The Patchwork 6
Chapter 4
Previous ChapterNext ChapterPinkie Pie stood in a simple room with a table in the middle. Each chair had a name taped to it. Pinkie Pie had added a secret room in the wall as the sleeping mares sat on the chairs. Pinkie Pie sat in the chair with her name taped on. She quietly tapped each pony with her hooves and they woke. The simple room wore a friendliness which could calm anything that wasn't blinded. The ponies opened their eyes as Rainbow and Twilight made eye contact. Pinkie Pie sat and waited for a reaction to happen then end. They just started to look at Pinkie Pie as planned. "Well, which one of you want a nice massage?" She crooned. Twilight Sparkle stood and followed Pinkie to the room with a small white bench. Twilight sat on it.
"Before that happens, let's talk with a discussion. Do you know the rumors about murders in Ponyville? Well, you see, here is am image." Pinkie Pie spoke. A picture was slid near Twilight with Pinkie and a pony's skull, cut cleanly off was pieces of that pony's skin in a pile on a table. "Well, Twilight, this is why I disappeared for a while. I was arrested. I had escaped. Do you have any comments, Twilight?" Pinkie Pie spoke, in a more serious manner than ever. "Pinkie, why would you do this..? Now, I have small health issues which might be the reason my color is drained. I still require treatment out of this. I know how serious this matter is, so I will be serious alongside you." Twilight answered.
Twilight sat blankly, watching Pinkie intently. "Well Twilight, I will let you in on this item. Watch." Pinkie Pie released the 'mask' alongside this. Twilight fought her urge to scream as the transformation happened. The red knifelike spines stood and bent. Twilight was near panicking. "Please don't panic. You have something seemingly horrid alongside me. I have not lied once yet. But here is one; I am entirely innocent to the core." Pinkie Pie assured. She held up a mirror and Twilight stared intently. "I have some things to teach you Celestia did not want you to know. They are not Sombra's magic, but something entirely different." Pinkie Pie crooned. She took up the mirror and placed a hand mirror in Twilight's lap. Pinkie Pie brushed a little tangle out a moment before Twilight spoke once again. "If this has happened, I need to understand how it happened. Please clarify this." Pinkie thought for a moment before answering. "You don't need to know how it happened. You just need to release that generating power in here." Pinkie Pie put her hoof to her heart.
"I am not the most evil. I just want a different world. My heart blackened at the moment I entered that dark room. If I was not thrown out of my own mind and thought, I would have stayed your same energetic pony as before. And I wished that would have happened. But here I am, entombing all I can to an eternal lifetime. Hopefully this will not destroy all happy things in your world, Twilight, as it destroyed mine. Please forgive me if I have hurt you, or if I have given you a series of heartache through this talk. " Pinkie Pie put her 'mask' on and started the massage. Pinkie Pie opened the door afterwards and out Twilight slowly walked. Rainbow Dash walked in next. Pinkie Pie removed her 'mask' once again. "Look, Rainbow, we need to talk. You're not in trouble. We just need to talk for a minute. Please sit down." Rainbow Dash sat down on the bench and they talked, reasoned, and the treatment began again. "It's not my fault that I submitted to something terrible. It was just me having my mind ripped from my own body in that room. If not for that voice, I would have died. Being a little black-hearted is better than being dead, right, Rainbow?" She said.
"I forgive you Pinkie. We need to fight for our rights. I'm glad I can fly again, too, for I would be broken-hearted if they never healed." And by that, they had a long, gentle hug. "We all have our sorrows, Rainbow, we really do." Pinkie Pie said, fighting the tears coming at that dramatic moment. A small tear trickled down her cheek, dripping onto the floor.
