Most other species of wolf were forgotten or extinct, however, for the four wolves in the Everfree Forest this proved to be the perfect cover for hunting. After all; who would expect a forgotten race? It's was a beautiful afternoon and the CMC were in the Everfree Forest trying to get there cutie marks as they usually did when their sisters weren't looking. The three filllies were trotting down a brush covered path deep within the depths of the forest. "Ah don't think we should be this far in girls," Applebloom said. "Applebloom's right,who knows what's in here?" Sweetie Belle agreed. "C'mon girls, Don't you want to get your cutie marks?" Scootaloo answered Suddenly they stopped in their tracks as they all heard howling. "What was that?" Scootaloo said panicked. "Ah dunno, but I'm not staying long enough ta find out," Applebloom said turning to run. The three fillies turned and ran as fast as they could, the sound of feet fall right behind them. However fate had other plans. It wasn't long before Sweetie began  falling behind. "Hey! Wait for me!" She screemed as she watched her friends vanish ahead of her in the thicket. She could still hear the creatures right behind her. Sweetie came to a cave and attempted to hide from her pursuers. However once inside she turned around and see saw three sets of eyes grow from the darkness. "Hey boys! look like dinner came to us," said one of them. Three wolves came from the darkness and walked over to the scared filly. "What are you doing out here by your self little filly.  You know you shouldn't be out here".  Another wolf said. "Crystal shut up". and third wolf said. Sweetie began crying our of fear for her life. "Please don't hurt me". Sweetie Bell cried. A forth wolf flew out of the cave and placed him self in front of Sweetie to protect her. "Back off Shadow, you will not harm this filly". Sweetie was shaking in fear with her hooves over her head. "Solar, we are sharing.  Why should we let our dinner go"? Solar growled and the three wolves went back to the cave.  Solar was the oldest of the four and by far the strongest, even if the others disagreed they knew better than to challenge him directly.  Solar looked to Sweetie who was still shaking.  He walked over to her a kneed to her level as not to scare her even more. "It's ok little filly, they're gone,"Solar said in a soft voice. Sweetie stopped shaking and remove her hooves from her head and looked up at the speaker.  Solar smiled. "Your not gonna eat me?" Solar chuckled. "Of course not little filly.  I'm not like Shadow, Crystal and Dusk.  What's your name?" "I'm Sweetie Belle." "Well, that's a cute name for a cute filly like you". Solar chuckled. "My name is Solar Eclipse. Can I ask Sweetie? What are you doing out here by yourself anyway?" Well I wasn't alone at first.  My two friends Apple Bloom  and Scooltaoo were with me but as soon as we heard your friends howl. They ran off." Solar sighed at what she said. "They are not my friends." Sweetie saw sadness on his face "I have no friends." Sweetie Belle looked at her savior and knew what to say. Well I'll be your friend Solar." Sweetie said with a smile on her face. Solar looked at her. "Really? Ha ha." "Yep!  Why don't you come with me to Ponyville and meet my other two friends.  And you can meet my sister and her friend too." Solar followed Sweetie to Ponyville.  Shadow, Crystal and Dusk watched them leave towards Ponyville. "So your gonna side with them.  Your bastard,"  Shadow growled. A few minutes later Sweetie and Solar exited the Everfree forest her other two friends were waiting for her as will as her sister and five others. Sweetie The two fillies said and ran over to hug her.  A white unicorn hugged her to. "Are you okay darling? Don't you ever do that again!" The nine ponies looked to the wolf.  The six mares placed them selves in front of the three fillies to protect them.  Sweetie pushed them aside and stood beside the wolf. "Wait! This wolf saved me from three others.  His name is Solar Eclipse.  He's not mean.  He had no friends.  Until now." The ponies backed down. The white unicorn walked up to him and hugged him tight. "Thank you Solar darling for saving my sister." She broke the hug and blushed. "My name is Rarity.  Sweetie is my sister." The two other fillies walked to him and hugged him. "I'm Apple Bloom". The orange Pegasus greeted next. "I'm Scootlaoo.  Nice to meet you Solar." Two other Pegasus walked up and hugged him. The cyan one greeted first. "I'm Rainbow Dash.  The fastest flier in Equestria.  Nice to me you Solar". The second Pegasus greeted next. "umm. My name is Fluttershy.  It's nice to meet you Solar". Two more ponies walked up. One was bouncing in excitement. "I'm Applejack.  Nice to meet you Solar." "We should throw a welcome to Ponyville party.  I'm Pinkie Pie.  Nice to meet you Solar". The last mare walk up with baby dragon on her back.  But she was an alicorn. "My name is princess Twilight Sparkle.  This is my number one assist Spike". "It's nice to meet you all.  Solar said Sweetie spoke and jumped on Solar's back. "Rarity can he live with us please". They all gasped. Sweetie umm it's up to him". They all looked at Solar. He nodded and Sweetie cheer and hugged him.  A tear fell from his eye. "Thank you all". Later that night Sweetie Bell was walking home from the CMC club house with Scootalo and Apple Bloom. The three wolves from earlier ran up to them a kidnapped Sweetie and ran back to the ever free forest. Apple Bloom and Scootlao screamed and ran back to get Solar.  Solar and Rarity were sitting in the living room.  Solar noticed her blushing and looking at him. Solar was about to speak up when Apple Bloom and Scootalo busted in the room crying. "Girls what in the world happen Where's Sweetie Bell"?  Rarity asked. Three wolves kidnapped her. Rarity almost passed out. Solar spoke up. "Girls you are to stay here.  Rarity you get the others and come to the ever free forest.  I'll find those three ildots".  Solar said in a serious voice". Rarity nodded and went to get the others while Solar ran to the ever free forest.
