Discord's Last StandView OnlineArrivalDiscord's Last StandChapter 1 Discord's last Stand “I'll tell you what we've learned Discord. We've learned that friendship isn't always easy, but there's no doubt it's worth fighting for.” Twilight Sparkle said, facing Discord, her friends all around her. The master of chaos groaned “Gag! Fine go ahead and try to use your little elements. Just make it quick'' Discord then teleports back to his throne “I'm missing some excellent chaos here.” Five ponies huddle closer together and Twilight speaks up “all right ladies, lets show him what friendship can do!” “Wait, wait, wait!” Pinkie Pie shouts out, before drinking up some chocolate rain, licking her lips. Her friends stare at her as she hops back to join them, she snarls as she gets ready. The six friends use their elements as a white light appears around them, Discord yawns a smirk on his face. The elements start glowing as the power grows. The symbols of the elements for each pony shoot out as Discord's eyes widen in surprise. “What's this?” he says ducking a flying symbol. The power grows and Discord finally realizes whats happening, “No!” Twilight's eyes open and they glow with a fierce white light. The power of the elements have been unleashed as a blinding light erupts from the six friends. A sonic rainboom bursts from them as the ground shakes and a rainbow arcs across the sky hits the screaming Discord. His body slowly turning to stone as he screams at the top of his lungs. As the statue is complete the rainbow splits in two and surrounds Ponyville in a white force field. The force field then bursts as a blinding light moves across Equestria. The light fades as the ponies float down. They look at the statue only to find it gone! In it's place is a small structure ten feet wide, fifteen feet long, and seven feet tall. On the wall facing them is a brown door twice as tall and wide as a pony. In the centre of the door was a small hole the size of a nut. “What in Equestria is that thing?” said Applejack, an orange pony with a yellow mane and cowgirl hat on her head. Before anypony could answer they heard a noise from inside the structure and the doorknob slowly turned. The door opened and standing there was the strangest creature they had ever seen. It had a small black mane going down its neck, which was way smaller then the little ponies. The creature was wearing clothes over their chest and hind legs, which they were standing on. The head of the thing was down as it looked at the top article of clothing. It seemed to be clutching it's side. A yellow pony with a light pink mane, named Fluttershy, gasped as she realized that the red on it's clothes was really blood and a small pool was forming below the creature. It's head slowly started to look up when it collapsed onto ground motionless. *** “Fluttershy are you sure you wanna watch it, the thing could be dangerous,” Twilight said in a concerned tone, looking at the unconscious figure on Fluttershy's couch. “I-it's a he” Fluttershy said quietly, blushing, then louder said “yes, I’m sure. It cant be that bad, he looks friendly. Besides i need to watch him, that wound could open anytime and I wouldn't want him to lose to any more blood. He's lost too much already.” Twilight turned her head curious “How do you know it's a he?” Fluttershy blushed again. “H-he looks like a he” she said. She didn't want to tell her friend exactly how much she saw to know it was a he. It had been embarrassing enough when nopony was around. Twilight raised an eyebrow, then lowered it and sighed. “Alright Fluttershy, I guess your right, I'll come to check up him tomorrow, it's been a long day and I still need to do some studying.” She walked outside and turned around to face her friend, “goodnight Fluttershy, and be careful.” “Goodnight Twilight and don't worry I will.” Oh my head thought the creature on the couch, where am i? He looked around the room, and was confused. What the... what kind of place is this, a birdcage with miniature stairs leading up to it, mouse holes everywhere including one by the ceiling with more little steps going up to it. This must animal lover is crazy! He looked down at what he is sitting on. A bright green couch with a big one yellow armrest on his right. The couch was too small for him to lie down, so whoever put him there had sat him up and put a light blue blanket on him. He slowly pulled the blanket of still tired. He started to stand up when he felt tremendous pain in his side, he