On an seemingly average day at school, Sunset has a violent outburst and harms Flash.

She's horrified by the incident.

She goes to see a therapist, Doctor Nitpick. She induces hypnosis and speaks with the Other Girl. Nitpick wants to help Sunset control her but the Other Girl isn't having any of it.

Sunset endures a long, grueling night of an internal battle with... Sunset Satan.

Despite the unspeakable things the Other Girl wants her to do, she fights it.

You don't need anyone else! You're just a monster! Like me!

No. No I'm not.

She knows because her friends love her, she is never alone.

That love makes her feel alive, their forgiveness makes her feel strong.

She felt powerful, she felt on fire.

In the end, though she may never rid herself of her past. No one will. But she will look to the future and make it as bright as the rising sun.
