Sparkle her first trial has a sirius charge, and he hopes she could control her nerves, then asks for the opening statement "Sorry I forgot that was a thing.""Now I'll call my first witness." The witness takes the stand so pinkie says "the prosecution calls a friend to both the defendant and the victim." Sweetie takes the stand and pinkie tells her "witness state your name and occupation for the record." Sweetie bele said I'm sweetie bele and I'm a cutie mark crusader as well as junior detective" "yesterday a Pegasus named scootaloo was murdered, the cause of death blood loss from 11 cuts, the only pony we can tie to the scene of the crime at 3:01 was applebloom, the murder weapon was this kitchen knife When the prosecutor asked her to testify about applebloom's relation with scootaloo testimony *applebloom and scootaloo often debate what is best for us, and fight over leadership* Sweetie bele blinks and squeaks wile doing it. Twilight tells the court "this testimony is pointless because the motive isn't strong enough for murder." The Judge understands the importance or lack there of and removes it from the court record. Since the crime did not happen the judge declared the defendant {NOT GUILTY} Mr. Wright went home where he continued defending in court. Case 4 day 2In court the judge asks if both sides are ready they are. Discord's opening statement is "I'm going to win." Rainbow Dash is called to the witness stand. The cross examination goes nowhere. They could not find the video so they relied on Pinkie's testimony 'We've ben going out for about 7 months, I didn't mention because I'm always so busy with work and parties, that proof shows that "the question" was going to be asked, I agree with Twilight why would somepony ruin a marriage proposal with murder, even if that evidence didn't exist the self defense motive makes no sense anyway, Cadence has no motive to attack Rainbow or as the court calls her "the accused"' The Judge hears no objections then allows another day of investigation and legal proceedings. Feathers burst off Gilda's back causing her to cringe. "That looked really painful." She was asked to explain 'I lied I hit her in the back with that weapon for abandoning me back at my last visit to ponyvile, that's how rainbow got the weapon. the victim didn't hit her but Rainbow may have thought the victim did, that is truly all, any more questions' {HOLD IT} "Yes why do you think Rainbow thought the victim hit her." Gilda stated it was just what she thought "Relying on a possibility isn't sufficient. Combining the fact you confessed to assaulting the defendant and being present at the scene of the crime makes you look extremely suspicious much more than Rainbow. An entire layer of feathers was revealed in a blast causing Gilda even more pain than before Twilight got Sweetie Belle to spray luminal on Gilda and it was revealed Gilda was covered in blood Twilight requests for DNA test results on the blood and Gilda starts ripping the witness stand pieces with her claws 20 minutes later when the report arrives Gilda was proven a murder so Gilda punches the witness stand into the audience. Then Rainbow a Dash got her verdict as {NOT GUILTY} later Rainbow Dash got to finally propose to Pinkie and Discord couldn't even open his mouth to talk. Case 5 day 2In court the judge asks if both sides are ready, they are they broke Fluttershy's psyche locks and debated motive as well as a way comit the crime. Twilight has one last day of investigation as well as court prosedings. She went to the human world to investigate. She found out about a crime 5 years old sunset shimmer's murder. "Sunset was killed 5 years ago by glass in her throught and to find prints I should first reconstruct the murder weapon." She reconstructed a bottle then found sunset shimmer's fingerprints. They could not find the video so they relied on Pinkie's testimony 'We've ben going out for about 7 months, I didn't mention because I'm always so busy with work and parties, that proof shows that "the question" was going to be asked, I agree with Twilight why would somepony ruin a marriage proposal with murder, even if that evidence didn't exist the self defense motive makes no sense anyway, Cadence has no motive to attack Rainbow or as the court calls her "the accused"' The Judge hears no objections then allows another day of investigation and legal proceedings. Case 4 day 3In court the Judge asks if both sides are ready, they are, he then asks if new evidence came into light {TAKE THAT} Twilight presents the feather {TAKE THAT} and the