winced and sat back down. His eyes widened, when he remembered where his wound came from. Was i kidnapped? He thought, No this doesn’t look like a kidnappers house, could be a front though. If this was a kidnapper's house then why is it so small? His head snapped up as he saw a flash of yellow and pink came from the doorway on his right. As he looked at the doorway a head peered around the corner. It appeared to be a mare, he could tell by the colours of the pony, and it's light blue eyes, they looked feminine. He sat back and sighed, whoever had taken him was obviously not here. He glanced back at the doorway and saw the little pony still staring at him, but she had stepped closer so that he could she her whole body. Strange, he thought there's a tattoo on her butt, who gives an animal a tattoo of three butterflies? He stared at her back getting even more confused, are those wings? He didn't notice the slight blush appear on the pony's face as he looked her over, mostly because her mane covered most of her face hiding her expression. He looked around the room again and noticed the bright red door across from him. How did i miss that before, he thought slowly getting up ignoring the protests from his side, no matter, i gotta get outta here before the guy who shot me comes back. He now stood up to his full height of six feet, the ceiling barely a foot above his head. He noticed the pony was no longer in the doorway but hiding under a dresser in the corner. He sighed again and walked to the door. Halfway there he felt a small chill and looked down. He was standing in the middle of the room with nothing but his boxers on. Glad that no one was around to see him, he went back to the couch, grabbed the blanket and walked back to the door. After wrapping himself up Julius Ceaser style he opened the door and looked outside. The house seemed to be on top of a small hill, and had a small winding path down to a bridge that crossed a small river. There was more evidence outside the house that proved that whoever lived here was an animal lover to the extreme. Whoa, he thought my sister would love it here. “E-excuse me” he barely heard the voice that came from behind him, but he did and spun around. Behind him the yellow pony sat looking up at him, half her face behind her mane. He looked around trying to locate the voice when it spoke up again. “y-you shouldn't go anywhere you c-could hurt yourself.” He didn’t understand the voice seemed right in front of him, but the only thing in front of was... the pony? He knelt down eyes level to the pony. She turned her head away from him and cowered, then to his surprise spoke “i-if you want to of course.” He jumped up in surprise, hitting his head on the ceiling. In doing so his blanket/robe fell of and his wound reopened. He laid on the ground his right hand holding his head while his left held onto his side. He groaned in pain and shock and blacked out. “Oh dear” Fluttershy said and rushed to her guest's side. When he had jumped up she had squealed and ran into the other room. Now noticing that he had fallen unconscious, she went to assess the damage. Upon redressing his wound she brought him, with difficulty, back to the couch and laid him down, his feet hanging over the opposite end of the couch. She then took off the ice pack she had put on his head to stop swelling. I hope he isn't scared of me, she thought remembering what happened with the last group of animals that were scared of her in Canterlot. She sat down in front of the couch and looked at the sleeping figure. She had decided to let him sleep and was about to turn around when his eyes shot open and he sat up quickly. Upon seeing his fast actions she squealed and cowered. He heard her and stared at her his eyes widening in terror. This time it was Fluttershy who jumped when he spoke “h-how can you talk, y-you're a horse?” “S-sorry” she whimpered. His terror died down as he realized the pony was more scared of him, then he of her. His head was still trying to make sense of it all, he thought it could be a dream but the pain in his side was disagreeing with that theory. So that left two other theory’s. One: it was real. Two: he has gone insane. He was leaning to the second one. “I must be going insane, you cannot be real” he said pushing thoughts from his mind. “N-no, mister, I’m sorry, i-I’m real” she said confused. Before he could respond a knock came from the little red door that was on the opposite end of the room. “Coming” Fluttershy