Twilight gives a filly her wish
“Apple Bloom wasn't Scootaloo supposed to meet use at the club house,” sweetie bell asked in a worried tone “where is she?”
“Ah don’t know sweetie bell, maybe she’s in the club house.” Apple bloom replied.
As the girls entered the club house they were met with a strange sight, they had never seen before, scootaloo was crying in the corner of the club house.
“what in tarnation is going on here,” apple bloom exclaimed “are you all-right scootaloo, is something broken or have diamond tiara and silver spoon bin mean again,” apple bloom asked frantically
“n-no I’m f-fine” scootaloo replied quietly
“Scootaloo you can tell us we’re you friends” sweetie bell said in a comforting tone as she went to sit with the orange Pegasus filly.
“F-fine I will tell you, BUT only if you promise not to tell anyone else” scootaloo said.
“ya know we can’t promise that scoots if it something really important the we should ask twilight if she knows anything that can help BUT only if she promises ta not tell any-pony, deal.” Apple bloom asked while holding her hoof out.
“OK apple bloom,” scootaloo agreed shaking the yellow coated earth filly’s hoof.
“Go ahead scootaloo we are all ears” said sweetie giving a comforting smile
“I don’t have any parents,” scootaloo said quickly
“WHAT!!!!” both sweetie bell and apple bloom said together
“How Is that even possible, every-pony has a family!” sweetie exclaimed
“I do have a family somewhere, I just never met them, that’s all,”
“What do you mean you have never met them,” apple bloom asked
“I’M AN ORPHAN!!!” scootaloo admitted, but quickly put her hoofs in her mouth.
“Scootaloo, you should have told us, we could have visited you in the orphanage,” sweetie bell said cheerfully after her friend’s outburst.
“you two promise you won’t make fun of me,” the other two crusaders nodded their head in unison, “ I ran away from the orphanage, they beat me up there, remember when I came to school with those bruises and that black eye and told you that I hurt myself when I was on my scooter,” they nodded again “well it was actually the head care worker there, all the filly’s and colts, mares and stallions made fun of me because no one wanted me, then they started abusing me” scootaloo admitted, hearing this the filly’s moved in for a group hug.
“Scoots ah had no idea you were living like this, ahm sorry but I think Twi needs to know” apple bloom said
“Hey scootaloo maybe twilight can find your real parents for you!” sweetie said in a comforting but excited manner.
Scootaloo light up at this and ran out the club house, the crusaders followed her and noticed she was attaching the wagon to her scooter so they could get there faster.
After a quick ride to the library and a knock on the library door, they were in, lucky for them spike was taking one of his favorite 7 hour bubble bath and twilight sparkle was reading one of her geaniolagy books, as soon as the door shut behind them twilights ear twitched and she looked towards the three filly’s.
“What can I do for you girls, twilight time isn’t for another half hour but I guess we can start now,” twilight said in a happy voice.
“Um, twi we need to talk to you about something,”
“Oh ok then, come and sit down over here,” after the three filly’s took their seats they began to explain what they had found out earlier from scootaloo. “So scootaloo you can’t remember anything about them” scootaloo shook her head saying ‘no’. “Well I am sorry to hear that” scootaloo had a look of disappointment on her face thinking twilight would have the answer… “Lucky for you I can help then isn’t it” a look of joy found its way on to the orange filly’s face. “ before you came in I was reading this geaniolagey book,” twilight said as she levitated it over, “it has a spell that can show ones parents, I tried it on spike while he was asleep and all it did was fizzle so I guess it only works on ponies, so would you like me to try it out?”
“Yes, yes, yes please twilight, I have always wanted to know who my parents are!!!”
“alright hold still,” twilight horn began to glow in violet ora that now surrounded scootaloo, suddenly a POP went through the room and scootaloo opened her eyes to an angry and disappointed stare directed just above her scootaloo looked up to reveal two bubbles one had a stallion with a light blue almost white coat with a navy blue mane, scootaloo didn’t recognize him so he took a look at the other bubble to reveal a cyan blue mare with a rainbow colored mane, scootaloo could not believe it. It was Rainbow Dash.
