Chapters Spike was having a look around this underground base, where it would be the operation for this Anti-Celestia group would plan any moves of attacks against the almighty princess herself. Spike could not believe those visions. Twilight and the others treat him like a slave all along, and now, he wants revenge on all of them.
"Come," said Emerald Fang, waling down a large hallway with the baby dragon. "There is much for you to see and for me to introduce you to, youngling."
"So, who's in charge here?" Spike asked with curiosity. "I mean, who came up with this little organisation in particular." He heard the large green dragon chuckle humbly, like he was proud of whatever his own titled is called, or at who the leader exactly is
"I am, of course." He replied to Spike.
"really?"
Then the dragon chuckled again. "No, I am just nixing you. Our leader is named Torygg the heroic. He is the one i charge of this secret organisation. He's also a dragon just like us. He has been talking about you with the others nonstop."
"He... knows about me?" Spike asked
"Of course. You'll see and understand why he knows all about you, like I do." Emerald and Spike continued down the hall, until finally, they went inside a really large chamber, even larger than the usual rooms and of course, larger than the hallway. In the center of the room was an even larger dragon that was yellow gold in color, and more big than Emerald green, and looked like a rather very majestic drake, and had a pretty stocky body, and like Emerald Green himself, was a little more stockier than most dragons look. When the large, monstrous creature looked at Spike, he immediately smiled to see him.
With a thunderous, deep, majestic voice, the humongous dragon said "Ah, Spike. Welcome to our humble abode." He wasn't exactly talking in a British accent, but his voice still sounded noble.
When Spike and Emerald stopped on front of him, the large green said to the even bigger golden dragon "so sorry for the wait, Torygg. Here he is, Spike himself."
"Excellent, Emerald." The large golden dragon replied to him. He turned his attention back to Spike. "No Need To Be alarmed, Little one."
Spike was indeed, alarmed by the dragon because of his voice and his size, and that mean green adult dragon was about to kill him for eating some of his gems in that cave when Spike ran away that one time. If this dragon was not friends do either, this might be the end of him for sure this time. "Are you.... Torygg the Heroic?" He asked in a shaky voice.
The golden dragon smiled down on him, and he replied " that I am, Spike. We have been searching g for.you for a really long time."
It was silent for a moment, but Spike asked finally "what... Do you know about me?"
The large yellow dragon chuckled humbly. "I know all about you. For instance, when you hatched for Twilight Sparkle so that she can have a dragon to slave away while she sits during nothing." Spike had a rage building up inside of him, really hating Twilight now. "And I also know of your parents, King Green Claws and Queen Purple Scales."
Spike turned from angry to sad again. He bowed his head in sadness, and felt like tearing up. However, he felt a large beefy hand gently pressing on his side.
"I know, little one. I understand how you feel." Said Torygg. "Your parents were a very heroic pair for us dragons. We loved in a state of peace and prosperity, until Celestia and Luna ruined it. They ruined the good name of all dragons everywhere."
"Twilight.... lied to me." He said feeling a tear running down his face. "She said she was my friend, but I'm just a worthless slave." He felt Emerald Fang hugging him to make him feel better, but it was only slightly working, and the baby dragon still felt devastated. "What friends they all are." he added
"No need for tears, youngling." Torygg gently said to him.
"How... I still don't understand how much you know about me." Spike said to him
"I know about you... because I am your uncle." the golden dragon answered
Spike stopped his weeping and looked at him. "My.... uncle?" he said
"Yes. Green Claws was my younger brother. He was a good drake and a very thoughtful one to. Like I told you, he would do anything to keep us dragons and the creatures around us safe. And, we heard about what happened in Ponyville today."
Spike felt his anger coming back to him, and didn't want to talk about it. "I can't believe they fucking pranked me like that."
"Spike." Torygg scolded gently. "I understand your anger, but please, there is no need to call for foul language."
"I'm sorry. I just can't believe it."
"It is quite alright, Nephew. Just please watch what you say."
"I will."
Emerald let Spike go of his hug and gently sat him down. "So, what do you want me to do... Uncle Torygg?" he said to him, really becoming destined to take revenge.
"Well, my nephew, we will strike at the princess', but it will take some time. Emerald might have told you this, but we must expand our army so that we will have a better chance of winning. Look at your sword, and tell me if you are ready to take revenge on Twilight and the others who made a slave out of you. After Celestia and the other Princess' are all dead, their friends with them, you will become the new emperor of all of Equestria, and soon, we will rebuild all of Dracotropolis. Now, will you join our cause, and avenge your parents?"
Spike liked that idea alot, becoming an emperor. He looked at his new sword, and thought of it for a moment, and realized the bad times he had with them. "I will." he replied. "They will pay. They will ALL pay." he clutched the hand of his sword harder and harder until the palm of his hand became white from the bones.
"Excellent, Spike." said Torygg. "You're parents will be proud of you, as I am proud of you."
Spike had a thought. He did want revenge on everypony in Ponyville, but thought of the most loyal group of ponies he had: the Crystal Empire. "Wait." he said
"What is it, Spike?" asked Torygg with concern.
"I.... I have followers and ponies that call me a hero in the Crystal Empire. Everypony in the Crystal Empire thinks I am a hero for saving it... twice." Spike answered to him
"Oh yes. Emerald told me about that, and how loyal they are to you. They can be apart of your army too if that is what you want if they respect you like you said they do."
"I do."
"Very well. In the meantime, just wait for a little while before we strike." said Torygg. "Sadly, I do not know when our attack on Celestia and Luna will come. It could happen in a week, or in a number of months, but Justice will be done someday. I just know it."
"What? I... I can't wait that long!" Spike said. "I... want to do something now!"
"Peace, nephew. I understand and admire your enthusiasm, but somethings in life require precision and patience."
"I'll get you back here as soon as we need you back here. Or... at least we will send messages to you so that you can come back here whenever you feel like it." said Emerald. "I am not the only magical dragon here. Torygg is also one too."
Spike turned really amazed at hearing what he just said "Really?"
"Indeed, nephew." Torygg replied to him. He used his gigantic, beefy finger to show him a magic trick with it. He performed a magical glowing orb on the tip, like a spherical piece of energy.
"Wow, that's amazing." the baby dragon said in amazement.
"Now you see?"
"Yeah, I do, Torygg."
"perfect. Oh, and I almost forgot. I am afraid you will have to leave your sword here. We wouldn't want your so called friends to think you already want to kill someone."
Spike was a little bummed to hear that, but his uncle was right. "Okay." he said reluctantly.
"Alright. Now, before you leave, I want to introduce you to some of our friends here." said Torygg. "Emerald, care to introduce Spike to the others around here?"
"I would be happy too." Emerald replied to him happily. "Come, Spike. Let me show you what there is for you to see around here." He and the baby dragon walked out of the leaders private quarters.
While they were walking, Spike curiously asked Emerald "So... what's your position in his... army."
"I am the second-in-command for Torygg." Emerald answered him. "If Torygg is ill or not here with us when he need him dearly, then I would temporarily fill in for his position until his in the right condition again." Now, they were at another room, and it was packed with quite a few followers. They were still the griffons, dragons, Minotaurs, and Diamond dogs, that he just saw recently. And, not only that, but there were also quite a number of Ponies in this little battalion too. Many of them, of course, he did not just encounter when he first set foot in this little secret area "Everyone!" he announced. "Spike is finally here at last."
Everyone in the room smiled, and many of them crowded around him and cheered him on at the same time.
"Alright, quiet, quiet." Emerald added. "Let's not make him nervous. Let's introduce ourselves to him, an what we are." everyone quieted themselves down like Emerald ordered, and he said to Spike. "Go mingle with the others. They would be more than excited to meet you in the flesh and scales."
Spike was a little nervous, but he decided to do as he said, and walked over to them, and in the meantime, a female griffon said to him "Come here, little guy." in a gentle voice. Her voice sounded like a beautiful one, and she looked like a black falcon-like griffon with a few spikey feathers on her head. It was the same griffon that he saw earlier that mentioned Spike's arrival. "there, now my name is Geraldine, one of the leaders of the Griffon Squad."
"Who's the other?" Spike asked
"I am." Said a male voice. It was more lighter falcon griffon the the female does. unlike the female counterpart, he had dark brown fur with more hair on his head than Geraldine did, like a medium length type of hairstyle as feathers. He also had some green shadings on his face, like he had green feathers. "i'm Gerald." He introduced.
"He's my brother." Geraldine added
"Gerald" and "Geraldine." That would probably be a dead giveaway for anyone or anypony I ask about them if they were siblings.
"We're twins." They both said in unison, hugging eachother like actual siblings would do.
Next, a large, big beefy Minotaur with sharp, deadly Cape buffalo horns came up to reply and introduce himself to the baby dragon. "Name's jack." He reached out his large hand and the baby dragon touched it with his hand. Without warning, the Minotaur shook him violently with his handshake. "My sincere apologies." He said in a low, tough, voice. It was a rather calm voice for a Minotaur to have. "I am the weapons expert, the master, and strategist." He added
Spike was amazed and a little frightened by the large Minotaur too, but he was starting to like him too.
Then the griffons stepped up to talk to Spike again
"Here, let us show you around." Said Geraldine. The baby dragon followed her and his twin brother to whatever they would possibly take Spike in this tour. Many of the other members of the army crowded around them as they followed them. Emerald watched on as Spike was feeling more comfortable about this conspiracy.
"Make your parents and uncle Torygg proud, Spike." Emerald thought out loud to himself as Spike and the others were fading from his eye sights as they were walking on the right through the hallway.
Author's Note
Looks like Spike is gaining a lot of friends easily. Now, he knows what he should choose, and that is to kill Celestia, thanks to his uncle's encouragement. What will happen next?, find out on the next chapter.
Getting some Secret Allies (Edited)
"Alright, kiddo." Said Gerald, one if the griffon twins who were still giving a tour of the secret for Spike to embrace and bask at. "Here is the main library of our humble home."
"Oh my gosh." Spike said in amazement.
The library was quite remarkable, even bigger than Twilight's library in her new.castle, or the one in Festa and Luna's old castle on the other side of the Everfree Forest. Like Twilight's books, but unlike the old castle's books, they were all perfect and not covered in cobwebs. He wondered how in the world Torygg can get a hold of such books like these
"You wanna know something cool, Spike?" Geraldine asked him.
"What's that?"
"This library is home to many rare, uncommon books that you can find in all of this land, and lost ones from the dragons era."
Spike was utterly surprised and his jaw was dangling in awe. "That's amazing." He said. "Can I.... read some of these?"
"Well, not right now, Spike, but maybe some other time just before we can make our move on Celestia and Luna." Gerald answered
"Aww." Spike was now really bummed he doesn't get the chance to read some of these.... lost books. He has longed and died to see what his family might have been like. Sure he may have seen a vision of them, but he wanted more knowledge, a lot more.
"Come on, Spike, just be patient." Said Gerald while playfully rubbing his head, trying to lift up his spirit. Spike smirked and laughed.
"Okay, okay. I'll wait." Said the baby dragon.
"Alright alright, let's show our future king the weapon room, brother."
"Right you are, sis." Gerald replied to his twin sister. "Come along, pal. You will love these awesome weapons if we had on stock for if we need to use the, or if we were in battle."
Now Spike was even more eager to find out what these weapons will be once he gets a good look at all of them. Of course he already has his shiny green sword that Emerald Green gave to him when he first met him.
It was not a very long walk to the room. But there they were at last: The weapons room. Besides the weapons, there were also practice dummies and targets for archery and crossbows. The group slowly went inside e room to show the baby dragon.
"Wow." Spike said in awe. "This is.... Amazing."
"I knew you would love them." Said Gerald.
"Hey look guys, the chosen one is here." Said a Minotaur training with a large battle axe. They all stopped their current training for a moment, and looked at Spike
"All hail Spike." They all said, many many times.
"Oh come on guys, you don't have to do that. We all know that I am going to be a king." Spike said to all of them
"Oh buy we must." Said a minogoat. "You will be a great leader to us someday."
"No no. Really, you don't have to-"
"Oh don't worry Spike, they are just trying to please you." Said Geraldine with a wink.
"Back to training, my friends, you're going to need all the strength you can get. Come on troops. Hop to it." Said a large minotaur with Cape buffalo horns. It was Jack, the same minotaur who met Spike just at the time when Spike met the two griffon twins after he met his uncle Torygg.
"Sir yes sir." They all replied to him before training with the targets and practice dummies.
"Ah, Spike, hello again." Said e minotaur in his low, tough voice. "I see that you are here to see these glorious weapons and crafts made by blacksmiths through out thousands of years till now."
"This is amazing. Where did you get all these cool weapons?" Spike asked
"Well, it would probably take all day, or a few days. Not that I wouldn't want to tell you. It's just that I would probably bore you stiff, and you have so much more to see besides our weapons." Jack replied
"You're right."
"Come on, Spike, let's go to our final destination before we can talk with the king." Said Gerald.
"Awesome." Spike said. Then he just remembered Twilight, and realized he was gone for quite some time. "Ah I just remembered." He exclaimed
"What's wrong?" Geraldine asked him curiously
"I need to get back to Twilight's castle before she finds out where I am." Spike replied. "I know she treats me like a slave, but I don't want to get in trouble for this."
"We understand. Just go talk to your uncle and Emerald Fang that you will be going now so they will know you are safe." Gerald suggested, Understanding Spike's decision.
"Yeah, if you get free time, or if you need to come back here, do come back, just keep it secret from anyone else besides us, okay?" Said Geraldine
"Okay, thanks for showing me around guys." Spike said. Really gratefully.
"You're welcome Spike." The griffon twins replied to him kindly.
The baby dragon waved at the, bye and then ran to his uncle's room. "Uncle Torygg? Emerald?" He called out to them.
The two larger dragons were having a discussion and then stopped when they both heard his voice. "Ah Spike, hello, what can we both do you for, my nephew?" Said Torygg in his regal voice.
Spike said, and walked up to them on the carpet. "Listen. I really need to get back to Twilight's castle. I will give her a peace of mind when I get back ere, for all of you, and mom and dad."
"Easy there, boy." Said Torygg. "I k ow you really mean well, but some this you have to wait for, and some things require stealth and precision. We shouldn't reveal ourselves just yet, we need to pull many things off like getting more allies or more to make our move."
Spike didn't like that, but his uncle was right. He didn't want to put his new organization at risk, and get the, into the dungeons for high treason. "Okay. I promise, I'll keep it a secret. But please, when the time comes, please let me take down Celestia for what she did to me." Spike then felt a burning rage fueling up inside him again.
"Of course, nephew. When the time is right, you can do whatever you please." Torygg replied.
"Now you remember the way out. Would you like me to send you back to Ponyville? Well, on the outskirts close to the town?"
"No thanks. I know the way back." Spike replied.
"Alright." Emerald replied.
"Before you leave Spike, I would like to say that if you feel like it, you are always welcome here, my future king." Torygg said to him before Spike went out the door.
"Thank you, uncle Torygg. I will come back here when I get the chance, I promise." Spike replied.
"Oh, and I think it would be best if you leave your new sword here with us." Torygg added. "We wouldn't want all of those ponies to think that you are our trying to... execute them."
"Oh right." Spike took off his scabbard containing his green sword and gave it to Emerald for safe keeping.
"Don't worry nephew, we'll take good care of it until you return."
"I know. Well, see you all later." Then he went out the door and upstairs back to the surface , out of the cave. He sighed, and still felt a small patch of anger because of Twilight, and her friends. Oh how he wanted to do something to them, but he couldn't. He would get in trouble, and they would all be suspicious, then the secrecy of the Dragonists would be at risk. So he decided to just play nice to Twilight, and the others, then walked back to Ponyville.
The town of Ponyville was right on front of him. He really did not want to go in there, because it was the home of his so-called "friends". However, he had to keep a low profile, like Torygg and the others told him to do, or the secrecy of his new organization that wants him to be a king, will be at risk.
"Spike!" called a voice. "It was Twilight, adn her friends. They all rushed to him and were glad that he came back safely. "Spike, there you are." Twilight panted. "We were so worried about you."
"Hmm." was all Spike replied
"Listen, we are so sorry about the prank. We just wanted to make you smile."
"Yeah, sugarcube. it was April fools day, after all." Applejack added.
"We're sorry." said Pinkie.
"So am I." Rainbow added
Fluttershy stepped in as the most sorry of them all. "We feel really bad about this, and we really want to make it up to you."
"Make it up to me? yeah right." Spike thought in his head. "Well... I guess it was."
"So, can you ever forgive us." Twilight asked
"Yeah. I guess." then he felt himself being hugged tightly by Twilight, then the others joined it. The baby dragon was really annoyed, but he pretended to like it. "Okay okay. That's enough."
"Is something wrong?" Twilight asked him with concern from his little action his just did. Her friends were just as concerned as she was and were worried that he was still furious with them all
Now Spike realized his mistake, and finally replied "no no, I just.... get the idea, that's all. So nothing is wrong, Twi, I promise."
"you promise?"
Spike nodded his head a yes in reply with a smile to her her question. "So, what now?"
"Well, I think everypony in town is feeling guilty for laughing at you, so they want to say they are sorry to you. So, you want them to apologize to you?"
"Yeah. I guess."
"Good, come with us." then the baby dragon followed his "So-called friends around town."
In midnight, Spike was in the castle, and woke up in the middle of the night and saw the perfect opportunity to go back and plan a relief against the princess that killed his family. However, while he was heading out, he wanted to make sure that Twilight was asleep and safely out of the way to not interfere with his outing.
Twilight looked so vulnerable asleep, and Spike really wanted to do something to her while she was in her current t state, but he couldn't, because anypony will find her body sooner or later if he did that. He slowly tip-toed out of her room, and slowly and quietly closed her bedroom door. He slowly went out the door , and quietly sprinted through the town, to the outskirts
It was rather quiet, and a good thing too, because Nopony would follow him to wear he would go, especially out in the middle of the night. He heard a small crack and stopped to.see what it was. He looked down,an d saw that it was just a twig that broke after he stepped on it. He gave a small groan of annoyance and kept sprinting to the lair
Now that he was a little on the outskirts, it was okay for him to make noise right now. "Phew, that was close." He thought out loud to himself. He tried to remember where this lair was and saw the exact same cave he was in before, and went down the stairs underground. As he was getting closer, he began to hear conversations going amiss. He finally made it to the level, and followed the sound of the voices talking to one another.
"He went into Torygg's room, and saw his uncle and Emerald Fang talking with Jack, and the two eagle twins, Gerald and Geraldine. There was also a not so muscular or not so skinny dark brown minogoat with long, ram-like horns, and a large, pig like creature with thick, and long brown hair was sitting upright, pink skinned, and muscular with small tusks out of his teeth, and floppy ears talking with them as well. The pig wasn't really wearing anything, but some some armor for his lower body. The minogoat was wearing some light armor on himself like a band of four large straps with a khopesh sword in his scabbard on his right side. The pig creature also had a sword, but was more like a slightly larger sword with the hilt guard going downward instead of straight.
"Um.... excuse me." Spike said to them. They all immediately stopped their conversations when they heard him.
"ah, nephew. Welcome back." Said Torygg. "We were just discussing you."
"That we were." Emerald Fang added.
"I want you to meet two of one of our finest soldiers that we have."
The minogoat was the first one to introduce himself. "Hello, there. I am afraid we haven't met before, youngin. My name is Tyrus, the captain of the minogoats in this organisation. Torygg told us a great deal about you." His voice was like a British or semi-British accent with a ln energetic, young man's voice
Now it was the muscular pig's turn to introduce himself. "Bonjour, little dragon." He said I'm a semi-tough but gentle french accent. "The name's Gaston le Couchon. Now I know what you're thinking, I look kind of scary because of my tusks, but don't be armed, I am not your enemy. And Tyrus speaks the truth, Torygg speaks about you a really great deal, absolutely magnifique. As for my position, I am head of a race ex "Minoboars."
"Minoboars?" Spike asked curiously
"Oui, it's a rather long story, but I'plan tell you more about my race some other time. Torygg has something special for you."
