Prologue
Load Full StoryNight Light was out shopping late for Christmas gifts around town. He couldn't believe his daughter, Twilight, would be 18 soon and ready to move out with Flash Sentry. Night Light admired Flash, he was good to his daughter, and to Velvet, a complete sweetheart. He chuckled as he thought about it. As he was shopping, he noticed a necklace in a shop window. Flash was with him, and saw the necklace as well. "Twilight would love that." Flash said as he admired it's casing and how in shone in the moonlight. The vendor, a friend of their's by the name of Luna, saw them looking at the necklace.
"That's a moonstone necklace." Luna said, smiling. "Shines very brightly in moonlight, and it shine purple." She explained. "I'm guessing it's for Twilight, isn't it Night Light?" Luna asked Night light. He nodded.
"I told my daughter I'd get her something nice, and that necklace is the only thing I can think of." Night Light said. "Yet I don't have enough for it.
"I'll get it for her, sir, for Christmas." Flash told him. Night Light smiled.
"Flash, you are the most caring boy I have ever met." He said to Flash. Then, after they bought the necklace, Night Light heard a laughing in his head, with an all too familiar face. Flash did too, and shook his head.
"Did you see....." Flash started to say. Night Light nodded. Someone was coming back, someone all too familiar.