called to the door, then turning to her guest said, “i-I’ll be right back” He watched her walk up to the door and open it wide enough for her to peek out. “Oh hi Twilight,” He heard her say. “Hi Fluttershy, I’m here to check on the creature, is he awake?” He heard a feminine voice say from the other side of the door. Creature? He thought, is she talking about me? The door opened wider and he could now see the visitor on the other side of the door. To his surprise it was another pony, a purple pony with a purple and pink mane. He studied her with a confused expression, noticing a horn on her forehead. She walked up and sat down in front of him, studying him with her big purple eyes. He was the first one to break the silence as he said, “uh... h-hello.” Her eyes widened in surprise at his words, excitement flowing through them. “You can talk?” she exclaimed almost shouting. “Yes i can, oddly coloured pony, your appearance proves i am crazy. Now if you'll excuse me I have to find the people who brought me here.” he said accepting the false fact that he was indeed insane, and stood up. She stepped back as he stood up, confusion taking place on her face. Twilight watched him wrap the blue blanket around his body, confused and a little hurt by his comment. When he got halfway to the door she spoke up realizing who he is looking for, “You won't find him.” He stopped and turned around looking at the little pony, “And why wont i?” She hesitated, “He's gone missing” He smirked, “You're lying, I will find him, now, would you please leave me alone imaginary unicorn” Fluttershy then stepped in front of him, “Y-you cant leave, you're wound could open up again.” Worry lined her eyes and he couldn't help it. He just had to stay. He couldn't resist her cute stare. “Fine” he grumbled walking back to the couch. This is gonna be a long day.
The PartyView OnlineArrivalThe PartyChapter 2 The Party Laughter. Why do I hear laughter? It doesn't sound like Twilight's or Fluttershy's. Is it one of their other friends? No, this laughter sounds familiar, almost evil. "Come on, I know you're awake," the feminine voice sends shivers up my spine, but, that voice so familiar... "You!" My eyes snapped open as memories of the past two years fly into my mind. I looked at the source of the laughter, and saw the familiar pony on the other side of the metal bars. I looked around my small prison and sighed, I had been locked up here for months in my small cave prison. I stood up getting off the small mattress, that was on the cold hard floor. "Morning, hope you slept badly." said the pony on the other side of the bars, laughing. "My sleep was fine actually, I had a wonderful dream. One WITHOUT you!" I shot back at my captor. I limped toward the breakfast that sat on a tray in the middle of the room. On the tray was a cupcake that looked exactly like the first one I had ever tried here in Equestria and a glass of apple cider that looked exactly like the one that was served to me on the edge of Sweet Apple Acres. From being here for about six months I knew that the cupcake was not made by the Cakes and the cider was probably one of Flim and Flam's. "Well well. We can't have that, can we?" Her horn glowed green and my mattress was replaced by... by the light blue blanket I had worn so long ago. "There you go, hope you like the 'upgrade'" she laughed I watched her walk away laughing like a madmare. I looked at the food and then at my new bed. Tears were flowing down my face but i dare not make a sound, knowing it would only excite her . I HATE HER. My thoughts wondered to my friends back in Ponyville. From the awkward first meeting to the last time i saw them on Hearth's Warming. From the defeat of Chrysalis to my first Pinkie Pie party... *** ~Sugarcube Corner, Two years ago~ I looked up at the bakery, and groaned. Pinkie had be told me earlier about a welcoming party for me. She had pounced on me and said so yesterday when we first met, she also told me about a million other things at the same time. Twilight and Fluttershy had convinced me yesterday morning about them being real. It didn't take that long to convince me, just a whole night of arguing. What finally did get me to believe was when Twilight brought up alternative dimensions and that some mutant dragon-pony-lion-bird-thing named Discord had switched places with me and my room. Although that worried me and her as well, there was nothing we could do about it. "Are you coming?" Fluttershy said looking back