My name is soul. A dark blue haired amber eyed teen dressed up in a costume that if you were a true ranger fan would know. I was dressed in a black body suit with white gloves and had a key based skull and crossbones on my chest with a red long coat over it with a golden belt keeping it on my body. Covering my head was a red full headed helmet designed with a pirate look and had a black visor. With me was my best friend swift who was a black haired and green eyed teen in a blue version of my costume. There was a green version which was our other friend emerald who normally has green hair and eyes hence the name and was actually a female version of the actual suit. There was our fellow friend hollow in yellow. She was a blonde with blue eyes. Then there was my girlfriend eclipse in silver with her helmet looking more buckanear then pirate hat on top. Her visor was gold. And to finish off our group was my sister Ryushiko or Shi for short in pink. Like me she had blue hair and amber eyes. We were looking for props to finish off our costumes and heard about a new store that sells such items. In a back pack I brought was my collection of ranger keys. I had every single ranger key currently made except recent keys like ninninger and toqger. I also had the ooo rider keys and metal hero keys so I was happy with my collection. The building we were going to was a three story Halloween based building with various black, yellow, orange and red colors with the sign being a Halloween version of the yinyang symbol which looked cool. Inside was various costumes and props from every fandom you could see. At the counter was a blonde woman like hollow only her eyes were colored white and wore a white dress that made me think of a holy person for some reason. Her entire presence felt innocent and calming. Next to her was a white kitten with a black bow around the neck. The fact the bow part was behind the head showed it was a girl. With her at the counter was a complete opposite of her owner. Black hair with demonic red eyes dressed in a black business suit with a black book in hand he felt like his presence was drowning out all light and made me on edge. Though the silimar features made me think these two were siblings and I felt that they fit the sign of the shop to a t. Very much opposites of each other. "Hello welcome to the balance item store I'm yin and over here is my twin brother yang. We are also known as the balance twins! How may we help you today" asked the woman. "Were looking for some props to finish our costumes mainly the weapons and Henshin items" I said speaking for all six of us. "I see well you came to the right place we just recently got a shipment of the moberates and the yokai cutlasses, flintlocks and spear. Each of them are only ten dollars each. And as for such detail to your costumes I'm throwing in this Navi robot someone dropped off last week with this chest" said yin pulling out the items in question including a maroon colored bird like robot with gold trim. As each of us all had a hundred dollars each from part time jobs I looked for something else to buy when I spotted what looked like basco's trumpet. "How much for the trumpet here" I asked. "At least twice the amount of one of your items. So five swords,guns,moberates, gokaicelluar, with the spear and that trumpet is going to cost you $200 plus a dollar tax" said yang as he turned a page in his book. Each of us paid for our respective gear and I paid for the trumpet. "Have a nice trip" said the cat making me and the others stare. "Did the cute kitten just talk" asked shi surprised. "Thank you for the compliment see you soon" nodded the cat just as I noticed our newly bought items glowed with a golden light. "Yeah she did" I said just before we vanished. "Ah how I love to see their reactions" giggled the cat as her owner shook her head with a fond smile. "Sunny you are unbelievable" said yin. "Looks like the equestria their heading to will be interesting" said yang looking at the page of his book which showed the six of us meeting with seven people in what seemed to be a castle. I was now dressed in a red long coat over a black shirt and black jeans with pirate styled boots. Shi looked to be in a convincing replica of ahim's clothes only replacing the coat with a pink version of my long coat. Swift was in Joe's outfit and had his hair changed to look like joes only kept his natural hair color. Emerald was in similar garb as shi only hers was green and hollow looked to be in luka's clothes. Eclipse was dressed in a silver long coat over a black shirt and has a silver skirt over black shorts. Her pirate boots went up to just below her hips. All of us were wondering what the hell was going on. "What the where are we" I asked very confused at this point. "This looks like the void that represented the power of the ranger keys" said shi looking around. "Yeah but how did my ranger key collection get out of my bag" I asked grabbing the ooo rider keys and five red keys with my gokai red key as they past by me. Shi grabbed the gokai pink key as well as five other pink keys. Swift grabbed the gokai blue key and also five ranger keys of the same color. Emerald did the same only hers was a mix of green and black. Hollow followed suit on