After hearing Twilight tell stories about Elmo, the small monster with the kind laugh, Pinkie Pie transports herself to Elmo's World in order to meet the monster himself, expecting to find a kindred spirit. However, Pinkie soon learns that Elmo is nothing like the stories Twilight read to her, and finds herself fighting for her life. Will she survive the horror of Elmo's World?
