The gray little mare by the name of Auto Mail, lives just outside of the bustling village Ponyville, where she is crafting the mechanical creatures.

She loves selling them off to any Pony who wishes to have one, even makes them to measure and takes commissions whenever she can.

Being born an Earth Pony would make it tough on her, but thanks to her artificial horn and wings; she can easily perform the tasks required in her line of work.