her nearby keys while eclipse grabbed not only gokai silver but the go-on wings, time fire, kibaranger and dragon ranger as well. Suddenly we felt a tug from bellow as we looked down. We screamed as we started to fall the keys glowing bright with the other keys shooting past us. With a bright flash we landed on a kind of castle floor. "Ouch that hurt. Next time I see those guys I'm giving them a piece of my mind" I groaned slowly pushing my self up and I heard the others agree. "Hmm didn't expect that to happen" mused a voice that neither of us recognized. Turning we found ourselves staring at a chimera like being that looked like the mix of a pony and dragon with a chicken, goat, and lion mixed together randomly. Nearby was six ponies I'm guessing by their size were looking at the first being confused. The first one was purple with a indigo mane and tail with pink streaks through it. On her flanks were a set of stars with the largest being two layers with the bottom layer being white with the second being pink. The second pony was cyan and had a multicolored mane and tail that was the colors of the rainbow. Unlike the first pony who was a unicorn she had wings showing she was a Pegasus. Her mark was a cloud with a rainbow lightning bolt coming out. The third had a country feel with orange fur and blonde hair in a literal ponytail and green eyes. There was a setson hat on and her mark was a trio of red apples. I could tell she had no horn or wings but looked strong. The fourth was also a unicorn but had alabaster fur with a curled violet mane and tail with three diamonds as her mark. The fifth was a pegasus that looked shy with cream colored fur and a pink mane and tail with her mark being a trio of butterflies. The last one was I'm guessing a earth pony that was completely pink save her bright blue eyes. Her mane and tail were puffy and looked curled. Her mark was yellow and blue balloons on alternate streamers. "Brother am I seeing things or are we looking at talking ponies and a strange chimera" asked shi looking to me. "If your seeing them then so am i" said eclipse wide eyed. "Same here" agreed Swift with emerald and hollow. "Yeah I'm seeing them sis I don't think were in our world any more" I said before a certain robotic bird landed on my shoulder. "Ugh going through that rift left my circuits scrambled I'm feeling dizzy" said who I recognized as Navi as she shook her head. "Discord did you bring these beings here" asked the purple unicorn with a glare. "Nope I'm just as surprised as you that they appeared. But now that they are here Twilight Sparkle they can join you in our little game just solve my riddle and I will stop all the chaos outside" said Discord I think the chimera was called before he vanished. "Okay I think we need to talk and catch up on what is going on first before we do anything and we better start with introductions I'm soul souto and this is my sister ryushiko or shi for short. Over there is Swift, hollow, emerald, and my girlfriend eclipse" I said pointing to each named person so they knew who was who. "I'm twilight sparkle these are my friends rainbow dash, applejack, rarity, Fluttershy, and pinkie pie" said the purple unicorn. "Nice to meet you but not to be rude but what are you six" asked Rainbow with a raised eyebrow. "We are humans though by now you can say we are from another dimension if we are right about that rift" said Swift picking up the empty ranger key chest and placed the keys we held onto inside. "I'm navi by the way I'm their navigation expert" said navi sounding less dizzy now. " So care to explain the situation" asked shi kindly and found herself fast friends with Fluttershy due to similar personalities by my guess. "Well it started a thousand years ago when princess celestia and her sister princess Luna defeated discord with the elements of harmony and sealed him in stone. Discord is known as the spirit of chaos and disorder. Just recently he was freed and now he's warping reality to fit his chaotic whims. Storm clouds that rain chocolate milk, clouds made out of cotton candy, slippery paths. Houses made of sweets and homes floating above the ground and upside down. It's a down right mess. Princess celestia tasked us to stop discord again only it seems he has hidden the elements of harmony. He gave a riddle as a hint on how to find them but we are having a hard time figuring it out" said applejack bluntly. "What's the Riddle" I asked. "To retrieve your missing Elements just make sense of this change of events. Twists and turns are my master plan. Then find the elements back where you began" said twilight with a groan. "Twilight thinks it's the maze outside but I doubt that makes sense" said rainbow rolling her eyes. "Wait maybe discord was referring to how you found out about the elements themselves not a maze" said hollow snapping her fingers as a idea came to her. "Of course my library back in ponyville! Oh but Discord's magic has altered the train tracks by now how are we going to get out of canterlot. My teleportation spell has a limited range of seventeen miles and ponyville is at least three times that distance and while my magic reserves are large I would be exhausted getting us there" said twilight. "Wait guys if navi is alive after