                                                                                                    Autumn Splash

[size=1.5em]I woke up this morning feeling like I'd ran the running of the leaves. I wanted to sleep forever but I knew eventually I knew I'd have to get up. I jumped out of my bed and peered out the window. The woods are such a beautiful place. Especially when it's filled with the falling gold, maple and ginger coloured leaves falling from the hazel trees. I can't wait for autumn, I thought. I hadn't taken a look at the skies yet and peered up through the beautiful green leaves. The sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud to be seen. It was truly a beautiful day. I ate my pancakes with my cute squirrel, Timber and left for the town square. I trotted out of my cottage into the town. I was looking forward to seeing my fellow ponies and have a sugarcake at Sugarcube Corner. As I was approaching Ponyville I trotted past Sweet Apple Acres where I saw Applejack and Big Macintosh bucking the golden delicious apples. I waved and continued towards the town. I finally arrived at Sugarcube Corner. I was expecting Pinkie Pie's happy smile to greet me but she seemed to express no emotions whatsoever. Strange, I thought as I walked out of the cake shop. As I approached Twilight's Castle I noticed the same emotionless expressions on all the ponies I walked passed. Even Princess Twilight Sparkle seemed emotionless. I was very confused. I returned Twilight's book on the four seasons and left her glimmering crystal palace. I have always admired the architecture of her castle. Although I think Ponyville is lacking the glow it had when the golden oak library was stood proud and tall. I decided to take the scenic way to meet my BPFF'S, Summer Skies, Spring Shine and Winter Wishes, and admire the nature. Nature has always been the inspiration of my art. I had soon arrived at Spring's Beautiful Rainbow Falls. I must paint it one day as it is truly  astonishing. Springs energetic personality welcomed me as always and she was excited to see me. I hadn't forgotten about my strange experiences in Ponyville that morning but I didn't even have to mention it as Summer had the same experiences as me when she had gone into the café her city home of Manehatten. All of my friends had experiences of the same emotionless faces. We had no idea what was happening. Suddenly the sun began to glow and as we looked away from the blinding light were approached by none other than Princess Celestia!