To rainbow dash it was an ordinary day, and nothing seemed out of place. So she got up at six thirty, it took until seven to get ready for the day,shower and feed tank and acturly get tank to the food bowl sounds easier than it is. Then she was ready to kick some clouds to clear the sky, it took about an hour to clear the whole sky and rainbow thought she was ready for some breackfast, lucky for her she finished clearing clouds were the best bakery in town was sugar cube corner. Rainbow dashed down towards the bakery, once she entered a pair of pink hooves wraped around her neck.
“hi to you to pinks,” rainbow said
“hehehe I just wanted to give you your first hug in the morning, so what can I get ya dashie,” pinkie pie said as she let go of rainbow dash.
“that ok pinkie and I would like five blue berry pancakes,” pinkie pie nodded and went of to fetch dash and herself five blue berry pancakes, when she came back, “ yum yum yum, pinkie you make the best pancakes EVER!”
“Thanks dashie,wait is that twilight out their,” they both turned to look out the window as twilight turned to them, “I think some-pony needs to take a chill pill,”
As twilight began walking into sugar cube corner she turned to dash and said “YOU HAVE A LOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO MISSY!!”
“About what twi,” rainbow dash asked innocently
“EXPLAIN TO ME WHEN YOU GET TO THE LIBRARY,” Twilight shouted “pinkie pie, go and gather up the rest of our friends, I think we all deserve to know what and why rainbow dash did what she did,” twilight said in a more calm manner.
“yes ma’am,” pinkie replied in a military like voice.
“you,” she looked back at rainbow dash “my library now!” twilight pointed to the door. Rainbow dash slowly got up and twilight followed her all the way to the library to make sure she didn’t try anything funny.
As they were walking to the library on the other side of town pinkie pie was gathering up all their friends.
As every-pony sat around the table, and took there seats, they all turned to look at twilight,
“I know you are all proberly wondering why you are all here,” every-pony nodded in unison, “ you are all here because some-pony has betrayed there element big time,” there was a quiet gasp from the group, “yes it is true and I would not of expected it from you, rainbow dash,” another gasp filled the room as every-pony turned to look at the rainbow mained mare.
“what did I do,” rainbow asked questionly to twilight
“you disobandoned your filly at Pony-Ville orphanage,” suddenly fluttershy flu over and sat next to rainbow dash, “fluttershy, what are you doing she abandoned her filly,”
“I know very well what rainbow dash did,” fluttershy responded
“how could you not tell use, we’re your friends,” twilight asked the both of them
“we didn’t tell you all because it is the past and rainbow regretted her decision but she had to,”
“ah don’t understand whats goin on who is this so called filly,” apple jack asked
“go on rainbow tell us who this filly is and why you made this choice, its fine dear we’re your friends and we will stick by you, and I do hope you know you can tell use any-thing,”
“i-I know I can trust you all I just hate to think about it, but to answer AJ’s question the filly in question is-is sc-scootaloo,” rainbow dash admitted
“WHAT!!” pinkie and the rest of the girls except fluttershy and twilight,
“yes it is true now rainbow will you please tell us what happened,” twilight practicly begged
“okay, I will, aslong as you don’t think any different of me,” the all nodded in unison, “the father of scootaloo is soarin skies the famous wonderbolt, well once apon a time we were the best couple in high school, we were both popular, we were both good looking, but then the last day of high school came, it was awesome, up until I got seriously drunk, I think everyone did but me and soarin proberly the most after that we went to my dorm room and that’s all I can remember, next thing I know the nurse is telling me I’m pregnant with scootaloo, so I went to live wih fluttershy then after I gave birth to scootaloo fluttershy couldn’t support us and told me the best thing for her was that I put her in pony-ville orphanage, fluttershy knew the head care worker and said she would be fine, so when she was six I went to get her because I was financially stable but they said she had been adopted into a loving new home, so I left it because I wanted her to have a nice life with family you can depend on,” rainbow dash looked up from the floor to see most of her friends with tears trickerling down their face.
“rainbow, I understand now, but scootaloo was never adopted, she ran away,” twilight admitted
“WHAT!!!” rainbow replied “were is she now, is she ok!”
“yes rainbow, she is fine scootaloo, apple bloom and sweetie bell are helping decorate spike’s gem cake,” twilight said happily “I will go get them then we can explain it to them, I think they are old enoph to under stand,” twilight then got up and went through to get the girls and spike.
