The stars twinkled in the night sky as the night life in Canterlot was waking up and all those that lived in the day went to sleep. Students would either stay home and study for test or go out and use their nighttime ego and let the frustration out from a hard day of school. This was a time when everyone was happy and calm.
"WHY THE HELL SHOULD WE STILL LISTEN TO YOU!!??"
Almost everyone.
"Well first of all, you might want to lower your voice as to not draw attention to ourselves." Three girls in outfits that resembled pop-idols stood in an ally as they checked to make sure that no one was following them. "Secondly, if you have any plans let me hear them. I am all ears."
"We just go home and get out of here Adagio. I am sick of this place and I don't care about controlling anyone here anymore."
"That would be a wonderful idea Aria, but we can't."
"But why not?" Adagio rolled her eyes as she couldn't believe the argument she was having. "From what we have over-heard from the idiots of this world is that the portal is now open and we can just walk through it at any time. So why don't we?"
"You honestly think that it would be that easy? If the portal is always open, I can assure you that it will not be ignored on both sides, and it is on this side. That means that is with someone of high importance in Equestria, and I can almost guarantee that was that princess that stopped us along with her friends." Looking around, Adagio noticed that their were only two of them. "Were is Sonata?
Aria crossed her arms and turned her head to the right. "Do I look like an idiot keeper?"
"No, but neither am I and I still keep an eye for you." Annoyed at that remark, Aria turned to Adagio who made little-to-no effort in hiding her smirk.
"Hey Adagio, what was the word for when the cops show up?"
"Wasn't that Sonata's job?"
"Yeah, but she apparently forgot that was her job." Pointing behind her, Adagio turned around to see Sonata crouched down and playing with a stray cat. Adagio slapped her face as Aria let out a smirk.
"Don't start with me Aria." Shrugging at that response, Aria leaned against a wall while Adagio walked up to Sonata.
"Aren't you just a cutie. Yes you are." Sonata was playing with the cat's tail as it was laying on its back. "Yes you ..."
"What did I tell you about playing with every stray animal we see?"
"To do it because they are cute?" Adagio just looked at Sonata in shock. She couldn't believe that she was that clueless.
"No. Not to. How many times do I have to tell you to stop being stupid. I swear Sonata." As Adagio started scolding Sonata, Aria started to walk off so she could get back home. She started walking back to Canterlot High School.
Why do I have to put up with these idiots. I swear. Aria could hear the distant sound of Adagio arguing with Sonata mix with the sound of