They all turned their attention to the largest dragon and heard him out. "I have a solution that will bring the Crystal Empire ponies to us, and fight by our side since Spike said they were all loyal to him and treated him like he was their god. However, we can ot perform such action just yet. We must be patient with this, and wait. But, if will not be long, it will only take maybe a few days or a little more. I might as well pass on my idea to all of you."
Spike gathered around to hear his uncle's plan. During his whispering, Spike was really liking the idea. Despite waiting, he would look forward to it someday when his uncle says it is. He could almost taste the blood of the murderer that killed his parents already.

Spike tells Twilight Off (Edited)
About a week has passed since Spike last met with the Dragonists rebels that are fighting against Celestia. He kept a low profile and his mouth shut about what is really going on around him. He wasn't really happy with his work that Twilight assigned to him, even if it was the usual work. And of course he still wanted to hurt and maim every last one of his so-called "friends" but he will do that in dew time, and knows that Now is not the right time. Finally he finished up and put his broom back where he would usually place it after he was done sweeping the castle floors. He just wished that he would have some fun too. Of course he would have fun, but not as much fun as the ponies would be in, and he hated them all for that reason also. He went into the library, and found Twilight reading one of her books as usual. "I'm done." Spike said to her in a fake happy voice
"Oh, thanks Spike." said Twilight. "Did you help with the book shelves?"
"Yes. I did." Spike replied to her, still pretending to be happy doing the work for her.
"Good, and did you do the dishes?" she asked
"yes." Now Spike was starting to lose his patience
"And what about dusting the rooms?"
"Yes!" Now Spike was mad. "For the love of Celestia, yes! Do your own chores for once!" then he growled and walked out of the room. "I need to go out for a while."
Twilight was really shocked and her mouth dropped agape seeing his last response to her. She could hardly believe Spike just did that to her. Before Spike walked out the front door, she ran to him and stopped him, very worried about him "Spike." she said "What's the matter?"
Spike sighed and took a breath. "Nothing" he replied. "I'm fine." he tried to walk out, but was stopped by Twilight once again by stepping in front of him
"Spike, please. What's wrong?"
"I said nothing." Spike replied, trying to be nice as possible.
"Spike please." Twilight begged. "Just tell me what's the matter, just tell-"
"JUST LEAVE ME FUCKING ALONE!!" Spike shouted. It echoed through the castle corridor a few times. Twilight was now not only shocked, but horrified.
Spike gave out a huff and just stormed out of the castle.
Now Twilight was really confused. "What is going on?" she said to herself. She felt like she needed to sob at what Spike did, and was really hurt by what Spike just did. He wiped a tear from her eye and close the door to her castle.
While Spike was walking, he slowly started to calm down after a number of minutes he slowed down his stomping but began had the thought of just wanting to kill Twilight and all of these ponies around them. "What is taking Torygg so long?" he thought out loud. Luckily, nopony heard what he just said, and just continued to their lives.
"Hey Spike, is everything okay?" asked Lyra, who was walking right past him with Bon Bon accompanying her.
"I'm fine." Spike said
"You sure?"
"yes. I just need to be alone." the baby dragon replied
"Okay, but come talk to us if you have any problems." Lyra suggested
He thought to himself "She cares? yeah right, they all just use me as a slave to do work for any of them if necessary." when he spoke to them, he said to them nicely "Alright. I'll do that. Just please leave me alone, okay."
"Okay. Let's go Lyra." said Bon Bon.
They both walked away, but sometimes gave Spike glances of worriment. The baby dragon, didn't really care if they were looking at him, so he just kept walking to the secret lair for the rebellion. He really hoped that there would not be any more interruptions along the way, but he was wrong.
"Spike?" said a very soft and gentle voice. Spike just wanted to scream, but he kept his cool and turned around to see who it was this time, and realized who had that kind of voice anywhere. Yes, it was indeed, Fluttershy.
"Figures." Spike said under his breath.
"What's wrong?" Fluttershy asked, walking up to him.
"What makes you say there is something wrong with me?" Spike asked
"Well, you are crying, and looking all sad." Fluttershy said. "I hope I am not being rude here."
Spike gave another sigh "No. You're not. I.... I just need to be alone."
"Spike please, just tell me what's wrong." Fluttershy softly begged him. "I hate seeing you like this."
Spike was now conflicted, and because Fluttershy was the kindest and most sweetest pony that he has ever met. He remembered the day she first met him and Ponyville, and thought he was the cutest thing she has ever saw in her life, even though that kind of died down now, she still loves him almost as much as Twilight does, or maybe even more. Nevertheless, he didn't want to put the secrecy of the rebellion at risk, so he replied in return "Please. I.... i just need to be alone. Please, just leave me alone."
Then now he walked away, with no one to stop him this time.
Fluttershy, like Twilight, Lyra and Bon Bon, were heavilly concerned for him.
Spike's tears were gone and walked a few miles back to the secret lair. He went downstairs, and was greeted by many of the resistance members greeted him, and then the baby dragon politely greeted them back in return.
Despite the kindness of his future followers, it still didn't cheer him up. He went into the room where his uncle and Emerald Fang, the green magical dragon would be. There they were, as they would usually be, and there was the handsome looking Gaston le Couchon the leader of the minoboars, Tyrus the lead minogoat of the group, and finally Jack the Minotaur.
In the room, there was a new face for a Spike to meet maybe. It was a male zebra whose stripes looked a little darker than Zecora's and a little taller too. He had black dreadlocks for the mane and tail, a red robe, and a scimitar in a scabbard attached to his belt. He was having a little talk with Torygg.
Then, Spike's uncle noticed his nephew at the doorway. "Ah, Spike. There you are." He said in his humble voice. "Come in, come in, my nephew."
The baby dragon slowly came up to the group at the far end of the large chamber
"Spike, I would like to introduce you to a new ally with help for us."
"Hello." Said the zebra in a strong, low Zebrican accent. "So you are the one called Spike."
"Yes." Spike replied weakly. "I am."
"Good. My name is Imari. I am loyal protector of Tanzebra, and keeper of the peace for the zebras, buffalo, lions, and all of it's beautiful creatures and life. Torygg here told me about what has really happened with your parents."
Spike looked sad again. "Yeah."
"I am very sorry about your parents little one, but I can assure you that it was not your fault. For all these years, I thought that the kings and queens of all Zebrican countries thought Celestia was a pure goddess, but we were wrong. For doing such an atrocity such as wiping out the dragons and turning them into mindless beasts. Oh, I really hope I am not upsetting you." He was worried that Spike would be even more sad again.
"You didn't. I'm okay." Spike said
"Right. Well, my point is that me and all of the Zebrican countries have agreed to overthrow the tyranny of Celestia and Luna once and for all." Imari continued. "We promise you that we will always be right be your side and help you become the rightful king of Dracotopolis."
"Speaking of which, we are ready to tell everypony in the Crystal Empire about this too." Said Jack.
"That's great." Said Spike. "I was about to ask you about that." Now he sounded more than happy because the time has come to get revenge on Celestia for what she did to his family.
"We'll prepare the letters." Said Gerald. "Come on, sis. We got a lot of writing to do."
"Do you think this will work?" Asked Tyrus.
"It has to." Said Gaston. "All of the ponies that live in the Crystal Empire worship Spike, and has saved it two times. They will have to help him. Right, Spike?"
"Right. But, what about Cadence and Shining Armor? They might get in the way and warn Celestia about this." Spike said
"Leave that to the guards and the citizens of the Crystal Empire to do that." Said Gaston.
"Aye, they will outnumber them easily. Numbers help win a fight." Tyrus added
"And I am pretty sure that the guards will help you against Celestia too." Said Emerald.
Spike did remember the second time he went to the Crystal Empire, the Crystal guards did great Spike like a god, too. "You're right. But we might as well keep this from Cadence and Shining and then keep them out of the way."
"Leave that to me." Emerald said proudly. "I have magical powers and the master of disguise after all. I can just disguise myself as a mail pony to go from door to door and say it will be from you. Either that, or just say that is a very important somepony, and persuade them to join our cause."
"Perfect." Spike said. "This will teach those two lovebirds to forget to invite me to the Crystal Empire, and take over my place as a rightful ruler."
"We'll get right on it, Spike." Said Geraldine. She and her twin brother went to write the letters as did Tyrus and Gaston followed them so that it will be much faster to get done. The sooner they all get written, then the better Spike will get his revenge and avenge his parents' demise.
"So, they will attack the next day after they written the letter?" Spike asked, remembering what the plan was.
"That's right. Remember what I told you Spike. These things require patience, and precision." Torygg stated
"I know. And...." He sighed "if it might take a few more days or maybe a week, I understand."
"Good. That's my nephew." Said Torygg proudly. "It might take several more days or maybe even a week. Of course, time will tell."
"Well, I should probably get back home again." Spike said sadly.
"Don't worry Spike. When the Crystal Empire is ours, we promise you you can make your strike on Celestia and Luna." Said Emerald
"Okay." Spike said with a slight smile. "It was nice to meet you Imari. I... I thank you and your followers for support."
"You are quite welcome, Spike. We are very happy to be able to help you become a rightful king and bring justice to all." Imari said proudly. "May the Great Zebra be with you, and guide you in your every path."
"Thanks." Spike said. "Well, see you all soon."
They all said bye to him when he went out and felt more happy that there will be a time to strike sooner on Celestia, but a little sad when he has to go back to Twilight's castle. He knew that he needed to stay strong and be patient like his uncle said.
Spike returned to Ponyville, and the town really irked him, but his it well as usual. He went back into the castle when he returned and stopped when he saw Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, and the other elements of Harmony in front of em with concern in all their eyes,
"Oh. Hey guys." Spike said. "What are you doing here?"
"We are here to help you Spikey-poo." Rarity answered. "Twilight told us about what happened this morning."
"Yeah, Sugarcube. What's been bugging you lately?" Asked Applejack
Spike sighed. "It was.... Just a bad day, but I'm fine now." He walked but was stopped by Rainbow Dash who landed in front of him
"Spike, please. Tell us what's bugging you." Rainbow begged
"Spike please. Please tell us what's wrong. We are so worried about you. I am so worried about you." Twilight added
"Just tell us, please. Talking is the best solution for problems." Said Fluttershy
At last, Spike couldn't hide it any longer. Besides he will have his revenge on Celestia very soon. "Come with me to my room and I will talk with you." He said.
They all followed him to his room, and he sat on his bed.
"So, what's wrong, Spike?" Asked Fluttershy.
"Wait, are you still mad at us about the April fools prank the other day?" Rainbow asked, thinking she remembered why the baby dragon was angry
"No." Spike answered "Well, partly, but I just heard about my parents and who they are
"Really?" Said Pinkie in excitement. As a matter of fact, they all looked happy for him. "Who were they?"
"Well, I don't think it's really important, but I might as well tell you what happened. They..... They were murdered."
They all looked pretty socked in an instant now,
"What?" Twilight gasped. "Are you sure?"
Spike nodded and bowed his head in sadness. He felt Twilight put a comforting hoof under his chin so that he can look at her.
"I am so sorry to hear that."
Now Spike couldn't take hiding his hateful thoughts for them anymore. "Oh you're sorry?" He said becoming angry at her,
"What?" Twilight said, becoming confused
"Are you all really concerned about me?" Spike asked firmly
"Of course we are!" Rarity exclaimed
"Of course you are." Spike mimicked.
"Spike!" Twilight said. "What's wrong?"
"My parents who were the king and queen of Dracotopolis who were betrayed and killed by Princess Celestia while trying to talk about peace for their lands! And you are sorry?"
They all looked horrified ad shocked.
"What sort of an idiot gave you that nonsense?" Rainbow exclaimed.
"Yeah, that's crazy talk." Pinkie added
"Oh is it, Pinkie?" Spike said.
"Yes. Celestia would never do that to anypony or creature, not even a dragon." Said Twilight. "She is too pure hearted to do something like that.
" Sure she will say that, but she is a dictator." Spike corrected. "and here's another thing, you all say you are my friends, but you treat me like a fucking slave!"
"Spike! Calm down!" Said Applejack
"No! You all treat me like a slave and make me do work while you all go out and have fun! My life is a fucking lie! Not to mention that you all really don't care about me."
"What... What makes you say we don't?" Said Twilight
"Don't be fucking stupid you slut!" Spike exclaimed. They all gasped with horror, hardly believing what Spike was saying in front of them. "Remember Winter Wrap up day when I fell asleep on the last block of ice and got sock then what did you all do? Laugh at me for it! Or remember when it was Twilight's birthday and you didn't invite me to Canterlot!? Huh?! Or when Celestia gave me a stomach ache for vomiting too many fucking letters when Discord was running amok?!" He shocked his face into Twilight's horrified face.
Twilight felt like letting a few tears of sadness running down her eyes. What Spike was saying to her made her sad and guilty at the same time.
While walking into her face, Spike continued by saying "my life is a fucking lie! You all never care about me! You just want me to get your Jon done while you sluts get lazy all day fucking long!"
Finally, Twilight could hardly back up any further, and Spike got off her face.
"I hate you all for what you all did to me!" He shouted. "You are all Cocksucking cunts for using me as a fucking tool! I hope you all burn in Hell!!!"
Twilight couldn't hold it any longer. She began to sob quietly and Rarity comforted her for support.
Spike went out of the room, and had tears streaming down his face himself.
Twilight was crying into Rarity and never felt so sad and depressed and hurt in all her life. Fluttershy, Rainbow, Pinkie, Applejack, and Rarity were all hurt and said too, and all felt guilty almost as Twilight was feeling right now.
"What did we do to deserve this?" Said Twilight. "What did we do wrong?"
"If I ever see Spike again, I'm gonna rip his jaw right out of his head and make him bleed so hard!" Rainbow threatened. "Nopony makes Twilight cry like that"
"Easy Rainbow." Said Rarity. "I am sure there is an explanation for all this blasphemy,
"I think we need to talk to Celestia about this." Said Fluttershy
"Good idea. She'll know what to do." Applejack agreed.
"I'll stay here and keep Twilight company." Said Rarity.
"Very well." Said Fluttershy. "But I think we will need to go on a train since Spike isn't here to send a letter."
"Yeah, but I think somepony should find Spike after we are done meeting the princess about this." Said Pinkie
"After what he did?" Rainbow complained
"Rainbow." Applejack scolded
"You're right." Said Rainbow reluctantly.
"Let's go y'all." Said Applejack.
They all, minus Rarity, went out of the castle to get on a train. "I'm sorry Spike." Twilight said while sobbing. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." She kept repeating it to herself while Rarity gently hushed her and told her everything will be okay.
Celestia Reveals Her Sins
Spike was running as fast as he could in the fields, trying to get away from Twilight and the others so they would leave him alone. He felt glad to get that out of his chest, but he felt that half of it wasn't alright with it, and was more depressed.
His patience was wearing thin, and desperately wanted to strike on Celestia And Luna ASAP. Tears were streaming down his face in sadness, and looked for the cave that led to the hidden base.
He ran faster when he saw the cave but then stumbled and tripped on the grass, wallowing in his misery. "I hate you." He referred to Twilight while weeping. "I fucking Hate you." And he buried his face in the blades of grass. He heard some footsteps and looked up. He panicked at first because he thought it was his so-called friends, but then it tuned out to be Gerald and Geraldine, going out for an unknown reason. They both noticed him and rushed to him to see if he was okay.
"Spike?" Said Geraldine. "What's wrong?"
"I'm fine." Spike replied and buried his face again.
"You seem upset." Said Gerald. "Would you like to come inside with us and talk about it?"
Spike didn't really reply but just have out a sad "Uh-huh"
"Okay. Come on, let me give you a paw." Said Gerald. He gently picked him up and placed him on his back. He baby dragon just laid on his back all depressed.
"So, could you tell us what's wrong?" Asked Geraldine softly.
Spike sniffled in his quiet sobbing and replied "well, I didn't reveal you guys, or the Dragonists, but I told off Twilight and the others off, and told the, how much I hate them and how I wished they would just die." He pouted
"You did that? Wow dude, I'm impressed." Said Gerald.
"And it's good that you didn't tell the, about us. Good job." Geraldine added.
The baby dragon wiped a tear from his face. "Thanks." Was all he remarked.
"So, why are you feeling down?" Asked Gerald
"Well, I just.... Hate them all and.... And..." Spike didn't really want to admit his shame so he said "I don't really want to discuss that. It's too painful."
"Oh. Alright."
"Well we are proud of you for showing some backbone at princess Twilight and the others." Said Geraldine. "Once again, good job."
Spike felt a tad bit better and said "thanks, guys. I jut hope we can finally get rid of them."
"Ah, Torygg and the others below us are already planning on invading the Crystal Epmire sometime soon. Right sis?"
"Right, bro."
"Really? How are all those letters coming along?" Spike asked. Remembering the plan involving giving every letter to the citizens and guards of the Crystal Empire.
"We are all finished. We will sent them out in a little while." Geraldine replied.
"Perfect!" Spike exclaimed feeling more better than before.
"I know. We will finally make our strike on Celestia for what they did to you." Gerald remarked
"And Twilight and the pony gang too. Don't forget about them." Spike pointed
"Right you are."
They went downstairs in the catacombs and were already back in the lair. "So, I'm wondering: what were you guys doing out there?" Spike asked
"Oh, we were about to look for you but then you saved us the trouble by coming to us." Geraldine blinked.
"Oh. Okay. Well, I would like to make a suggestion a out the invasion if you don't mind."
"Sure, Spike. You're the one who's gonna be king after all. What is it?" Said Gerald
"Do you think we can strike at nighttime? It would be a little more safer for us to strike there, and.... Besides, it's the oldest trick in the book." Spike suggested
"Yeah. We're there with you." Geraldine agreed.
"Yep. Sounds perfect, little buddy."
Spike smiled and then thought of something devious to do to the married couple that rule over the city that is his sole place of worshiping of a god. He decided that he should just wait and confront the, personally on the following night.
"Ah, Spike, there you are." Said a voice. It was Jack the lead minotaur of the militia. "I was just looking for you."
"Oh, hey Jack. What do you want?"
"We would like to know how you would want the letters to be sent to almost all of the Crystal Empire." The Minotaur replied.
"Oh, I think we should go to uncle Torygg about that. He's the leader of you guys." Spike reminded
"Ah. I see. Very well. Gaston, Tyrus, Imari, and the others might want to be notified about this as well." Jack reminded.
"Good idea," jack then followed Gerald and Geraldine to the largest room of the sanctuary where Torygg was talking with Emerald Fang, Imari the zebra, Tyrus the satyr, and Gaston the minoboar. They were all once again, maybe talking about Spike obviously. "Lord Torygg, Spike has returned with a plan "Ah, nephew. Welcome back. All the letters are hereby finished" Torygg greeted.
"I know. These guys told me already before we came down." He was still in his in his crying voice a little. Torygg slowly formed into a frown as he noticed the look on his nephews face.
"What is the matter, nephew?" Torygg asked.
"Nothing. I'm okay, uncle Torygg. Promise." Spike replied
"Come now, Spike. Please do tell your uncle what happened. You know we are all here to help you, right?"
"Yes." The baby dragon really quietly. He got off of Gerald's back and walked up to Torygg and e other members of the circle.
"So what would be the matter, young one?" Asked Imari
"I... I told Twilight and the others off. I told how much I hated them for what they did to me!" Spike began to become a little more loudl
"Spike-" Jack said, trying to calm him down.
"They are all evil murderers, bandits, and fucking evil bitches!" Then Spike broke down into tears again. He felt the mitt hand of his uncle gently stroking his relatively small body. The others were a little concerned about his temper, even though they are proud of him for talking back to his false friends.
"There ere, nephew." Said Torygg. "Please dry your tears."
"Oui, we are very impressed with you doing that. Very proud." Gaston added
"But we do not understand why you are feeling so depressed." Said Tyrus.
"Well.... I don't know. Maybe it's because I hate the, so much I want nothing to do with them, or I have some unknown guilt inside of me." Spike sobbed
"Oh. You still have some feelings for those elements." Said Imari
"No I don't." Spike protested
"Now now, no need to be rational." Said Emerald Fang. "It's alright if you feel that way. But you must understand that they use you."