we entered the rift then that must mean" I said to my sister and the others in a whisper. "The galleon! Of course we can fly to ponyville from here! Nice idea soul" nodded swift. "Girls I got a idea but we need to get outside first we are able to get you there in time" I said making them look at us surprised. "Really! If your right you might have saved our skin just now" said Rainbow with a excited look. The twelve of us plus navi and a purple and green baby dragon I learned was named spike went out to the courtyard. "How are we going to get to ponyville?" asked Fluttershy curious. I pulled out my moberate and typed in 5501 on the keypad and pressed the star shaped icon. gokai galleon! Flying in from the sky was a bright red ship that looked like a pirate ship mixed with a space ship. "Rainbow can you and Fluttershy bring the chest we have on board the galleon while we take the others up" I asked seeing the zip line ropes for us approach. "You got it and you guys have a awesome ship! It's impressive compared to the airships at cloudsdale" said rainbow as the two pegasi grabbed the chest and flew onto the deck of the ship as I and eclipse got twilight while shi and swift got pinkie while emerald had rarity with spike at her knee and that left applejack with hollow as we grabbed the ropes and was lifted on deck. I led the group into the inside and felt navi fly to her perch as I sat at the wheel. "Navi set coordinates to ponyville full speed ahead!" I said as my friends went to their stations as eclipse stood by me. "Let's go" said eclipse with a smirk. With a roar the galleon flew towards ponyville where discord had relocated and was staring at the approaching pirate ship with awed eyes. "Wow I underestimated the newcomers that's a impressive ship. Seems they figured out the riddle. Wait is that a jolly Rodger on that ship? Well shiver me timbers those six were pirates! I was wondering why they seemed so rogueish in style! Nicely played better give them a welcome committee" said discord snapping his fingers bringing forth grey looking humanoids with staffs and odd shaped heads. These were the gormin the first footsoldiers the gokaigers faced in the series. When the ship anchored above golden oaks with the anchors missing the building moving down were the thirteen heroes and six of them went wide eyed at the sight of the welcome committee. " Gormin! Discord must have summoned them after seeing our ship!" Said eclipse and I glared. "Get the elements me and the others will hold these guys off" I said my tone saying I was ticked. The six of us started walking pulling out our weapons making the ponies and lone dragon surprised. With a shot from our flintlocks we charged and started to get into the fight. Eclipse spun her spear around striking some Gormin and made them stumble back. Shi and I were back to back slashing our blades and shooting with our flintlocks with sparks flying off our foes. Swift was slashing with his blade and shooting as he could aim making his foes fly backwards. Emerald was shooting with precision aim and slashing those that got to close with hollow covering her back. The six of us regrouped and put away our weapons as more Gormin appeared. I grinned and looked to the other five. "Time to go full out" I said pulling out my mobirate and ranger key. The others grinned and pulled out theirs. "Ranger key" we said as me, shi, swift, hollow and emerald folded our keys from their figurine state and flipped open our mobirates and got into the gokaigers transformation stance. "Gokai change" the five of us called as we inverted the keys into the slot near our left ear and gave a clockwise twist making the top unfold into the gokaiger symbol and thrust it before us. "Gokai change" said eclipse flipping open her gokai cellular and inserted her ranger key in figurine mode and closed it as she pressed the gokai silver helmet on the keypad of her device. gokaiger! Three V's and a X were launched in our own colors before they started to move to us. The first v transformed our clothes to the bodysuit where the second v formed our long coats and belts while the final v formed our helmets as the x formed the gokaiger crest on the foreheads of the helmets. "Gokai red!" I said crossing my arms as a explosion happened behind me with red smoke. "Gokai blue" said swift putting his hand on his head as if looking into the distance as blue smoke erupted behind him. "Gokai green" said emerald flicking her wrists as green smoke erupted behind her. "Gokai yellow" said hollow holding one arm under her chest as she waved her right hand once over her face as yellow smoke erupted behind her. "Gokai pink" said shi with a slight curtsy as pink smoke erupted behind her. "Gokai silver!" Said eclipse spinning around and throwing her arms out to the side as silver smoke erupted behind her. We each drew our weapons and got into ready stances. "Kaizoku sentai gokaiger!" We shouted as we brought up our weapons. "Let's make this showy!" I shouted and we charged and as we did so shi, hollow, swift, and emerald switched weapons so shi and emerald had two guns while swift and hollow had two swords. We attacked showing that our fight styles were slightly different as we fought making the Gormin stumble with a cry of