Chapter 1

A Different Reflection

Watching season 5 of My Little Pony, I was amazed at how the animated characters behaved and looked.

'Damn, the animations, fanart, show, all cute, amazing, cool... it's odd how this all started with an unpopular generation 1 with young females loving the show and scarce males.. evolving into generation 4, the master age, with almost half the world I presume, falling head over hooves for it.'

But...what would it really be like to first person experience life in Equestria? At that moment I didn't know what it would be like.. but soon I would. As the time passed, I found myself half asleep from browsing all the different fanart and projects of the brony fandom. Deciding I had enough for one day, I turned off my tablet and slept.

The dream that night was different. I found myself in the middle of an empty room, with a door standing solemnly in front of my vision. Unlike the white background of the interior, it was colorful...yet strange at the same time. I walked slowly towards the door, overviewing my choice, and turned the knob.

I woke up, still in a bed., but just not the same.

"Waah!" I cried out in shock when I saw a snout at the bottom of my vision.

"Woah!!! Look at this! I have hair all over and fur, and hooves, a snou-" 'Does that mean...?' " I'm a pony!"

Suddenly the pony loving part of my brain exploded! (Or expanded, i'm not a genius). "OMIGOSHOMIGOSHOMIGOSH HOW IS THIS HAPPENING IM IN EQUESTRIA AS A PONY THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED IM A PONY!" "...but.. how?"

I've always wanted to be in Equestria, as a mare/filly preferably, don't ask. I just don't approve the idea of being a colt or stallion. "Okay, so, my coat is really soft, my hooves are kind of sensitive.. my voice.. female. But, I could probably guess my gender and stuff by just looking at how soft my coat and how sensitive my hooves are.. I think. But am I a filly or mare?" Even though the answer was kind of obvious to me.

Then I realized something about my location. "Wait, if I'm a pony.. I'm in Equestria? But if I'm in Equestria, where in the hay-", I paused seeing the error in my speech. "Am I?" I stopped again, thinking about what happens when I say another word like.. hell? Would it be replaced with another pony word? I already knew about two pony words, like pony feathers, and hay... . "That's odd, I can't say hay. Hay. Haey. Hael. Haaaeelll. Hell. Wow. Uh, that's pretty.. uh... Cool? Weird? Like, I blurt out hay instead of hay.." I giggled.

"This is pretty fun..I'm not even going to bother correcting myself". 'Oh I can get used to this..' I gasped. "Do I have a cutie mark? Do the mane six exist? Does-" I stopped. "So many questions.. I need to look around and get used to this place... even though this may be my home."

"Hmm.. now, to get on all four hooves.. uh.. wha..?" I tried to stand on all fours after dismounting the bed, and fell. I grinned. "This is gonna be so awesome!". After failing about 2 more times, I could finally get up.. sort of.. "Woahh.. and Twilight can't stand on two legs very well when she went into the human world.. well Twilight, I kind of understand your struggle..." I was standing, but still kind of unbalanced.

The exit was to my right. There was a cabinet and a vanity. I trotted to the door. "Seems like I push the door open with my hoof." The door opened. There was a hallway going from my left to right. Another door, supposedly a bathroom, stood to my right. "The moment of truth" I whispered to myself.

I put my hooves onto the sink for support, and then admired my pony-self in the mirror. "Woooahh.. this is so awesome..". I examined the reflection for a bit."Hmm.. I-I'm.. a filly? But first, maybe I should ask for confirmation, even though it's quite obvious I am a filly, but asking might actually help me with conversations.. I guess. And I'm also kinda glad to be an unicorn." I smiled, noticing the small horn resting on my forehead.

"Time to go outside." I trotted down the hallway and passed a kitchen and living room. And then in front of me, was the gateway to Equestria. "Well, here goes." I pushed the door open and, after being blinded by the bright sunlight, I saw... Ponyville. Stallions, mares, passing by. A whole bunch of houses. 'The sky seems to have not been cleared yet.' I trotted outward, away from my house, and fell once more. A kind mare saw me and came over. "Are you okay?", she asked.

"Yes, I'm fine, thanks for checking on me".

"No problem". She smiled. 'Wow, I wonder if everypony is this kind.'

"Hey! Wait a moment please!" I called to her.

"Hmm?"

"Would you say if I'm a filly or mare?"

"Uhh.. you look like a filly?" She replied, a bit puzzled by the strange yet obvious question.

Leaving the kind stranger with a small wave, I trotted around Ponyville, as I was getting the hang of moving around, searching for Sugarcube Corner, or at least Twilight Sparkle's library, or see if I can spot Cloudsdale, or that Carousel Boutique. Or Fluttershy's house, or Sweet Apple Acre's, or anything I recognize, really. I wanted to explore the area that I had dreamed of, and my excitement was quite obvious. I tried to find one of the locations, but all I saw is some shops, houses, I also talked to some more ponies, and, after looking around for a few minutes, I decided to just give up and go home. I just sat on the blanket on the ground in the living room and played with my tail. 'Well.. what else can I do?' I muttered before letting out a big yawn, which kind of enforced my decision. I decided to take a nap, which actually seemed fun, since I'm a pony now, so I curled up and slept, pony style on the blanket.

After a few hours, I woke up again, and found myself not back on Earth on my bed, but still on the blanket I had chose to sleep on before. 'So this isn't a dream!' "AWESOME!" I went to the kitchen to see if I can find cereal or something, as my tummy was growling a bit. Sadly, there were mostly carrots in the fridge, all all the other snacks were up on the top shelf far out of my reach. Because I didn't want to do such a foolish idea like attempting to climb up, I pondered for a while, while staring hungrily at the possible treats in that closed container.

"Wait, why not just use telekinesis? That must be easy enough." I concentrated as hard as I could to open the cabinet, but to no avail.

"Maybe if I close my eyes, that would increase focus? Or if I imagined the room like how it is. And open the cabinet like that? I don't really know.. I'll try and see if this method works.." I closed my eyes and drew a mental picture of the room. I then tried focusing on the mental cabinet and made it open mentally. I heard something collide. I got so scared I jumped. "WAAAH!! Wait, I OPENED IT!" The cabinet door had hit the fridge.

Odd, that was quite a loud impact that I had heard.. but then again, I'm new to this. "Now, let's see, plates, cereal..." I used telekinesis to retrieve the cereal and a bowl, and just as I was close to placing the items on the table, something else crashed. I seemed to be getting the hang of being a unicorn filly, but I wasn't a pro at this. "Oh!" Some of the plates fell and broke. There were sharp chunks all over the floor. "OW!" A shard lodged itself into my far right hoof. I tried to bite it and pull it out, but failed.

Deciding I should just eat later, I tried to make my way to the outside door, not taking the risk to climb upstairs and search for medical supplies in this condition. I exited and every step I took, It hurt so badly. I was really young, and, well, I couldn't hold it in.. and my strength was really low in this body and... it hurt so much. I started crying outside near my house. My ears were fallen back without control. Finally, somepony, a stallion to be exact, came over.

"Woah, calm down miss!" He shouted.

Noticing my injury, he came closer and examined it.

"Do you need any help? Where are your parents? Do you have a guardian?"

'Guardian..' " I DON'T HAVE ANY!" I cried even harder. He looked at me with shock.

"You don't have parents or a guardian?" Wow. So all of a sudden I'm an orphan or something? "Well, I would love to take care of you but-" My crying was uncontrollably loud, interrupting him. He then saw the shard and he bit on it, pulling it out, stopping a large quantity of pain. "Like I said, I would love to take care of you but I can't. I'm sincerely sorry." Well.. what could I say?

"Oh... thanks for the help.. *sniff sniff* it means alot.." I whimpered as he took some cloth from my house and bandaged my injured hoofs. I had to trust him, since I needed some time to make my hoof stay on the ground and not wince.

".. No problem.." He trotted off. I was feeling down, and very sad. I looked at my tail. It was to my right. It went slowly back and forth, without my will, as I was not knowing what to do. After a while, another pony who saw me came over.

"Are you ok? I saw what happened... do you want me take care of you?"

I looked up with tears still in my eyes. "Y-y-you can?". She smiled at me and gently wiped my tears away.

"Course". I hugged her.

"T-thank you". '..She makes me feel.. like I have... somepony...there for me..'. We went into my house. She trotted, while I bounced up and down after her happily, forgetting my injury, causing me to fall again.

She came to my aid. "Are you okay?". I replied happily,

"It does hurt, but because of you, I am now!" we both laughed. I got back up and we went to the living room. She told me, "You stay here, and I'll fix you something to eat, I bet your hungry". As she went to the kitchen, I waited for my food, feeling so happy, even happier than ever before, even happier than the moment I realized about the discovery (about me becoming a pony). I have somepony to take care of me! I lied down on the small carpet, deep in my thoughts.

In about a minute, she came back in with a cereal bowl and spoon floating towards me, setting them on the glass table in front of the couch. "Eat up!" She smiled. She levitated the spoon into the bowl, and it came out with milk and cereal in it. The spoon was near my mouth. I opened my mouth and happily ate the cereal. 'I love her... in a good way.'

After I was done eating, she went to the kitchen to the deliver the bowl and spoon, with me right beside her. She cleaned up and washed the dishes.

"Hey, do you want to go out for a bit?" Well, I'm glad she asked.

"Where to?"

"To a park." She replied.

"YAY!" 'this, is gonna be fun!'. After she was done cleaning, I followed her to the door, and we trotted to the park.