"I just wish I didn't feel so guilty, because I really want to kill them all." Spike remarked.
"Don't worry Spike. It's only a phase. It will die down soon." Said Imari.
"Indeed, mon ami. Just wait a little while." Said Gaston.
"Some things require the element of surprise."
"I know. I know. Can... Can I at least come with you to the Crystal Empire, Emerald. I... i want them to believe me if they don't." Spike asked. "Many of them will, but I worry that there are some that don't believe me. Besides, it does get along of visitors after all. So, we might as well make sure that no one from ponyville, Canterlot, Manehattan or any other place like that hears about this."
"Way ahead of you." said Emerald Fang. "We'll keep it discrete from anypony else that are not Crystal ponies."
"Yeah, they'll listen to anything you would instruct them to do." Gerald added.
"Oh! and what about your appearance, Emerald. Many ponies are scared of dragons that are not Spike after all." the other griffon twin thought.
"Way ahead of that too, Geraldine. I'll just transform myself into a regular pony and blend in. I am the master of disguise after all." Then Emerald poofed himself into a regular, normal, everyday stallion that looked like a perfect copy of one.
"Oh yeah. Heh. I guess it will work then."
"Of course it will." Emerald gloated with pride.
"right, well, you should be training with your new blade some more, Spike. The longer you train, the better you will be with it." Torygg suggested.
"Okay." Spike grabbed his green sword and went into the training room to practice. Tyrus, Gaston, and Jack followed him there to be training partners to spar with.
While Rarity was still at Twilight's castle still comforting her about the loss of Spike's, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack arrived in Canterlot to talk to Princess Celestia about what Spike was talking when he was angry at them all.
"Rainbow Dash, are you still angry at Spike?" Fluttershy asked her as they were all walking
"Of course I am." Rainbow retorted. "I can't believe Spike just did that to us, and Twilight. Why the hell would Spike say those things and make Twilight cry anyway?"
"Calm down, Rainbow. I know that was mean of him, but I am sure there was an explanation for that."
"I know. That... wasn't like Spike at all." Fluttershy
"I know! we got to do something about this." Pinkie added.
"And what he said about Celestia killing his parents, that was just crazy talk." Rainbow said. "Celestia would never do something like that. She has a pure heart in her"
"I know, i'm not saying I agree with you, Rainbow." said Applejack.
"Celestia might be the only one that can help him out and talk with him about this." Fluttershy stated
Rainbow Dash gave a sigh. "Yeah. You're right. I doubt that Princess Celestia did that to Spike's mom and dad anyway."
"Only one way to find out for sure." Applejack reminded. They all went in front of the castle front doors with two guards standing on one side of them.
"Ah, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash." said one guard. "What brings you here to Canterlot?"
"And where are Twilight and Rarity?" asked another.
The four mares frowned with sadness. "That's why we are here, sirs." said Fluttershy.
"Are they ill? did they catch some disease?" asked a guard, starting to become deathly scared of what might happened?"
"No no no. It's not that." said Applejack. "It involves Spike, and.... we really need to talk to Celestia about it. Spike through a fit and made Twilight cry, so Rarity is back home trying to make her feel better."
"Yeah, so can you let us in? This is really important" Rainbow begged.
"Oh certainly. Come right in. Open the gates!" The guard ordered. Th double sided doors slowly opened until there was a small bang that echoed in the hallway inside. The four stepped inside the castle and walked upstairs until they went into the throne room where Celestia and Luna were sitting.
"Ah, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack." Celestia said in her motherly voice. However, she noticed so,etching was amiss for she also recognized the absence of Twilight and Rarity.
"Your majesties. We got a problem." Said Applejack while she and the others bowed to the to allicorns.
"What's wrong and, where are Twilight and Rarity?" Asked Celestia.
"That's why we are here, Princess." Rainbow sighed.
"Twilight is feeling.... Really depressed to say it nicely." Fluttershy stated.
"It's Spike. He was absolutely angry with us. All of us." Pinkie stated
The two princess' looked at eachother for a brief moment then looked at the four mares in front of them again.
"What happened?" Asked Luna
"Well, he said that we just treat him like a slave, and he cursed at all of us." Fluttershy answered. "You... Probably do not want to know what he said to us."
"Let's just say they were..... Dirty." Rainbow added
"What else?" Celestia asked becoming more concerned.
"He said that we are not really his friends and that we just use him as a slave, but that is the exact opposite of true." Pinkie pointed.
"And he had this really weird idea of you killing his parents before he was born." Said Rainbow with a scoff
Celestia was stunned and shocked to here what Rainbow just said. She never thought that somepony would bring up the things she was never proud of.
Luna was as equally stunned as her older sister was and didn't utter a word. They both had their mouths slightly agape with shock and horror
"Your majesties?" Said Applejack. "You okay?"
Celestia finally replied by saying. "My little ponies, let us show you all something."
"What do you mean?" Asked Pinkie.
The larger princess sighed with sadness and bowed her head in an unknown shame. "One thousand years ago, months before I had to banish Luna, there was a place called Dracotopolis. It was a place where all dragons can settle in. Dragons were not always the greedy monsters you see them now."
"What about it?" Asked Rainbow Dash
"Well, it was where Ponyville is. It was a long way back before Ponyville was founded by the Apple family." Luna stated. "We had mutual relationships with the dragon rulers. King Green Claws, and Queen Purple Scales."
"Those were Spike's parents?" Asked Fluttershy
"Yes." Celestia flatly replied. "I... I did something very wrong."
They all gasped with horror. "You actually did kill his parents?!" Rainbow shouted in shock.
"How could you?!" Fluttershy angrily said
"We were trying to find ways to benefit our people when we couldn't find any agreement on anything. We did not want to, but we had no choice. They forced it upon themselves for us to.... Teach them a lesson. Me and my sister." She began to shed a tear. "We did execute the king and queen."
They all gasped
"How could you do such a thing?!" Fluttershy exclaimed. "You are a horrible princess!"
"Fluttershy calm down." Said Applejack.
"She wasn't finished." Luna stated.
"Thank you, Luna. We both did a horrible thing. We were really guilt stricken and spend nights wishing we can take it back, but we couldn't."
Fluttershy was the one that was the most mad out of the four. "You are both evil! You two call yourselves princess'? Oh, how I wish I can just take large hammer and just-"
"That's enough, Fluttershy." Said Applejack. "What's in the last is done."
"Yeah, Shy. Calm down." Said Rainbow Dash.
"We are really sorry of we did that, Fluttershy. We are sorry to all of you for this." Said Celestia. "We just wanted to help our race. I found Spike's egg and decided to keep him safe with me from any harm."
"It was all our fault we turned dragons into greedy demons." Luna adde
"I can't believe this!" Said Pinkie Pie.
"Well, we might talk about this later, Celestia. I don't even know if I can even ever forgive you for this!" Fluttershy said
"That's no way to talk to the princess'!" Said an angry guard to her.
"Sargent, please. Leave us." Celestia calmly ordered.
"Very well, your majesty," said the guard as he went out of the throne room.
"Maybe we can help you find him and we can talk to him." Said Luna
"I think you helped quite enough, Nightmare Moon!" Said Fluttershy, continuing her spitting on the princess'. She mushed her face against Celestia's. "you don't even deserve to live for what you both did." Se felt Rainbow Dash restraining her.
"Come on Flutters. Calm down." Said Rainbow, struggling to keep her under control.
Fluttershy sighed in sadness, realizing that cursing at the princess' would get herself nowhere but hurting herself. "We'll deal with you evil strumpets later."
"Fluttershy!" Applejack scolded.
"Yes, I said it."
"Enough!" Said Luna.
"Luna's right. We need to go find him and talk some sense into him if we can." Celestia said.
"Of course we'll find him. We have to." Said Rainbow.
"Well, come on y'all. Let's get our friend back." Applejack instructed proudly
Despite talking to the princess' the four felt really guilt stricken about what they thought was treating Spike like a slave all these years of him being a so-called "assistant to Twilight and them. They all went out of the room, and hoped on the train back to Ponyville.
Spike was with Emerald Fang and was explaining to Torygg how he and his new friends/army managed to kill Cadence, drive out Shining Armor and that the Dragonists have a new ally by their side. "That's how we did it, I feel like I am a new dragon." He said
"Good good. You are doing wonderful, nephew."
"Just three more, and all of Equestria will be ours, you will be it's kind-hearted and noble king," Emerald Fang added. Spike smiled.
Then unexpectedly, he felt something like something was not right. It was like one half of himself was very proud that he was about to get his revenge, bit the other felt like he was.... guilty.
"Is everything alright, Spike?" Asked Jack
"Yeah, but I feel..... i feel like I shouldn't have killed Cadence like that. I just have a feeling that it was wrong of me to do."
"Oh come on, Spike. Remember what we told you, she deserved to die as for the other princess' for ruining our race and taking our homeland for themselves." Said a blue male dragon.
"Indeed, nephew." said Torygg. "you shouldn't be guilt-stricken about it, you should be proud and joyful."
"I am. I am. But, I just feel this guilt somehow. What is wrong with me?"
"It is nothing to fear about. You still have a few close ties with your old so-called friends. Don't worry, Spike. These ties will die down soon. I know they will."
"But, uncle Torygg, what if they don't go away? I never want anything to do with that evil bitch Celestia ever again." the baby dragon noted
"There's no need to call for foul language, Spike." said Torygg. "But, if they really do not die down, they we will do what we can to help you. We promise." All the dragons zebras, resistance ponies, and other types of ponies in the room nodded their head and said that they will support him all the way too.
Spike was really touched and felt more appreciated then ever by all his new supporters. Perhaps he has nothing to be ashamed of, although he still has this small amount of guilt within himself. He Wondered If Killing Cadence was worth it, and he decided that it was.
"Well, Spike. I think we should train some more." Said Geraldine and looked at her twin brother. "What do you think, bro?
"I think he does, sister." He replied.
Jack the Minotaur stepped in and said "of course he does. He is going to be a king soon, and he needs all the knowledge he needs about swordplay. Roght, kiddo?"
"Right. Let's go." Spike said in upbeat.
"Oh, don't forget about us, mon ami." Said Gaston with Tyrus.
"And me." Imari added.
"Right."
"I am very certain that Spike will be one of the greatest swordsdragon someday." said Torygg proudly
"I agree, boss." said Emerald Fang
Then Spike went with his sparring partners for his training, but that small amount of guilt did not go away however.
Way far on the outskirts of the Crystal Empire, where the grass is green, Shining Armor teleported in a valley with Flash Sentry. He didn't know what to do now, now that Cadence is dead, he was truly heartbroken. He looked at the corpse of his wife.
"We're safe General Shining. What are we going to do now?" he noticed Shining looking at Cadence's body. "Shining?"
"I... I can't believe you're gone." he said in tears. "You were one of the greatest things that's ever happen to me besides my baby sister. "You were a great foalsitter to her." he buried his face on her and sobbed.
Flash went up to him for some comfort. "General, are you alright?"
All Shining did was nod a "No" while still sobbing in her corpse. He lifted his face back up with tears streaming down his face like a waterfall of sadness. "there's only one thing left to do."
"What's that?"
Then the white unicorn prince conjured a sword and aimed it at himself. Flash knew what he was trying to do, so he panicked and intervened by taking the sword away from him. "Let go!" Shining begged. "I can't live without my beautiful wife!"
"Shining, No! Come to your senses! I understand how you feel but- ah!- Suicide is not the answer!" Shining struggle in vain trying to commit suicide, but Flash is trying so hard not to allow that to happen.
"He took Cadence away from me!" the white stallion exclaimed.
"I know! I'm just as sad as you are, but please!"
After countless efforts of trying, Shining slowly gave in. He put the sword down, and sighed sadly. "I'm so sorry." he sobbed into Flash Sentry while hugging him.
"It's okay, sir. It's alright."
"I don't understand." he said. "Why would Spike do this? I knew Imari, but who the fuck were these other guys that called him a king?"
"I don't know. This is nothing like Spike at all. This is not the nice and kind baby dragon we all know in love, that's for sure."
"That's what I am thinking. I don't even recall such bullshit when Spike said Celestia killed his parents." Shining looked at his wife's corpse again. "I'm so sorry, Cadence." he let one more tear escape his face before giving her a kiss on her lips.
"Shining, everything will be alright. We.... we just need to find Celestia and Luna and tell them what happened to us."
"Everything is not alright." Shining said. "I lost my own wife to Spike and this resistance group who view Celestia and Luna as traitors. Cadence was one of my reasons for living."
"General, please. Calm down. We need to give her a proper burial."
"No! Nothing like that!" He snapped. In a calmer voice, Shining said "I want to hold Cadence with me forever."
"Cadence is gone, Shining. Please, come to your senses."
"But i'll die without her."
"Don't say that. Open your eyes. Let's just find Twilight, and her friends, let them know what is going on, then we'll see what we can do about Spike and those traitors. Alright?"
"You're right, Flash. My question is why? Why is this happening?"
"I wish I knew. Do you think we can teleport all the way to Ponyville or Canterlot maybe?"
"No, every unicorn has his or her limits when it comes to traveling long distances with their magic." Shining replied sadly. "We could always teleport every few miles, but right now, we'love have to travel on foot. Meantime, we'love have to carry Cadence with us, Flash. I want everypony to see what just happened.
"That sounds a little crude, but you're right. Showing them the body would be a good idea. besides, we can't take the train home because the crystal ponies will follow us to Celestia."
"That's true, and I would never really forgive myself if Celestia, Luna, and Twilight were killed. I may have lost my poor Cadence back there, but I am not losing Twilight, too!" he sounded very vengeful and had a newborn hatred for Spike for what he did now."
"Here here. But what about encountering more of those guys along the way? Like an ambush maybe?"
Shining sighed "then, we'll, we'll just have to improvise. Now come on, we need to get moving."
"Right." Then Flash helped his superior pick up the corpse of the princess of love and walked to the direction where Ponyville was.
It was night in the secret lair. Spike was resting a nice bedroom that his uncle made for him. It was like a royal bedroom almost as royal as Celestia and Luna's bedroom. He yawned and look out the window. He could almost hear the sweet ocean waves of victory avenging his parents and his family's deaths.
His training made him better and better using a sword. He was feeling more and more prepared for anything that might get in his way, and soon, Celestia will be stricken down just like Cadence.
However, the conflict within himself that he told his uncle and his other comrades about. He was a little angry at himself for thinking such nonsense. "Why am I still thinking about this? Cadence knew about what Celestia did to me, she deserved it!" he thought. "Ah, I'm sure I just need to recharge my batteries to forget about this." he yawned and went into bed, already snoring a few moments after.
In his dream, he was in nothing but in emptiness and just a misty dimension with absolutely nothing but himself.
"Weird, I was expecting something to be real." he said. "Hello?" he called out into the void.
"Spike." said a voice. The baby dragon turned around and it was Cadence. He was shocked, and believed that she is a ghost of some sort since he dealt away with her in he Crystal Empire.
"You?!" he exclaimed. "What the hell are you doing here? I killed you!" he felt that burning rage returning to him. He wished he had his sword but it was only a dream.
"Spike." said Cadence. "Please, listen to me. I want to speak with you."
"We have nothing to talk about you double-crossing bitch!" he snapped at her harshly. "You and the others don't treat me like a friend! you all don't care about me!" he turned away from her.
"Listen. Please." she put a hoof on his shoulder, but he swiped it away
"Don't touch me!"
"I know how angry you are, but please hear me out."
"Fine." he said flatly, but still in an angry tone. "What do you want?"
"We understand that you hate Celestia and Luna and Me for what happened to your parents, but that was in the past. We would spend nights wishing we could take it back and do something, but we can't."
Spike scoffed "Ha! yeah right. My life was nothing but a lie. I never had any real friends, you all treat me like a slave, as if you all think I don't even fuckin' exist!"
"That's not true." said the ghost of the princess. "Twilight and her friends love you, and the same thing with all of Ponyville and Canterlot."
"I don't believe you! That's a damn lie!"
"No it isn't. I promise you it is not a lie. Twilight loves you with all her heart like a you are her little brother."
"Sure she does." Spike said sarcastically. "Twilight says that, but she doesn't mean it. I know they all do not mean it."
"What I am trying to say is I am really sorry if you feel this way. I understand why you hate us now, and I wish I can just make it right for you. I beg for your forgiveness."
"No! My life is a joke with you guys, besides I have new real friends now, and they will make me their king."
"I see." Said Cadence very sadly. "If i cannot convince you, i understand, and I will not stop you. But please, remember, we all love you."
"Just go away before I kick you out!" He said sharply.
"Goodbye, Spike. Remember that I am here for you."
"Why would you want to be here for me, after I killed you?" He heard no answer then turned around to see her spirit gone. "Hmph. Good riddance." He woke up suddenly and looked around the room, feeling a little more guilt within himself thanks to the dream. "Need to sleep." He thought, then Spike slowly drifted off into sleep once more.
Celestia's Death Sentence
The next day, Spike was still asleep, however, it was the exact opposite of peaceful. In his la-la land, he was dreaming about the day he was pranked on April fools and how his so called friends and all of Ponyville were laughing like evil demons with distorted faces and evil red eyes. He tossed and turned with fright.
"Spike!" said a voice. It was Jack the minotaur leader. He was rubbing him to stop the nightmare. "Spike wake up!"
then the baby dragon woke with a fright. "What what what?" he said. "Oh." then he calmed down. "Jack, it's just you." he slowly got out of bed and tried to look professional and not shaken.
"Are you okay, kid?"
"Yeah. I... I mean no. I had a nightmare about the prank that everypony in Ponyville did to me. God! I just hope I get to teach them all a lesson for treating me like a slave over the years."
"Ah-ha, that's exactly what Torygg would like to talk to you about." the minotaur pointed.
"Really? What about it?" Spike asked curiously
"Come, come with me." Then the baby dragon followed the hulking minotaur out of his bedroom to the large room that Torygg would usually spend in most of the time.
The large gold dragon was happy to see his nephew as usual and smiled. Emerald Fang was with him, and so was the other top leaders of the rebellion. "Ah, Spike hello. Just the dragonling I was looking for." He said in a humble voice
"Hello, Uncle Torygg." The baby dragon replied
Torygg noticed that he didn't sound very happy with that tone of voice, and made a small frown. "You sound a little troubled, nephew." He said. "Are you aright?"
"Yeah. I.. I mean... no." The baby dragon admitted. "I... had a nightmare about the prank everypony pulled on me on April Fools day just before I came here for the first time, and looked really evil."
The large gold dragon gently stoked him with his finger. "Do not worry, Spike. It was all just a nightmare. Besides, our time to strike will be sooner than you think?"
"Really? You mean u might kill Celestia today?"
"Well no." Torygg admitted. "Tomorrow or two to three days for now would be a greater chance."
"Oh."
Emerald Fang cleared his throat, and said "We have just received word that all of the nations outside of Equestria on our side said that they were all ready and help establish a democratic republic."
"That's awesome news!" Then he had a thought. "What about Shining Armor and Flash Sentry? They escaped from us, remember? They'll tell Celestia, Twilight, and the others about what we did, and then we will all be tried and executed for 'high treason' in Equestria."
"Do not worry, Spike. Leave that to us." Said Imari. "I left Shining wounded after our last battle. He can do nothing for Celestia now in this state."
Gerald stepped in and said "well, it's like our dad always said "never underestimate our enemies even if they are crippled permanently."
"Indeed yes." Said Jack. "Perhaps we should get rid of the 'rat in the walls' before they can spread the disease."
"You mean I can kill them?" Spike asked
"If yoy would like to." Said Emerald Fang. "But I would rather prefer of Gaston and Tyrus took care of it. They are masters of stealth after all."
"Aw, come on. I really want to attack them." Spike begged. "If I kill Shining, Twilight will be devastated and I would so like to see the expression on her face when she sees what I did. Besides, I want Celestia to know that it's me."
"That's very noble of you, kid." Said Jack. "But these things take time."
"I know. But please let me help you guys." The baby dragon begged.
"Don't worry, Spike." Tyrus said.
