She then swam up and she gasped when when she got her head out of the water. She looked around at the burning water and she heard the screams of ponies. She then swam out to were the fire wasn't so intense, then she noticed something very out of the ordinary, a lighthouse, in the middle of ocean, very unusual but she swam toured it. When she reached it she looked back at the wreckage for a moment then she went inside. Once inside the door closed behind her she looked back at the door and then the lights came on. She noticed a huge banner that said "no gods or kings only ponies." Than she saw a plaque that said "in what country is there a place for ponies like me." a quote from Andrew Ryan. She went downstairs and she found a bathysphere in which she went into it dived down into the ocean. A screen came up and it said from the desk of Andrew Ryan, and a voice came on "I am Andrew Ryan, and I'm here to ask you a question, is a pony not intitled to sweat from his brow? no says the pony in canterlot it belongs to poor, no says the pony in flutter valley it belongs to Celestia. no says the pony in the changeling empire it belongs to everyone. I rejected those answers, instead I chose something different, I chose the impossible, I chose....RAPTURE." At that moment the bathysphere rose over a hill and for the first time in her life, she saw the underwater city of Rapture. The voice continued speaking. "A city where the artiest would not fear the censure ,where the doctor would not l be bound by petty morality, where the great would not be constrained by the small, and with sweat from your brow Rapture can become your city as well." Twilight saw a whale below the sub, and then two voices started talking on the radio. one was a female, the other was male, the female spoke first. "The oceans all lite up like hellfire, it looks like some kind of plane crash" "We're in the middle of the Atlantic ocean how could it?" The male said "I don't know." the female said. "You'd best get over there, and be quick about it, the splicers are coming." "You gotta be kidding me." The male said. "How do you know someone's even coming?" At that moment the bathysphere went up though a rail that said all good things, of this earth, flow into the city. "Cause we got a bathysphere on it's way down that means we've got company."
Welcome to Rapture: part 1View OnlineBioshock with poniesWelcome to Rapture: part 1The bathysphere rose up as the voices continued speaking. "O- okay just one more minuet," the male said. "The sphere. The spheres coming up now." "Johnny security's banging off all over, get a move on!" The female voice said. The sub rose out of the water, and Twilight saw two ponies moving toured the sub. One was backing away from another pony that had hooks on her hooves. "Look lady I didn't mean no trespass, just don't hurt me!" The male pleaded."Let me go. you can keep my gun. AHHHHH." The male screamed as the other pony stabbed him in his chest with her hooks, and then she ripped them out and killed him. she then looked into the sub and said. "Is it someone new?" Twilight responded by shaking her head. The pony then screamed and jumped on top of the bathysphere. She tried to get into the sub by attacking it, but the sub was to strong so she gave up and jumped away. The female spoke Again, this time to Twilight. "Would you kindly pick up that short wave radio?" She asked. Twilight looked at the radio and picked it up. "I don't know how you survived that plane crash, but I've never been one to question providence. I'm Luna and I aim to keep you alive, now keep on moving, we're gonna have to get you to higher ground." The door opened. "Take a deep breath and step out of the bathysphere, I wont leave you twisting in the wind." L Twilight stepped out of the sub and moved forward. "We're gonna need to draw her out of hiding, but your gonna have to trust me." Twilight moved up stairs, then the splicer spoke again. "I'll wrap you in a sheet." Twilight jumped over some luggage. Luna spoke again. "Just a bit further." The splicer then jumped down and light shined on her. "How do you like that sister." Luna said as an alarm went off and a flying turrent started attacking the splicer. The splicer then ran away, and Luna spoke again. "Now would you kindly find a crowbar or something? Bloody splicers sealed Johnny in before they.... Goddamn splicers." Twilight then found a wrench on the floor and started walking toward the stairs. Welcome to Rapture: part 2View OnlineBioshock with poniesWelcome to Rapture: part 2Twilight had to smash the debres to get to the stairs. A splicer shoved a burning coach down the stairs, and Twilight was barely able to get out of the way before it hit the bottom of the stairs. She ran up the stairs and killed the splicer. She then heard a voice on the upper level of the room she was in. She went up more stairs and she saw what looked like a vending machine, and in the machine was a bottle that had a red liquid in it, and there was also a needle next to it. She picked up the needle and filled it with the red liquid, she then aimed the needle at her arm and injected it into her arm. When she pulled the needle out her arm it started to glow blue, and then she felt a lot of pain. Luna started talking. "Steady now, your genetic code is being rewritten, just hold on and everything will be fine." Twilight then screamed as she went over the rail and fell. When she hit the ground she blacked out. As she was out, two splicers were right next to her. "This little fish looks like she just had her cherry popped," one of the splicers said. "Wonder if she's still got Adam on her." All of a sudden there was a loud groaning noise. "You hear that?" The other splicer said. "Let's bug." "Weak! Your a weak chopper! "This little fish ain't worth towing it with no Big Daddy." "Yellow, always have been." The splicer said, then he turned back to Twilight. "You'll be no better off with the metal daddy little fish. See you floating in the Briney." He ran away. And then there was a booming noise and Twilight faintly saw the Big Daddy. Then she saw a young girl. "Look Mr. Bubbles, it's an angle." The little one said as she pointed a