"Come along now, we will talk along the way." I trotted after her. "So.. about you and me.. we didn't exactly introduce ourselves.. allow me. I'm Peachy Keen. And who might you be?". 'Oh no... I'm nameless!!!' "Is something wrong sis?"

"Huh? Oh uh... no.." Just then, a name popped in my head, as I fell once more. "Uhh.. I'm SkyRose." 'SkyRose!?! How the hay did that happen? It seems like I know the name, but I actually don't. Is it like a name connected to this body? Because I doubt I switched bodies with this pony, so it can't be one of her memory.'

"What a lovely name sis", she commented. Well... I guess it kind of is? The park stood in front of me. A whole bunch of fillies, younger than me, and some ponies about my age (I think) .

"Go and play, I'll just sit on this bench". Okay, I guess I could... I galloped- wait galloped!?! I fell facefirst into the stairs leading up to the slide. ' Darn injury... I got back up and climbed up the slide, sat, and slid down.

'Let's try the swings'. I trotted over to the swings, fell again, got back up and attempted to get onto the swings. My siste- I mean.. uh.. friend.. helped me up and pushed me on the swings.

We quietly went back home as the night fell, after a whole day of playing with the other fillies and her in the playground. She turned to me as she closed the door, smiling as she saw me yawn again.

I asked Peachy.. "Why did you come to my need? I'm pretty sure nopony else would've taken care of me.." She looked at me sadly.

"To be honest, I can't find my parents and guardians either. Hay, I'm not even sure they exist." Oh.. there were tears forming in her eyes.

"It's okay." I came and hugged her. I whispered to her, "We have each other.." Peachy smiled at me with tears still in her eyes.

"That is true... and that makes me feel a lot better.."

"Hey, do you want to go into the living room and read a book with me?" She asked. How could I resist?

"Yes please, that would be wonderful!" I replied.

We trotted back into the wonderful living room, and we sat on the couch. Heh, pony style. She grabbed a book using her horn (telekinesis, of course), and set it down on the glass table, and began flip the pages and read. I was right beside, her cuddled up, looking at the book. 'Now's the time..' "Can I call you.. sis?". I waited for the response, hoping I made the right choice.

"Yes you may, sis." I soon began to close my eyes, and slept beside her, the moon rising as I found new comfort in the new life that I was experiencing.

Chapter 2

I woke up the next morning, beside my pony "sister". I lifted my head up, looking around for the time. A clock was right above the fireplace. Trotting closer to the fire, it showed the time of 10:02. Thinking about what she helped me to do, I decided to pay her back, by doing her a favor. My plan was to stealthily go to the kitchen and make her something to eat. I tried to get off the couch and stand on all fours, and fell. I checked back to see if she was awake. 'Thank god that wasn't loud enough... I hope'. I trotted silently to the kitchen, and fell again. I got up and was trying to grab a bowl, this time, from the sink.

I carefully placed the bowl onto the marble table, and used magic to open the refrigerator, and grabbed a jug of milk. I put the jug on the ground and unscrewed the cap, still with magic. I lifted it up, the best I could, and just as I was about to pour it, the weight of the jug was so overwhelming, and my experience with telekinesis was low, I lost focus and poured milk all over the floor, and table! The jug landed with a loud *thud* as it smashed onto the floor.

"Please don't wake up please don't wake up please don't wake up!" I whispered nervously.

At least some of the milk got into the bowl. Now I needed a spoon. I opened the drawer containing them and grabbed a spoon. I decided to deliver the breakfast to her (which would be pretty hard to accomplish). I grabbed a tray from the cabinet (near ground level) and put the cereal and stuff onto it. I then grabbed the cereal she gave to me the other day and poured it with ease into the bowl. I then delivered the food, thankfully not falling or losing focus, and set it onto the glass table. I guess its okay to call her sis, in fact, I like it.

"Wake up sis!" She woke up, still sleepy, staring at me.

"Hmm?"

"I made you breakfast!"I said, proudly presenting the cereal bowl and the tray. She stared at the tray, and then at me. She was surprised.

"Wow, uh, why did you do this for me?" She asked pleasantly.

"Well duh, we're a family now!" I laughed.

I ran up to her on the couch and hugged her. "I love you sis." She of course replied,

"I love you too.." She began to eat her breakfast, when she asked, "What are you going to eat?"

"It doesn't matter what or if I eat, I made it for you!" She made a serious expression in my direction.

"But you HAVE to eat something"

I sighed and nodded. "Ok fine, I'll just make myself some cereal too".

"No, you don't need to, knowing you, I assume you've already made quite a mess, so if you want I can save you the trouble, and we can share". 'Hmm..why not? She IS the closest pony I have...'

"Okay!" I replied happily. After we finished eating, she asked,

"Do you need to use the bathroom? Or shall I go first?" 'Oops, the bathroom...'

"Uh.. can I go first?"

"Of course!" 'She probably wants to go the bathroom to brush her mane.. and teeth.. and probably use the... you know.'

Well, I climbed up the stairs and headed for the bathroom for the second time. I sat down on the toilet, and did my business for the first time (in this body, obviously). I pushed the handle down with my hooves, making the toilet flush. I then saw a stool that you stand on, on the right of the sink. I bit the stool and dragged it in front of the sink. I climbed up and put my hooves onto the sink for support, like before. I turned on the sink, and washed my hoovds (with soap of course). And galloped downstairs, only to tumble down. "I'M DONE SIS!" I yelled to her as I got up. She trotted upstairs and used the bathroom. I went and curled up on my blanket. I took a quick nap......

Peachy Keen's Viewpoint

"Aww.. it's so cute how she sleeps." I whispered to myself. After a bit, I nuzzled her. "I love you sis." I whispered to SkyRose. "Do you want to go see if we can sign you up for school?" I asked quietly. Skyrose was starting to wake up.

SkyRose's ViewPoint

I was half asleep. "...Mmm...sure sis..." I mumbled. She took me by the scruff of my neck and carried me to the door. She told me, "Come on sis, waky waky!" 'Wakkkyyy...wakkkyy.. wait, waky? Oh! Pony school!' She left and waited for me outside. She said "Anytime your ready". I saw a key hung near the door. I used telekinesis to put it on my neck. I trotted outside, but locked the door before leaving any farther. "Awww you look so cute sis.." she smiled at me.

"You also look pretty!", I told her. She blushed.

"Aw, thanks." She blushed again.

"Anyways, do you want me to teach you some other unicorn spells, just for fun and stuff? Like tele-"

"YES PLEASE!!!" I squeaked excitedly. 'Oops..' "Well, okay little sis, but first let's go to somewhere quiet and relaxing." Heh, she said little sis.

We trotted over to a quiet place, near a forest. "Okay, first off, try to lift this stick up and rotate it, if possible, try to rotate it fast so it makes it look like a circle spinning in the air." How in the hay am I supposed to do that!?! I concentrated on the stick, making it levitate high up, and start making it rotate fast. "Wow, I'm impressed sis!" Peachy commented.

"You are!?" I looked at her smiling, accidentally breaking out of concentration.

"Well, yeah!" She is such an awesome friend, and an even more awesome sister. I realized then that I am so lucky to have her. I trusted her completely.

"Now, let's try-" She got interrupted by a rustling in the forest.

"What was that?" Peachy asked, staring into the woods. Then, I saw a timber wolf about to lunge onto me! Wait no, it was going to get Peachy!

"BEHIND YOU SIS!" She turned around in time to see the wolf lunge at her. She didn't have enough strength (if you were smart, you would've known that she was in shock!), and I panicked. Then I realized that she would be dead in a few moments if I don't do something... and so I panicked even more as I levitated the hugest rock I can find and, thankfully had enough strength to throw it at the timber wolf.

I missed, and I could tell he was ticked off. He chased after me. "Ahhhh! Run away sis!", was the only thing I could say, because I felt like my time was soon over. The timber wolf was right behind my tail (literally). It finally caught up and shoved me aside, sending my body flying towards a tree. Everything was blurry. I was in mega shock. Pain coursed through my body. The last thing I could see before blacking out, was the timber wolf fallen down, my sister destroying it with a huge rock, and throwing it way back into the woods...

Peachy Keen's viewpoint

"Sis! Oh no oh no oh no! SIS WAKE UP! IM SAFE NOW!" I was in panic. She saved my life, and now she was about to die. "Oh what should I do!?!" I grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and galloped with her towards home. 'This was such a foolish idea, and because of my mistake, she's going to never see the real world. Never going to become a mare, or even have a somepony.. all my fault..'. I was halfway home, tears in my eyes. I couldn't let this happen. I placed her gently down and called for help. Soon, the paramedics arrived. 'All my fault..', I thought to myself as I walked away crying. 'All mine'.

SkyRose'sviewpoint

"She's alive! We're getting something!"

"What should we do doc?"

"Don't just stand there! Go and get the older one!"

..........................."Sis?"

Someone..was...calling..for...who?...

......."SIS, PLEASE WAKE UP! OH IT'S ALL MY FAULT!!!"

... 'I recognize that voice..is that... Peachy...?'

My left eyelid was slightly open. There were two colors above me.. a beeping sound.. somepony crying in the background..

"She's waking up!"

"She is!?! Sis! Sis! SIS! I'm here now!"

I'm sure... that's Peachy.. that new color above me... is orange! ".............Sis....?" I whispered. The room came slightly into focus. There was something with a black monitor with green lines and zizags to my right. Peachy was standing above me, along with a stallion and mare I didn't know. They were doctors. I realized I was in a hospital.