"Oui, Spike." Gaston added. "Moi and Tyrus have got everything under control. We'll make sure that pretty boy and his friend will not get to Celestia. We promise."
"Oh alright." Spike said reluctantly yet calmly. "So, what are we going to do next, uncle Torygg?" The baby dragon asked curiously
"Ah, i think you will love what we are going to do next." Torygg pointed
"What's that?"
Torygg smiled "we are going to give Celestia a message. A message of retribution for what she did to our proud race."
Spike was starting to like the idea as well. He asked "what should we write on it?"
"Well, you are the one who is going to give it to her."
"What should I write?"
"Here is what you will do." Emerald whispered into his ear and the baby dragon grew a large, grinch-like smile on his face.
It was much later in the day, like almost in the evening. While Gaston and his friend Tyrus were taking care of Shining and Flash Sentry, Spike was right outside of Ponyville. He was nervous, yet excited to do what Torygg asked him to do for Celestia.
He didn't have his sword with him, but he was fine with that, because Emerald Fang will come to him to get him out of there when he is finished giving Celestia the thing
"Okay Spike." he thought to himself. "You can do this. Do it for your uncle, and your parents. Celestia must die." He took a breath and slowly walked back to town. When he was back in town, he was staying strong and was keeping his wits about. "Just keep walking, just keep walking."
"Spike?" said a voice. He turned around in alarm and there was Twilight. Celestia, Luna, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and their friends were with them.
A large rage grew up inside of him as he was looking at the princess for what she and her sister did to his parents. "Guys." he said begrudgingly.
"You're back!" Twilight was so happy to see him She tried to hug him but was pushed away by him
"Get away from me, so-called friend." he said
"Spike. Are... are you alright?" Twilight asked
The baby dragon replied sarcastically "Well, despite the fact that I know you all just use me like a tool, i'm just fine." He looked at Celestia. "You." he said menacingly. "We finally meet again, Celestia."
Celestia sighed and had some guilt inside of her. "Spike, please listen to me." she said
"No, you listen you evil bitch!" he snapped at her. Everyone gasped at what he just said. Minus the princess of the sun, of course.
"How dare you talk to my sister like that!" Luna said. She was about to teach the baby dragon some manners, but was stopped by her older sibling
"Peace, sister. Let me handle this." Celestia told her.
"You killed my mommy and daddy, and you sold me into slavery to them!" he pointed his finger to his so-called friends. "You taken everything from me!" he began to shed a few tears from his eyes. "I hate you!"
Everypony was saddened and shocked by how he is ranting Celestia and all of them about his supposed parents death.
"You murderer!" called a male voice. Everypony looked and it was Shining Armor, being helped by Flash Sentry.
"I thought Gaston and Tyrus took care of them?" Spike thought to himself. The white unicorn stallion looked gravely injured while Flash suffered more minor wounds. The Corpse of Cadence was no longer with them for an unknown reason.
"Shining! Flash!" Twilight exclaimed with great alarm, she rushed towards her brother and comforted him. "What happened to you? And... where's Cadence?"
"She's.... dead." he coughed as he wheezed his breath.
"What?" Twilight said. She felt her heart breaking hearing the news. "How did this happen?"
Shining coughed again. "Spike happened."
"What?" Twilight was shocked more than ever. She looked at him with tears ready to form.
"Spike killed my beautiful wife, and... the Crystal Empire turned against us. His... henchmen came and ambushed me and Flash, but we.... scared them off."
"It wasn't easy, Princess." Flash said. "We had to walk all the way over here for help."
"Put me down, Flash. Please."
Then the orange pegasus dis what his superior told him to for and sat him down on the ground gently. Twilight gently held his face with her hooves.
"Princess Celestia." said Shining. "I am so sorry."
Twilight looked at Spike with more tears streaming down his face "Spike...." she said "How could you?"
"You all treated me like a slave and use me, how many times do i have to tell you that?" he replied. "Not to mention that prank. Now, I am going to return the favor."
"Why Cadence?" Applejack said in an angry voice. "Huh?!"
"Yeah, what did she ever do to you?" Rainbow added
"She knew about what Celestia did all too well. She didn't even bother telling me. As for Shining, well, he was in the way."
"You murderer!" Luna exclaimed. "That was a new low for you, Spike."
"No! it was a new low for when you and your sister killed my parents."
"Spike, please, just hear us out. We know what we did was wrong."
"You did kill his parents?" Lyra asked in shock. A lot of ponies were shocked as well, how can their beloved princess ever do such a thing to a baby dragon.
"Yes Lyra. And we are so sorry about that."
"Ha! It's too late for sorry." Spike retorted. "I... have something I want to give you."
"Don't do it, your majesty, he's going to kill you too!" Shining warned
"Shut up." Spike said to him.
"Just rest, Shining." said Celestia "Just hold out your hoof, and I promise I will not kill you." He walked up to the princess and she held her hoof out just like Spike ordered her too, and then he gave her a piece of paper with a red circle on it.
"There, now, my work here is done." Spike said "This is what a so-called great leader is! She is a murderer, nothing me, so chew on that when I kill you all!" Celestia had a look of horror on her face as she was looking at the scrap of paper. Then Emerald Fang came and was ready to get Spike out of there "enjoy yourselves, and consider it your last moments, because you will all pay for what you did to me?"
"You traitor!" Rainbow charged at them, but they disappeared before she could land a blow on them.
"Now what are we going to do, princess?" Pinkie said. "You majesty?" the white allicorn was too stunned to even move or say anything back to her
Finally, she said in terror "The red spot."
"The red what?"
"Red Spot." Shining added. "It's.... it's...." then unexpectedly, He died right on the spot. Turns out his wounds were too serious that they took a toll on him.
"Shining?" Twilight said, ready to burst into tears. "NNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" she cried.
"Twilight!" said Rarity. "He's dead, please. There is nothing you can do!" she tried to get Twilight off of him, but failed
"No!" Twilight exclaimed. "He's my brother!" She sobbed into her older sibling.
Celestia and Luna bowed their head in a moment of silence, as did many ponies in town. Fluttershy on the other hand, believes that everything was her and her friends fault. She just wished she can go talk to Spike and tell him that she is sorry. If only her friends would feel the same as well. She just watched Twilight still sobbing into her brother while Flash Sentry was comforting her as much as he can
"This cannot be." said Luna. "How does he know about the Red Spot?"
"I don't know." then a thought came to her. She remembered facing a dragon that had immense power and recognized that green dragon that teleported Spike with him. "Or I think.... I do." She knew Torygg perhaps? Yes, it was coming to her.
"What shall we do?" Asked Luna.
"We will have to improvise and stop Spike from slaying me and taking over Equestria." For once in a long time over a millennium in fact, she was very terrified than she ever had been before. Nevertheless, she was determined to outwit her enemies and help Spike.
"Your majesty, what is the red spot exactly?" Flash Sentry asked
"It's.... a princess' death sentence by an old law that I abolished after We had the conflict with the dragons."
"What?" They all exclaimed, even Twilight as she stopped her crying for her lost.
"You mean, he is going to kill you?" Rainbow asked.
"Yes. He is too driven with revenge, hate, and anger. We need to find a way to stop this madness and help Spike."
"Right. Then we will give him a death sentence and see how he likes it!" Rainbow said
"No!" Fluttershy protested. "He's just a baby dragon."
"A baby dragon who just killed a princess and her husband." Rainbow argued.
"Because of us!" Fluttershy exclaimed.
"Enough! Both of you!" Luna ordered. "Are you not aware that Spike has given my sister an old traditional death sentence?"
"She's right." Said Applejack.
"After what he just did, I don't think I will never forgive him!" Rainbow retorted
"That is just like you, Rainbow." Fluttershy said. "You always have a big ego over your brain and your heart. Besides, I think you would make a terrible Wonderbolt!"
"What?!" Rainbow exclaimed with great offense. She and Fluttershy pushed into their faces against one another,gritting their teeth.
"Enough!!" Celestia shouted.
Fluttershy huffed and she said "I need to calm down. If anypony needs me, I will be in the meadow."
"Fine by me." Rainbow said as crossed her arms in anger.
"Oh dear, I think we should go talk to her." Rarity suggested
"Me two." Applejack added
"In a more serious tone, Pinkie said "me three." Then they trotted after Fluttershy.
"Twilight, I am so sorry about Shining." Rainbow said with Sympathy.
"He... was a good stallion." She said, wiping a tear from her eye. She saw another tear fall on the body of her brother and looked away. "Why?" She said quietly. "Why would you do this, Spike?"

I should tell you this chapter might contain OOC in the characters of it.
In Canterlot, A funeral was happening, for Shining Armor and Cadence. Besides Twilight, there were many ponies crying and mourning for the loss of Equestria's best couple. Rainbow was sad that her lifelong friend Fluttershy did not attend this tragic moment. Discord was there, and even Prince Blueblood was there to attend this along with Fancy Pants and Fleur De Lis. Celestia and everypony bowed their heads in silence. "Everypony." Celestia began her speech. "We must always remember that Shining Armor and Princess Cadence died for every one of us." They all became saddened again. "They were loyal to Equestria and their subjects, and protect us with their love. Their spirits are living at peace together as one. Now, how did this happen you all wonder?..... They were killed. By Spike."
Everypony who didn't know that was shocked and surprised. They wondered how could a nice and sweet baby dragon commit such a heinous act like this.
"He was the one that killed them, for he is really angry with us. All of us." Celestia continued. Of course, she did blame herself for all of this happening. "This is my fault." many ponies murmured to themselves. They then thought to themselves how could this be the greatest mare in Equestria's fault? "I have done a very Terrible thing one thousand years ago. I killed Spike's parents for control over this land"
They all went from confused to shocked. Twilight cried more on Rarity's shoulder, feeling both depressed and guilt stricken. "Oh shush." Rarity said really softly to her close friend. The purple allicorn felt Applejack place a hoof on her shoulder to comfort her.
"And now, Spiie has turned the Crystal Empire against us all, and they fight for him. He gave me the red spot for what I did."
"A old pony's death sentence." Luna added
"Exactly. Now he wants to kill me out of revenge, and he will not stop until he has succeded. He will be the king if I fall from grace, but don't worry. All hope is not lost."
They all looked at her. Maybe she might have a solution.
"I think I know why he is doing this. He is affiliated with an old enemy of mine from a millennia ago. I will find the one for turning Spike against us, and he will pay for what he made our favorite baby dragn do."
Everypony felt a small boost of confidence growing back inside themselves. Twilight however, was not that convinced, for she was to deep in her broken heart.
"And we might find Fluttershy to help her understand." Luna said to her sister quietly.
"I'm sure we will, sister." Celestia however, wasn't that certain of that, and worried that Fluttershy was too angry to even think about reconsideration with her friends.
"Don't worry, princess' we will help you all the way." Applejack said proudly.
"Twilight, please. We know how you feel, but you got to pull yourself together." Rainbow reassured. "We will find Spike and Fluttershy"
The purple allicorn finally stopped her crying and slowly lifted her head tall. "I.... I know." She said, wiping a few remaining tears from her face.
"Where will even find him?" Rarity asked
Celestia and Luna were thinking about where he would vanish to. "We don't know." Said Luna. "But one ing is for sure. He would nt go to far."
"Can't kill for trying." Pinkie noted
"Right." Then Luna remembered a spell and had an idea from it. "Oh wait. My night vision spell." She said
"Night vision spell?" Asked Rainbow
Celestia also started to remember and think that it just might work. "Oh yes. That would be very useful."
"What is this night vision spell used for?" Applejack asked
"It helps me enhance my eyesight to hel me look through footsteps of where somepony was standing and it will take me where he has gone."
"That sounds like a brilliant idea." Rarity said. "We can use that."
"Don't forget about a fluttershy." Twilight noted
"Of course. We would never forget about her." Applejack said
"Well then, it is settled. We will find him around the outskirts of Ponyville and see if we can find him with my sister's power." Celestia stated. "Rainbow, you and the others can come with me."
"Awesome. I can't wat to kick this mastermind's ass." Rainbow said in a very upbeat tone.
Then Celestia looked on below the mountain, and saw Ponyville from a far distance. "You should never have done this, Torygg. We will find you, and your followers and put in end to this chaos." She thought. She looked at the others again "everypony, listen. This mastermind is named Torygg. He is a very large adult dragon. I have dealt with hm before, but he escaped before I could have defeated him."
"You think we can take him on?" Asked Pinkie
"I don't know. A pair of princess' like me and my sister have our limits. Our magic might not be able to stop this mighty dragon."
"We'll help you take him down for you." Said Applejack. "We will give that varmint what for."
"We have to be careful. I can assure you that we will not be alone on our meeting with him. He has followers that hate me as much as he does."
"Nothing we can't handle."
"Don't get Cocky, Rainbow." Luna reprimanded. "He has more followers than you think he has. He even has some dragon friends of his own working with hm."
"Luna is right. We probably might not win on this one. Besides, we want to know what he and Spike are planning together. Oh, and one more thing I should say, he has a right hand minion named Emerald Fang, who has very magical powers like Discord does.
Then out of a magical cloud, the master of chaos appeared in the flesh. "Wait, don't forget about me. You might need my help too. Emerald Fang is a nemesis of mine." Discord stated.
"Good idea, Discord." Said Twilight confidentially. Yes, she has felt some confidence slowly growing back inside of her.
"Yeah, and maybe when they all try to attack, we can just get out of there no problem." Rainbow added.
"Perfect."
"Perfect. We must go now." Celestia said. "Blueblood, you are in charge for now."
Then the pompous white stallion made a big smile. "I have waited a long time for this." He said.
"Follow me. We are getting our friends back." Celestia stated. Then they all rushed to Ponyville to begin their search
Back in the hideout, Everyone was more than excited and confident on killing Celestia and taking over Equestria to a new order. Meanwhile, Spike was writing in his journal. He was writing
Princess Cadence and Shining Armor were dead. Celestia grows more afraid of me, which is good, because I want her to be scared of me for anything I might throw at her when she is finally killed with her blood staining my sword. She will pay for all the pain that she caused me in my life. They will all pay for what they have done to me. Meantime, me and my new army should get ready for battle. Now that everypony knows, me, Emerald Fang, and my uncle Torygg decided to take action and attack. Turns out the time is right to fulfill my revenge. Mom, dad, I swear to you, I will have avenge you. Wherever you are in the sky, I hope you will watch me and see how proud you are of me.
Then he concluded his little book. Indeed, turns out the time has come for him to mortally strike Celestia at last. As he had written in his little journal, he and everyone are preparing for war and waiting form support to the other countries that pledged it to him and his allies. Of course, Celestia does have supporters of her own all over the earth. Despite dragons and many powerful creatures by his side, he knew it would not be completely easy.
Nevertheless, he went back to his uncle's chamber and went to talk to him about the plan and how it will work precisely. "Uncle Torygg?" he said to him. Just like that, the large gargantuan dragon looked at him, as did Emerald Fang, who was beside him as he would normally be.
"Ah, Spike, what is it, nephew?" he asked
"So, do you think this plan might work?" he asked nervously
"Well, You may have slain Cadence and Shining Armor, but we both know that Celestia, and Luna are far more powerful.
"Yeah. That's true."
"But it does not mean we cannot give up on hope on trying to take back Equestria and restore order to this land. We will strike tomorrow. I promise you."
Then the confidence was back inside the baby dragon. Then a minoboar soldier rushed to them. "Torygg, there is a yellow pegasus outside the lair. She says she wants to see Spike."
Spike then recognized this pegasus in particular. "Does she have a pink mane and look really adorable?"
"Yeah. How do you know?" asked the creature.
"I know her. That's Fluttershy"
"Oh. One of your ex-friends eh? Just say the word Spike and we will get rid of her." said Emerald Fang
"No. Bring her in." Spike ordered
"Bring her in? what if she is here for revenge?" The Minoboar said. "What if she is a spy for Celestia to attack us out of nowhere?"
"Please, Redtusk. That is an order." Torygg said
"Y-yes sir." he replied reluctantly. Then he left the room and two minogoats walked in with Fluttershy walking between them. The yellow pegasus gasped at the sight of Torygg and her dragon phobia came back to her.
The baby dragon didn't know if he should be nice to Fluttershy because he saw how much he really does care about him, or not because she is friends with Twilight and an ally with Celestia. "Fluttershy what- what are you doing here?" Spike said to her finally.
"Well I- you see- i was..... Worried about you." The yellow pegasus replied. "I know you are angry with everypony, and I am really sorry about your mommy and daddy." She nervously pawed her hoof to the ground with guilt
"You are?" Spike asked
"Yes. I cannot believe what Celestia did to you. I want you to understand that I care about you very much."
The baby dragon was touched by this. He remembered on the day he first met Emerald and his new friends and followers, asked him if he was alright. "Well, you were in on the prank you pulled me." He retorted
"I know. And I am sorry. I just thought it would be funny since it was April Fools day."
"I didn't want to be pranked." He turned his back on her "you all thought I was such easy prey for a so-called innocent practical jokes. You all treated me like garbage when I was with all of you."
Fluttershy felt more guilty "I don't. Spike, I care about you with all my heart. Please try to understand that."
"I think you said enough, miss Fluttershy." Emerald said "I am going to have to ask you to leave."
"Peace, Emerald." Said Torygg. "Let us treat our unexpected guest with respect."
"And ummm, who are you?" Fluttershy asked him with fright
"Oh yes, I believe an introduction must be heard. My name is Torygg, Spike's uncle and leader of the Dragonists. This is my loyal bodyguard, Emerald Fang."
"Hello." Said the green dragon.
"Oh um, nice to meet you?" Fluttershy remarked nervously.
"So you were looking for me?" Spike asked
"Of course I was. You are my friend." She wrapped her arm around his shoulders. "Please. Let me help you."
Spike was thinking that maybe she was right, perhaps she does care about him so much. Maybe in fact that she wouldn't even come looking for him if she didn't care. "Well, I suppose I can trust you." He said at last
The yellow pegasus smiled.
Then Torygg felt something on his head, like a mild migraine.
"What's wrong, Torygg?" Spike asked him on worriment.
"I sense a presence that I have not felt in over one thousand years. Almost like...." Then a magical cloud appeared. Out of thin air, Celestia, and Luna. there was also Discord with Twilight, her friends, and Flash Sentry appeared in front of the mighty dragon. Several royal guards accompanied them too for protection and backup.
The baby dragon was now scared. "He did they fine me?" He said in his mind. Now the base is compromised and everypony knows where he has been all this time.
"Ah, Celestia and Luna. What a pleasant surprise. Oh and Discord, I see you are free from your stone prison."
"That's right. I am here to fight for justice, starting by bringing you to it." He said proudly.
"You have caused us enough grief and despair for one day, Torygg." Celestia said. Then she noticed Spike and Fluttershy together. She was happy to see them, but she focused more on the dragon Titan. "Torygg, you have twisted Spike's mind in hatred, and rage. We will make sure you are out to justice."
"Tut tut, Celestia. There is no need to be rational about this, what what."
"Don't you tut tut us, you monster." Luna barked.
"You have turned Spike, and the Crystal Empire against us, and betray us." Celestia added
"And my brother is dead because of you!" Twilight said in
"Twilight, Twilight, Twilight." The large dragon said "I did not harm your kind."
"Yes you did!" Rainbow shouted "you made us lost our own friend, a member of our family!"
"You guys are not my family!" Spike said. "You use me like a slave. So now that a Celestia is here, I will have my REVENGE!" He pulled out his green sword, ready to strike at the princess
"Spike, please. Come back to us. We can help you." Luna said
"We all know that's a lie, Luna." Spike said
"It is not a lie!" Twilight begged. "I can't believe you would do this to us. My number one assistant, focused and trying to kill us all." She looked at the large dragon with pure hate. "You took him away from us!" She shouted
"No, Celestia is the only one I need to worry about."
"Whatever! Look at what you have done recently!" Rainbow said.
"You and your friends mistreatment of my nephew has done that itself." Torygg firmly commented. "So it was your fault, not mine."
"Why you-!" The cyan pegasus tried to fly over to the Eragon's face to give him a black eye, but Celestia stopped her with her wing.
