Authors note: OK so a few things to clear up here,
1.When the ponies talk our character here can't understand them, but i have done you a great service by putting what they say in brackets and translating.
- This my be kinda spoiler-ish so yeah So this story is about a guy from an alternate History earth where... a few things happened MUCH differently.

"Name of story"
Chapter (1)
I was sitting at a charging station in an spaceport playing Starcraft II.
"You must construct additional pylons!"
"Crap. I'm screwed." I said through my Turtle Beach headset as I scrolled back to my base to construct said additional pylon.
"What happened?"
"The pylons... they have not been constructed."
"Dude come on! We have gone over this several times. 3 Probes a pylon then gateway." He scolded.
"Well I'm sorry Mr. Diamond league." I commented with a condescending tone of voice.
"Our allies are under attack!" The over-mind spoke.
"God freaking condemn these Zerg rushes!!!" AtomTom yelled as he quit the match, leaving me and my 12 probes and one half finished pylon to fight of a Zerg rush.
Short story shorter, I Lost terribly.
I slammed my head on the keyboard.
"Why does it always have to be Zerglings!!" I complained to myself.
After closing the game and shutting down my laptop I picked up my IPod, Turtle Beaches, and my laptop and put them in my travel bag. After I finished that I grabbed my luggage from beside my seat and went to get something to eat.
1 Hour & 24 Minutes Later
"Now boarding flight number 427 at gate 28B." said the lady on the intercom.
I got up, but then without any warning the whole world around me shook.
The lights cut off and so did the sound, come to think of it all my sense when ka-put. It was pitch black and all of a sudden it got really cold. So cold in fact that I was already developing goose bumps.
'Hold on a second... Why can't I hear anything and why do I SUDDENLY FEEL LIKE I'M FALLING!!’?
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
*WHAM*
I had hit the ground hard. It felt like I had turned into jelly. It felt like my body was reforming.
'Maybe I did turn into jelly.' I thought to myself groggily.
Just then my hearing returned to me.
*Chirp Chirp Chirp* I heard a bird chirping.
I could feel Strength returning along with his friend, Curiosity. I tried to stand up but found that I could not. Something heavy was on my stomach, so I tried to open my eyes to see what it was. Still my eyes were not willing to function so instead I just stayed there and listened to the sounds of where ever I was until I fell asleep.
2 hours & 28 minutes later
I was having a pretty nice nap... until something hit my face and I woke up.
"Bwahh!!" I yelled to find that it was only a pinecone.
"Ohh thank god it was only a pinecone." I said voicing my thoughts aloud.
I brushed the cone off my face and looked around at my surroundings. Since the sun was out now I could see that I was on the edge of a pine forest and the thing that was on top of me. It was my suitcase.
"What? Are you kidding me?! MY SUITCASE!! I COULDN'T MOVE MY DAMN SUITCASE!?!? Oh man am I a fail of a person." I raged so loud I could have sworn I saw a flock of birds fly away from the trees nearest me, but I swear I also saw a rainbow come out of the tree too.
With a great heave I tried to push my suitcase off my chest again.
I guess I was just tired because this time I was able to push it off myself. Now that I was standing up I could take a proper look around...
"Where the hell am I?!" I wondered aloud as I looked.
I could see a tall forest behind me and a town that looked like it never made it out of the renaissance in the distance.
"Oh wow I don't think I'm In Washington anymore..." I said looking around at the mountains and what looked like a mountain fortress off in the distance.
I pulled out my iPod unlocked it and open the compass app. What a waste of twenty seconds. The crazy thing was going haywire it pointed towards the town, the mountain and even the forest, holy crap it was moving everywhere.
*Rumble*Gurgle*Grumble*
I looked down at my stomach and then snapped my head into a forward stare narrowing my eyes showing my most serious face ever.
"Uh-Oh, looks like my tummy has the rumblies... That only bread with tomato sauce and cheese can satisfy." I said with the most serious deepest voice I could muster.
It was then that I decided I should go into town.
One walk later
Once I got closer I could see a lot of what were clearly not people walking around.
"What the hell. Once again... where the balls am I?" I said still looking around at the town and the things walking around.
'Ok Lieutenant brain what's the plan... I see that seems like a good idea.' I then threw my stuff into the nearest bush and dove in.
I pulled out my laptop, iPod and USB cable for my iPod then I turned on my little computer, pluggedin the iPod, perched it on a branch, opened the camera app and started to record the town below.
After about ten minutes of just sitting and waiting for my iPod to collect video I could not wait any longer and ended up stopping the recording. From there I watched the video I had recorded, on my laptop.
'Wow ok then, they look pretty weird. What's up with all the colors: pink, blue, green, orange, grey even a rainbow colored one... wait rainbow?" I rewound the video and sure enough I saw a rainbow dash through the part of town I had the camera pointed at.
My brain had finally come to the conclusion.
'That must have been it that horse was the rainbow!' I thought as I played the video again.
In the video the same rainbow horse came back a few minutes later leading a couple others over to where I was before I moved to the bush.
'Oh crap I hope they don't find me here, I still don't know what I'm gonna do!' I thought rapidly.
I saved the video and shutdown my laptop and stuffed it back in its travel bag, and then I took a chance and peeked my head out the hedge looking for the horses. Luckily they were nowhere in sight so I pulled my head back in the bush and stayed low to try and see if I could hear them coming.
Just as I thought the coast was clear I could hear hoof steps approaching slowly.
{“Dag nab bit Rainbow we have been out here looking for almost twenty minutes.”} A voice said in a strange speech I couldn't understand and a somewhat county accent.
{“Yeah d-don't you think we should get back to town? I still haven't f-finished helping remove the clutter from the animal burrows.”} Another voice said sounding impatient and stumbling on words.
{“Fluttershy there is plenty of time to do that later, that creature could be up to something no good! We have to find him.”} Said a third voice sternly.
{“Well I’m going back to finish up the repairs on the barn, see y’all later.”} Said the first one in that country accent.
{“Wait Applejack I think I smell something… It smells weird.”} The shy one said now sounding as confident as the stern one.
{“Well if you can smell it where is it then?”} Said Miss country.
I heard some whispering that I could not decipher and hoof steps going off and past the bush I was sitting in. I took this as an opportunity to see them up close and took out my iPod, held it outside of the bush and started taking video. What I saw was so cute I almost died. There were three of them for sure one was orange with a typical cowboy hat and blonde hair, the second was yellow with straight pink hair and the third was blue with shorter straight rainbow colored hair.
{“It’s definitely around here somewhere, check the bushes.”} The shy one said, and then they started to check the bushes.
I being the natural scaredy cat I was, my eyes started to water a little more than usual as I heard the steps get closer. I had to think of a pl- I got it! IPod get now! I took out my iPod shouldered my bag and prepared my suitcase to run.
‘Ok... as soon as one opens the bush turn on the alarm fullblast and run.’ My conscious prepped.
Then it happened, the bush opened and I blared the loudest alarm on my Ipod (probably scaring the crap out of the orange horse) and bolted out of the brush past her and her friends. While running I turn my head to see that those horses seem to not have bothe- god I spoke to early. There they were gaining on me as I had to slow down because of my lack of stamina.
*Thud*
