Ten years. Ten years is a long time to make a name for one's self, and it's time that the former ranger Cosmo made good use of. For the most part, he's had the underworld of Vanhoover by the throat, keeping the vast number of fight clubs, drug rings and smuggling operations under his thumb. But the world is constantly changing, and in a short time the Enclave has brought a major change to the shores of Equestria, until only one question is left; can you hold the weight of the world on your own?
