Lost Time Spell

It was night time in Equestria. The clear skies made way for the amazing display of stars and moon, which the stargazing ponies looked up to. In midst of the quiet night, everyponies dream are watched,guarded, by their protector, the princess of the night.

Not everypony sleep in this beautiful moment, they used to, but not anymore. Ponies in nightshifts or just preparing for morning duties working hard on their work, some just stayed up late having their fun with friends, others just doing their thing.

A mare watched all this, the darkness and the shadows are her domain, a dream walker, the one in control of the moon, Princess Luna. She stood in the tower of Canterlot. keeping a watchful eye upon her subjects, making sure they're in no danger, from themselves or any nightmares. More importantly Ponyville, where six ponies help her regain herself and come to terms with older sister, Her friends.

Luna sighed, she looked up upon the night sky. She used to be jealous of her older sister, Celestia, and the shadows ,which was inferior to her, used this emotion to turn her into something bad. But everything is different now, things had changed which was for the better. Now she's back to her own senses, she would like to learn more about this era while atoning for her mistakes.

She sighed once again. She shook her head then grinned. She must go back to the dreams of her little ponies and continue her watch. Making sure that the night last peacefully,until dawn comes.

As Luna's mind slips from reality into the dreams of her subjects. A bright light fell from the skyline. It decreased in speed as it get nearer to the earth. It landed into the Everfree Forest, it hovered there for a while then maneuvered it's way through the thick vegetation towards Canterlot.

In the Crystal Empire. Cadence who was sleeping on her bed with her husband, Shining Armor, awoke. She sat on her hind legs careful not to wake the white coated stallion. She looked pass the window into Crystal Empire night sky. She felt it, the Crystal heart throbbed.

"Cadence, Why are you awake? Is something wrong, Love?" Shining asked his voice still raspy from sleep.

"Nothing, everything is fine." cadence said with a reassuring smile."Let's go back to sleep."

Shining rolled to his side and went back to his slumber. Cadence sets a hoof across Shining's back, grinning. She stared at the night sky for a short while and gone back to sleep as well.

Luna was trotting through the halls of Canterlot castle, heading towards Celestia's chamber. It was a peaceful night. Nothing harmful or anything out of the ordinary, and nopony had any nightmares, she made sure of it. Luna felt pleasant as she trot, grinning. Now it is time to prepare for dawn.

The doors to Celestia's room came to view, Luna took a breath and gone hoping towards it. She pushed the two doors abruptly, instead of using her magic, She felt too joyful for using magic.

She trot to the dark-violet king sized bed."Tia!" She chimed. Grabbing the blanket with her teeth."Thia, wake uf! Ith almoth dawn." she lashed the covers off then filling it with magic for it not to cause any destruction.

"Sis, com—" Lina stopped mid sentence. Her eyes widened and her mouth hanging. She can not believe on what she's seeing.

Resting on the bed was a filly — an Alicorn filly, all curled up with her luscious pink mane and tail, a very light-tan coat. Luna found herself dumbfounded, she shook her head and looked at the filly carefully. She is an Alicorn, but Luna found herself staring  at the filly's flank it was blank.

The filly moaned, making Luna pace a step back,her eye's blinking awake; eyeing the room with half opened eyes. Her pair of bright pink orbs rested on Luna. The two now staring at one another.

After a long pause. The filly cocked her head. Luna blinked a few time then shook her head, regaining her posture.

"I-I ah, who" Luna cleared her throat. "Who are you, young filly?" The filly cocked her head again.

"Ans-!.." She trailed off. The fillies pink orbs seems to shimmer." Oh, sister" Luna pointed a hoof at the silent filly."Stay hear" she said glaring. She then went out the door, took one last concerned look back, and went off to look for Celestia.

Luna galloped towards the dining room, where the guards told her where her sister is. There's a filly in Celestia's bedroom. Thousands of question came through Luna's head. Who was that filly? Where is she from? Who's foal is she? Why is she here? What did Celestia do?

The doors to the dining hall came closer, Luna picked up her pace.

Celestia woke up not long ago. She felt hungry when she step out of bed so she decided to treat herself for a little sweet, and that sweet was a slice of cake with chocolate coat and a creamy and a strawberry on top.

Celestia's ears perked, when Luna came rushing in from the doors. "Oh, Hi there sister." Celestia said." Ah, silly me it's almost dawn!" Levitating a fork she cut a piece of cake and moved it towards her mouth." Share me, I goth hungry." She said chewing the food in her mouth.

"Sister, what is the meaning of this?" Luna asked. Now trotting closer to Celestia who sat on the other end of the long table.

"I told you, I got hungry. Don't worry I still have a few minutes before I raise the sun." She sipped coffee from her levitating cup.

"There's a filly in your bed — a-an Alicorn!"

Celestia, shocked by the sudden new, spit her coffee all over the plate of her cake. "Luna what are you talking about?" She said choking. "My cake..." She whined.

"A filly, sister, a real alicorn filly. Now come! Let's go to your room and see for yourself!" Luna started to trot off.