"Oh sis I'm so sorry it's all my fault, you could've died-"

"..no.. its noponies fault.." I interrupted her.

"Are you.. s-sure? You mean that?"

"..Of course.. we're family.. we're sisters.. we forgive eachother.. and learn from our mistakes...". She hugged me.

"I love you sis.." she whispered to me.

I replied, "I love you too sis.. I love you too..".

Chapter 3

Nopony's Left Behind

"How are you feeling?". My sister was feeding me pudding.

"Not good, until you realizethat it's not your fault.. so don't be so hard on yourself.. okay? You do know that this could've happened to anypony.. but just not the same way. They wouldn't have had an awesome sis to be there for them."

"Wow, thanks, and I'll take your word for it.". She smiled at me.

I tried to crack a smile. "I love you sis.", and she of course said,

"I love you too."

"Wow, the impact my body made on the tree hurts quite a lot". She just stared away. "You saved me." she muttered.

"And you saved me", I finished for her. After I was okay to go from the hospital, we went back home. I picked up my sister and began to rotate her fast in the air. I caught her off guard when I picked her up. "Woaaahh! Pleassee stop! I'm getting dizzy!" I stopped rotating her and put her down gently. She smiled.

"Teach me!", I squeaked. And then her smile faded.

"Uh.. are you sure? After what happened.. and we just got-"

"YES please!" And so I started practicing with her, but this time, away from the forest, in a park (no playground sadly).

"So, are you up for teleportation?". That sounded like a challenge.

"You bet I am!"

"Okey Dokey, so all you wanna do is concentrate on where you want to teleport, and change the environment into the background you would see when you are teleported, and you can feel wind circle around you once when the teleportation spell is complete."

'Hmm.. seems easy enough..'. And so, I did as I was told. I decided I want to teleport to a sitting position on the bench. I began focusing and drew a flawless background. The next thing I knew, I felt a gust of wind, and opened my eyes to see a bench below me. "Wow, you were OUTSTANDING! Heck, I'm even jealous sis! I couldn't even complete that in my first try. I couldn't even change my end teleport position! Amazing.. you truly are something aren't you?" I felt my cheeks turning red.

"Not as great as you sis!"

"Anyways, I'm actually jealous, but ignore that and let's head back home".

Peachy Keen's Viewpoint

Okay, I have to admit, I was mega jealous of her, but I shouldn't jealousy get in my way. When we were home, it was time to leave to do something I should've done the moment after meeting her... sell my house. "You wait in the living room, Peachy just has to go do something."

"Yesss?"

"I have to sell my house, since I no longer need it, if it's okay with you?"

"My house is your house!" she replied. I trotted back to my old home. I went inside and put everything I need into a huge potato sack, tying it off and placing it right beside my door.

I grabbed a hammer and nail, a flat plank, a sturdy and thick stick, some red paint, and a paintbrush. I went outside and built the "FOR SALE" sign. I then brought the paint back in, put on my hat, and headed out, keys around my neck 'Just like Sky..', and sack in the air. I came home, to my sisters home.. to my new home. "Sis! I'm back!". She came galloping towards me to hug me.

"Sis!! Wow, what a beautiful hat!"

"Well, uh, thank you sis." I smiled at her.

SkyRose's viewpoint

I waited for my sis to come back. I was curled up on the carpet, asleep.

"Sis! I'm back!". I immediately woke up and galloped to her. After that, she went and delivered the potato sack (full of stuff from her home) into the living room. She lit the fireplace, and then proceeded to pour out her items. I sat curled up again, you know where, while she organized everything to the right place. I then realized she needs a room.

"You can have the room across from me, if that's your thinking", I said with my eyes still closed.

"Oh okay, thanks!" 'Wow.. being a pony.. sure is fun.. and this pony life.. is all new to me.. it isn't dull, like being a human. Nor' is it exciting like it either. It was way beyond explanation... so much excitement.. love.. care.. and so many surprises.. so many new things to do and explore.. it ain't anywhere near dull'. I fell asleep.

I yawned. My vision was blurry. I looked around, trying to make sense of my surroundings. Finally, the room came into focus. I saw that my sister left. "Peachy! Peachy!? Hello??" I trotted around, looking for her. I was about to go to the bathroom to brush my coat and mane (and to do something I wish to not speak of momentarily), but first, I went upstairs, going into her room. "Wowwww.." I whispered to myself. The room was beautiful. I then saw Peachy fast asleep. 'Like usual.. but I guess she worked really hard painting the room and stuff, so I will let this pass.. but what shall I do now..? Oh! Teleport to her house and check for a sale!'. I concentrated onto teleportorting to her house. I saw a small picture of her house , what it actually looks like, even though I never saw it! I found myself outside her old house. I noticed she built a "FOR SALE" sign. Beside it was a stallion who seemed interested. "You wanna buy?"

"Ehh.. how much?". 'How much...?. I teleported home.

"How much for the house sis?".

She was sleepy. "Uhhhhh... wha? The house? WAIT! THERE'S A SALE!?".

"Duh. So, how much do you want for it I asked?".

"Fine, you do the sale. 500 bits, take it or leave it". I knew that bits are pony currency, that's for sure.

"Okey." I smiled at her before teleporting back, hoping he was still there. He was waiting for me.

"Welll.?"

"500 bits."

"What about 450?"

"500, take it or leave it." I stated firmly.

"Fine, here's your money. I then attached the pouch he gave me, teleported home, and gave my sister the coins.

"Thank you sis.."

"Anytime!", I smiled at her, my tail slowly swinging. I was glad to help somepony who helped me. I just hope she still knows I don't blame her for anything. After she had waken up, I asked a quite stupid question, but how would you know to do this if you're a human in a pony body? "This may sound stupid, but can you show me how to brush my coat and mane?" I don't wanna have a messy coat or mane now, do I?

"That's doesn't sound stupid, but sure!". So we trotted to the bathroom, and she showed me. I finally got the hang of it, and my coat was messy no more.

"THANK YOU SIS!" I hugged her. We went and roamed around Ponyville, got some cotton candy, and had some fun. Finally, it was time for my first time at Pony School. She walked with me there. And then, when I entered the front door. I almost dropped my pack.

Cheerilee was the teacher. And I will leave the guessing part of which well known fillys are in the class to you.

"Now, settle down my little ponies. Today we are going to talk about Ponyville's history"

I decided to talk to the crusaders after class. I also decided to play it safe, figuring just saying "hey applebloom do you know where Twilight lives?" would get my cover blown.

"Hey uh, I'm SkyRose" I muttered anxiously.

"Oh, hey SkyRose. Ahm Applebloom, Nice you meet ya". She replied cheerfully.

"Nice too met you Applebloom!", but I then said, "....Hey, you got no cutie mark" pretending as if I didn't know.

"Oh, huh? Oh, what, are ya just gointa make fun o' me jus' like- hey, you have no cutie mark either.. want to be friends?"

Oh yeah.. the Cutie Mark Crusaders don't exist until Call of the Cutie. But wait.. wouldn't being friends with her alter the events supposed to partake in My Little Pony? Wouldn't there be a possibility of that, like, Twilight not making it to being princess? Oh no...what have I done?

That might alter the events supposed to occur. Wait, didn't I already do this, by talking to her, taking pony school, and talking to a whole bunch of ponies...? well.. I guess I could. "Okay!" I replied smiling. Applebloom's smile grew so big I swear it was bigger than her face. After listening to her talk for so long, Diamond Tiara came over with Silver Spoon. She's a huge jerk, so, I decided to have some fun...

"Well well, another blank flank!" Diamond Tiara mocked me.

"Cool." I said staring blankly (now why on Equestria did I make that pun!?) into space.

"Huh? Cool? Aren't you going to... well, I'm going to be having a party-"

"Nice story. Please continue."

"WILL YOU LET ME-"

"I love the sky."

"GRR... LATER, BLANK FLANKS!" Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon trotted off.

"Heheh, that was funny." commented AppleBloom.

"Uh.. thanks!" I said with a smirk. The bell rang.

"The next lesson is going to be about Changelings." Let's skip this part. It was recess again, and me and Applebloom were taking turns on the slide. After a while, the bell rang again, for the final lesson. The final recess arrived. I was playing on the swings more than half the time. The other time, I just looked around at the ponies going to the school. We had some crafts in class, and finally, it was home time. Everypony rushed to get to their packs. 'Finally! Some time with Peachy!' I picked up my pack and galloped to the door.. straight into.. Peachy! "Peachy Peachy Peachy!" I squeaked.

"Hey sis!" she said smiling. I hugged her.

"Hi Skyrose! "Let me guess, you want to do spend some time together?"

"YES PLEASE!"

"So where ya' wanna go sis?"

"Into the living room, and spend time with you!" I said cheerfully. When I said that, I could almost feel how touched she was.

"Okay" She said, smiling. We trotted to the living room, and she just stood there waiting for my move.

"Let's draw!"

"Okay, I'll grab some sheets and pencils" She replied. She quickly found some and we started drawing on the glass table. I drew a picture of Peachy. She drew a flower.. that had the kind of colors my mane.. right beside me. It seemed like my cutie mark that I would get, and honestly, don't you see that everypony's name almost always matches their cutie mark? Our pictures were beautiful. We laughed and smiled as we drew, talked, and read, spending time together. After a while, she looked at me smiling. I let out a yawn, and my ears were flopped down. My tail did a small movement when I yawned. I could feel small bags under my eyes. "You seem tired. Want me to- oh.." She paused, seeing me with my eyes closed. "Okay, goodnight sis." She said smiling.

