The Truth Hurts

"Discord..." A female voice echoed. Discord looked around for the owner of the voice. He then saw a dark blue figure floating towards his way.
He finally recognized the figure to be Princess Luna, the protector of dreams.
"Luna? What are you doing here?" Discord asked.
"I've heard there was an issue." Luna converted; her eyes went cold on the last word.
Discord twisted his face in a look of confusion. "What issue?" Discord questioned scratching his head. I think I'm dreaming. Discord thought, realizing his surroundings
"The event last night and how uneasy you were with your friends. I think you need some assistance with what you are dealing with right now." Luna reasoned as she lowered her head, raising her eyebrow.
"Wait. What! Last night wasn't a dream!? You know!? How?....stalker." Discord blushed bursting in frustration, confusion and embarrassment.
"Stalker? Says the one who would ease drop his friends." Luna remarked with a straight face.
"What do I need assistance with anyway? I got everything under control." Discord harrumphed. "Wait....where is Tirek anyway?"
"Out and about in the Everfree forest. Why are you concerned?" Luna questioned.
"Just curious." Discord said quietly turning his head away from Luna.
Luna smiled. "Do you love him?" She questioned with a light smile.
Discord spun back around and gave her a horrified look. "Well...it's hard to explain..." Discord implied. "Wait. Wouldn't you be angry? He has caused disaster in Equestria after all."
"Yes, I would but I feel that you can change his ways. And you said that you have it all under control. But don't tell anypony of this conversion and how you feel about Tirek. It might cause some conflict. Especially after the betrayal." Luna imputed.
"Ok." Discord assured. He felt guilt for falling in love with the creature who ruined his friends lives. Even his own. But Tirek seemed so caring. He didn't even mention anything about taking over Equestria. His thinking was interrupted by Luna.
"Now I must go." Luna spoke as she levitated herself up and started to disappear. Wait! She’s leaving already? Discord thought, biting his lip. There was so much more questions Discord wanted to ask. She disappeared in a white flash, causing Discord to put his arm across his face to shield the brightness from his eyes. Everything went white and silent.