"No Rainbow. You know you can't take him head on."
Rainbow Dash groaned "I know, you're right." She growled silently while gritting her teeth like she was going to break them all
"Fluttershy, why are you hear?" Asked Applejack
"I was just trying to make him feel better. I can't believe you all interrupted us like this."
"He killed Shining Armor and Cadence." Rarity reminded
"Because of what she did to him."
"We know what Celestia did was wrong, and it was all in the past." Twilight said
Spike then felt his urge to hold back breaking instantly. "Which is why I am going to kill her." He was getting ready to charge at them full of zeal, but Torygg caught him,
"Easy, Spike. Now is not a good time."
"Aww, but they are standing right here?" Spike whined
"No now, let's not be so frustrated."
"What are you planning to do after you kill me, Spike?"
"I will bring back Dracotopolis, and bring a whole new, happier world for all once you are dealt with."
"Don't do this, Spike. We beg of you." Luna said
"Shut up! You will all pay for what you will do."
"And besides, we already have support from Prance, Trottingham, many Zebrican countries, and lastly the Crystal Empire to lend us support"
The princess of the sun looked more horrified. All of these countries turning against her right now? Now she didn't know what to do for she was too sad and too guilty. "What have I done?" She said.
"So you might as well forget it, we have numbers greater than yours."
"No. Never. We will not surrender the throne of Equestria's anger-driven baby dragon. We promise you, you will not get away with this Torygg."
"Oh, but we both know that I already have, Celestia. You are the ones who are finished" he snapped his fingers and a variety of many dozen guards appeared, ready to fight their enemies. "Seize them." He ordered
The soldiers clashed with Celestia and her allies. Unexpectedly, they were fighting pretty well despite being outnumbered.
A few guards were bleeding heavily, but kept on fighting.
"There is too many of them, Princess!" Twilit said after punching a griffon in the face to the ground.
"Should we help our soldiers?" Gerald and Geraldine asked Torygg.
"Oh no. They will be fine. Celestia and the others do not stand a chance against them. The twins did not like this, but obeyed his orders. They, Gaston, Tyrus, Imari, Jack and other captains watched the fight.
Discord was smacking dozens of enemies with his large flail while spinning like a tornado. He was like a bowling ball while the enemies were the pins.
"How do you like e master of chaos now?" He taunted.
"Fall back!" Celestia said. "Retreat." Then she used the magic from her horn to transport her and the others fighting with her out f the cavern.
"No! They escaped!" Spike said. He cursed under his breath and threw his sword to the ground.
"We have to go after them!" A soldier exclaimed
"No!" Torygg ordered firmly. "Do not worry about them, let them go. We will give them their rightful comeuppance with war tomorrow. For now, we need to have our rest."
Spike didn't like it, but he decided to go along with it. They all exited the room and he went to his chamber to get some sleep. Tomorrow will be war in Equestria

Revenge on the Front Line Part 1
Celestia could not sleep. She knew that Equestria will fall to Spike, who considered him a son to her since she was the one who took him in as an egg. On the following morning, at four to be exact, every guard was preparing themselves for battle that Spike declared would happen. Her heart was broken, losing the baby dragon like this. She never meant for any of this to happen, she only wanted to do right. The only emotion inside her now was intense guilt.
"Your majesty." Twilight said, who noticed her looking through her bedroom window. "Is everything alright?"
The princess was silent, but she closed her eyes as shenodded her head sideways. "No, Twilight." She said at last. "This was all my doing. I killed Spike's parents, and this is what I get for doing such an act."
"Sister. Please help us. No dragon will ever rule Equestria, especially on your throne." Luna begged. "All of Equestria is counting on us to stop this madness." Luna placed her hoof on her older sister's back to comfort her.
Twilight said "she's right. We can win. We can defeat him." She thought of Shining Armor and Cadence again. She felt like on the verge of tears of that act Spike just committed to them. She was conflicted on whether to help Spike come to his senses, or try him and send him to the dungeon for what he did to his older brother.
"How can we win?" Said Rainbow. "Prance, Trottingham, Zebrabwe, and many Zebrican countries are supporting Spike. We're easily outmatched."
"Not to mention that he turned the Crystal Empire against us." Rarity added. "Now Princess Cadence and Shining Armor are dead because of him." Rarity added.
"It's all that big Dragob's fault!" Applejack said in extreme anger.
They all shouted in agreement. "No. Torygg is partly to blame, but this was mostly my fault."
"Stop saying that, your majesty!" Rainbow begged. Then she and the others realized something. "This was our fault too."
"She's right." Twilight noted. "We pulled that prank on him that day even though he said he wanted no part of April Fool's day." Then she remembered the day that she and her friends all pulled that prank on him. How furious he was and looked. She blamed herself for what happened. "We are all to blame. We have gone too far by prancing him, and this is what we get for doing such an act."
"I know. I feel so empty inside with our little Spikey-poo turning against us like this." Rarity added. She angrily kicked at the ground as she growled "I feel like a bad mare."
"Me too." Said Applejack. "He doesn't deserve this."
"Well thanks to him, Fluttershy is against us too!" Rainbow pointed. "This is all his fault. He killed Shining armor and Princess Cadence, and it's all because of one joke?!"
"You know this isn't just about the joke." Twilight shouted. "He's right. We all treat him like property instead of a baby dragon, or a friend."
"Indeed. So this is all because of me." Said Celestia in guilt.
"We can win this, sister." Luna begged once more. "We have all our guards ready for the battle against those Dragonist traitors."
"And we will be having support from Griffonstone, Saddle Arabia, Maretonia, Yakyakistan, and others." Applejack added
"Yes, but we are still outnumbered. You all don't understand, Spike has. Umbels far larger than our own. Dragons, Minotaurs, Satyrs, many griffons, and even many of our own kind are supporting Spike in this conflict."
"Sister, we can win. Let's just prepare ourselves for battle. We defeated King Sombra without any problem, and we can do the same for Torygg and his cohorts."
Celestia was still highly reluctant and cynical about this little battle that will shortly commence, but she sighed and said "your right, we must fight. For Equestria!" They all cheered on for her, and they all went to prepare the soldiers for the fight of their lives.
Meanwhile, Spike and all of his followers were getting ready for the fight as well. He readied his sword and did a menacing growl, ready to fulfill his revenge on Celestia. He was sure that he would win, after all, not even Celestia or Luna can best an army consisting of ponies, dragons, Minotaurs, minoboars, satyrs and others.
"Spike?" Said a voice. "How are you feeling?"
"Well, I'm just about ready to fight, Fluttershy." The baby dragon replied. He made a few air slashes with his mighty blade. "Why, you okay?"
"Oh yes yes, of course." The yellow pegasus replied. "I.... Just wanted to see how you were doing, that's all."
"Thanks." Spike replied. "Hey, Flutters, listen."
"Yes?"
"I.... I thank you for being my friend with this. Really." He admitted. "I always knew you were the one friend in Ponyville that truly cared about me. You know, as a friend."
Fluttershy was touched and made an adorable smile. "Aww, thank you Spike." Then she had a change of demeanor when she frowned. "Although I.... I couldn't help the feeling of Twilight suffering like this when Shining Armor just died."
She wasn't the only one acting this way. Spike was also feeling an unexplained guilt of it. "Yeah. Me too." He admitted quietly. "He brought it upon himself." Then he nodded his head to make him think straight before he said "but Celestia killed my parents. Cadence knew and she didn't cars about me, so I returned the favor." The. He felt the small amount of anger coming back to him.
"Maybe." Fluttershy said with a little uncertainty. However, her anger towards her friends did not go away. "I still can't believe that my own friends would even treat you like this."
"Even though you kind of did the same way before?" Spike noted
"Yes!" Fluttershy admitted, bawling. "I'm so sorry!" then she hugged him tightly with even more regret.
Spike comforted her by petting her neck. "It's okay, Fluttershy. It's.... it's really okay. I always knew that you really cared about me fromt he day we first met, remember?"
"I.... I do." Fluttershy replied, easing her sobbing. "I really do care." She began patting Spike's back in return for his comforting.
"Thanks." Spike said happily. "You feeling okay?"
She wiped the last tear from her eye and replied "yes. I'm alright." Then she got back up on her feet. "So, will Twilight and the others be hurt? I know I am angry at them, but.... They are still my friends."
"I know. And..... I'll think about it. I'll try not to kill them. I promise. But, Fluttershy, can you please make a promise for me?"
"Of course? What is it?"
"Please be there for me." Spike begged. "I really want us to be friends." She made a puppy dog face with his eyes watering.
Fluttershy could possibly say no to that, not after the way she learned the kind of life Spike was living in this whole time. "I promise. I will make you happy if needed. I promise."
The baby dragon was touched and he hugged her once again "thank you, thank you so much. You are really a true friend, Fluttershy."
"And so are you with me, Spike. I will always be there to support you."
"I know, Flutters. I know."
Jack the minotaur then came in for some kind of announcement that he will say. "Spike, your majesty, we have found many more ponies that want to help us. They believe that living under Celestia's rule was all a lie, which it is of course."
Spike was surprised that more ponies were coming to his aid. "Who?"
"Come with me and we'll show you." Then Spike did what the minotaur said. Fluttershy followed after and they both stopped when Torygg showed them quite a number of the Ponyville reaidents. It consisted of Lyra, Bon Bon, Doctor Hooves, Cloudchaser and her sister Flitter, Thunderlane, Mr Breeze from his fan shop, Lucky Clover, Carrot Top, and a few other mares and stallions.
The baby dragon was even more surprised and flattered that they would all come here to defend his honor and bring a new world of happiness, and peace. "What are you guys all doing here?" He said with a slight smile
"Spike!" Lyra said happily. "We're so glad we found you here." They all agreed with her. "We are so sorry for what Celestia did to you. We didn't know."
"And we should have known Celestia would keep a dark secret like this from us." Bon Bon added. The others made words of agreement but more angrier this time.
"What do you say, chap?" Asked Doctor Whooves. "Will you let us fight for you?"
The baby dragon thought of it for a moment, and finally, he answered "sure. I suppose if you really want to help me, then I will be okay with it." In a more firm voice, he added "however, if you are all lying to me and are just spying on me to turn me in to Celestia, then I will leave nothing of you all in my wake. Understand?"
"Got it." They all replied simultaneously.
"Alright. We might as well get ready for battle if any of you are good fighters then. Perhaps we can use a little more training before the fight, huh?"
"Good idea, youngling." Said Imari. "And besides, we will need the help from all the other countries that will aid us in battle from across Equestria."
Spike agreed and they all nodded a yes. "Well I guess it's settled then. We might as well warn you guys up for anything that might come our way. Me, Gerald, Geraldine, Jack, and my other top leaders will help you all out."
They all smiled. Then they all followed the group of leaders to the training room to begin. Torygg watched on proudly to see Spike becoming a rather fierce warrior. "That's my boy." He said out loud.

Almost an hour has passed and it was just about time to set foot on the battlefield, claiming Canterlot for Spike to be the new king of Equestria. The training of the newcomers that just entered the lair were already learning fast, and were just about ready for anything that will come at their way
"Spike, my lord." Said Emerald coming into the training room with some news. "We received the report that our allies troops are already here and are waiting for us out there. Are you and the others ready to go?"
"Yep. Ready." Spike said with zeal. "What about you, Fluttershy. You ready?"
"Well.... Um.... Normally I wouldn't fight a battle. But..... I suppose I can make an exception. After all, you are my best friend, after all."
Spike smiled. "And don' worry, the others will protect you." Spike reassured. "Everything will be fine. Just follow my lead."
The yellow pegasus was still nervous, but she decided to just go with the baby dragon and his plan. "Alright."
They all went out of the cavern and went onward to Canterlot. Many others who were not fighting stayed at the hideout to make sure the enemy does not try to strike it down while Spike and the others are not there to stop them.
Halfway from Canterlot, they saw all their allies together as one, Maretania, Zebrabwe, other Zebrican countries, Prench, The Crystal Empire and others. They all were happy to see their comrades.
"Ah, you must ze infamous Spike." Said the Prench leader. "Je m'apelle Lion sabre, general of the Prench army. Listen. We are very sorry that Celestia dealt away with your parents."
"Thanks. Monsieur." Spike said. Sadly.
"Und ve promise that ve vill do what we can to help you all in your leadership of peace." Said the general from Germaneigh.
Then one of the Zebrican leaders walked up. "We will be there for you. For Equestria, the old dragons, and Zebrica." He pulled out his nimcha sword. They all cheered for him.
"Perfect, let's go." Spike said. He and Torygg continued to lead the way to the Equestrian capital. It was a rather long walk, but they made it. As they did however. They saw a large army in the opposition in front of Canterlot and within it. Griffons, ponies, some Minotaurs of their own, and a few other creatures supporting them.
Nevertheless, they weren't big enough to stop Spike and his followers from sieging the whole city.
"Attention all inhabitants of Canterlot." Torygg announced in a booming voice. "We have come to take your beautiful city, and instate Spike ad the true ruler of Equestria and bring a new order of peace and freedom on this land from the usurper princess Celestia. However, if you will all submit tonus, and let us execute Celestia on peace, then we will notfight you."
Finally Celestia came out and said "we will never surrender to dragons or any one of you scoundrels, Torygg."
"We would rather die!" Luna added
"Then, we're sorry, your majesties." The large large dragon looked at Spike. "Go ahead nephew."
Spike smiled and said "Attack!" Then the battle commenced. All hell broke lose as both sides of the battle were fighting with all their might. Many pegasus guards were fighting many griffons in the air and Spike's griffons the same thing. They both pecked eachother's faces to the point where they were bleeding out.
Spike hacked and slashed many enemies that were charging at him. However, he was about to meet his match when one of the Canterlot captains was about to finish him off, but was decapitated by Imari, who helped the baby dragon back on his feet.
Fluttershy was also being brave herself and was fighting rather well, even though she was not much of a fighter. She was punching and kicking her enemies left and right, only for Spike to become the rightful ruler of Equestria.
"Flutteeshy?" Said a familiar voice. It was Rainbow Dash, who could not believe what she was even seeing "your on Spike's side?!"
"Yes! He is my friend!"
"Fluttershy, he killed Shining Armor and Cadence, Remember?"
"Because of us! How many times do I have to say it?"
"Come to your senses!"
"You'rethe one who needs to come to your senses." Fluttershy retorted. Then she punched Rainbow so hard in the face, it threw her on the ground, making her look at her in shock as she continued forward. Turns out she really did lose her lifelong friend.

Spike fought through many countless warriors that were aiding Celestia and his ex-friends in this battle within Canterlot. Both sides were eagerly matched, despite the fact that Spike's side of the two armies were bigger than Celestia's faction. He was trying to get through many soldiers that were fighting him out of his way so he can get to his main target: Princess Celestia. Thanks to his training, he manged to get pass many countless guards that were trying to stop him, along with his thirst for vengeance.
As he was charging, he was suddenly stopped by a few old faces that he knew. Applejack, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity were all glaring at him. "Spike! please, listen to us." Twilight begged. "Please come back to us. We are really sorry for that prank. I know we didn't treat you unfairly, but maybe we can start over."
"It's too late for that, bitch!" Spike shouted. "A thousand years to late for you. All of you. Now, get out of my way and let me kill the pony that assassinated my parents. NOW!" He readied his sword, about to dash forward. His former friends of course, were not intimidated by his idle threats. "This is your last chance, Out of my way, or suffer!"
"No!" Rarity said "We will never allow you to bring Celestia to her death, Spike."
"Sugarcube, we know you, and you would never do such unspeakable acts like these." Applejack said "it's never too late to come back to us.... as your friends."
"I think it is Applejack, he killed Shining Armor and Cadence, and turned lots of ponies and griffons against us." Rainbow protested at the cowpony.
"No." Twilight said "Spike there is still good in you. I know there is. You were my number one assistant, and my very first best friend. I.... I love you." She shed a tear from one eye.
The baby dragon was stunned for a moment from what she said "Love me?" he thought. He quickly thought that it was just a trick to lower his guard. "No! You cunts just use me like a slave!" he shouted at them. "And I am not a murderer. I..... I..... I want Justice!"
"Then what are you doing?" asked Twilight
Spike raised an eyebrow
"Is this what you call justice?"
Now those words made Spike stand still in his thoughts. Did they really deserve this retribution? Was it REALLY justice? or not? Finally, he said "Of course this is justice. I want you all to feel my pain!"
"Spike, we-"
"Shut up! I don't want to hear another word from you!" the baby dragon halted. Then Gaston, Jack, and Tyrus came to his aide. The minopig, minotaur, and minogoat were more than ready to fight them head on.
"Go on, mon ami." said Gaston. "We will hold them off for as long as we can. Go kill Celestia."
"Yes. Confront her, and finish her once and for all!" then he readied his scimitar "Alright, you ponies, are you ready to face real fighters?"
"And face the fury of a Minotaur?" Jack said raising his large ax.
"Bring it on!" Rainbow said.
Then Fluttershy came to their aid. "I will not let you all hurt Spike." she said.
"Fluttershy. Please." Twilight begged. "Please understand, we didn't know we would treat him like a slave."
"Well, what Celestia did to him was unforgivable." Fluttershy protested. "Look at how he was living in his life!"
"We know, Flutters!" said Rainbow. "And we're sorry."
"Well, so am I." Fluttershy remarked. Then both sides began to clash. While that was happening, Spike saw this as a perfect opportunity to confront Celestia and kill her.
Meanwhile, outside, Gaston was blocking every kick and magical wave that was co ong at him. He was like a tank. "Come on you overgrown piece of ham!" Rainbow taunted "I'm just getting started."
"Oui? So am I!" That he threw a large punch at her face, causing her to be thrown to a brick wall.
"Is that the best you can do?" Tyrus said while battling Applejack "I've seen better fighting from my mother!"
"Well played!" The orange earth pony scorned "but my mom is dead, so the joke's on you!" Then she threw a kick at his legs, causi him to stumble on the ground. Applejack charged at him, but before she could even touch him, however, Tyrus headbutted her with his mighty horns, knocking Applejack down with her skull slightly cracked open as a mild concusion from the blow.
Jack was charging at Twilight and Pinkie with full zeal while running on all four limbs. "Bet ya can't catch me!" Pinkie playfully teased. She then dodged out of the way before she can even be gored, along with Twilight teleporting the last second before he could gore her..
Frustrated, Jack did another charge at Pinkie, but once again, he missed, getting one of his horns stuck through a tree. When he got out, he growled in fury"
"You can't catch me." Pinkie sang
"Grr. Stop moving!" Said the frustrated minotaur "stop dodging me so I can stab you!"
"Fat chance!"
"Hey, where did that purple pony go?" Jack noticed
Then he saw a magic beam coming to him, but of course, he blocked out of the way just in time. "Come on, monster!" Twilight said, hovering in the air.
"I am no monster!" Jack shouted. He made a bellow that a bull would make and swung his ax at Twilight. She was diving every move that was thrown at her, and blasted magical bolts at him in retaliation. Alas, they were no match for him.
Jack did the clothesline move, knocking Twilight down. He picked her up and punched her three times so hard in the face, that her nose was already bleeding
"Let her go you brute!" Rarity said charging at the Minotaur. All of a sudden, Jack kicked her side, causing her to fall, and licked her up too. He clashed her head with Twilight's and they both fell unconscious.
"Pfft, you call yourself a princess of friendship? Get serious." The Minotaur remarked.
"Get away from my friends!" Rainbow shouted, charging at him with full speed. However, she felt so sing knocking her down. It was Fluttershy. "Fluttershy, you.... You are my best friend. You're better than this."
"Oh spare her your lies, tomboy!" Said Jack. He began kicking her mercilessly. And picked her up by pulling her mane to punch her many painful times.
Fluttershy watched in slug horror that somepony was getting hurt like that. Rainbow Dash was getting badly injured "wait! Please, stop!" She begged. The Minotaur looked at her with confusion. "I know she is against Spike but..... She's still my friend. They all are. They all suffered enough. Please. Just let them go."
Jack made a breath out. "Ah, very well."