I woke up, stretched and yawned. I looked around for the time again. 1 AM. Peachy wasn't beside me. I went off the bed and went to the kitchen, checking if she was there, even though she probably isn't. My guess was correct. I went up the stairs, and pushed the door of Peachy's room open. She was in bed. I shut the door quielty and climbed up and slept, curled up on the edge of the bed, closing my eyes for good.

I awoke to Peachy above me, smiling. "Did you sleep well?" She asked.

"Hunh? Oh.. yeah.." I usually was the one first awake, but today she is... technically. I was awake at 1 Am today, so I technically was first, but she was first in the-

"Hellllooo? Can you stop zoning out sis?" Wow. Lost in my thoughts again.

"Oh uh.. okay." I said smiling sleepily. I let out another yawn.

"Well, breakfast is ready. Want me to bring it to ya?"

"Naah.. It's fine......" I let out a long stretch, smiling, knowing how great it is to be a pony. Especially thinking about how great it is to have somepony so kind, that just loves you so much, that would do anything for you, only because she loves you.

"Yeah.. okay, head on to the bathroom then" She said. Oh, I have to pee in this body again? Actually, you know what? I don't care anymore.

"Okay!" I said, climbing off the bed. She trotted downstairs and I went to the bathroom. I combed my messy mane, used the toilet, washed my hooves, and my face. But I dried off using a towel afterwards. I proceeded downstairs, to find my sis with breakfast at the glass table again. She took turns feeding me, then herself. Wait, that reminds me- oh no... Diamond Tiara mentioned a party.. isn't that where the CMC assembles? If that happens, there's no doubt everything will go according to episode... including Twilight's Kingdom.. and that episode where.. King Sombra or something takes everyone's talents away.. and it is super painful.. I'm screwed! But, not until Twilight's Kingdom, with Twilight as an alicorn happens. But.. won't my friends be in pain... Peachy... I tried to keep a tear from dropping. My eyes were watery, so now Peachy suspects some things wrong.. what can I say.. it can only be a lie, which I hate to do, especially if I would have to do it to her... she's real honest, and kind, she doesn't deserve to be lied to. I'm just gonna have to unfold the truth bit by bit... unless.. Lyra.. Heartstrings.. where does she live..?

"Hello? SkyRose! What's wrong?" Peachy asked a little worried.

"Oh, uh..." 'Oh no.. she asked...' "Just thinking about something.."

"What is that, 'something'?"

"I.. can't tell you yet.. you just can't.. endure it.. or know.. you will be so mad at me.. I.." My voice squeaked at the end, as I felt a tear fall across my face.

"It's okay, I won't be mad at-" She said, slightly smiling.

"LATER!" I said angrily. Peachy's feelings were hurt by my response.

"Peachy.. I didn't mean to.." I turned away from her. I actually didn't mean to say that.. I really need to control myself. She said nothing. I couldn't believe I did something so hurtful and cruel... I wiped the smile off her face. I galloped away. She's probably crying on the inside. I really didn't mean to. Who gives a crap about that King Sombrero, or whatever. Actually, who gives a crap what happens to me. I was under my blanket in my bedroom. I could hear a knocking on the door, and a quiet 'clop, clop, clop'.

"SkyRose.. I-"

"I'M SORRY! I DIDN'T MEAN TO!" I didn't let her finish. I galloped away downstairs, grabbing my pack and key necklace, putting it on quickly while bursting through the door. She was probably going to say "it's okay", but I only want the truth, and the truth is, it wasn't "okay".

"Rosy! Wait-" I could slightly hear my sis calling me, well, technically calling me, instead of saying SkyRose or sis or something, instead she said Rosy... I kinda like that name though.. maybe I should've let AppleBloom call me Rosy. Actually, anypony can call me anything. I stopped.

"What?" I asked quietly when she arrived. "Have you come to see me lose control of what I say again?"

"Rosy, err- SkyRose-"

"Call me anything you want, including jerk."

"I won't call you jerk.. is Ros-"

"Anything."

"Uh.. okay.. but I just didn't want you to be angry at yourself for what you did. Yes you may have hurt my feelings a little-"

"Alot. I know I hurt your feelings alot. Speak the truth please. Only the truth. I know you hate me. I can feel -"

Her snout was so close to mine. "Rosy. If you want the truth, I highly suggest you shut the hay up. You hurt my feelings, but as you said, family forgive eachother, yes that is true. And as you forgave me for that.. incident.." She winced. "I have forgaven you. Like I said earlier at the hospital, I say it again. I will take your word for it. Meaning that I believe you think I hate you, and I believe you lost control. I believe you. Anything you say. And no, I do not hate you. I absolutely love you!"

Wha? That can't be right!?

"You wanted the truth, and I gave it to you!" She giggled and hugged me. "I love you." she nuzzled me. Oh how I absoulutely LOVE getting nuzzled. I giggled. Deep inside, I now knew that pony, who was standing before me, was made of love... and nothing could change that. She was my pony sister or anything of that sort no longer. She was a true friend.. she was my family.. she was... my sister.

We were back home. I had almost gotten over what happened (I hope Peachy did too). Me and Peachy were playing together. I decided to keep the key on my neck. "Rosy?" asked Peachy.

"Yes? Remember you can call me anything"

"Can I call you Peachy Jr?" She joked.

"Yeah right!" I said laughing. I guess she might be able to handle the truth. Well, up until the part of my true gender identity.

"Well, are you hungry?"

"Yep! I'll make the foo-"

"You don't have to, remember? I'm here for you." Peachy interrupted smiling.

"Yes, that is quite true."

"I'll go get some carrots." Okay I hate most fruits and vegetables. But who knows, maybe I will have different desires as a pony. Speaking of which... I see Peachy doesn't have a somepony.. and neither do I, but I'm not worried about that.. yet. Okay, I'm not considering having a somepony yet or at all, but if I do, the only choice, which I will hate on the inside, is to have my somepony be male... ugh.

Because.. if I am attracted to a male, that would not be gay on the outside, but on the inside. If I were to be attracted to a female? Lesbian on outside, not on the inside. And why I say this, is because I am female on the outside, not on the inside. Well.. actually.. it's kinda taken control, which I don't mind. Besides, what would I do with male on the inside female on the outside? That would be too hard to hide. So I kind of.. terminated most of my.. you know.. true gender feelings... in hope I don't struggle with identity problems. Besides.. I doubt I swapped bodies with a pony that had a life before we swapped.. I most likely swapped bodies with a pony that was made for me.

But if I did swap bodies.. I.. would SkyRose have my memories? Would she know my friends? I kind of don't want to leave them behind.. well, mostly I care about just one of my friends (identity secured for safety reasons, heh), but I also don't want to leave Peachy, either.

"Here ya go. Le Carrot" Peachy said with a silly French accent. I giggled. We shared the bowl of carrots. I put the first carrot into my mouth. I quote Maud Pie, it's crunchy. But it tasted so good, unlike the taste in human form... in my dull form. We ate a while, and Peachy put carrots on her eyes and made them go around. I laughed so hard I almost cried. Even though I wouldn't laugh that easily in my human form and gender, alot has changed. I felt more free. Laughing and crying was easier for me, especially giggling, which I couldn't really do as my true self. After we were done eating the sumptuous carrots, which still oddly tasted so good, Peachy went and washed the dishes once more. I had to tell her. Her love and trust of me were high, a little too much to be honest.

"Peachy?" I squeaked.

"Yeah sis?"

"I.. uh.. need to talk to you when you're done.." I said quietly.

"Okay, I was done anyways, just cleaned up the counter top. What do you wanna say?"

"It's that thing.. remember? When I ran away and you convinced me not to? I think it's time... I told you... the truth"

"About what?" Peachy asked, puzzled. The revelation moment... hope it goes okay.. I was worried she would leave me.. or worse.

"Come into your room." We trotted upstairs to her room. I sat on her bed, with her right beside me.

"I... this isn't me.."

"Huh? I don't follow." She said smiling.

"What I mean is.. I just.. it might make sense if I ask you this... what would you do, if you woke up in somepony else's body? Now I know what you're thinking, I'm probably craz-"

"I would see who I switched with and the cause, and seek help to get back to my true form. Why you ask?"

"I told you.. this isn't me.. I am..."

"Hahahah! Really, why did you bring me he- oh.. wait, you're SERIOUS??"

"Yes..."

"Okay... so your name isn't SkyRose?" Peachy asked. Can't tell her my name...

"Uhm... can we not talk about that right now.." I said quietly.

"You're serious? You're not joking right now?"

"No.. but it's okay if you don't believe me.. nopony would.. except maybe.. ugh... I have no evidence, so you will just have to either trust me on this, or think this is a joke."

"Like I said, I'll take your word for it. So.. what is your real name?"

"Can we please change the subject about my name... please? I want to talk to you about my true form.. everything has its own time.. and I will tell you what you need to know, when time is right, okay?"

"Okay..."

"Okay.. can you handle the truth?"

"Yes, bu-"

"Will you leave me? Will you be mad at me? Would you think I'm a monster?"

"Rosy, of course not. I love you no matter-"

"I'm a human."

"Uh.. what's a human?"

