Starlight Glimmer had months to plan out her revenge on Princess Twilight and her friends. She had lived alone in those cold dark caves letting her hatred and jealousy fester and grow. Now she has finally reached Ponyville where she plans on not only taking Princess Twilight's cutie-mark… But using it for herself! With Twilight's cutie-mark and the princess' friends captured she knew nopony could stop her, not even Princess Celestia!

From there it was supposed to be a simple hop to liberating all of Equestria from their cutie-marks! However, on the night Starlight goes in for the kill, she realizes that sometimes things can take a very unexpected turn…