"You are with us, right, Fluttershy?" Asked Gaston
"Of course I am. I want to make Spike happy."
"And that's exactly what we're here for" Tyrus bleated.
She looked at Rainbow quietly sobbing as she was bruised and bleeding from her nose. Now she was feeling remorseful for charging at her like that.
Then out of magical dust, Discord appeared with armor, and making ninja sounds. "Hiyah! Come on! Show me what you all got!"
"Come on dragon! Or.... Jersey Devil..... Or whatever the hell you are!" Jack said. All three charged at him, only for him to vanish at the last second and swung his sword at them like a tornado.
"I'm a Drancequus." He said firmly. Many other Minotaurs, griffons, and other types of soldiers on Spike's side all charged at him, only for them to get knocked out. First, Discord kicked a Minotaur in the groin, then decapitated a griffon with his sword, stabbed a crystal pony soldier, and punched a minopig from behind him making yet another ninja noise many of the other soldiers scattered away to avoid getting killed by this maniac. "Never mess with the master of chaos!" Then he looked at Fluttershy.
"Discord. I.... I.... I don't know what to say. I mean, you.... Just killed these soldiers." She quietly said
The master of chaos sighed. "They deserved every last one of my mortal blows, my dear Fluttershy." He replied sadly. "Honestly, why? Why would you betray us to that traitorous Spike?"
"He suffered in slavery because of us!" Fluttershy answered.
"Oh come on, I know you care about the boy, but I have seen him happy when he was wi you guys."
"Yes, but his parents were-"
"I know I know. I heard the whole story about his parents. Believe me, I am just as sorry as he is, but what he is doing is wrong. Look at what it's made you do to a Rainbow Dash.
The yellow pegasus did look at her lifelong best friend, and saw the consequence of what she just did. "Yeah. I know, but.... I just want to help Spike." She confessed
"I know, Fluttershy. I know. But, if you decided to realize that you chose the wrong side of the battle. Please..... Come find me."
"We're still friends aren't we?"
"Of course I am. I am just sad that you would support Spike for what he has done." He placed a hand on her back. "Spike needs to realize that this is not the answer. Think about that," then he went back into battle, leaving her alone as she began fighting off enemies that were coming at her. Still, she had a thought of guilt for betraying her friends like this.
Back to Spike, he was running his way to the path where Celestia was hiding. Or perhaps, she was waiting for him. Maybe she knew he would go confront her with all the men and soldiers that he has with him to his cause. Of course, just as he thought, there were guards in many parts of the castle.
The ones who were charging at him already met their end by Spike's mighty sword. As he was climbing step after step to the throne room, he was suddenly stopped by another familiar face. "Out of my way Flash Sentry."
"No! I will never allow you to hurt Celestia! Or Luna!" the stallion retorted. "You want to get to her, you have to get through me!"
"Very well." the baby dragon said. He charged while wailing his war cry and slashed to and fro, but Flash seemed smarter and stronger than the previous soldiers from downstairs. He was blocking every one of his blows with his hooves. He even gave Spike a painful punch in the face, knocking him to the ground. causing his sword to fall off his hands
Before Spike can fight again and reach his sword, Flash swiped it away and punched him three times, making him grunt in pain. "Listen to me." he begged. "Twilight told me about you. You are nothing like this. You are a sweet little dragon."
"She says that because she wants to hide the fact that she treats me like a slave!"
"NO!" Flash shouted. "She says that because it's true!" He clashed his own sword against his, making a metallic sound that echoed through the halls. "She loves you, Spike. She cared about since the first day, you hatched!" The baby dragon then shoved his face.
"Just save me your lies!" He jumped so he can avoid a slide-kick that Flash was trying to do. They did many more sword strikes against each other and finally, Spike felt his arm being cut, causing him to grunt in agony. "Ah! My arm!"
"Spike. You can't beat me. No matter how many times you strike me, I cannot be beaten."
"Then Die!" He charged at Flash full of zeal, only for him to fly across the room. The baby dragon wall-jumped across the walls so he can reach his level. He stroke his sword at him, but he missed. He dashed down to a lower level and struck his sword to Flash's this time.
"This is for Shning Armor!" Flash exclaimed. He charged with a loud yell, and Spike did the same. Another echo of clanging metal was heard across the hallway. Both fighters both got back on the ground with loud thuds. The baby dragon realized that Flash was right, he could not best him for he had more experience in swordplay longer than the baby dragon has himself."
"Spike!" Said a voice. It was Imari the zebra. "Leave him to me!" Then he charged at him full of zeal with his mighty scimitar. He battled Flash with all his might, and swung his sword at him multiple times. Flash was already doing his best to fight him off with everything Shining had taught him as a guard. "Go on, Spike. You got to get out of here!" He said
"Right!" Spike said, then he continued his way to the room Celestia was.
Meanwhile, Imari and Flash were having a rather impressive grudge match. The zebra was about to to a vertical slash on him, but Flash rolled to the side to avoid it. When he got back up, he didn't think he will stand a chance much longer.
"Sword are not playthings, boy." Said Imari. "These things should only be used by trained professionals."
"I am a trained professional!" Flash countered. After many strikes, he felt a kick to his face, and felt himself being sliced from the elbow to the waist, making him fall to the ground in agony. He was cleansing the wounds to keep them from bleeding heavily.
"Hmm. I would have expected far better from you, but I guess not." Imari said. "Keep your life." He put his scimitar away and left Flash for dead.
"I'm sorry Celestia." He grunted. "I failed you."
Spike was still searching for Celestia. finally, he saw her bedroom, and decided to check in their for good measure. "Oh princess!" Spike said "trick or treat!" Then he kicked the door open. Just his luck, there was nothing. "Dammit, must be in the throne room, then" he thought
Before he went into the room where Celestia could possibly, he had a thought on whether he was truly ready for this. He decided to think that he was and went through the doors
"Here's Spikey!" He shouted maniacally. Just as he would thought, he was right. Celestia was in this very room, standing in front of him with a stern look on her face. Luna was right next to her, with a more angry face. "It's over, Celestia! You killed my parents, now, prepare to die!!"
"Spike, please, listen to me. I know what I did was wrong, and I am sorry. But.... Maybe we can start all over. For all of Equestria."
"Oh don't give me that Sally sob-story bull-crap!" Spike shouted. "There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING you can do or say to take it back!"
"We know. But please... Give us a chance. We love you, Spike. We all do."
"Liar! Look, are you done talking yet? Because I would like to get this over with."
"Very well." Said Luna. "You leave us no choice. Shall we? Sister?"
"Yes." Celestia replied flatly.
Spike charged at full speed and was about to slice through Celestia, but she disappeared and teleported to another side of him. "You.... You can't run from me!" Spike shouted. He charged again, and once again, he missed. "Hold still!"
"No! Luna said. "We will not let you do this."
"You're not making this anymore easier for me to make my mom and dad happy. I will avenge them!" He turned to them "fight me like a real warrior!"
"Very well. But do not say we did not warn you." Celestia said with a very reluctant sigh. She charged at him, and Spike began slashing through her, but alas, he always missed at every attempt, like she was dodging at full speed. When he was about to make another slice, Celestia threw a powerful blast of magic at him, causing him to fall on the ground. His sword flew off of his hand and slid on the floor.
He was sobbing with grief and heartbreak for everything that has happen to him. "I hate you." He said. "I hate you so much! Hate hate hate!" Then he sobbed even louder. "I'm sorry mom and Dad! I'm sorry!"
Celestia then walked up to him. "Sister no!" Luna warned. "It could be a trick!"
"Peace, sister." The older Alicorn replied. She sat down on his side and tried to comfort him, but he evaded her at every attempt to put her wing over him. "Spike. I am so sorry. I know what I did was inexcusable."
"Beyond inexcusable!" Spike replied
"Yes. But please. Let me, Twilight, and the others help you."
"I don't want your help!" Spike retorted "I just want to see you die and suffer!" Then without warning, he clawed her side, causing her to bleed excessively. He clawed her some more on many pets of her body, causing her to stumble and try the best she can to stay standing.
"Sister!" Luna yelled. "Then she gave Spike a few punches to the face, and kicked him in his stomach, really hard, causing him to cough up blood. Luna went to Celestia's aid to heal the wounds. "Tia, are you alright?"
"Ugh. I'm fine." Celestia grunted. "Just a few..... Scratches."
Luna looked angrily at Spike, wiping off the blood from his nose. "You animal! Is this how you repay us?! By killing his own family?!"
"You know very well that you are not my family!" Spike shouted with a cough. All of a sudden, the roof had a large hole and their was a large thud inside the throne room. the hole was created by None other than Torygg.
"I am!" Torygg said, hearing the conversation between them. He threw the roof over a long distance with a loud thud. Out of nowhere, Emerald Fang came out of in air.
"I'm here, Spike"
The baby dragon felt a new boost of courage. With the combined power of these two dragons, nothing will stop him.
Emerald shot an energy wave at Luna, but she dodged and fire a beam of magic from her horn at him, only for her to miss herself.
While these two were fighting each other, Torygg was sweeping his hand at Celestia, and then after that, he would breathe fire across where Celestia would be. She flew off and fired her magic at his eye, making him roar in agony.
"You won't win, Torygg!" Celestia shouted
"Oh that is where you are wrong, Celestia." He replied. "Feel the power of fire!" Then he began spewing fire at her. Celestia flew in the fastest speed she can do "grr. Persistent little pony, aren't you?"
"Ask anypony!" Celestia remarked. She kicked his nose, making him lose his focus and stopping his fire-breathing.
"Annoying." Said the dragon.
"What's the matter Luna? Have you ever seen a magical dragon before?" Emerald taunted
"Of course I have, but let me show you what real magic is!" Then she fired a large energy blast at him, knocking him to a wall.
"Well played, but you will have to do much better than that."
"Well then, I won't hold back."
"Perfect."
Meanwhile, Torygg was sweeping Celestia with his large beefy hands, until finally, he clasped her wing, breaking it, and threw her on the ground with a large thud.
"Celestia!" Luna shouted in distress. Before she could rush to her, she was knocked unconscious. Celestia was trying to get up, but her legs shakes and fell back on the floor. At last, Spike was going to finish the job and fulfil his revenge.
"Do it, Spike. Do it for your parents!" Torygg cheered.
Spike boldly walked over to the fallen princess and readied his sword. Before the final blow was struck however, princess Celestia gave one last attempt to use her magic on Spike, and it worked. A beam hit through his head.
The baby dragon was stunned and everything was black out of nowhere, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor were with him. His angered rushed back to him "what- what have you done to me?" He said
"I transported you into your mind, Spike." Celestia said. "I want to show you what really happen that very day I killed your parents."
Then a light flashed, and it revealed to be the room that a emerald had shown him before when he first met him, and this time, it was looking more life-like.
There was his parents. "Oh darling, what do you say we go to that meeting with Celestia and Luna."
"Oh I agree my dear." Said King Green Claws "Without them knowing, we will kill them and take what is ours."
This didn't sound like the parents that he saw once in a flashback before. No, they were much more.... Evil and sinister. Spike was shocked to hear this.
"Yes, and we will turn all of her kingdom into a smoldering like of ashes. Every pony, tree, and animal alike." This made Spike's heart sank.
"Then, what about our eggs?"
"Well, we can only have one baby. The rest we can just give away." The baby dragon gasped in shock. "Well, there is one egg, I was thinking of in peculiar." Green Claws thought of something. "Yes, we will make this one our prince and bring destruction to the world without love, or kindness! Yes, I think I will call him.... Spike."
Then they both laughed evilly. Spike then went on his knees after what he just saw happened. "They.... They were evil?" He said then he began sobbing again. "No! What have I...... WHAT HAVE I DONE?!?"
"Spike. We are so sorry you had to see this. But you need to learn the truth." Said Cadence.
"Yes. So you can see for yourself." Shining added.
"I.... I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Spike sobbed. "I.... I didn't know what a monster I have become."
"Shh. Don't say that, sweetie." Celestia soothed. "It was my fault. I was the one who made you what you are."
"I can't believe I didn't have good parents."
"Oh, I wouldn't say that." Celestia said "son." She gave him a smile. Then the words made him stunned, and realized that everything that he thought about his life was a lie. Him being treated like a slave, a servant, or a pack-mule were all lies.
"I don't even know what I am anymore."
"It's okay, Spike. I forgive you. You were my only son. I love you." Spike never felt so touched by a compliment like this in his life.
"I need to stop everything. The fighting, the war, everything!" He realized.
"Of course." Then in another flash of light. spike was sent back into reality.
"What are you waiting for, Spike?" Torygg said "kill her now!"
"No! I was wrong. We need to stop this, uncle." Spike said.
"What?" He and Emerald Fang said in shock and confusion at once.
"I'm surrendering and standing down." The baby dragon replied. Everything about my parents was a lie. They.... We're evil and wanted to carry destruction and waste to everything around them.
Torygg didn't know what to say about this. "But, what about those memories that Emerald showed you?"
"They weren't true."
"But, I am very sure that is what Torygg told me." Emerald remarked.
"Celestia killed them so they wouldn't turn me evil. Please. We have to stop."
They were both speechless by this. "Spike, I.... I do not know what to say about this." Torygg said with guilt. "Very well. You are my nephew after all, and if you want to set things right. " I will accompany you for total surrender and peace.
Ending B
Celestia was fighting so hard against Emerald Fang and Spike. After a few minutes in the fight, she managed to stun E,reals and throw him to a wall with a booming thud. However, she was still in big trouble. Her sister was wounded, and ironically, Spike was overpowering her, probably because he was going faster than the way she was moving and evading his strikes.
"Die already, you murderer!" Spike shouted. "I will never forgive you!" Full of rage and anger, he kept on trying to hack Celestia into pieces of mincemeat, but she was evading every attack.
The princess could not bare to fight the baby dragon in his egg when she found him on that day all these years ago. "Spike." She said in a pleading voice. "Please stop this nonsense. Think about me, and your friends who care about you."
The baby dragon made a growl. "I never had any real friends. From the first moment I hatched, you have all been using me for experiments and use me like a slave." Then he made a vertical slash on her, right on one of her large wings, causing her to yell in agony, and staggering to the ground with bloud pouring out of the open wound.
Celestia would not believe Spike would be capable of defying her so openly like this. He was only a boy after all. "How do you learn how to fight this incredibly?"
"I'm a fast learner, and I had some training." He replied flatly, waving his sword in a egotistical type of fashion like a master fencer would do.
Celestia realized she openly forgotten about Spike's different variety of talents on his life and experience. "Spike, I would never do anything to hurt you. You know I wouldn't."
"Spare me your lies you fucking tyrant!" Spike shouted. "You might have used me, but now I am going to return the favor on you, by making you suffer!" Spike then performed a jump attack on her, but Celestia had no choice but to zap him with her magic to make him stop this mutiny
The baby dragon fell to the floor, making Torygg gasp with fright. "Spike! My nephew!" Before he could do anything else, he felt his right eye zapped by Celestia's magic from her harm, causing him to go blind on the right side of his face. "My eye!" He exclaimed in pain
This gave Celestia a chance to try and help Spike calm down and see reason with her this time.
"Grr! Damn Alicorn! You will pay for this when me eyesight returns!" Torygg was in so much pain on his right eye to focus on his left one, it was like a gigantic, sharp spear has penetrated it. He step back a few, large steps away, and tried to ease the painful, stinging sensation.
"That should keep him busy for a while." The white Alicorn thought out loud. Then she focused at the baby dragon again. She looked at the baby dragon and hoped that she didn't kill him with that blast of magic he inflicted on him. "Spike?" She said. "Sweetie? Are you alright?"
Spike was trying so hard to get back up on his feet and avenge his parents. He didn't even care about the seething pain that was crawling all around him, killing Celestia was more important than trying to stop pain. "I.... I hate you." He grunted, panting so hard.
"Spike, I know what I did was wrong. Just please, let me help you." Celestia begged him.
"I don't want your help!" Spike protested. "The damage has already been done, one thousand years ago." He made a few strikes at her, but the princess blocked the, with a force field from her magic. "There is nothing...l you can do..... To take it all back." He grunted.
Celestia flung the sword from Spike's hands, making a loud "shing" sound as it pierced the floor. Then she noticed Spike shedding a few tears. "Spike?"
The baby dragon then sobbed to himself, and his knees fell on the floor. Tears streamed down his face like a rapid waterfall. "I just want mommy and daddy back." He sobbed. "I just want them to be happy."
The white alicorn's heart felt like breaking into pieces just seeing Spike suffer like this. She went up to him, and knelt down to his height to make better eye contact with him. "Sweetie, please. Please don't cry." She tried to use her wing to blanket him, but Spike forcibly pushed it off of him.
"Don't touch me!" He barked, with tears still streaming down his cheeks.
By the look of Celestia, she never seen such a creature like him filled with anger, and sadness, even for his small stature. Celestia frowned with guilt. "Spike. What I did was in the past. I would spend several nights wishing I can take it back, but I can't. Look, you all got friends who love you. Twilight, Rainbow Dash-"
"How many times must you keep telling me those fucking lies?" Said the baby dragon. "We both know that is a lie. I am nothing but a pawn to you and my so-called friends, nothing more!"
"That is not a lie!" Celestia argued. "We all love you very much, and-"
"Lies, lies, all lies!" The baby dragon screamed. Then he clawed Celestia so hard on her chest, it made her yell in agony. For the first time ever, Celestia was afraid. She had to face the fact that the sweet baby dragon she knew and took under her wing was gone.
It was Spike's chance to get his sword and strike her down once and for all. He went up to the wounded Celestia, trying to cover her bloody wound. Then, she felt it, Spike pierced her chest with his blade, and gasped with her mouth open wide. She could hardly believe what he just did.
"Spike." Celestia muttered. "I.... I'm sorry." When she fell dead on the floor. It was over. His vengeance was complete, and Spike felt more than proud to avenge his parents.
"I.... Won." Spike realized "I won!" Then pulled out his sword. He never knew he would do the impossible.
"Spike?" Torygg said, finishing cleaning his eye where Celestia zapped him. He looked at what he missed, and he smiled "you did it!" He cheered.
Then Emerald Fang woke up, rubbing his head from the blow the impact did on him. When he saw what just happened, he smiled "Spike?"
"Emerald! You're okay!" Spike said. He ran up to him and they both hugged happily.
"Spike, look." Torygg said. They all looked and saw that Celestia was turning wrinkly on her skin. The baby dragon carefully walked up to her corpse and saw that she was decaying, until she turned into a white pile of dust before his eyes. It was as if time had finally caught up with the ancient Alicorn.
At last, Luna began to stir. "What happened?" She thought. Luna looked in horror and saw Celestia's remains, and tears began to form in her eyes. She ran up to her and sobbed "sister?" She said "Tia..... Noooooooo!!!" Her voice rose to a scream. Luna was in complete anguish witnessing what just happen. She kept sobbing and sobbing in Celestia's dust.
Then her demeanor changed from sad to furious and vengeful on Spike.
"You monster!" She screamed. "How could you do such a vile thing?! All she wanted was to help you, and you killed her!!"
"She deserved it, Luna." Spike argued. "She killed my parents, and she got a retribution."
Luna's teeth were grinded to the point where it was starting to hurt her mouth. "I will show you a retribution you murderer!" She tried to charge at him, wanting to hurt, maim, burn, torture, execute him for killing her one and only sister.
However, she was stopped when Torygg swung his mighty arm, causing her to move at great speed through the sky.
"Well, glad that is over with." Torygg stated.
"Well, there is only one thing left to do, spread the word, and I will be king of all of Equestria, and I promise, I will make it a better place for dragons, and ponies, and every other race on this land."
"Brilliant! Your parents will be proud of you, my nephew." Said Torygg.
"What about your ex friends?" Said Emerald. "What if they try to attack you?"
"Don't worry. With Celestia dead, they will all lose hope in themselves."
"Brilliant point." The magical dragon agreed,
They all went outside and it quiet for a moment. "Attention!" Torygg roared. The fighting then stopped all of a sudden. "my nephew has something to say."
They all turned their attention to him. "Attention everypony, and dragons, and griffons, princess Celestia is dead." The baby dragon announced. "I hearty claim her throne as a rightful leader of Equestria."
