat made from cows that are fresh, and they always are covered in the best shells! Tacos taste of much more that carrots and dry bread. Instead, they taste of a peaceful nights dream of rivers of taco grease and mountains covered of spices and often topped all off with hot sauce! The landscape made from meat, and dollops of sour cream and cheese leap around joyfully and compliment the taste, making every bite a snap out of reality! That is until... Sonata suddenly lowered her ears and made a pouty face. -Until you reach the last bite. When your teeth dig into the last bite, the heaven that is tacos enters it doomsday. You realize that it is gone; It's kinda like watching your best friend die, well, empathizes on "kind of". Anyway, it's like the whole world has come to an end after what was once a taco heaven, goes down your throat completely broken. The wonderful taste that was in your mouth, vanishes with the crushed and forgotten dreamland that is tacos. By this point, her eyes were watery, and while she didn't realize it, the others did. "Um-" Adagio starred "What's wrong Sonata?" Sonata snapped out of her thoughts once again and smiled "Nothing." Aria devoured her delicious chocolate chip cookie that was about half her size. It was warm and the chocolate was gooey and it all came together in Arias' mouth to create the taste of the perfect cookie. Derpy entered through the door slowly, quickly seeing the fillies eating their little snacks. She giggled "Dinner is going to be soon. Save your appetite!" She then paused. "Oh yeah, and your father, well rather, your adoptive father will be coming home late. He has uh-" She then looked at them "-Important business." The derp eyed mare started heading up the stairs, looking content in her expression. Once she reached the top of the staircase, she quickly entered into Dinkys room. "Are you going to behave this time?" She asked. Dinky was sitting on her plush-like yellow bed, reading her favorite book called "Daring Do and the Jungle Temple". She then looked at her mother with a stirred expression. "No," She finally grunted, going back to her place in her book in which she marked with her hoof. "Not until my 'sisters' are gone." Derpy lowered her ears and gave an angered expression. She walked up to her and grabbed her book from her hooves. "Fine, have it your way." She snarled. "Dinner in 10 minutes." She left the room. Dinky screamed "BUT I HAVE TO KNOW WHERE THE HIDDEN STONE IS IN THE JUNGLE TEMPLE OF MARROW!"

Sonata blushed "Sorry."
A Taco ThoughtThe three sat in a small circle each eating their own snack; Aria was still a little wet.