with worry, interrupting my train of thought. "Uh, yeah. Sorry just lost in thought." I said and followed her inside the bakery. As we stepped inside the gingerbread looking sweet shop I noticed that all the lights were off. I was about to ask Fluttershy if we were in the right place but before I could say anything, the lights snapped on. "SURPRISE!!!" the crowd shouted. I froze in fright for a second until I realized what happened. My mind had just started to calm down, when Pinkie came out of nowhere and tackled me to the ground. "Hi! Were you surprised, huh huh huh?" Pinkie said her face inches way from mine. "Pinkie Pie! Be careful, Twilight may have used a spell to fix him up, but-" Fluttershy started, scolding the pink ball of excitement that was pining me to the ground. "It's okay Fluttershy," I said interrupting her "I'm fine." Turning to the pony on my chest I said, "Yes Pinkie, very surprised. but in order to fully enjoy your party I'll have to get up." "Oopsy, sorry" she said getting off me. "I love surprises, the're soooo fun, I was really surprised when I found out a human was here, not as surprised as when Twilight came but really, really close. Oh you still have to met everypony, come on!" She didn't even give me a chance to get up as she grabbed my leg with her teeth and pulled me along. I don't even know what the other guests are doing, Pinkie Pie robbed all my attention. She introduced me to every single pony that was there. I don't even remember them all. I do, however, remember a few, like Lyra a light green unicorn who looked almost as excited as Pinkie. Almost. There was also Derpy a blue-gray Pegasus who was studying my head and feet at the same time. The last one I remember being introduced to was Nurse Redheart who, according to what Fluttershy had said yesterday, stitched me up. After leaving the DJ booth where Pinkie showed me the DJ, Pinkie pulled me to a table that was along the wall, out of the way of the party goers. Six other ponies sat here eagerly awaiting something. Five of them were the ponies that I had met yesterday, my new friends, and the unicorn I had met earlier named Lyra. "Hi, girls." I said to them after Pinkie Pie had pushed me into a chair. The seven ponies were now staring at me when the peagaus with the rainbow mane, Rainbow Dash I think, spoke up, "sooo, you gonna tell us now how you got that hole in your side? You promised to do it today and the day's almost over." "Oh, yes, right, well..." *** "...no colors anymore, I want them to turn black" The Rolling Stones sang from my iPod "I see th-" What the hell? I pulled the earphones out of my ears and picked up my 'miniature jukebox' as grandpa likes to call it. "Dammit" I muttered. "stupid batteries..." My mom and dad had taken my brother and sister to a doctors appointment so I finally had sometime to myself. I had chosen to listen to music while playing an old Spongebob computer game. It was nice to- "Ow!" What was that? "Damn it Marty, would you be more careful, boss wants everything in perfect shape before we pawn it." said a voice. From upstairs. Of a supposed to be empty, except for me, house. "Uhh, sorry Billy" said a second and deeper voice. From upstairs. Of a supposed to be empty, except for me, house. "Nevermind, finish taking this out back while I go check the basement." said the first guy who I guess is Billy. Shit! Couldn't criminals have picked a day when I'm not home to rob us? Now, where's the phone? I looked over to the phone dock beside my bed. It wasn't there. Dammit Samantha, why do you always use my phone. Oh well, Cell phone? I pulled it outta my pocket. DAMMIT! Why do i always forget to charge everything! I slowly walked to my bedroom door and opened it, coming face to face with Billy. He had a U-Haul baseball cap and what looked like a blue mechanics jumpsuit on. I stood there frozen looking into the green eyes of the Chuck Norris look-a-like. Before I could even 'eep' in surprise I was staring down the barrel of a .40 S&W handgun. I thought it before and i'll think it again. SHIT! "Uh, h-hi" I stammered barely able to get the words out of my mouth. A wicked smile came across his face, "well, well, well. What do we have here? Some fun perhaps?" he laughed cruelly. Smirking, he stepped closer to me, always keeping the gun level to my head. "On your knees. Now!" He yelled jabbing the gun to the side of my head. I fell down to my knees, a million and one thoughts going through my head. I looked up to see him doing