"Welcome! Welcome to my bonfire you lucky ponies!"
Rainbow dash shouted to all around. She was so excited she could just explode.
With a quick flash of colors, she was higher up in the sky. No pony could ignore her now.
"We have a VERY special guest, the most wonderful, amazing, awesome can be; SpitFire!"
Quite a fan-girl little Dashie was, even though SpitFire was a close friend at this point.
"You're overdoing it Rainbow Dash- I'm not a big deal."
"Not a big deal?" A Derpy Pegasus flew up to the ginger mare.
"Well, I'm just a regular Pegasus. I don't feel comfortable with all this praise."
"BUT I LOVE YOU!!"
"Okay... I love you too? Uh, Derpy?"
"SHE LOVES ME TOO! SHE KNOWS MY NAME!!" She flew away squealing.
"I enjoy a good party Dash- but this is-"
"Don't leave!!" The rainbow mane winged pony flew in front of SpitFire. "We- um... we uh... we-"
"WE HAVE BEER!" Vinyl Scratch shouted from back by the fire.
"What she said!"
SpitFire chuckled. "Alright, alright, I'll stay Rainbow Dash.
"Thank you!" She hugged SpitFire tightly before dashing off over to the speakers which Octavia and her partner Vinyl chilled.
"Now where's that one earth pony?" SpitFire asked herself. "I think that's her" She looked at the freckled orange pony.
"You're AppleJack, right?"
"Didn't see ya there sugercube!" She turned around with a grin. "Well, yeah I am."
"So you're the one Rainbow Dash was telling me about!"
"Say what now suger?" AppleJack tilted her mane.
"She told me about you on the phone, from what I've heard from other ponies around town, you run and your family run a big apple-bucking business. I betcha make a lot'a money!"
AppleJack smiled as she looked at her bucket of shiny, juicy, apples of red, golden, and green.
"Why sure, but I bet some pony as famous as yourself makes a sizable amount of money."
"Yeah, I spend most of it on helping my friends throw parties- after all, I don't need it for much since the-" SpitFire lowed her voice. "Shadowbolts have been quiet."
"I'm glad everything's going A-Okay with you and your fellow wonderbolts."
"That's good and all yes but you- you have cider don't you?"
"Yes ma'am!" AppleJack leaned on her barrels of cider.
"I also heard you have a 'special' kind of cider." SpitFire nudged her shoulder.
"You mean my AppleJack Daniels?"
"Mhm."
"No problem! I'll getcha some in a jiffy!"
"That's great." SpitFire awaited the tasty beverage.
"Here ya go!"
