The forbidden love between a princess and her guard, due to their social status and misunderstandings, that'll eventually end with them paying with their lives.

In fair Canterlot, a pegasus stallion becomes a member of the castle guard for the Royal Family.
A princess shouldn't fall for a guard. A guard shouldn't fall for a princess. It is unlike for two ponies from two very different social statuses to be with one another. It is forbidden!
However, love can make us do crazy things… And sometimes, those things can end up becoming fatal.
Based off of William Shakespeare's "Romeo & Juliet," and (a bit of) "Hamlet."