the worst thing that had come through my mind. Oh god, he's unzipping his pants. I just stared at him begging him to stop with my eyes, he just smirked. "Billy!" yelled Marty from upstairs. I almost forgot about him. The robbers head snapped to the stairs looking for his partner in crime. Perfect! Thanks Marty. While Billy's head was was turned I quickly slapped the hand that held the gun away. Billy's head snapped back to face me only to be meet with fist flying into his face. His head snapped back and he fell backward from my punch. After I had punched him, I ran back into my room and slammed the door behind me, leaning against it for good measure. Adrenaline took over as I heard a thud and a noise i'm pretty sure would never leave my mind. A Gunshot. There was yelling from the other side of the door for a few seconds before it stopped, just like that, gone. I looked down, and saw blood slowly soaking through my shirt. My head was spinning as i stared at the red leaking through my AC/DC shirt. My attention was soon pulled past my shirt and onto the floor as bright lights flashed at my feet, shining through the slit under the door. After a few minutes of various bright colors shining in my room everything had became extremely quiet. Well, quiet except for the loud ringing in my ears. A voice had sounded from the other side of the door, but the ringing in my ears was to intense to make out anything. All I know is that it sounded southern. I slowly turned around and faced the door. My hand was shaking as I gripped the door knob. I pushed the door open and winced in pain. My adrenaline had been replaced by wave and wave of pain that flew trough my body. God, I'm so tired. The blood flow intensified and there was a puddle forming around my feet. The ringing had surprisingly stopped and I heard a faint gasp come from in front of me. I was about to look at the source of the sound but only got halfway before everything turned black. *** As I finished my story I looked around the table to the faces of my new friends. They all sat there staring at me in shock of what I just told them. Fluttershy looked on the verge of tears and Pinkie Pie's hair looked less poofy then normal. The white one with an ivory looking mane, named Rarity spoke up first, "Oh dear, t-that's just simply dreadful, I do hope you're okay, darling." I smiled at her "Yeah i'm alright, If you think about, how surprised must those guys be at a whole room disappearing in front of their eyes." That brought a smile to their faces. Pinkie's mane even went back to normal. "Group Hug!" Pinkie yelled from beside me and in just a few seconds I found my self on the floor surrounded by the ponies. I hugged them and started to laugh. It wasn't long before we were all laughing like crazy.
HopeView OnlineArrivalHopeChapter 3 Hope Hope. Six months, two days, twelve hours, fourteen minutes, and twenty-eight seconds. What is it? The belief of salvation? The thought of no matter how hard life kicks your ass, things will work out? Six months, two days, twelve hours, fourteen minutes, and twenty-nine seconds. Or something the weak and poor make up in order to feel better? Six months, two days, twelve hours, fourteen minutes, and thirty seconds. Hope. It doesn't last forever. It slowly changes, flips one hundred and eighty degrees. Six months, two days, twelve hours, fourteen minutes, and thirty-one seconds. Despair. The antithetical of hope. It will will slowly take over. The levels of despair can be as deep as depression, in some cases as deep as suicide. Six months, two days, twelve hours, fourteen minutes, and thirty-two seconds. I think I've come to terms that I wont see my friends and family again, on either worlds. Chrysalis would be happy, I think she is too. Even as I lay here on this flimsy little blanket and stare at my watch, I can still hear the laughter that haunts my dreams. Six months, two days, twelve hours, fourteen minutes, and thirty-three seconds... *** ~Canterlot bound train, fourteen months ago~ "A Sonic Rainboom, at a wedding? Can you say best wedding ever!?" Rainbow dash exclaimed leaning out the window. "Best wedding ever!" Exclaimed Pinkie Pie, her voice echoing throughout the tunnel the train was passing through. "So you all get to help out with a big fancy wedding, but I'm the one who gets to host the bachelor party." Spike said "I have just one question, what's a bachelor party?" We had just gotten the letter this morning at our weekly picnic, although everypony