Hardwired Hardships
An old acquaintance of Twilight's, his horn paralyzed from a childhood incident, moves to Ponyville. While Twilight is excited, others aren't quite sure what to make of him.
Disk Drive was a brilliant young stallion, son of Floppy Disk; the father of modern computers. Before Twilight was accepted as Celestia's Student, the two of them spent hours testing the boundaries of the current computers and similar technologies.
A little while after leaving for Ponyville, she got a letter from her parents saying he had left Canterlot overnight. She hasn't heard from him or anything about him since.
When he suddenly emerges again, in Ponyville of all places, Twilight is very excited to see her old friend again. But her friends aren't so sure.
So yes, before anyone starts reading, this is a story of my OC, Disk Drive, nicknamed Circuit Breaker, told from an Anthro-pony perspective.
He plays a role in Time ReWritten on FanFiction. And is, as his name implies a tech-wiz. Whether or not for good or bad, you'll just need to read and find out.