heat analysis data. So they question Gilda *Being there I witnessed the crime, Rainbow flew with one wing with the weapon in the other then impaled her in very fatal locations, I flew away before I was even scene, that's all that happened* {OBJECTION} "You didn't mention Rainbow Dash's injury." Gilda said she didn't witness that or the injury. Twilight point's out "Ether she's lying or Rainbow killed a princess for absolutely no reason at all." Feathers burst off Gilda's back causing her to cringe. "That looked really painful." She was asked to explain 'I lied I hit her in the back with that weapon for abandoning me back at my last visit to ponyvile, that's how rainbow got the weapon. the victim didn't hit her but Rainbow may have thought the victim did, that is truly all, any more questions' {HOLD IT} "Yes why do you think Rainbow thought the victim hit her." Gilda stated it was just what she thought "Relying on a possibility isn't sufficient. Combining the fact you confessed to assaulting the defendant and being present at the scene of the crime makes you look extremely suspicious much more than Rainbow. Your motive was to frame Rainbow Dash you even falsified her motive." An entire layer of feathers was revealed in a blast causing Gilda even more pain than before Twilight got Sweetie Belle to spray luminal on Gilda and it was revealed Gilda was covered in blood Twilight requests for DNA test results on the blood and Gilda starts ripping the witness stand pieces with her claws 20 minutes later when the report arrives Gilda was proven a murder so Gilda punches the witness stand into the audience. Then Rainbow a Dash got her verdict as {NOT GUILTY} later Rainbow Dash got to finally propose to Pinkie and Discord couldn't even open his mouth to talk.
Case 5 day 2In court the judge asks if both sides are ready, they are they broke Fluttershy's psyche locks and debated motive as well as a way comit the crime. Twilight has one last day of investigation as well as court prosedings. She went to the human world to investigate. She found out about a crime 5 years old sunset shimmer's murder. "Sunset was killed 5 years ago by glass in her throught and to find prints I should first reconstruct the murder weapon." She reconstructed a bottle then found sunset shimmer's fingerprints. She then finds pinkie not acting like pinkie. Twilight questions this and *3 psyche locks appeared* Twilight then gains her book on different worlds & the school records of students. She broke pinkie's psyche lock she found more information after breaking 2 more locks she found a witness.
Case 1 day 1Applejack came to twilight and told her "they arrested her" twilight then asks "who are they and who is her?" Applejack calms down and tells twilight "the police arrested applebloom they called her a murderer!" Twilight exclaims "what nononononono that can't be right?!" "I'll help I need a new job anyway since the town library blew up!" In jail Applebloom was asked by twilight "can you tell me what happens and why your bow is missing?" Applebloom said that "last night I am the prime suspect of murder because my bow was found on the crime scene, the crime scene was the Sweet Apple Acres kitchen and I was there because I was helping Granny Smith make pie, my bow must of came off when I ran from the blood soaked corpse, and I don't know how but Granny Smith didn't notice the body when she got the pie." Twilight asks "can I acquire the title of the victims identity?"Applebloom then said "only if you don't talk like that ever again." Twilight tells the crusader she agrees and is told "the victim's name is scootaloo, yes my friend." Applebloom broke into tears remembering seeing the lifeless body of her friend & when twilight tried to investigate the crime scene she was stoped by sweetie bele and she says to twilight "Identification" twilight is surprised "junior detective sweetie bele reporting for dutie" "CUTIE MARK CRUSADER DETECTIVE YAY, once this case is solved I'll be a full detective, here have your going to need this," twilight was given the autopsy report and a letter that said "I am going to expose how weak your wings are to the press if you call me a stuck up brat again blank flank, not to mention if you try to tell anypony about this letter no detective will approve an this evidence, meet at your clubhouse" knowing only two people call scootaloo blank flank so she asked to see something writen by dimand tiara or silver spoon from ms. Cheerlie a perfect mach was found. -blackmail letter added to evidence--autopsy report added to evidence.