was excited, I could tell twilight was upset that her brother failed to tell her personally. I gotta admit, I'd be kinda angry too. Twilight had decided to sit away from everypony, on the other side of the train. I sat on the mattress beside her reading the latest Daring Do novel. It wasn't long before Applejack noticed her discomfort and walked over. "Why the the long face, Sugarcube?" Applejack asked Twilight. "I'm just thinking about Shining Armor," Twilight replied "Ever since I moved to Ponyville we've been seeing each other less and less. And now that he's starting a new family with this Princess Mi Amore Ca-whats-her-name, we'll probably never see each other." "Hey don't think like that," I said, putting down my book and cutting in. "You're his sister, he'll make time for you." "Couldn't seem to make time to tell me he's getting married!" She argued pulling down the drapes. Applejack and I shared a worried glance, neither of us really had an answer to so we went back to do our own little things. It wasn't long before Pinkie Pie spoke up. "We're here! We're here!" I glanced up from the brook I brought, with just enough time to see a magical pinkish-purple wall pass right through us. "What was that?" I asked turning to Twilight, who looked like she was lost in thought. The train soon came to a stop as the door opened and Rainbow stuck her head out. "Whoa! What's with all the guards" She asked as Rarity, Applejack and I joined her. "I'm sure there just taking the necessary precautions, royal weddings do bring out the strangest ponies" Rarity remarked as the four of us exited the train. And if to prove Rarity's point Pinkie stepped out of the train and sneezed out confetti, (Confetti!) and walked out of the train followed by the others, "Now let's get going, there's work to do!" I could overhear Applejack behind me talking to Twilight as the rest of us looked around. "And you've got a big brother to go congratulate." "Yeah congratulate," Twilight responded trotting passing us and two guards "and then give him a piece of my mind." The rest of us shared concerned looks, before I spoke up, "Um, perhaps we should get started on the preparations." *** "Um, h-how was that?" Fluttershy asked. After Twilight had stormed off earlier the girls went their separate ways to start with the preparations, with me going with Fluttershy. She had decided to prepare her birds for the wedding in Canterlot Gardens, and I was there to help, which was to assure her that she didn't have to worry so much. "They sound lovely Fluttershy, except-" I was hardly finished my sentence when a feminine voice had interrupted. "Change the song, something with a little more flair, and pleae do something about that awful blue bird." Just from the voice I could tell that me, and this pony would not get alone. I mean come on nopony talks rudely to Fluttershy. After all I don't want to see 'new' Fluttershy again, that was a nightmare. Imagine my surprise when I turned around to see Princess Cadence, a mare who I had met a few months earlier in a visit to Canterlot. She looked at me curiously, then turned her head back to receive Fluttershy's response. "Oh! Um... o-okay h-how about t-this?" the yellow Pegasus turned back to her birds and whispered to them softly. This time the melody had a little faster pace of the traditional wedding music. The bids had hardly began singing when the Princess cut in. "Stop! I said change the song, not speed it up." Ok, what the hell happened to the princess of love? "Eep! s-sorry" Fluttershy had jumped at the interruption, and after addressing the bride-to-be was now talking to her birds. It wasn't long before she got them ready and started up again. And from the slightly less annoyed look on her face, it looked like she 'liked' the melody. When the birds had finished singing Princess Mi Amore Cadenza (as everyone keeps calling her) said acting sincere (which fooled the shy Pegasus but not me), "Lovely. Now if you'll excuse me, I must go check on the other preparations." And with that she turned around and walked back the way she came, but not before stopping at the bench I was sitting on and whispered in my ear. "And I'll see you at the after-party." What the hell!? Was she flirting with me? As if knowing the doubt in my mind she licked her lips, and walked away swaying her flank, giving me a wink before she turned the corner. My mind couldn't have been more muddled about what just happened. S-she just... but I-I'm planning her