There was cheering from his followers like Gaston, Tyrus, and Jack. For Twilight, her spirit was at her lowest. Rarity was the one second most upset with this. For the first time ever in a while, Rainbow Dash was bawling like a baby, and the same thing with Applejack.
Fluttershy was a little conflicted, whether he should be happy for Spike becoming a new king, or that her friends might not be friends anymore.
"Now, bow before you're king." Spike announced. "I promise you all, I will be one of the greatest kings to ever live!" He raised his fist on the air with triumph.
The followers bowed with no hesitations. It took a little while for many ponies to do it because they could not believe that Celestia was dead and finally, Fluttershy.
The only ones who didn't now to them were Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, Pinkie, and Rarity. Twilight Sparkle then faced the fact that her very best friend was gone. With a change of heart, she shouted "Never! No dragon will ever rule Equestria!" Her friends agreed with her.
"How dare you-!"
"It's okay, Jack." Spike said. "If you guys will not join me, you will all die, or at least be thrown in the dungeon." He coldly stated to his five ex-friends.
Many guards were crowding around Twilight and the others. Pressingly to arrest them. Twilight wasn't alone, several more ponies that were proud supporters of ace,Estes were with them. "You are all traitors!" The purple allicorn shouted to the ponies who joined Spike. Not only them, but the gryphons, Minotaurs, minoboars, and the other soldiers on Spike's side.
"History won't see it that way, Twi." Spike countered. "Get them!"
Before they could be arrested, Twilight got herself, friends, and the remaining Celestia followers out of there with her magic.
"Dammit! They're gone!" Gaston cursed.
"Don't worry about them. Let them go." Spike said "they are nothing without the so-called great Celestia to help them anymore."
"Very well."
"Now, everypony, I promise you, I will rule you all like Celestia did, but I will be much more kind to you all, and you can all still do what you want to do. Don't worry, you will all be just fine that I am king now. Fluttershy smiled and stood next to him. However, she was still conflicted about her other friends. Are they still her friends? Of not anymore? Discord was one of them, so what about him? Is he still her friend.
"Spike, I am so happy for you."
"Thanks, Fluttershy. I promise, I will not be an evil ruler. And everypony will be alot happier with me in charge."
"They..... Might need a little convincing."
"I know. They will love what I will do. You'll see. I even plan to create more orphanages and schools for the kids."
"Oh. Good."
Meanwhile, Twilight was sobbing as she faced the fact that Spike was no longer the baby dragon she once knew and raised under her wing.
"Oh Twilight." Rarity sobbed with her. "I am so sorry. I can hardly believe a little angel like himself would do such a heinous thing like this."
"Hey, look!" Said a pony. They all saw Luna injured on the ground, groaning.
"Princess Luna!" They all screamed, then helped her back up on her feet.
"Are you alright?" Asked Rainbow Dash
Luna nodded her head sideways, "no. My dear sister is dead. All is lost," then she began sobbing again,
"No." Twilight said. "Spike is not evil. It's never too late to tell him how much we care about him so much."
"Celestia is dead, how are we going to convince him now?" Said Discord
"Spike is no longer our friend." Sad Luna
"No. There is still good in him. I can sense the conflict he had within himself. I felt at he was..... Guilty on one half inside him."
They were all uncertain of this, but they all began to agree with her.
"Come on, we need to go someplace safe." Then they all quietly ventured through the woods to find a safe haven for them all.
Perhaps, maybe a new rebellion might happen someday.
Spike promptly went outside of the castle. The battle was still going on with lots of bloodshed here and there. He could not believe what he was doing all this time. Never has he felt so guilt-stricken in all his life. He killed a prince and a princess over what he believed was just, and try to take over the world with his army of many creatures and monsters so he can be king and take revenge, which he found out was a lie. How could he possibly live like this? He cleared his throat and screamed at the top of his lungs "STOOOOOOOOPPP!!!!!!"
The echo roared like a lion, and just like that, the fighting went to a complete halt. Some of the soldiers on both sides were saved just right before they can be killed by their opponents and their blood spilling on the ground from their open wounds.
At first Celestia's army looked at him with anger and hate while the army in his own looked in confusion and wondered why he was standing next to Princess Celestia and Luna, who were actually looking high and proud. "This war is over." the baby dragon announced. "Now, I command everyone in my army to stand down and drop their weapons." At first, they were really reluctant about this and worried that if they did that, their enemies might strike while they are defenseless and helpless.
"Listen to my nephew!" Torygg commanded to the army on his and Spike's side. "Please." at last when they saw the look on their original leader's eyes, they all agreed, and of course they didn't want to feel the wrath of an angry, gigantic dragon like him.
"And I command my army and allies to do the same." Celestia said in a more warm voice. Just like that, her side of the factions all did the same. Although, they have dropped their weapons and shields. However, of course, both sides were keeping an eye out against one another. Both looked at eachother suspiciously and were ready just in case their opponents might trick them.
"Like I was saying, this war is over." Spike began, and he cleared his throat before continuing. "What I did was a mistake. You see, my parents were killed by princess Celestia herself-"
"And that's why she must die!" Said a griffon soldier
Many soldiers on Spike's faction all shouted in agreement. "QUITE!!!" Torygg roared with a small blast of fire escape in his nostril. Just like that, they all stopped their shouting and heckling.
"Thanks, uncle Torygg."
"You're welcome. Continue, nephew."
Spike cleared his throat again. "As I was saying. She only did that because my parents were both evil, and wanted to lay waste to every creature except for their own race. So, she saved me, from them. If not for her, I would have been like King Sombra or queen Chrysalis, or Tirek even." He bowed his head in guilt and shame. "Now, I have done some pretty terrible things these last few days, I killed Princess Cadence, and Shining Armor for what I believe was justice, but I was such a fool."
Now, some of the soldiers were becoming a little guilty themselves, and many others were just plain confused by all of this.
"Celestia, before I was going to kill her, shown me a memory from her head set place a long time ago, and it showed what my parents really were. She did truly save me from them. For a minute, I thought I never had any real family, and wanted to defend my parents honor, but hell, was I wrong about everything."
Twilight and all of her friends started to smile at Spike's realization. Twilight was starting to feel that the old Spike was coming back to him.
"I realized that my real family was right here in Ponyville and all of Equestria. Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie are my very best friends.... well used to be my best friends. I threw that all away because of a that killed Shining Armor and his wife." Then he went up to Twilight amd her cronies and showed them his sword. "I.... am not asking you all to forgive me, I just want you all to understand." Then he began to shed a few tears in his eyes. "I am sorry, everypony." He sobbed as he continued. "I am so sorry. I don't deserve to live after all the unforgivable things I did. Twilight, I killed your brother, so..... kill me."
Twilight and her friends were shocked and confused to hear this.
"I don't deserve to live. I committed horrible crimes, and now I must do the time." Then he bowed his head and waited for the Mortal blow to be inflicted as his final curtain.
Twilight frowned and picked up the sword with her magic. Yes, Spike may have killed her bbbff, but he was misunderstood and misguided. Her friends were also saddened to see Spike wanting to die like this. Then, the purple Alicorn dropped the sword and pierced the ground with it.
"Spike," she said. "It's okay."
"No it isn't." The baby dragon replied. "I killed Shining Armor over a lie and a false belief, and I must pay the price. At least you can do is just for you to forgive me alone. If anypony else wants to hate me or spt on my grave, or pee on it, they are more than welcome to do so."
"Stop saying that." Twilight begged. "We want you to forgive us, for not being good friends or family to you. If you really felt that way it must be true." She knelt down to make eye contact with him. "I love you, Spike, and I always will forever."
"But... you're brother-"
"That was a very bad thing, but like I said you were misguided."
Spike sniffed himself. "Did you all really mean it when yoy say you love me or care about me a s a true friend?"
"Of course we did, darling." Rarity replied.
"Oh yes, and you are one of the sweetest dragons ever." Fluttershy stepped in.
"It's okay to make mistakes of you can learn from them. This was not entirely your fault. We are the ones to blame too. I am sorry that we pulled that prank on you in April fools, even though you didn't want to."
"Yeah, we were just trying to brighten up your day about your parents." Applejack added.
"We're sorry." They all said together in unison.
Spike smiled and asked "do.... do you forgive me?"
"Yes, we forgive you." Then Twilight hugged him as he continued sobbing on her shoulder.
Gaston, Tyrus, Jack, Gerald and Geraldine were all touched bybthis, and felt a tear escape their own eyes. Celestia and Luna walked up to him and smiled.
"Your majesties, if you will punish me like through me in the dungeon for life, I understand cause I deserved it."
Celestia smiled. "I think the events you were put through was punishment enough."
"I think you are right, sister. After all, we will see Shining Armor and Princess Cadence in the next life. Well, you all, anyway."
Spike smiled. "Good. Can... can you all forgive me?"
"Yes, sweetie." Celestia giggled. "We all forgive you."
Then everyone on both sides cheered amd made amends for both sides, even with hugs. "Well, Spike. Me and Emerald Fang will help the princess' rebuild the capital and make amends for all ponies."
"That would be great." Spike noted.
"Now, come on, Spike. Let's just go home." Then Twilight carried him in her arms while hovering in middair. While Canterlot was celebrating their victory over this pointless war. Hopefully everypony else will find the erge to forgive Spike for what he did, maybe not all, but most.
"Hey, Twilight?"
"Hmm?"
"Do you think when we get back home, maybe I can have some tea?"
"Of course, you must be thirsty."
"And maybe tomorrow we can all go to the Crystal Empire."
"That would be wonderful.
Meanwhile, Imari, and the other generals from the different countries all went up to Celestia and Luna, and made sincere apologies to them for what they did altogether. Of course, Celestia forgave them.
"Well Imari, I suppose we will tell your leader about what really happened, and it sounds like we will be making a press conference about a peace treaty very soon. Wouldn't you agree, Luna?"
"I do."
Author's Note
I decided to make more of a happy ending so you all wouldn't hate me, and to make more sense about this whole plot.
Spike then suddenly woke up in his bed within the castle and saw that everything was just the way it should. He gasped and wondered where all his friends were. At first he had no idea what just happened. All he knew was he was in Twilight's arms and he committed horrible things like kill Shining Armor and Princess Candace, all because his friends pranked him on April Fools day even though he didn't want to. Oh what a horrible nightmare that was. He dug his head into his pillow and sobbed more than he would be able to cry.
"Oh Spike!" a somepony called in a sing-song voice on the other side of the door. It was Twilight's own voice.
"Spike, it's time to wake up." said Fluttershy's sweet sweet voice. Spike however, paid no heed to his friend's voices, and kept on crying into his pillow. Then the door suddenly went open, revealing to be Twilight and Fluttershy themselves along with the rest of their best friends. They all looked and saw Spike sobbing.
"Spike, wake up, lazybones." Twilight said. Then it immediately turned into a frown when she heard his crying. Her friends had the same feeling and all frowned too. "Spike, are you okay?" she asked gently. She pulled the covers off and lifted the pillow to find her friend/number one assistant with tears in his eyes, already staining the bed sheets. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing. I'm fine." the baby dragon sniveled. Then he turned over and curled into a ball like an armadillo or a hedgehog would do.
"Spike, please, what's wrong?" Twilight turned him over gently with her magic so she and her friends can look at him.
"Yes, darling, did you have a nightmare?" Rarity asked.
"Yes." Spike confessed. "I had a dream that I learned Celestia killed my parents and thought you all treat me like a save, nothing more than that."
They all looked at one another in confusion. "Why in the world would you even think that, Sugarcube?" Applejack asked him softly
"I.... I don't know." The baby dragon admitted. "It just came to me, but it looked all too real and it was almost like it really happened. So then, I vowed revenge and then killed Shining and Cadence in the process."
Twilight and her friends mildly gasped. This might have been a little more worse than they all thought it would be. "Spike, I know you would never really do that." She said as she got up on the bed to comfort him.
"It was just awful, I thought what I did was write, but then I realized that a Celestia saved me and my parents were the evil ones. But, please tell me they are still alive."
"Of course they're alive, buddy" Rainbow replied.
"Look, it just came to me, and I never would mean it to happen." Then a twilight slowly hugged him
"Shh, of course you would never. I know you, Spike, and you are one of the sweetest baby dragons I have ever known, and you would never mean any of those stuff on your dreams to happen."
"It was only a nightmare, sweetie." Rarity remarked. "It's alright, now."
"I'm sorry guys, I was having a nightmare about my parents a little earlier and then I let my anger and hate consume me like a parasite. I committed such evil and wanted to kill Ce,estia for what I believed was the right thing. Please forgive me."
"Shhh, it's okay." Fluttershy whispered in a soft murmur. "It was only a dream."
"Yes Spike, and we would never think lowly of you like a slave, we love you." Twilight added sweetly. "We would never let anything bad happen to you."
"We're always here for you, dude." Rainbow added.
"Hold me." Spike whimpered. At this, they all hugged him to comfort him after the terrible dream last night.
"We all have bad dreams like that, Spike, but don't worry, none of them are true sinc eit is all on our head." Applejack noted
Spike began to smile and wiped a tear from his cheek. "Do you all care about me, and love me like a true friend would do?"
"Of course we do." Fluttershy said. "You are apart of our family."
"Now and forever!" Pinkie added.
"Thanks, guys. I love you."
"We love you too, Spike." They all said.
"Now, what made you go against us in your dream?" Asked Rarity
"Well, you kept prancing me on April Fool's day even though I didn't want to, but you all decided to give me the ultimate prank. I became angry and went out on a huff, then that's when I found out about my parents in my dream by a dragon named Emerald Fang."
"Emerald Fang?"
"Yeah, he's the guy who showed it to me, and he was a magical dragon."
"A magical dragon?" They ll said in unison
"Yeah, it's crazy but that's what he was. Then he introduced me to my uncle Torygg, well, at least who was my uncle in my dreams. They inspired me to take revenge on Celestia for what she did, and I dd many horrible things."
They all felt their hearts break into halves and never felt so sympathetic to him before in their lives. "Spike. It's okay. It was only a dream like we said before."
"I know, but t was still awful!"
"Shhh shhh shhh, it's okay, please don't cry. You're big sister is here." And he,d him close in her arms.
"I know, I know, thanks guys,'
Then the door went open again, and it was princess Celestia and Luna together walking into the room. "Ah, there you all are." Then she noticed Spike crying in Twilight's body. "Are you alright, Spike?"
"I.... I'm fine."
"Spike had a terrible nightmare that you killed his parents and he swore to kill you." Pinkie noted
"We know. Luna sensed it."
"Yes, Spike was in grave trouble with his nightmare." Luna added. "That's what we wanted to talk to you about."
"Spike, please." Celestia begged. "I would never kill your parents. I promise you that I wouldn't think of doing such a sin."
Spike sniveled again. "Do.... Do you know who my parents were?"
They both bowed their heads on sadness. "No Spike. We are sorry." Celestia noted. It was exactly what he was afraid.
"I see."
"But, we all love you, Spike." Luna said. "You are one of the best things to happen to Twilight and her friends." The elements agreed with her, making Spike even more happy and touched with all of this.
"Okay." Then Celestia and Luna had their turns to hug him to make him feel better.
"Come on, why don't we have a little time together at the cafe. We can all have tea and biscuits and cake."
They all agreed with Twilight. "I think that's best." Said Spike in agreement with a bigger smile on his face. Then they all went outside for a breakfast with Spike riding on Twilight's back, feeling happy with his life.

Spike discovers the Truth (Edited)
Spike was enjoying his day off from doing his chores at Twilight's castle, and walked around Ponyville to see what he can do. Finally, he saw the arcade, and decided to play there for a little while. He went inside, and got tokens to put in the machines so that he can play, he stopped to see Pip and his dad playing on one if the games, and he heard them talking
"Aw, you beat me." Pip said with mock sadness.
"Oh come now, lad." Said his dad. "It's just a game." He gently rubbed his hoof on his son's head playfully.
"I love you, dad. I am so glad that we are having time together." Pip said
"Oh, I love you too, Pip. I am glad that I am having fun with you, my son." His father replied. He and his son then hugged, very lovingly. The sight of that made Spike a little sad, and he would definitely like to know what his parents were, but sadly, his friends didn't know a thing about them.
Nevertheless, he knew that his friends were like a family to him, even though they are not dragons. He continued to the arcade and looked at what he would want to play. Finally, he saw Daring Do vs Anubis game, and decided to play that.
"You're going down, Anubis." Spike said. He played all through the game in less than ten minutes and many players were a little impressed to see him go like that, and decided to crowd around him. After that, he took out Anubis in the game without taking a single blow from him.
Everypony cheered for him as he succeeded his victory over the almighty god. The baby dragon was looking high and mighty for everypony. "Thank you, thank you." He said as they all kept on cheering for him
He looked for any game at might be available and decided to do the ski ball. He didn't always get perfect rolls. But he still won alot of tickets. When he was finished, he looked around him again, and saw the championship boxing machine, that makes ponies you are actually fighting with a magic headwear.
He decided to fight "Brass Hooves the Giant" as his first competitor. He lost a few times on the first two rounds, but he fought back with all his might, and finally he won. "Take that, giant!" He boasted with victory.

Spike decided to have enough of the arcade, and decided to look for any fun things that he might do, but sadly, no luck came to him, so he decided to go home. For the rest of the day.
While he was walking, he saw Fluttershy walking right past him walking Winona, Applejack's dog. "Hey, Fluttershy." He said to her
The yellow pegasus turned her head to him and she smiled for she was happy to see him."oh, hello Spike." She said happily. "How are you enjoying your day off?"
"Doing pretty good. I just had fun in the arcade, but then I grew bored at it, so I am just going to go back home." Spike replied.
He thought of his parents and and daydreamed about what they would look like. There were so many ideas for what he would think, but he couldn't put it directly.
"Spike?" Said Fluttershy. "What's wrong?"
"Wha? Wha? Nothing I.... I was just thinking about something." Spike replied, trying to ignore the though he just had,
"Are you sure, because you can tell me anything." Fluttershy said
"I know. I know. I... I just need to think. I'll find you when I want to talk to you, alright?" Spike said
"Very well. I would be more than happy to help you if you want to see me. Just find me in my cottage if you ever need my help." Said Fluttershy
"Don't worry, I will." Spike said. Then he continued back home, and he called out "see you later, Fluttershy."
"Bye Spike." She said back to him, then she continued to walk Winona. This time, nothing will stop hi. Now.
When he reached back to the new castle, he said "Twilight, I'm home." Very loud so that she could hear him.
There was no answer, but the sound of footsteps. It was Twilight, his loyal friend, and sisterly figure to him. "You're back already?" Said Twilight. "I thought you would take a day off?"
"Oh I am." Said Spike. "There wasn't something very fun for me to do today, besides the arcade, but I got bored with it."
"Oh I see. Well if you need me, I will be reading in my library. Let me know if you want anything" ah said with a smile, than she walked back upstairs and left Spike alone for a little while. He looked around the castle to see what fun things he can do at home
He went upstairs in his room, and found a comic for him to read. He began to read the newest edition to the adventures of the superhero, Iron Drake, the heroic dragon boy with powerful body armor that shoots lasers.
So far, he was really enjoying, mostly because he just started reading it today, because he was just so busy with the chores when he first got it, that he didn't have any time to read it at all. The boom wasn't very Lon, and it wasn't very short either, but still enjoyable.
It was nighttime, and Spike was just about to go to sleep, and he gave out a yawn. However, he still couldn't get what his parents were out of his head, but he said "ah, who am I kidding? Maybe a goodnight sleep will help."
Then he tucked himself in and he fell asleep in the still of the night
Spike's Nightmare
Spike was suddenly in a large, grassy plain with absolutely nothing, not even mountains, or clouds, and it was still nighttime.
"Hello?" He called "anypony here?" There was no answer, only the sounds of his own voice echoing towards him at a distance at where he threw his voice. "Hello?" He called out again, but sadly, there was still no answer. Al, of a sudden, a large flash appeared right in front of his face. He covered his eyes to keep it from blinding him like he was shielding them from the bright yellow sun.
