A parade is going on, few guards are stationed at the palace. Celestia and Luna are getting ready to go, when a pony possessing strange powers attacks. The two sisters manage to chase him away, but there were casualties. An ancient power known as the Mana Pools pick Nova, a Griffon, as their champion. Nova is requested to travel from the Griffon Kingdom, all the way to Equestria. There, he can face the menace Glace, and avenge his fallen brother. And prevent the deaths of Celestia and Luna. But, can he master his new powers in time? Only one way to find out.
