Time was currently slowed with the help of Ed's eyes, as a three hair colored girl charged him. Ed weighed his options wondering how he should handle the angry lady as he took in his environment and anything other factors that might affect this fight. Before he could even start to calculate the battle he heard a ring in the back of his head. Truth suddenly appeared in front of him as she began to slowly circle the girl.

"Target name, Candance, blind with anger and wielding a metal bat, based on current stance, never used a melee weapon before, current relationship to her, unknown, currently processing known males that you've embarrassed, Shining Armor, possible percentage of connection, 75 percent, treat non-lethally, possible routes, currently 3, which route will you choose"

Ed was still in slowing time as three lines popped up in front of him, one in Blue saying Disarm and Knock out, another in Yellow saying Dodge and Toy, and the last in Red saying Counter and Show Authority. Ed just mentally blinked as he looked at the options, he felt as though each one played out different and were colored for a reason, either way he wondered if this was some kind of game or something as these options floated in front of him like something from a RPG. Then again picking one of these options would mean going down a different route with this girl Candance, maybe it was good that he had the option to way his actual options.

Ed pondered for a moment as the woman was still charging him in slow motion...

Author's Note

This is something I have been wanting to do. A RPG element, of course I wont do this for every chapter but every once in a while.

The choice you will make does not affect the story in the slightest, all important events are locked and can not be changed, but how Ed acts with certain Characters or even his current situation can sometimes be determined by you readers.

Obviously the colored choices mean something, care to comment about it, and if anything please comment your choice and please tell me if this is something I should do once in a while for my story.