"Paper. Pencil. Now." I said firmly. She gave me the paper and pencil, and I made the best sketch I could make of a human. I put the paper on the drawer to draw better. "This is a human. Now look at it, while I tell you about myself and everything." I told Peachy, who looked oddly at the sketch.

"Uhm...okay.."

"First off. I live on Earth. There is no Equestria, but there kind of is at the same time."

"NO EQUESTRIA? Please be reasonable. Be serious Rosy-"

"I AM being serious. No Equestria. Humans have 2 hands, used to grab objects, and are easier to use than hooves. We have 2 feet, used for walking, running, jumping and such. Galloping is running, walking is basically trotting. We have a small amount of hair. We have god, Jesus, Adam and Eve.." I continued on, telling her about our human history and how ponies are just animations.

"I see.. so we are just animations?"

"Basically, yes." I then also told her about the generations and fans of my little pony, and everything in it and about it.

"So.. Twilight Sparkle, a purple mare, is a unicorn who becomes an alico-"

"Take my word for it. But bad things are going to happen, too, but don't worry about them. I'll do my best to keep us safe." I then told her about my fandom and wishes to be a pony.

"Oh.. I see. And you're how old?"

"12"

"Okay" Peachy replied. I then told her about myself.

"So.. parkouring is basically running and jumping and-"

"Shh.. look." I showed her a model of a human wall running and parkouring, that I made of some clay I found in the drawer.

"Wow.. and we're animations... we don't exist.."

"Actually, we do, we're.. uh.. you're just... incapable of lots of stuff.. there's no pegasi or unicorn.. those are just myths.." I also explained to her about ponies and horses and stuff.

"And, I am quite subtle with this form, thus, I do not want to be human again, but I kind of fear I swapped bodies with SkyRose, which I highly doubt, but I want to talk to somepony who studies humans.. a teal colored coat with teal and white hair.. an unicorn who ever pony doesn't believe.. Lyra Heartstrings. Do you know of her?"

"No.. but.. I understand you are female.. and about-" Peachy said. 'I wish I could say that, and so making it simpler so I don't have to explain..'.

"No. I am.. male..."

"WHAT? But.. but.."

"I carry my true self into this world, and I hid my true self, my true gender, which is now a burden because my outside.. uh... kind of inside too... is female. But, I hid in fear of you leaving me.. in fear of bad things happening.. and reactions.."

"I understand. I know how you feel.. I used to get bullied and nobody believed me.. I felt like.. doing something.. bad to myself"

"We have alot in common.." I said, smiling sadly. Peachy hugged me.

"Well, this form, is your form, and if it is a burden for you to be male, so be it, but I do not care. Live the new you, and be yourself."

"The reason I felt like saying this now.. is because you have been so honest and kind.. I can't lie to somepony-"

"someone. Say what you really want."

"Somepony" I said smiling, "like you. I can't lie to. You're so wonderful. I love you, in a normal way.. not the.."

"I know. Keep going."

"Yeah.. anyways.. I had to tell you the truth. And here's a thing. Everypony seems cute and beautiful, like a work of true art to me. Myself, you, anypony, really." Peachy blushed.

"But, do you want to keep me?"

"I don't care who or what you are, I will always love you, in a family kind of way." She said smiling.

I hugged her with tears in my eyes.

"Thank you for believing me... for being there for me... for not leaving me... I really needed, and probably still need somepony.. to be with me... I can't handle myself on my own.. I need to let the past behind, and face the present. The only reason today, anyday from now on is a gift, is because of you. You are my gift. I have been seeking somepony like you for so long.. I love you sis"

"I love you too..." She paused, "Sis." She said smiling. "What do you want to do now?"

"Maybe... find Lyra? She studies humans, and I want to kind of..."

"Okay, get ready sis." Peachy said. We trotted downstairs. I got my pack on. We went outside. I asked someponies if they knew where Lyra lives. Finally, I found out. I knocked on her door.

Guess who answered?

"Uh... hi... I'm... SkyRose. And this is Peachy.. my.."

"Sister" Said Peachy.

"I'm Lyra. Lyra Heartstrings. What do you want?"

"Have you ever wanted to talk to a human?"

"What, are you just going to say they are myths, like everypony does?"

"Well.. no. You see... I.. study humans too" I lied.

"Come in." She let me and Peachy in. "Aren't humans fascinating? I've always dreamt of being one, meeting one, seeing where they live. But I can't find lots of material on humans. Every book has humans located under Myths & Ancient History. I even have these pi-"

"I ASKED, have you ever wanted to talk to a Human?"

"Well, yes, but-"

"Ask away."

"What? You're a pony.."

"Yes, I am... sort of.. basically.."

"What do you mean?"

"Can you shut your trap and let me finish!?" I snapped. She winced. "Oh.. oops.. I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to.."

"No... it's okay. I talk too much anyways." Lyra said sadly.

"No, you dont, you just need to listen. Ok, I woke up as a filly about... 3 days ago? I can't quite remember. Anyway.. before all this, I was a human. Male to be exact. 12 years old."

"You were.. a human? You also swapped GENDERS?"

"That's what I said. Now, if you don't believe me, you have a right. Peachy here chose to believe me, and I am thankful for that. But, believe me or not, it's up to you. I have no evidence of my human form, and yes I lied about studying humans. It was the only way I could talk to you."

"You may have lied, but I don't think you're lying. You aren't like everypony else. That, is your evidence."

"Thanks for believing me. And in our world, you ponies are-"

"Non-existent. Yes I know." Interrupted Lyra.

"No, you don't." Said Peachy. Me and my.. sis.. explained everything I told Peachy and beyond.

"So.. how did you swap?" Lyra asked excitedly.

"Please don't get your hopes up. I don't really know. It was.. in a dream.. a blank room with a strangely colored door.. I walked up to it and turned the knob, waking up to see a snout at the bottom of my vision."

"Mhmmm.. So you don't know how?"

"Well.. I'm kind of the opposite of you... I dispise my world, and adore yours. But yeah, I don't know how. I just always wanted to be here, in Equestria, as you know what!" I said smiling. "Not as male though, don't ask."

"Okay, I won't. So what brang you here?"

"My hooves. I walked. That's what brang me here." I joked. "Ok, actually I came to see if you can make me human for a short period of time.. please not permanently."

"What, do you think I would stay in this body if I had something to make me human? No, I can't.. but we can try.. thus if succeeding.. I can change too.."

"We can swap bodies. Human me and pony you" I joked again. Atleast I think I joked. "But you shouldn't change. Trust me."

"Why not?"

"It's a huge hay... uh.. hellzone"

"Oh... uh.. okay..? But.. you had arms and legs.."

"Well.. I kind of miss them.. but I don't mind!" I smiled. "Anyways, me and my sister," I paused smiling at Peachy, receiving one back, "had better get going, okay?"

"Oh.. but- I have so many questio- actually, you answered some. Thanks and goodbye! I would love to talk to you again!" Lyra waved us off. Me and Peachy headed home.

"So.. what now?" I let out a yawn, answering her question. "Fine by me" Peachy smiled. Why do I always yawn when she says that... especially near nightfall? We went into the living room, on the couch. "Where do you want to sleep?" asked Peachy.

"Well... here is okay" I said sleepily. We were curled up on the bed. I let our another yawn. I heard Peachy let out a tiny giggle.

"Goodnight sleepyhead." She said softly, smiling. Sleepyhead!? I could've stayed awake until 3 AM, maybe even days! Hay, I don't really even feel............................

I let out a yawn. I opened my eyes, to see a color which I loved oh so much. A beautiful red colored mane, with 2 emerald eyes I could never forget. A smile owned by my favorite pony. Peachy was laying beside me. "How'd ya sleep?" she asked.

"Wonderful!" I stretched 'Man that always feels so good..'.

"Come on, let's eat." Peachy said cheerfully.

"Do you know my favorite color?"

"Uhm...no, what is it?" Peachy answered puzzled.

"Peach." I giggled. I could see Peachy blush.

"Hehe.. mines grey" She said. "Remember, I'm your 'gift'?"

"Yeah..?"

"Well you are my little present." She hugged me. "Every gift can be easily lost or destroyed, if not taken care of." She said cheerfully. "I love you."

"Love ya to sis.." I replied. I hoped she didn't see me blush.

"Cereal. Are you ok with that?"

"Fine by me!" I smiled. I went to the bathroom and went downstairs to eat with Peachy at the kitchen table. She fed me again. She was right, gifts CAN be easily lost or destroyed, if not looked after. I'm her "gift", and she's mine. If she had not cared for me, I would be probably be crying on the road. But if I hadn't cared for her, as to saving her... she wouldn't be here today... "We look out for eachother, we're family. If you hadn't been here for me.. I..."

"I will ALWAYS be here for you, no matter what!" She smiled.

"But.. you could've been killed because of me." I almost felt a tear already.

"No. I could've died if you chose to turn back. But instead, you had a spark in the caring part of your heart. You came and did your best. There were consequences..." Her ears fell back. "..and rewards."

"The reward, is you. The consequence could have been my life, but I couldn't let that happen to somepony like you. Hay, I would kill myself for your safety." I said smiling.

"Uh..too far.." Her cheeks were kind of red.

"Honest." When we were finished, it was time for school once more. We arrived at school and my sis nuzzled me gently. What is it, that makes THESE nuzzles so good? Probably Peachy.

"Have a good day!" She smiled.