Case 2 day 2"Pinkie's inocince hasn't yet ben shown in the evidence but I know she's innocent and I will prove it."March 4th in court "Alright I'm facing a god & he's one tough nut to crack so it's time to sink or swim." The Judge asks if the prosecution yes of course. Now twilight you only beat me once due to my confidence do you challenge me?" Twilight yells at the top of her lungs "Discord of corse I challenge you." Discord presents all his evidence.-Surgical kit added to evidence--Missing equipment report added to evidence- He then calls his first witness and tells the witness "Please testify."*Pinkie was asking me to make some treats with her at sugar cube corner, since she wasn't at the door I looked around, after going down to the basement I saw Pinkie attack Rarity with a curved knife, if I didn't see her cutie mark I wouldn't have known it was her, cause her horn was cut off if you wana know why, I kicked the knife outa Pinkie's hoof, the force lifted her dress showing her cutie mark, I could not have ben mistaken* {OBJECTION} Twilight says "No way you say, there's something you know that would create a glaring contradiction. Changelings." {OBJECTION} Applejack says"Take a look at this."-Book on changelings added to evidence-Twilight tells Applejack "Still there is one changeling who doesn't have that disguise flaw, queen Crisalis, you saw her pose as princess Mia Morhe Cadenza yourself." {OBJECTION SUSTAINED} court recess was called until Crisalis took the stand. Nobody spoke to Twilight during those 9 minutes. In court Discord in confidence welcomed as much cross examination as necessary. *I did it, but I can't be arrested since I don't live within equestria* {OBJECTION} Twlight reveals a map of equestria & tells the court how Crisalis was defeated to contradict the testimony. A month and a day later Twilight got arrested knowing she didn't do anything wrong she got the help of Phoenix Wright.
Case 4 day 1Twilight thought "Why are so many of my friends getting arrested bad luck I guess." Spike put some case files away in the won category & the lost category was empty as usual. Then she got a letter from Rainbow Dash it said "Hey Twilight I nead help go to shugar cube corners party room yoll see what Imn talking about. Normally I don't relie on eggheads but I can't do this myself. The awesome Rainbow." "This attitude proves it's Dash better than a DNA test." At sugar cube corner she saw a puddle of blood with rope in it. "So another murder let me guess the suspect." "So let's see what sweetie belle has as proof." -Atopsy report added to evidence--Spear added to evidence--Wingometer chart added to evidence- "Now to talk to my friend/client." Case 5 day 1Twilight took the case of her own assault Trixie asks "Why did you agree to help me." Twilight says "Forgive me for responding to a question with a question, but why are you not talking in the third person?" Trixie says "I only talk in the first person when I'm tense and I was arrested for attempt of murder, but this should be easy because your the victim, just tell them who shot you." Twilight sadly says "I don't remember when I was shot." Twilight gains the evidence in court -The gun was added to the evidence--Twilight's atopsy report was added to the evidence- after a quick explication of events they call Rainbow Dash to the stand *I saw Trixie run up the stairs really fast, I herd a bang, then I went upstairs, I didn't see anypony at the source of the noise except for Twilight down on the floor bleeding, that's all* {OBJECTION} "Witness how did you not notice the second shot. The gun fired twice. {OBJECTION} "The second bullet wasn't found, there can't be gunshots where there aren't bullets, also she saw the accused go upstairs and herd a gunshot what else do we need to do to verify this to the court, and the witness has no reason to lie." Pinkie and Twilight make a bet on Trixie's motive if Twilight finds a contradiction she gets another day to investigate but if she can't Trixie will automatically get a guilty verdict. *In the case of her motive, she has stated the reason for not going back to ponyville since the alicorn amulet was the Ursa Minor* {OBJECTION} "An object brought from the human world causing the creation of this spell not only do I know this but so does Phoenix Wright if she lied psyche locks would apeer and when I confronted her with why she prosecuted Rainbow Dash." *cue flashback* Trixie says "I-I I told you it all goes back to that stupid star patterned flea ridden bear." *5 black psyche locks appeared* Pinkie then says "True that's the only thing she would have against you, then tell us who was her intended victim" {TAKE THAT} Twilight tells them snips and snails were her intended victims and that the alicorn amulet's official book made it clear it was the amulet's doing that ruined ponyvile & that snips & snails putting her on spotlight ruining her career, the ursa wasn't the problem the attention was. Then there was more time for court proceedings & investigation. Twilight went to the scene then found broken glass from the window on the first floor and saw the window on the second floor was broken. She then found broken glass outside and a bullet in a tree directly across from the window. Later she went to the human world and got her human self's testimony.-bullet added to evidence--glass added to evidence--floor plans mapping added to evidence- Unidentifiable magic residue was found on the glass and during the re-examination of the murder weapon.
