//-------------------------------------------------------// Acceptance -by Luminos Y- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue It was a serene and quiet night, everypony was already in bed sleeping under the peaceful night, except for one dragon, Spike. Somewhere within the new castle of his friend, Twilight, Spike is at a table with a lit candle, pen, ink, parchment, ribbon, and perfume. Looking upwards for inspiration, he thought of what to write down on the paper. He kept thinking on how to write everything he felt for somepony in the most poetic way he can. He kept thinking about said somepony, and using what he thought about her as the idea for what he would have written on his letter. A few moments of thinking and he found the words he was looking for, and with his pen in claw, he began to write slowly as to ensure that the words he was about to write would be beautiful and befitting of the somepony. My dearest Rarity he began. The time has passed, since the day I have laid my eyes upon you. Your eyes glimmering in the beauty of Celestia's day, yet possess the serenity of Luna's night. For quite some time, have I felt this roam in my heart, and now it has become unbearable. I could not hold this in any longer. My burning passion for your sweet voice, the beauty of that which is unmatched, and the way you treat the world as if an angel had descended from the heavens. I am but a lowly admirer, but give me the chance and indeed I can be your great knight. My love for you burns fiercer and fiercer as each day passes, and now for you I come here and tell you everything Spike the Dragon He signed the letter he wrote, this is cheesy and a classic he thought to himself. The penmanship was as if written by a poet, he felt proud at his work. With the perfume he coated his letter in the sweetest scent, and tied with a ribbon so beautifully done. Patting himself in the back he took the letter and made his way to his room quietly with a lit candle in his claw while holding the letter in the other. Entering the room, he saw a sleeping Twilight Sparkle. He continued onward to his bed, putting the candle down and extinguishing the flame he whispered silently to himself "tomorrow" then gently he placed the letter inside his saddle and carefully putting it aside and finally  he fell asleep.