"You too!" I nuzzled her back. We parted ways.. my least favorite thing to do. I sat down on my chair, and we began our lesson. It was time for recess. Everypony went outside. I could see Applebloom heading towards me. She was followed by Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon.

"Party's tonight." Diamond Tiara mocked us.

"Nah, Peachy's my tonight." I smiled.

"You had better shut your face, SkyRose! Just because you're new doesn't make you popular."

"You're right.. I had better shut my face.." I said sadly. My friends were shocked at my response. "If my face had a handle!" I joked. She was pissed off.

"I'm still more popular than you!!!"

"True.. but how many of your 'friends' actually care about you? Let's see.. about 1 of 10 of your friends actually care about you... maybe." I smirked. "Whereas me and Peachy care for anypony. She probably does, too," I said pointing at Applebloom. "You? Nope. You're a selfish little brat. The safety and feelings of others isn't your concern. Haven't you ever heard friendship is magic? You wouldn't even care if something were to happen to Silver Spoon!"

"Thats...thats..THAT'S A LIE!"

"Coming from MY family? Odd, isn't that YOUR family's tradition?"

"SILVER SPOON. LET'S. GO." She and Silver began to leave.

LATER...

It was time for recess. "Party's tonight..?" I whispered to myself.

"Skyrose!" I could hear Applebloom call me. I stood up on my hind legs, peaking out from behind the school. I then relaxed my strained muscles, slid down, and sat until the bell rang. I wanted some time alone. 'Okay, I have to remember what episode this is... and how many I missed.. and still are..' I could've let Peachy die... but that wouldn't have been happening if I didn't become a pony. She might have not even existed. Skyrose may've not existed! It was time for some art. It was dismissal time. I grabbed my pack and galloped through the door. I was kind of excited for the party, and yes, I might be saying that so I could forget about the events that had and could occur. I saw Peachy waiting for me in the schoolyard.

"Peachy! Peachy!" I squeaked again. I kinda like it how I sometimes squeak when excited, happy, or.. well.. scared.

"Hi Rosy!" She smiled. I hugged her. We went home.

"Peachy!'

"Yes?"

"Diamond Tiara's party is tonight!"

"Oh, okay. And I assume you might know what happens?"

"Yeah, basically." When it was time for the party I went and everything went according to episode, and I became a Cutie Mark Crusader. I was also thinking of how cute I would look in a cape. But, everypony is cute no matter what they are wearing. I then went to sleep after everything, at home, curled up on the carpet again.

I woke up. I looked at the blurry clock. 10:20 A.M . I got up, and went to the kitchen. I made my cereal, and ate alone. I found some coffee in a cabinet. I tried to make it, after many disgusting and horribly failed attempts. Finally, I made it correctly. The coffee tasted like french vanilla, my favorite coffee. I then finished breakfast and went outside. I sat down on my house's small lawn.. or yard, pondering what my cutie mark could be. "UGH! What am I doing!? I'm not going to think like the Cutie Mark Crusaders!" I got angry at myself. I saw a young male pass by. I started to feel weird. 'Oh no.. no no no no NO!' This couldn't have been happening! I looked away quickly. I felt so weird I couldn't stand up. My tail starting moving from left to right. Well that's fantastic.. a partnership is near if I don't do something about it! I glanced at him through the corner of my eye. He was a..a.... admiring me!?

I swear.. if he comes near me... I turned fully around to look at him (purely for reaction). He waved. I didn't want to be rude, so I waved back. He then continued trotting away. If he stayed for a second more, I would hyperventilate, even though I never have and don't know what it feels like, but it makes it hard to breathe, right? I then layed down, staring at the sky. It might help get my mind off some things, like that guy. I looked at the clouds, and heard a sound behind me. I felt the presence of somepony behind me. I looked a little more up, and saw Peachy smiling. Oh no... was she here all the time!? "How long were you here?" I asked. She giggled.

"Just woke up."

"Oh.. um... okay." She layed on the ground beside me a I had no choice, but to adjust to this new life.

Peachy lay beside me. I figured it was best to ask her for help, like usual. "Peachy?" I whispered.

"Mhmm?"

"I- I saw a colt.. he.. was looking at me" She laughed.

"It's your first time, huh?"

"Uhm...."

"No worries. When I was your-"

"Can we please go inside now?"

"Okay." She smiled. And so we went inside, but then, I had a flashback showing a memory I never had.

"Ughhhh..."

"Skyrose! Are you okay!?" I saw my mom and dad.. wait.. what? I-is that... I'm so confused. One moment they were in a forest, alive.. the other..

"Sniff..."

"Skyrose! What's happening?" They were dead... they left their house for me after they had died. I broke down into tears. "SKYROSE! SKYROSE!" Peachy was worried. I looked up at her.

"I-" It was too much. I hate my real parents, but these are my pony parents. My true parents. They were Skyrose's parents!

"I..saw my parent's death. Not real. It was here, in Equestria. It was in a memory I never had..."

"Go relax!" She urged me. I went and sat on my carpet. Did I swap bodies.. or is that another memory that came with this body? I couldn't think straight.. it was so sudden. I stared at the couch. The memory came back to haunt me more. I was so young.. me and my parents were playing in the park. *Rustle*

"What was that?"

"Honey, take care of our little Skyrose, I'm going to check." My dad was staying with me. I was on the swing, staring into the woods.

"AHHHHHHH" My dad galloped into the woods. I was alone. I panicked and followed him. There.. lying on the ground..

"Mommy?" I said quietly. My dad was kneeled down beside her. He was crying, while I was in shock. "Mommy? Mommy! Wake up! MOMMY!" I cried. *Rustle rustle*

"Go!" My dad ordered me. I started to take some steps back. The.. thing.. lunged at me.. from nowhere. My dad turned quick enough to see my body on the ground. The monster was above me, ready to strike the final blow. He got so enraged. He picked up the monster. He bashed it on the ground, and threw it so far away. He put a forcefield, protecting me with the last of his strength. He threw me back to the park. He got caught off guard. A timber wolf pierced him right through the chest. He was on the ground, eyes open, blood on the ground.

I saw the Everfree forest, as I landed with a thud, and I blacked out.

"Rosy!" Peachy was calling me. I couldn't respond. "Please please snap out of it!" I was crying, staring in front of me. "Rosy!"

"Ungh.. huh?"

"Stop doing that! It's scaring me!"

"Not my fault my parents died near where you almost did!" She looked shocked.

"Wha?" I explained my memory.

"I-I-didn't know."

"Neither did I." I replied. She just fed me soup, even though I wasn't really hungry.

"I hope you're feeling better." She told me.

"I.. I guess I am.." We went outside again. We played some games on our lawn. It became late. We had supper. It was salad. "Ugh.." I moaned in disgust. I tried it. It was surprisingly good, like the carrots. We read a book, and I fell asleep beside Peachy.

"Is she okay!?"

"What happened to her?"

"There's two bodies in the forest!"

"Its her parents!" I tried to open my eyes, but only managed to open my right eye slightly.

"It's okay hun, you're safe now"

"Mommy.. daddy.."

"I- I'm sorry. They're.. gone." I blacked out again. I woke up, at a weird place. I was at an adoption place or something. 2 ponies came and took me.. they 'adopted' me. We went outside. They lead me to an alley, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, severely beaten, bleeding. Left for dead. I tried to slowly make my way back home, after many wrong turns. I opened my door, and gently closed it. I collapsed on the ground.

"Ah!" I woke up. Peachy was sleeping beside me. I was out of the memory. I had nothing to do, so I went back to sleep.

"Rosy!" I woke up to see Peachy's face meeting mine. She was smiling. "Did you sleep well?" She asked.

"Mhmm...Y..N..No." I replied, unsure of what to say.

"Oh.. well, It's time for school. Let's go eat." I got ready and I went with Peachy to school. She nuzzled me. "Have a good day!" She smiled again.

Later...

I went outside for the first break. Applebloom was standing in front of me.

"Hiya Skyrose!"

"Uhm..hi." I replied.

"So, how come you didn't come to the party?"

"Oh.. I wanted to stay with Peachy"

"Mh-hm. Anyways, Sweetie Belle ain't here today." The bell rang.

Later...

I went outside for the second recess. "Hey Skyrose!" Said Scootaloo.

"Hi"

"So.. you wanna play tag with me and Applebloom?" I agreed and we played until the bell.

Last break..

I was alone on the swings until the bell rang once more. We did a craft, and it was home time. I galloped outside. Peachy wasn't there. "Peachy?" I was worried. She was always outside, waiting for me. "Peachy!" I galloped outside of the school yard and got jumped by Peachy. I was caught off guard and rolled forwards by accident. I didn't care about my injuries, I just cared that Peachy was here.

"Peachy!" I smiled.

"Hey Rosy!"

"Can we... go home?" We trotted home. I went and layed down on the carpet. I took a quick nap.

I woke up and went into the kitchen. Peachy was washing the dishes. "Peachy?"

"Mh-mm?"

"Can we go outside and.. play?"

"Of course!" We went and played with a ball, playing pass. It was fun, but kinda weird playing it as a pony. Then, I saw the colt once more. He was peeking behind a building. I quickly turned my head around and continued playing. I knew he was admiring me for sure. I couldn't let my female part give in to him... yet.. or actually, I'm not sure what I want or need to do. It IS a new life.. but.. I just don't think I'm ready for this. After a while, it got boring and we played with a frisbee. I knew that I would become older and soon would come the worst parts, but right now, I'm still young.

