Starlight Aura
Hi. My name is Starlight Aura. I am the Guardian of the Stars. I am an Alinite, and I’m in the Lunar Squadron. Let’s see here. Oh, all Alinites have Pure Forms, and mine makes my mane look wavy. God Almighty and Luna later gave me a job… just to fly around up North with my radical hair. They call it an Aurora Borealis. But most ponies just call it the “Northern Lights”. But when I’m back to normal, my hair just looks average. I have lots of friends, like Archer, Blossom, Feather, Droplet, Ivory, Lou Lou, Dawn, and Dusk. My sister, Ivory Crescent, was sent to the moon by God Almighty. But I still get letters, and that’s cool. I got my job of being a chronicler.
By the way, when the Princesses asked us to right this, she said we gotta write a mini-story, so yeah.
Starlight’s Story About Boots
Once upon a time… in the Canterlot Castle Courtyard, all the female Alinites were gathered, practicing their weapons using magic. I was twirling my starstaff and clashing with Ocean Droplet when Cadenza, Songfilled Melody, and Roseleaf Opera. Rose, being the Guardian of Beauty, was pretty. Gorgeous, actually. And she knows it. Anyway, she always has ANYTHING trendy. Always accompanying her are Songfilled Melody (the Guardian of Music) and Mi Amore Cadenza (the Guardian of Love). Actually, Song and Cadenza aren’t actually that bad. But I think they are just trying to show some sympathy to her or something.
Anyway she comes up to me, Droplet, and Feather. Droplet and Featherfly are my best friends.
“Mares, Mares!” she sang to us. She comes up to us for EVERY situation. ‘Omg, omg! Mares look! I have, like, totally a tangle in my mane! I’m going to have to brush it out and that will take, like, years! And then, I’m like, gonna starve to death! Oh the harmony!’ And in that time, Ocean Droplet gets a brush and combs out the tangle in one brush. ‘Omg! You mares are lifesavers!’ I had nothing to do with it at all and she gives us a group hug. She does this because we are totally “besties”.
