Spirit in the Sky, Threat on the Horizon

"Alright fillies!" A voice blared over the dropship's intercom, the dropship rightfully named The Phantom. "You best wake up and smell the fuckin' roses or ya'll be pushin' daisies!"
Tychus' eyes snapped open and he did a weapons check, ammo check, and vitals check as the other passenger's of The Phantom woke up.
His team was composed of the following names:
Red Dawn, callsign "Crimson", was a humble Earth Pony and was the only one capable of handling The Phantom so Tychus convinced Celestia that Red Dawn should serve as the team's Pilot, giving her his C-14 if they ever needed her.
Lucky Seven, callsign "Ace", was a Pegasus and a decorated ex-Captain serving Celestia for a good twenty years before Shining Armor took her position. She serves as the team's Striker, utilizing the C-10 with deadly precision.
Cinder Mane, callsign "Ashbringer", was a unicorn held in maximum security for his acts of arson... counting up to fifty before he was brought in. He serves as the team's Pyro, capable of turning the Perdition Incineration Rifle into a machine gun.
Poison Crown, callsign "Usurper", was a Nether drake brought in for poisoning the Tree of Harmony, not before putting a good thirty guards in the hospital and two of Celestia's finest six feet under. On a Royal Pardon, in lieu of the threat of war, he now serves as the team's Grenadier, capable of turning the Dual K12 Grenade Launcher's standard Concussion Shells into Acid Shells.
Snap Shot, callsign "Widow", was a Pegasus with an eye for detail and precision to the point where a pencil could jam a gun. She serves as the team Marksman, using the AGR-14 in such ways even Tosh would have been impressed.
Lastly, Big Macintosh, callsign "Deadeye", you all know about the fight between the two, the damage that was done. Thanks to Doctor Marrow, Big Mac's bone structure was now a 'living metal', meaning the massive Earth Pony was now capable of taking even more damage. He serves as the team's Sniper, seeing how he's the only one capable of firing the Commando Rifle without any side effects.
The ship lurched to the right, angling to what Tychus learned to be The Changeling Swarm.