gor. We stood back to back and I looked to the others. "Let's use time ranger!" I said and as one we flipped our belt buckles to reveal the ranger keys and repeated our transformation process with a call of gokai change. Time ranger! Now we stood in mostly colored bodysuits with triangles on our chest edged in white with mostly black visors only eclipse looked similar to me only with jagged edges and the white was replaced with black. "Time red!" I said. "Time blue" said swift. "Time green" said emerald. "Time yellow" said hollow. "Time pink" said shi. "Time fire" said eclipse. "Mirai sentai time ranger" we said pulling out the time ranger chronobadges and started to move as time ranger's theme sounded off. "Time shot" said swift pulling out the specialized gun of the suit and shooting as well at the Gormin. "Rex laser" shouted eclipse shooting the Gormin with her fire arm before switching it to sword mode. "Rex saber" said eclipse slashing at the Gormin making them fall. "Vector end" said me and shi using the finisher for the weapons we got. We regrouped as we returned to normal form. "Tch still to many" I said with a frown. "Let's use zyuranger" said eclipse holding up the dragon ranger key. "Good idea" I said as we brought out the similar keys. "Gokai change" we called turning into the zyuranger team which was identical to the base suits but had white diamonds on the chest and going down the arms and emerald was now black. "Tyranno ranger" I called. "Tricera ranger" said swift. "Mammoth ranger" said emerald. "Tiger ranger" said hollow. "Petra ranger" said shi. "Dragon ranger!" Said eclipse. "Kyoryu sentai zyuranger" we called as the zyuranger emblem appeared behind us. We all pulled out our weapons and charged. Shi was using her archery skills to shoot down any Gormin while swift and hollow used their twin weapons to strike at the Gormin. Emerald used the mammoth ax to strike down the Gormin near her and I used my sword with eclipse using the dragon dagger to slash in tandem. Soon the Gormin exploded and we reverted to gokaiger forms. "Phew man those things are hard to get rid of" I said resting my cutlass on my shoulder. " No kidding brother I feel exhausted Gormin may be weak footsoldiers but in numbers they are hard to beat" said shi with a nod of agreement. "You guys are super sentai" asked spike from the place where he and the mane six stood looking in awe. "How did you know that name" I asked curious. "They been around shortly after Discord's first defeat according to celestia they appeared from small statues that were seen over history. Each one went in hiding over the years and handled some threats that celestia had trouble with" said twilight. "Oh great ranger clones! The rift must have caused it. And basco's trumpet is gone that must mean basco is somewhere here controlling them. Those figurines are called ranger keys each one had the powers of past super sentai sealed inside those sentai you know of are just the suits and powers moving on their own. They aren't actually alive like the six of us. There were about 199 in total before we got the gokaiger keys and there were two other teams keys after ours added in. The last team had ten members so sixteen plus five is twenty one keys added to the 199 and we get 220 keys in total. Plus some none ranger keys but I have half of them back on the galleon. The other half were called metal hero keys. Which was six each so twelve added to that and you get a total of 232 keys we had on us before we ended up here. We each grabbed six ranger keys while I grabbed the six rider keys I had. So we had about five other ranger teams besides our default set with us while it seemed the rest scattered. The teams we currently have are time ranger, zyuranger, go-onger, gogov and gekiranger outside the gokaiger keys" I said explaining to the seven. "That explains why your transformations were nothing we heard of before so you think the keys got scattered through time and space of our planet" said applejack. "Yep eclipse here can only use 15 of the keys to access her full power. She's missing nine keys. A lot of them can be used by any sentai we have currently. Eclipse has a special ability all her own. We need to find those keys before they get into the wrong hands and cause trouble or there might not be a equestria left. Besides it took me a long time to get those keys in the first place. Their my responcibility" I said changing out of my ranger form. "Well we got the elements so let's put discord back into stone first before we see about locating them. We might have to ask princess celestia for help on that front" said twilight and showed her crown with a pink gem shaped like her cutiemark and the others pulled out necklaces with their own gem marks in different colors. Rainbows was red, Applejack's was orange, rarity's was purple, fluttershy's was yellow and Pinkie's was blue. "Those are the elements of harmony" asked eclipse with a raised eyebrow. "Yep each one represents a part of friendship" nodded applejack as we started walking back to where discord was busy. "Mine is loyalty you won't find anyone more loyal then me" said rainbow dash. "Mine is kindness" smiled fluttershy. "Mine's honesty, no one's more truthful then me" said applejack. "Mine