The tape recorder played a buzzing sound before the doctor pressed one of the buttons to start, they were in a padded cell outside Ponyville where it was only Doctor Stallwall and his patient: The most gruesome killer in the world. She is responsible for 80% of the deaths of children, newborns and even young mares also some old ponies if they're are any in the area. Doctor Stallwall's patient was Pinkamena Diane Pie.
The guards hauled her into the padded cell wearing a straight jacket and a muzzle covering her mouth.
"Guards you can remove the muzzle but keep the straight jacket on her, I do not want her to escape or even think about escaping." said Stallwall.
The guards removed her muzzle but the straight jacket was kept on, she sat down on the cold silver chair that was so cold that it made her shiver a bit but managed to keep that joker smile. Doctor Stallwall had never seen a specimen like Pinkamena he's heard about all the people she killed in a span of 4 years or more by turning them into decorations until her friends caught her in the act then called the authorities and now she's here.
"Taped Patient Interview #1: Patient name is Pinkamena Diane Pie Nov 2, 2009. Hello Pinkie my name is Doctor Stallwall and since this is our first session I hope to make it worth your while."
Pinkie snorted.
"Now let's talk about the people you killed." exclaimed Doctor Stallwall who pulled out a clipboard and pen, jotting down any notes for research.
"Ah yes the people I killed...you see Doctor the reason I did those things was to feel happy so yes my friends locked me up in this shithole, talking to you so it was a proud moment for me to kill those ponies." explained Pinkie who flashed an evil grin and started to giggle.
Doctor Stallwall wrote all that down but his hoof was quivering at the giggle Pinkie made. One of her victims was a filly living in Canterlot explained what she did to his mother which he dared not to say or repeat.
"A mother of a respected filly was a victim of one of your heinous attacks, can you explain in detail what you almost did?" asked Doctor Stallwall.
Pinkie laughed so hard it scared the guards who thought she was going to break out of her bondage but even a psychotic killer wouldn't risk being killed so Pinkie decided to comply and confess.
"Very well doctor...that little filly had a nice firm round body with a sexy plot and flank. I wanted to kidnap her, take her to my house, tie her up and begin to rape her the little one." explained Pinkie.
Doctor Stallwall held back anger as he wrote down everything Pinkie said no matter how utterly disturbing it was.
"Even though she was a fighter I was able to knock her down to the ground, knocking her out cold. When she woke up I had a knife synched in one of Coldfeet's leg and making it bleed." continued Pinkie.
When Stallwall heard that name he immediately pointed a gun at Pinkie which made her smile even more.
"Oh Doctor you know you wouldn't shoot me and you know it." said Pinkie with a evil grin.
Stallwall kept the gun pointed at Pinkie until a long sword went right through his heart, killing him instantly. An unknown assassin revealed herself, she had light pink hair and innocent looking eyes wearing all black to conceal herself in the darkness.
"You took longer than expected Shy." said Pinkie.
"Sorry about that, it is not easy to find you I had to search all over Equestria for you." explained Shy who killed the other guards when she released Pinkie from her straight jacket.
Both Fluttershy and Pinkamena left the mental hospital, leaving nothing but blood and broken bodies in their wake.
Pinkamena looked down at the dead bodies of guards, inmates among others. Even though her and Fluttershy escaped she still could hear the sounds of her victims but Shy blocked those thoughts of Pinkie's mind and kept her focused on their one goal: To get out.
"Pinkie I know how it feels like to murder somepony, I did such an act that involved hyperventaling his blood until he exploded which filled me regret but a warm feeling." explained Fluttershy.
"I know" said Pinkie.
An alarm went off to alert more guards to appear in front of Pinkie and Fluttershy, ready to attack them at any moment. Shy brought out her sword and had a devious smirk on her face which scared the daylights off of some of the guards even though they had their guns pressed out and ready to fire if both Pinkie or Fluttershy decided to attack at that moment.
"You boys picked the wrong mare to fuck with" said Fluttershy as she scraped her sword on the cold hard floor.
The guards fired their guns at Shy who moved very fast, avoiding the gunfire. She mutilated all their bodies by biting their heads, chopped vital organs and Pinkie split one of the guards in half with her own bare hooves. Flutters finished chopping the last guard's head, all that was left was blood and organs all over the walls and floor. Blood covered the coat of Fluttershy and she licked the organs from her sword.
"Delicious organs" said Fluttershy who offered Pinkie a heart.
Pinkie took a bite from the heart which squirted blood in her face causing blood to go everywhere but she didn't care, she was just happy to be out of that straight jacket and muzzle (looking like Hannibal Lecter). Fluttershy found a button that opened an exit door to the outside world.
"Come on let's go! We can leave this hellhole!" said Pinkie.
They both found an empty boat and revved up the engine so they can go back to Ponyville although Pinkie might hide out for a while but it was better than being in a holding cell.