I still couldn't get over the fact. He likes me, and I knew it. I looked through the corner of my eye. He was still there. I started to feel weird, and I looked back. After a while, Peachy decided to go inside. I followed her. "Peachy?"

"Yes?"

"He likes me." I moaned.

"Well, you ARE a pretty good looking filly!" I felt like blushing, but I'm not sure I really was one. I'm a filly yes, but I cant...I..it..I'll.. I'll see if he likes me for sure. I had no choice.

"I'm going out for a bit."

"Okay, stay safe!" I put on my pack and went outside to his hiding spot. I was behind him. He was facing the wall, deep in his thoughts.

"Can I help you?"

"Wah..Oh.. uhm.. no.. I'm.. just.. finding rocks for my... rock collection." He smiled embarrassed. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't care. I looked at him with a curious expression. He likes me, but do I like HIM?

"Well.. okay. Stop by if you need anything. Glad to help. Anyways, best be on my way. Bye!" I trotted off. 'Might as well go to the park for a bit.' I started to trot to the park.

"Uhm.." He was trotting beside me.

"What?"

"Where..where are you going?"

"To the park." I smiled.

"I-I.. I'm going there too." It was funny. He tried to win me.

"I assume you want to go together?" His eyes flickered.

"Uh.. yeah! Sure!" He was smiling. Heh, he's glad to be with me. We arrived. I went over to the swings and started swinging slowly. He joined me.

"So um.. what's your name?" He asked.

"Skyrose." I replied.

"Oh.. uhm.. I'm .. Midnight Wander.."

"Hm... I wonder why..." I grinned.

"Well.. I kinda enjoy going out at night."

"Heh.. well, the night can be beautiful." I said. It was getting late. The sky was becoming orange.

"Wow... the sunset is so beautiful" He commented.

"Mhmm. Well, I'll best be on my way, it's not too safe out at night."

"Oh, okay." I began to trot home. He galloped, catching up to me. I arrived at my yard. I opened my door.

"Peachy!"

"Yeah?"

"I'm just going to stay out near the house for a bit longer okay?"

"Okay!" It sounded like she was in the shower. I decided to lay on the ground and star gaze. Midnight Wander went home, and came back 5 minutes later, and layed beside me.

"Those stars look like a tree!" He pointed out.

"Yes, that is quite true, and these bunch of stars are in the shape of a brush." I stated. After stargazing with Midnight for a while, I decided it's best to go inside.

"Well Midnight, today has been.. fun.. and well, I'm going to go inside, okay?"

"Okay. See ya around sometime?" Okay, is he going to try to take me out on a date? I giggled at the thought of him trying.

"Uhm.. sure!" We parted ways, finally. I went inside and ate a quick snack, and layed down on the carpet with the fireplace on, and reading a book. Peachy came downstairs and saw me.

"Hey Rosy!" She smiled. She was wearing a towel on her head. I didn't know Equestria's almost the same thing as Earth.

"Peachy!" I looked up at her.

"So.. how was the date?"

"Date what date what are you talking about there was no date?" I blushed, and I talked so fast. Even though it was true. No date. But, he did seem kind of interesting.. UGH... my second part is taking over.

"Sure, whatever!" She giggled. "So are you getting ready for bed?"

"Mhmm... uh.. I'm going to stay a few more hours if I can .. if it's okay?"

"Yes, it is okay, sis." She brought a mini lamp you use to read books and stuff at night and turned it on, placing it beside me. I enjoyed my new life, finding it very comforting. I continued reading my book. Let's just say, for some reason, I'm reading the elements of harmony book Twilight has. No I did not steal it, I found it on the bookshelf oddly. I enjoyed reading it. Heh, I'm like a mini Twilight Sparkle. After reading so many pages, I felt sleepy. I yawned, and put a bookmark on the page where I left off. I decided to call it a day, and so I put the closed book on the table, and went to sleep.

I woke up. I didn't have a flashback, Thank goodness. It was 11 AM, and I wasn't feeling tired. I went outside and sat on my yard. No, I was not hoping for Midnight to come. I just looked at the orange sky. I felt something odd. I galloped away, like something was leading me. I stumbled upon Twilight's house. I just stood there staring at the door. It's weird how I was led here. I didn't know what to do. I found her house, but I couldn't just knock, it seemed kind of risky. I now knew the path to her home, and so I trotted back to my home.

When I arrived, Peachy was in the kitchen eating a bowl or carrots. "There you are, Rosy!"

"Hi Peachy!" I smiled.

"You hungry?"

"No, not really." I went to the bathroom and also read a bit more of my book. It became 1 PM. It was obvious Midnight would be awake. I put the book in my pack, put it on along with my key (which was already on.) and notified Peachy.

"I'm just going outside with.. uh.. to go to the park for a bit?"

"Mhmm, okay see you around sis!" She waved me off as I trotted outside. After I closed the door, I turned around to see Midnight.

"Woah, uh, good morning Midnight." I was kind of surprised.

"Hi Skyrose" He was happy, and you probably know why.

"Uhm, I was just going to.. uh.." I didn't know what to say. Yes, I was going to get him, shut up, we're not dating.

"Oh, I almost forgot! I forgot to show you my house!" He led me to his house. It was right behind his hiding spot, heh.

"Oh.. um.. okay. So.. do you want to go to the park again?" I asked.

"Yeah!" We went back to the park and I went on the swings again, with him. "Uhm.. SkyRose?"

"Hm?"

"I... I'm starting school tomorrow. At your school." Wow, he hasn't been at school!? Maybe he was at a different one before.

"That's nice to hear." I felt somepony breath on my neck. I felt a hoof touch me. I turned around to see Peachy.

"Peachy!" I was surprised to find her here.

"Heheh, so how's your date going?" Peachy asked. Midnight just stared at me with his mouth open.

"It's not a date!!!" I blushed. Like I said, it's not a date, but seen with him may show different.

"Yeah yeah whatever you say!" She smirked. Peachy joined on the swings too, because hay, why not. I felt happy and relaxed around these 2. Yes, I have to give in. I'm done. There is no option. Peachy thought we were dating. It seemed so. But I deny it.

"So, um.." Midnight was kind of confused by Peachy's random appearance, and I assume he didn't know who she was.

"This is Peachy Keen, my sis!" I smiled.

"Oh.. Hi.. Peachy?" Peachy laughed.

"Yes, yes, Peachy Keen is the name." Peachy said.

"So.. uhm... Midnight.. you want to head back?" I asked.

"I guess so." The three of us trotted home together. We arrived near my lawn.

"Peachy?"

"Hm?"

"Can Midnight maybe come inside.. you know.. for a bit?" I asked her. She knew I liked him, well, at least.. I.. don't know anymore. My male and female part are having a darn war to see who is the dominator of my mind and body.

"Sure, if it's okay with Midnight!" She giggled.

"Yeah, I would love to come inside!" We walked into my home. Well, I didn't think it this far. Actually, I didn't even think about what I was doing.

"Uhm, so.. Midnight... heh.. uh... do you want to draw?"

"Sure." I was deep in my thoughts, and without realizing, drawed a picture of... Midnight!? I blushed and quickly scrapped the drawing. I peeked over to see what he was drawing, and he quickly hid it.

"What are you drawing?" I asked curiously.

"Uh.. nothing!" He felt embarrassed. I took my paper I threw out and showed him it. "Oh, uh... I.. I was drawing.." His voice then squeaked, "you..." I kind of liked him, actually.

"Oh, Midnight, can I see?" He showed me the picture. It actually looked good. No no, it was beautiful. "Wow...."

"Um.. do.. do you like it?"

"It's beautiful." I still stared at the picture. To me, it looked amazing.

"You really think!?" He seemed surprised.

"Yeah!" I reassured him.

"No.. its not beautiful.. y.. y.. uh... errrr... you.. you are." I just stared at him after he said that. I think you know which side of my brain won.

"Heheh.... thanks..!" I turned my head to the left. Oh no no no no no. Peachy's smirk showed she knew.

"Gah! It's not what you think! Me and him are just.."

"Skyrose..?"

"Y..Yes Peachy?"

"I command you to kiss him." My eyes widened.

"Uh.. let's not go there.."

"Skyrose, you want to kiss me!?"

"No! She just made it up.. as a joke!"

"Did I say it was a joke?" Peachy burst into laughter. Great, just what I needed.

"Right.. Midnight, can we please go outside?" I went outside with him.

"Okay, so I'm just going to do some... stuff... and I guess we can meet up.. later?"

"Aww.. okay! See ya around!" We waved eachother off. I galloped back inside.

"PEACHY!!!" I was enraged. She came out of the living room, giggling.

"Yeah sis?"

"WHY DID YOU SAY THAT!?"

"Well.." She smirked, trying to stop from laughing, "because it's true!" Well, she is playful. I'll let it pass.

"It's okay." I said smiling.

"Hm?"

"I don't mind what you say. I guess its kind of true I like him. Ever since I saw him I felt weird at times. So I guess there is no other logical explanation. Midnight likes me, and I guess.. I.. like him.." Shut up. I told you, no choice.

"Uh.. okay?"

"Anyways, I'm going to take a shower." I trotted upstairs. I sat on the toilet and did a number 1. I got ready for the shower. I turned on the knob and I felt the shower nozzle spray me. It felt warm. It was my first shower as a pony, but it felt better than showers as a human. I lifted up the nozzle and showered. I used soap and cleaned my mane and coat. I finished and turned off the shower. I dried myself off, and used a hairdryer. Yes, apparently that exists in Equestria. I went downstairs. I began to read with the settings as I like them. It was actually getting late, fast.