is laughter if you need cheering up I'm the pony to do it" said pinkie hoping after us. "Generosity is mine dears I'm always willing to help a friend to the best of my ability" said rarity. "Which leaves me with magic the thing that holds it together with all six we are the main line of defence in equestria outside the sentai" said twilight. "Huh interesting" I said as we came into view of discord who was now freaking out that we were unharmed. "Sorry discord your going to have to do better then Gormin to slow us down" I said as we smirked. "Grr then how's this for slowing you down" said discord snapping his fingers summoning a giant monster I recognized and I winced at the sight. It looked like a giant sugormin and after it came others. "Sugormin! discord how do you know what the zangyack footsoldier look like" I asked. "With all the chaos going on I can see flashes of what you know" smirked discord. "Shimata eclipse stay with these six while we handle these bozos you don't have the third key for your mech" I said and she nodded and gave me a smile. "Right then gokai change" I said as the five of us became the gokaigers again. I typed in 5501 again to summon the galleon again. The five of us grabbed the ropes and we went to the darins. "Gokai machines launch" I said pressing a button on my console. The deck of the galleon opened and released the blue plane, green race car, yellow trailer, and the white and pink with some black submarine. "Okay everyone kaizoku gattai!" I said spinning the wheel before me. With that the five vehicles flew into space as the plane and car became arms as the trailer and submarine became legs. The front of the galleon split into shoulders as the mast and sails folded to the deck forming a torso. The transformed arms connected and the legs connected to the silver thrusters and the mech took the black pirate hat that was on the back of the blue jet and flipped in space grabbing the twin swords that used to be the front of the ship. "Kansei gokai-oh" all five of us called as we landed back at equestria making discord have his jaw drop. "A giant robot they have a giant robot! What in chaos is this!" Said discord shocked. "That's gokai oh the personal mech of our team out of two that is used to handle these kind of threats the others can easily handle these guys face it you have underestimated us big time" said eclipse with a proud look to her face. Her silver hair blew in the breeze caused by the now fighting robot against the sugormin. Gokai oh slashed it's twin sabers downing many sugomin and then sheathed them. "Gokai star burst" said the five pirates in the mech turning their ranger keys making the parts of the gokaiger mech open panels revealing large can on balls as the deck/torso of the mech to flip down and slid inside revealing a large canon on the inside of the chest. Suddenly as the cannonballs moved up they were shot at the sugormin making them explode. It was over quickly as the cannon and ammo were put away. The mech reverse the transformation and the vehicles were stored back into the galleon before it went back as the five jumped out. "Later discord because your chaos ends here" I said as the mane six powered up their elements and discord only had enough time to snap out of his shock to try and block the elements in fear only to be left a statue. With it all of discords chaos was reversed and everything was normal. "Okay now that was showy!" I said with a laugh looking around at the specticale. "Oh! The elements are glowing" said pinkie looking at her element. Each one released a beam that hovered before the six gokaigers that formed six keys with the symbols on them. They flipped into figurines of rangers based off the mane six with red going to me, cyan going to swift, pink going to shi, orange to hollow, and white to emerald which left eclipse holding onyx. I blinked as we dispelled our transformations and looked at the keys. "Huh guess these are harmony keys" I said looking over the key. "You hold loyalty very high trusting that your friends will have your back" said shi. "While you have a very kind heart sis to those around you" I said. "I hold generosity seriously when sharing with you guys" said ecliose,. "I'm honest with all my friends and don't hide any secrets to you all" said hollow looking at her key. "I always make sure your okay and enjoy our time together" said swift looking at his key in shock. "And I always believed that we share some magical bond from when we grew up together" said emerald. "Looks like these are fragments of the elements of harmony designed to work with your abilities. This means we just connected on a deeper level just now" said twilight. "You know what that means!" Said pinkie. "Time to celebrate!" Said the pink pony with a cheer and I smirked as we headed back to the galleon to get to canterlot castle for the report and celebration. Even though me and my friends were taken out of our home this adventure proved to have shown that there was a reason for it. Now we can live out our dreams of being protectors. I knew that we would return home one day but first we had a long journey ahead to have the keys back before they are used by the wrong hands and if basco is out there we would be waiting for his arrival.