wedding... t-to Twilight's... aw, hell no. I've got to talk to Twilight about this, because THAT was not the princess I met. *** ~Present~ Another day, another memory. Another memory, another nightmare. Another nightmare, another... Six months, two days, twelve hours, and forty-five minutes... *** ~The Royal "Viewing" Room, abrupt end of rehearsal ceremony~ "Maybe I was being overprotective, I could of gained a sister but instead I lost a brother." Twilight had found herself crying to herself on the steps on the far side of the room. After lying out her suspicion to Cadenza she had found herself outcast from her brother, her teacher, and all of her friends... well, almost all of them. "Susssh.. It's alright Twilight" I say, patting her back in an effort to comfort the crying pony. "N-no it's not okay, I lost his love, I lost my friends, and I lost the Princess. Oh what will I do?" She finished, breaking into a new fit of sobs. "So what I don't count as a friend?" I mumbled, then said to twilight, "Twilight, I'm sure he still loves you, he just needs some time to himself. Now about the other five and the Princess, your bonds are too strong to be broken by something like this." Twilight looks up at me a small smile on her lips as I wipe some tears away from her eyes, which have my full attention and I, hers. My brain barely registers that our heads are moving closer. Our eyelids creeping down. "I doubt it." It takes a couple seconds for my brain to come up to speed and when it's done Twilight's attention is drawn elsewhere. Dammit! So close! Thank you very much Princess Cadenza... Wait, What? I do a double take as I see the bride-to-be staring at us coyly. Her horn glows green as... wait, green? Wasn't it blue a couple of months ago? I'll have- A sudden explosion of green interrupts my thoughts and I find myself in the air for a few seconds before a jeering pain in my back informs me I've hit the door on the other side of the room. A mix of red and green floods my vision as I struggle to stay conscious. "DARCY!" Twilight's face fills up my vision as small bursts of purple magic wipe the blood away. My hand finds itself on her tearing face as bright green flames surrounds us and cynical laughter fills the air. I stare at the mare standing over me and yelling my name desperately. As I slowly lose consciousness I say the last thing that comes to my mind "You have a pretty mane..." *** "Mares and gentlecolts, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Shining Armour..." Princess Celestia's voice rang out from above my head, beginning the opening announcements for the wedding... wait, wedding? wasn't that tomor... My thoughts trailed off as the memories of yesterday flew through my mind, and... wait a minute where am I?! Where's twilight?!?! I started to hyperventilate. Last thing I remember was she was standing above me.So where is she? Where is she?! I yelled her name to the pitch blackness that surrounded me over and over again. Wait a minute. I stood up and felt for the ceiling witch happened to be just an inch above my head. I could still make out the faint drone of Celestia as she droned through the ceremony. She was close to finishing. I stared banging on the small ceiling of the wooden compartment with all the strength I could muster. I pounded long after blood freely flowed down my arms. I was what I was guessing to be almost through when I heard Twilight's voice booming from above "WHAT IN TARTARUS DID YOU DO TO DARCY?!?!" Seconds later I heard an answer, from a voice I never new would come to haunt me. "That vile creature? Why I killed him of course." I heard numerous gasps as Twilight spoke up "N-no your lying. H-he's not dead, he-he can't be dead." Twilight's voice had lost all strength as she broke into sobs. It was filled with despair. No hope at all. *** ~present~ "Well looks like it's your lucky day." Queen Chrysalis said with a smirk on her face. Her crooked horn flashed green and I found myself inside my house in my living room. "Welcome home, I have no need for you anymore, your lucky I feel so... full. Now if you excuse me I have an appointment with a... herbalist." She smirked her crooked grin and with a flash of green was gone. I slowly rose to my feet my hands shaking with disbelief. T-this c-can't be true, I-it can't be. I slowly make my way to the door ignoring the window to my right. A sense of Deja-vue washes over me as I shakily open the front door and peer out into Ponyville. Despair. It's everywhere.