giant needle toward Twilight. "I can see light come from her belly." She moved closer. "Wait a minuet she's still breathing." She said to the Big Daddy. "It's alright, I know she'll be an angle soon." They walked away. After a few minutes Twilight got up, and Luna started speaking to her. "You alright kiddo?" Luna asked. "First time plasmid's a real kick from a mule. But there's nothing like a hoofful of lightning now is there?" She said as Twilight realized she could now shoot lightning from her hoofs now. Before she left the room she tested it on a few objects in the room. Then she shot a broken switch and open a door that lead into a hallway. To be continued. Author's Note Sorry about how long this took. I've decided that for now, the chapters are going to be short. But I'll try to make them longer as the story goes on. Welcome to Rapture part 3View OnlineBioshock with poniesWelcome to Rapture part 3Twilight was walking though the glass tunnel when out of the darkness of the ocean came the tail of the airplane. The ground underneath her shook as the tail crashed through the wall of the tunnel. And water came splashing everywhere. She started to run through the tunnel as it was falling apart. As she ran she saw another tunnel collapsing. The door at the end of the tunnel was starting to close. She jumped through the door just as it closed. She started to look around the room when a splicer came running toward her. "SPLICER!!." Luna yelled though the radio. "Give him the combo, zap him, the whack him. The one two punch. Remember, the one two punch." Twilight did as Nigh... Luna said. First she Shocked the splicer then she hit him with the wrench instantly killing him. Twilight knew that the splicers were dangerous, but she also kind of felt sorry for them. It was as if sompony had taken an innocent pony and turned them into a monster. She was so deep in thought that when an explosion went off in a lift shaft she nearly jumped ten feet in air. (Not really). Than a burning splicer came running toward her. She prepared to fight, but before the splicer could reach her, he fell down and burned to death. Twilight was relived. In the real world, Discord enjoying the show, Spike was sitting next to him. He had come with Twilight. But before he went to Luna's room, he had stopped to talk with an old friend that was visiting from another universe. Twilight would of stopped to talk with her too, but she had to go to Luna first. Twilight waved to her, than she ran to Luna's room, not at all expecting the nightmare that she was getting into. "what's with her?" "Oh, she's just very busy right now." Spike said. "Oh, I understand. I'm gonna stay for a few days. But if if I don't see Twlight, tell her I said hi." "I will, goodbye." He then went to Luna's to see that Discord was being Discord. "Oh no. Not again." He thought to himself as Discord motioned him to sit next to him. Twilight walked over to the elevator and got in it. When it started moving up Luna spoke to Twilight. "Listen... I've got a family. I need to get them out of here. But the splicers have cut me off from them. If you can reach them in neptune's bounty, then maybe, just maybe- I know you must feel like the unluckiest mare in the world right now. But your the only only hope I'll ever see my husband and child again. Go to neptune's bounty... Find my family ... Please." The elevator then stopped and Twilight got out. To be continued. Luna asked Celestia as they were looking at a video game case. they were in Luna's room. "I do not know." Celestia said. "But I've heard good things about this game." "I know, it got five out of five stars." Luna said. She was in a very good mood today. "What got five out of five stars?" A voice said behind them. They turned around and saw Twilight standing in the doorway. She was early. She said in her note that she be at the castle by 5:00 pm. "Twilight!! I thought you said you were going to come here later." Luna said almost in Shock, she hid the game behind her back. "Well," twilight started "I decided to come here a little earlier then I had planed." "A little?" Celestia asked. "Your two hours early." "Yeah maybe a little too early" Twilight said looking a little embarrassed. "Anyway, why did you two invite me here?" "Oh I thought you'd never ask!!!" Luna said getting very excided. She then showed Twilight the game and the title was BIOSHOCK. "Really?" Twilight asked. "that's why you brought me here. A video game?!" Twilight was starting to get angry. "Oh Twilight just give the damn game a chance." Luna said. she was also starting to get angry at how Twilight had reacted to seeing the game. "I've heard very good things about it." Her face was turning red. "Both of you calm down right now." Celestia said. "Now Lulu why don't you play the game, so me and Twilight can watch. "I have a better idea," said a voice from behind them. "Why don't all three of you go into the game? that way all three of you can play, and it will certainly entertain me." They turned around and saw Discord looking at them and smiling. before they could react however, Discord snapped his fingers and they vanished. Then he picked up Bioshock and put it into the PlayStation 3 that Luna had gotten from the human world. the game turned on and he started the game. the text on the game said. mid-Atlantic 1960 The image on the screen then went into what looked like the inside of a plane. He noticed that we were looking out of the eyes of a pony, and it wasn't just anypony, it was Twilight. She then began to speak. "They told me, daughter, your special, you were born to do great things. you know what? They were right." The screen went dark and screams were heard, and the engines wailed, then the text said BIOSHOCK. Discord smiled and said "oh I think i'm going to enjoy this." He than popped some popcorn, got a drink, and sat down on Princess Luna's bed. and got ready for what he knew what would be very entertaining for him. Author's Note This note is late, but better late than never. I am glad to see that this story has become more successful then my last story. Also the reason the game is on a PlayStation 3 is because that's what I played it on.