I noticed it was 7 PM. Odd, it is that late? I noticed a bowl of popcorn get gently placed underneath my snout after a while. I must've been so deep into reading.

"Oh, thanks sis!" I said looking up at her. She nodded, then proceeded to lay down beside me, reading along with me. She nuzzled me and I cuddled beside her. She was playful, caring, so kind. She doesn't mean harm. I love her forever. Me and Peachy shared the bowl of popcorn. We killed about an hour or 2.

"So.. Rosy.. what do you find so interesting in this old book?"

"It's.. not old. For your information, I find it particularly interesting."

"Well, I guess it kind of is. Elements of Harmony.. The Two Sisters.." She listed two of the subjects I read about. I continued reading.

"Sis?" I've been meaning to tell her about my finding.

"Yeah?"

"I found Twilight Sparkle's home."

"Oh, that purple pony you talk about becoming an alicorn, even though it seems very much impossible?"

"Uhm... yeah."

"And what do you want to do about it?" She asked curiously.

"Well.. I don't know if this would alter everything badly, but maybe you can go with me there and introduce ourselves?" After I said that, Peachy just stared. She was thinking of whether to do it or not.

"Mm... alright." She smiled. I still hadn't figured out how long I had until Tirek attacked. Yes, Tirek was his name, not King Sombra. Wait.. I was still in season 1. I have 3 seasons to go before Twilight is princess, but I don't know how many until Tirek attacks. It's atleast 1 year, isn't it? I yawned.

"Oh, Rosy." Peachy smiled. "You're a tired little filly. It's 9 PM, you should go to sleep."

"Mm.. I'm going to stay up a bit longer. So I'll just go see.. uh... Midnight.." Peachy smiled.

"Okay, have fun!" I trotted back outside. I placed the book in my pack and put it back on. I decided to keep my pack on for a bit longer. I knocked on Midnight's door.

"Oh, you must be Skyrose, I'll go get Midnight." Answered a mare, probably his mom.

"Hey Skyrose!" Midnight was in front of me.

"Oh.. uh.. hi Midnight.. can you.. come outside?" I asked him.

"Yeah." He followed me outside.

"Do you want to.. er.. g.. go to the park?"

"Sure!" We went to the park together. We were on the swings again. We were swinging and stargazing at the same time.

"Midnight, do you know what humans are?" I asked randomly.

"No, what are they?"

"Umm... they're.. kind of.. they have no hooves.. manes.. snouts.. tails.. coats.."

"What?"

"They're.. um..." Why did I have to ask him if he knows what humans are in the first place!? "They're mythological creatures."

"Oh... well I never heard of them. That's final." He replied. So he doesn't know about humans, just like almost everypony. Wait a second.. he said "That's final." ... that's odd. Why would he say that. He didn't seem to be a human, but he knew something. I was sure of it. But I had better not go in deeper.

Me and Midnight decided to call it a day. We trotted back in the middle of our homes.

"Alright Midnight, I'll catch up with you later."

"Okay, see you-" I didn't let him finish. I nuzzled him without knowing. "later..." His eyes were widened. After we parted ways, I yawned. It was 10 PM. I layed on the couch. I slept beside Peachy, who was curled up beside me.

I looked around using my blurry pony eyes. It was 9 AM. I didn't care. I just layed beside Peachy. I looked at her sleep. Peachy looked cute when she was sleeping. "Love you, sis." I whispered before nuzzling her. I quietly got up without disturbing her. I made ourselves coffee, along with toast. Just plain toast, made with a toaster I found in the kitchen. I went back to Peachy without disturbing her still. I admired her. She was kind of a role model to me, heheh. "Peachy?" I whispered.

"Mm...?"

"Are you awake?" I asked. She yawned and stretched.

"Yep..." She smiled at me sleepily.

"Good, because I want you to have this." I took the breakfast for her (it was in the kitchen, I took it with magic.) and placed it on the glass table. She smiled, ears fallen back in joy.

"Aww.. thank you Rosy.." She hugged me. She had her breakfast. I took mine and ate it beside her. When I was done, (I was first.) I went to the bathroom and then she came along when I was done. I waited for her in the living room.

"Sis?"

"Yes?"

"Do you TRULY love me?" I asked.

"Well, yes Rosy! What makes you say that?"

"I don't know... I'm just.. I don't know." I replied confused by my own question. Why on Equestria did I ask that? "Can we.. maybe.. go for a walk?"

"Well, yeah, sure!" Peachy replied puzzled. We went outside. The sun was out, and it was so warm. Equestria is so interesting, being just the way it is. I looked up at the sky. There were a few clouds, which made the sky more beautiful. I then saw a fast, multi-color streak of light fly above me. It was no pony other than Rainbow Dash. After clearing a few clouds, she landed near a house, striking a victorious pose. I trotted to her. I wanted to play it safe, so I pretended I didn't know her.

"Excuse me for the interruption, but are you Rainbow Dash?"

"THE one and only!" She replied. I don't know if I should ask her, but it might be a smart idea.

"Uhm.. I heard you have a friend Twilight Sparkle." At first, I hesitated.

"Yeah.. what do YOU want with HER?" Rainbow Dash asked curiously.

"Oh.. uh.. well.. I wanted to talk to her.." I said quietly. I trotted back to Peachy.

"What did you ask her?" Peachy asked me.

"If she knew Twilight Sparkle, even though I didn't really need to ask, because I already know she knows her."

"Um... okay..?" Peachy replied, a little bit confused.

"Okay, sorry.. I don't know.. I don't feel right. I'm not sick, though." And it was true, I didn't feel right. I asked Peachy that question and Rainbow Dash this question.

"Let's keep going." Peachy smiled. I hugged her and we trotted a little bit farther.

"Peachy?" I asked.

"What is it?" She replied, still smiling.

"Can we.. maybe go home?" I asked politely.

"Of course we can!" She replied. We went back home.

"Uh.. sis.. I'm just going to go lay down, okay?"

"Okay." Peachy trotted upstairs to her room. I sat on my small carpet. I think I was getting homesick.. NO! NOT EARTH AGAIN! NO, I'M STAYING A PONY! I decided to go see Midnight again, maybe to bring him along for something stupid I was going to do. I notified my sister (I prefer to call her that from now on.) that I was leaving for a bit. I got Midnight.

"So.. um.. Skyrose.. where are we going?" He asked.

"You'll see.." I replied. We arrived at Twilight Sparkle's doorstep, with Midnight behind me. I knocked on the door. A familiar purple pony opened the door.

"Oh, hello. Who are you?" Asked Twilight. Yep, stupid idea it is..

"Uhm.. I'm Skyrose. And this is Midnight, my.. friend." I replied.

"Well Skyrose.. what brings you here?" Twilight asked, tilting her head.

"Uhm.. I just wanted to.. you know.. have a chat with you."

"Hmm. Well, come in."

"Oh.. uh.." Midnight was shy.

"Aw come on Midnight, grow up." I groaned.

"I-I'm just going to.. wait outside..." said Midnight.

"Fi-ine" I let him stay outside. I trotted inside, and Twilight closed the door. She was looking through her bookshelves. I think she was continuing searching for a book. "Uh... you have 5 friends.. Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy.."

"Yeah..?" Said Twilight interested.

"Well.. I was just wondering.. can we be friends?" I asked politely. I wanted to be friends with her so maybe I can join the mane 6 on their adventures... which I doubt would happen. I have no element, talent, or anything.

"Sure?" Twilight replied. I told her where I live in case she wanted anything.

"And.. I also have that book you have.. elements of harmony and stuff."

"You do?" Twilight was sitting in front of me.

"Yes.. and it's pretty interesting.." I told her.

"Well, yeah, it is! I'm glad somepony enjoys reading as much as me." Twilight said, putting her hoof to her chest (eyes closed).

"Heheh... uh.. yeah. So, I'll guess I'll be seeing you around."

"Okay! Bye!" I exited her house.

"Finally! What took you so long!?" Midnight groaned.

"Oh, shut up." I said smiling.

"So.. what did you talk about?" He asked curiously. I would love to see his reaction if I said we talked about a book, but I shouldn't.

"Oh you know... girl stuff." I replied. Meh, what else could I say?

"Okay then.. so where are we headed to now?" He asked.

"Hmm... I guess we can go to Sugarcube Corner, if that's okay with you?"

"Sure, but I don't have any bits."

"We'll go with my sis." We trotted back to my house. I opened the door. I went into the living room, and she wasn't there. I checked the kitchen. There she was, reading the newspaper.

"Uhm.. could we maybe.. go to Sugarcube Corner and get some muffins?"

"But.. aren't you going to eat breakfast her- oh nevermind.. we can eat there." She got off the chair and trotted to the door. She grabbed her purse.. or bag.. I have no clue whatever it was. She put on her hat, which she didn't often do. She trotted outside. "Oh hey Midnight!" Peachy smiled, noticing Midnight waiting outside. I went outside and locked the door. We went to Sugarcube Corner.

"3 muffins please." Peachy ordered at the counter. Midnight was sitting across from me at a table. When the muffins were done, she put one in front of me, and one in front of Midnight. We 2 began to eat, while my sis was sitting at the table to my right. Hey.. I know who my 2 specialist someponies are. Peachy and Midnight. Peachy was kind, and Midnight was my best friend.