"Hello, son." The large male said
"Dad?" Spike said. The large male nodded his head a yes to say that it was indeed him.
"Hello, dear." Said the purple female.
"Mommy?" Spike said, with a tear streaming down his face.
"Of course it is me." She replied
"We are united now." Said the large male. "And we will never leave your sight." But, suddenly, they all disappeared in another flash without any trace of them to be seen.
"Mom? Dad?" Spike called, starting to become scared. He then knelt on his Knees, realizing how mean that trick was to do. "NOOOOOO!!!!!" He exclaimed in the night sky.
End of Spike's Nightmare.
Spike bolted up from his nightmare, and looked around. "I'm still in my room." He said. He might have been relieved, but he sobbed very silently about that torture of a do nightmare that was. He got out of bed, and to the kitchen to fetch himself a midnight snack.
He looked around the fridge and saw a green apple. He took it out, and closed the fridge, but before he could sit on the table, he heard a voice
"Spike?" It said. It was Twilight. "What are you doing out of bed, you should get some sleep." Her voice was a little groggy, mostly because she just woke up to see what the commotion was about in the kitchen. She saw the tears and realized that she was crying "wha... What's wrong?" She asked with concern.
"Oh... It's nothing." Spike said. Then he tried to go back to his room, but Twilight stopped him with her magic, levitating him and gently sitting him down in front of her
"Come on Spike. What's the matter?" Twilight asked
Spike gave out a sigh, knowing that she was too smart for him. "Alright." he said "I... I... I had a dream about my parents, and thought of what they looked like, but... as soon as I have met them." He choked as he was beginning to sob again. "Then they... vanished." then he sobbed quietly again, and turned away from her sisterly figure.
"Oh Spike." said Twilight. She then hugged the baby dragon from behind him to make him feel better. "I'm sorry if you feel this way."
"Who were my parents? Where did I come from?" Spike asked a little desperately.
"I don't know." Twilight said sadly. "I wish i knew, but... I don't." She couldn't stand to see her number one assistant suffer like this and she asked him in a motherly voice "Would you like to sleep with me tonight?"
The baby dragon thought of it, and he finally said "Okay. I guess that could help me."
Twilight gave him a sad smile and she said "Good. Come along." She held his hand with her hoof, to her room where she can go back to sleep, and this time, with his number one assistant.
The Next Morning
Twilight awoke with a yawn, and she saw her number one assistant sleeping very peacefully, softly snoring. She smiled warmly at that sight, for that was the sight she wanted to see. She gently rubbed his small body to wake him up. "Spike." she whispered. "Spike wake up."
the baby dragon woke up with a stir, and he yawned as he sat from the bed.
"Did you sleep well?" Twilight said
"Yeah. I did." Spike said, realized how he slept."
Twilight was so glad to hear that. "Good." she said. "Would you like another day off?"
"Yeah. I guess... I guess i can." Spike replied, making up his mind. He got out of bed, and decided to go out for the day. "I guess I'll just walk out in the fresh air for a little while."
"Good." Twilight said, accepting his choice.
Then as he got out of bed, he saw a really scary mask right in front of him. He yelped and hid under his covers by surprise. Then there was laughing and he peeked out with one eye. "hahaha! That was hilarious!" he recognized that voice. The mare took off the mask and it revealed to be Pinkie Pie, laughing and Twilight laughed with her.
Spike got up and gritted his teeth. "Pinkie, you scared me!" he said.
"I'm sorry, Spike." Pinkie said.
"It's April Fools day, remember?"
"What? oh no." the baby dragon suddenly remembered she was right. It was Pinkie's favorite holiday of the year. "It can't be."
"Oh come one, Spike. It was just a prank."
"Yeah, but... I really don't feel like getting pranked today. Alright?"
"Oh. Alright." Twilight said. "She was just having fun."
"I know. Anyway, I'm gonna do somehing fun for my day off."
"Okay. You do that."
"And guys, please promise me that you won't prank me anymore today. Please?"
"We promise. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Pinkie promised with her own Pinkie promise.
"Okay." then the baby dragon wen out. "And, we will meet the Hayburger, right?"
"Right." they both said in unison. The baby dragon smiled and went out the castle front door.
The two mares looked at eachother, and had sly grins on their faces. "You ready for today's big thing, Pinkie?"
"You know it Twilight. Spike is going to fly right out of a chair when he sees this. he will love it." Pinkie replied.

The baby dragon was just walking down a path, then he was met by Rainbow with a huge smile on her face. "Hey Spike. What's up, little buddy?"
"Uhhh good. Thank you."
"No problem. So, are we still meeting at the cafe later?"
"Yep. I remember."
"Good. Hey, what's that over there?" she pointed at something at a long distance and when he was not looking, she quietly threw a banana peel on the road.
"well, I don't see anything." Spike said turning back to her.
"Oh. Oh well. I thought i did. must be my imagination." she lied.
"Okay, see you sooooOOOOOOON!! Spike slipped on the peel and was sliding down the road and he crashed to a brick wall. He collapsed on the floor, and tried to sit up, but he was too busy and saw swirling birds around his head, then fell. Everypony laughed at that moment, even Rainbow, who walked up to him and helped him up.
"April fools!" she exclaimed.
Spike growled quietly, and he said "That was.... very funny, but please. Don't prank me again. I... I just want to have a nice quiet day off this morning. Okay, Rainbow?"
"It was just a prank. That's all, Spike."
"I know but still. Please don't prank me again. I beg of you."
"Alright. See you at the cafe, Spike." the she walked away.
"Got it." while he wasn't looking, however, Rainbow also had a sly smile on her face.
Later on, when Spike saw his friends at the cafe, he smiled and he sat with them. He hoped that they will not prank him, but he knows that they are his friends/family to him. "Hey guys."
"Hi, Spike." they all greeted in a friendly tone.
"We were just talking about you." said Rarity.
"About what?"
"Well, we heard about what happened with Rainbow and Pinkie, and want to assure you that they are really sorry." said Applejack
"Yeah, buddy. We just wanted to have some fun."
"Yeah, sorry." said Pinkie
"It's fine. Really, it's cool."
"Good. We got you your favorite breakfast. an omelet with ketchup and cheese." Fluttershy noted.
Spike gasped and licked his lips, and took out his fork and knife. After he put a little bit of ketchup on it. Then to his surprised, the waiter said "Oh no! the ketchup has been poisoned with tape worms! whoever ha ketchup do not eat it!"
Spike looked at his bottle and knew that HE was drinking ketchup. He panikced and spit the omelet piece out of his mouth. "Oh! get it off of me! get it off of me!" then he noticed that everypony was laughing at that.
"GOT YA!!!" they all exclaimed.
"What?"
"hahaha. You should have seen your fave when you spat the ketchup out!" Rainbow laughed.
"Oh yes, it was most becoming." Rarity added.
"It was really funny." said Fluttershy. Even she was laughing about this. The baby dragon looked around in embarrassment and saw everypony around him was laughing. Then, a great rage built up inside of him.
He gritted his teeth and was steaming like a boiling tea kettle while his face was hot red. "SHUUUUUT UUUUUUUUUUPPPPPPPP!!!!!!" he screamed at the top of his lungs. Everypony stopped laughing adn looked with confusion, and surprise
"Spike.... what's-?" Twilight asked, but she was interrupted by her angry assistant before she can finish
"Shut up! He walked up to Twilight with pure anger on his face and pinned his finger on Twilight's face. Hard. "I specifically told you all that I did not want to be pranked, but did you all listen? No! You just decided to make fun of me anyway! Well fuck you all of you cocksuckers!"
Everypony gasped and cannot believe that he said such foul language. "Spikey!" Rarity scolded. "That's no way to talk-"
"Oh shut the hell up you dirty slut!" he spited at her. She gasped and was heart on the inside.
"Come down, little buddy." Rainbow tried to help him relax, but was swayed by the baby dragon with his arm.
"Don't touch me you Wonderbolt wannabe!" Spike said. "What kind of a friends are all of you?" hen he began to have tears in his eyes. "First I have a nightmare about my parents, adn I don't even know who the hell they are! And now this?! How can it get any fucking worse?! ARGGHH!!! Don't bother coming after me!" he stormed off, and everypony stared at him on with disbelief, and guilt
"Spike please, i..." Twilight tried to sway him too, but was pushed away with mighty force. It was strong even for his size.
"Get the hell away from me!" he said meanly. Then he ran off into the woods. Everypony could not believe what just happened. Fluttershy looked the most worried out of them and regretted doing that prank more than everyone in town did. They all looked sad and guilty and wanted to apologize for what they did, but they decide to let him cool off and saw how angry and serious he was.
The baby dragon walked was pacing to and fro with anger and was thinking about horrible things to do with everyone who was in on this prank. "I can't believe it!" he kicked a rock out of anger. "My own friends pranked me even though I did not want to be pranked anyway? Fuck them.
"Spike." said a voice that he never heard before.
The baby dragon looked around to see what he just heard from his ears.
"Yes, you." it added.
"Who's there?" Spike asked, becoming a little scared.
"Follow the sound of my voice." it said in a ghostly tone. The baby dragon did what he told him to do and he got off the bench. "Now go to the left, and then follow the sound of my voice. Let me light the way for you." then, all of a sudden, a large green blob of light appeared, and it motioned to the path where Spike needed to go.
The baby dragon followed the light, and into a forest, and finally, after he was far away from Ponyville, the light stopped all of a sudden, and then, it disappeared. Spike waited for a moment, and finally, a large green male dragon appeared out of nowhere. Spike gave a small yelp, becoming scared, for he remembered what happened the last time something like that happened, as in the time he ran away from home, because of Owlicious. The large dragon had yellow eyes, and had long, black hair, which was kind of unusual for a dragon to have. He wasn't quite as big as an adult male dragon, but still big.
"No need to be afraid, little one." the large dragon said. "I will not hurt, and or eat you in any way." He bent his head down, and gently touched Spike's small body with his nose.
"Who are you and... what do you want from me, and how are you magical?" Spike asked.
"Thy name is Emerald Fang. I have been watching you for quite some time, Spike. As for my magic, Dragons can possess such magical powers like min, but it is a very rare thing to happen. I have been watching you from the moment you hatched, till this very moment, and do forgive me for spying on you, but I wanted you here, because I know who your parents are."
Spike was very surprised. Did he really know who his parents are? There was only one way to find out. "You do? Where? Where."
Emerald Fang, then gave a sad look. "I wish I can show you, but.... They... they are not here." he said sadly
Spike's face turned from a smile to a frown to hear news like that. "but... why?" he asked, saddened.
"There is something I would want to show you. Come with me." said the large dragon. He walked to a similar direction with Spike following behind him. He worried that the large dragon would draw attention, and would scare all of Ponyville, but surprisingly, nopony has noticed him in any way. Of course he wanted to get back at them, but he was just one dragon against all of Ponyville, and knew that it wouldn't really work.
It was a long walk, but they made it to a large cave in the forest.
"Here we are." Emerald Fang said.
"Finally." Spike said, trying to keep his legs up. "My legs are killing me." Then, he followed the large dragon in the cave and while going deep inside, their were a line of torches to light the path. When they reached the end of the cave, their was a collection of broken dragon eggs, and shattered paintings of famous dragons, and other types of personal belongings for one. "What... is this?" Spike said, completely shocked to see such a sad sight like this
The large green drake gave a sad sigh, and he replied "These, or the remains of the former united dragon kingdom."
"United dragon.... kingdom?" Spike said, a little confused.
"Yes. they were a proud race that treated every creature with kindness and compassion. Your parents were.... King Green Claws, and Queen Purple Scales."
Spike couldn't believe what he just heard. "A king and a queen?" he said. He was quite surprised that his family came from royalty.
"Yes, you're father and mother were the greatest rulers of our kind. They were very kind and humble to their people, and not just other dragons, but they also helped other types of creatures in their time of need."
"What... happened to them?" Spike asked
"Let me show you." Emerald Fang said. "It was all thanks to that wretched Celestia and Luna." he became a little angry now. He poofed up a magical screen that showed him the magical kingdom. "It all started one thousand and fifty years ago. Our kingdom was very peaceful as ever, and we were once allies with Equestria." then, he showed Spike his parents and what they were like.
Flashback
Oh my queen, isn't it a lovely day today?" said the king
"Oh yes, Greeny." said the Queen. It is always a beautiful day in Dracotropolis." The queen replied.
The two rulers walked over to their piles of eggs, and they both caught the eyes of a very special kind of egg. It was Spike's egg, his embryo was resting so peacefully as he waited to hatch.
Queen Purple bowed her head to the egg, and said to him. "Oh Spike. My little baby, you are going to be the future ruler of this land someday. Yes you are, yes you are." she began baby talking at the egg playfully.
Green Claws came in, and ended the playfulness from his wife, and he said to the egg "We will always be there for you, we promise. He noticed the queen looking a little worried about something "What might be troubling you, my dear?" he asked with concern.
"Well, we do get along with Equestria, but... I am a little concerned about Celestia and Luna." said Purple Scales.
The king gave a sad sigh, and he said "I know, but... they seem like good rulers over the ponies as well. Look.... we'll see what happens in the future, but for now we have got to prepare for the meeting with them for the fate of our lands.
"You... you're right." said the queen, then they walked next to eachother in the really large, colossal sized castle.
End of Flashback
Spike couldn't hold his tears any longer, and really began to missed them. "What... what happened to them?" he asked, choking on his sobbing.
"Celestia and Luna wanted all of the land for themselves, and they double-crossed our glorious rulers during the meeting for peace on both lands, killing them both in battle in the conference room." Emerald Fang sounded a little angry, for he hated the princess' with a passion. "They stole you from them so that they can raise you to slave away."
"But... But... Twilight, Fluttershy, and the rest, are my friends." Spike said. "They wouldn't treat me like a slave."
"Of course they would say those words of honey, like you are their friend, but they would just say that to keep you working harder until your spine breaks. Think about it, remember the time they laughed when you fell in the cold lake during Winter Wrap Up day? Or the time that the great Princess Twilight didn't invite you to her birthday party?"
Spike believed those words, but not completely. "I... I don't know if I believe that. can.... can you please show me some... evidence?" he asked
"I would be glad to." said the larger dragon. He shown Spike some memories of what the other ponies thought about Spike.
"I'm so glad that you didn't bring that loser Spike with us to our birthday party, Twi." said Rainbow in a memory.
"I know, what good it would do to have my slave come here and ruin everything." Twilight said, very cruelly. After that, Spike felt his heart breaking, and Emerald showed him the next memory. The one where they go to see the judge at the Equestria Games at the Crystal Empire, Ms. Harshwhinny. that did kind of hurt him when Cadence didn't invite him and left him to take care of all his so called friends' pets while they were gone.
"And who can forget what happened today?" Emerald added. He showed him everypony's sneakiness from him about pulling that prank, and it came to him. Pure heartbreak.
At this, Spike began to cry even louder. "My life is a joke!" he exclaimed. "Everything that i do is a lie."
Emerald Fang laid his wing over him to comfort him. "there there, youngling." he said in a soft voice. "No need for tears. I understand how you feel. You must understand that when Celestia and Luna killed your parents, they took over our kingdom, and turned all of the other dragons into mindless animals that care nothing but gems and gold. I have came to you, because you need to know the truth. Now, You can have your revenge and try and finish what your parents have started. Are you interested?"
Spike stopped his sobbing, and his tone changed from sadness into anger. He was fed up of the ponies giving all these chores while his so called friends have all the fun. He really wanted the two princess' dead now. "Yes." he said. "I will avenge you." he said to himself. "I PROMIIIIISSSEE!!!!" he shouted.
"Good, now. I have a small army that can help us, but we must not strike just yet, we have to wait for the right time to come." said Emerald Green
Spike was extremely bummed, but Emerald was right. He must wait where there are no witnesses or some time of event will happen. "Okay." he replied.
"Oh, and I almost forgot." He went into the pile and pulled out a cool looking sword with an emerald green blade, and a long cross-guard to protect his hand if he would use it. The scabbard was black, and it had a feather on it. "Your father wanted to give this to you when you were old enough as a child to use it."
Spike was really impressed, and he took the sword, even though it was a little heavy, he can still carry the large blade. He swung it a few times, and did a couple of tricks to flaunt with it. he even did a spin attack too.
"Impressive. I had no idea you were capable of using a sword." said Emerald Fang.
"Well, yeah. I do have many talents after all. What do we do first?" Spike asked.
"Let me show you around here, and we will get started." said Emerald Fang. He showed Spike downstairs in an underground room. He snapped his finger and revealed a large, majestic hallway and torches lighting the way, even though the room was enlightened with magic.
Spike was truly amazed, for their were old dragon paintings, a set of swords as weapons, and red drapes covering parts of the walls down the path.
"Let me introduce you to... our army." said the large green dragon. He led Spike to a large room down the hall to the left, and their were a couple of dragons, minotaurs, griffons, and diamond dogs in the small battalion. They all saw the baby dragon, and were kind of happy to see him
"Ah, here he is now." said a female griffon.
they all gathered around to meet him, and it made the baby dragon a little nervous, but he decided to go with it. "Hello." he said a little sheepishly.
"These allies will help us with our cause, for they hate Celestia, and Luna with a passion." said Emerald Fang.
Spike smiled at the idea, and evil thoughts began to come to his head. He really hoped that these allies would help him and not treat him like an employee than a friend.

Rebellion in the Crystal Empire
In the castle, Twilight has stopped her weeping over what Spike just terribly did and said to her, but that did not mean she was all better from it. Roght now, she was looking at her window and worried about Spike, and wiped a remaining tears from her eye.
Rarity of course, was still with her for comfort. "Twilight" She said. "Are you alright, sweetie?"
"I'm fine." Twilight replied with extreme guilt. She said she is alright, but she and Rarity both know in reality that she wasn't fine.
"Listen, Twilight, I do not know what came over Spike, but we'll find him and we can talk to him."
"I just hope he's okay." The allicorn sighed.
"Me too, darling. Me too." Then they both jumped when they heard the castle doors open in an instant as if a burglar was trying to break into th castle.
"Rarity! We're back!" Said Pinkie. With her were Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow, Luna, and Celestia all at once. They all rushed into the bedroom where Twilight was weeping.
"Twilight, is everything alright?" Asked Celestia in her motherly tone.
"Your majesties." Twilight noticed. "I'm fine." Then she bowed to them.
"The others told me about what just happened with Spike." Celestia continued. She and her sister gave the purple allicorn a look of great sympathy.
Twilight bowed her head, ready to cry again. "Why is he doing this?" she asked. "And, you would never do such a thing as to kill his parents. I know you wouldn't"
Sadly, Twilight was wrong, everyone, minus her and Rarity had looks of sadness. "What is it, your majesties?" Rarity asked with concern
"Twilight, Rarity. What Spike said about his mother and father." Celestia said "What he said is all true."
"WHAAAAAAAATTT???!!!!!" Twilight and Rarity both exclaimed in shock.
"I know, it turns out They are not perfect after all." Fluttershy scolded. "I guess they do not know the definition of responsibility
"Hey, don't talk to the princess like that!" Pinkie scolded
"After what they did to Spike's parents, Pinkie?" Fluttershy said to her. "They deserved to be called words like this!"
"ENOUGH!" said Luna.
"Fluttershy, i know what we did was unforgivable, but we can fix this." said Celestia. "We just need to find him and tell him what happened."
The yellow pegasus was still furious, but she calmed herself down, and said "Okay." flatly. "I just hope we find him soon."
Twilight was feeling distraught about this, even though she had eased her crying. "I can't believe this." she thought. "Do I really treat him like a slave?"Now she was really starting to feel guilt-stricken, and thought of how much she treated him like a slave. "It's all my fault." she said "It's all my fault." and then sobbed quietly again while turning her back on everypony in shame.
"Twilight, are you okay?" asked Fluttershy with concern
"No." Twilight sobbed quietly "This is all my fault. I should have treated him better. We all should have treated him better."
"It was not your fault, darling." Rarity reassured. "We just need to help him understand and treat him more of a friend to us."
"She's right, Twi." Said Applejack. "We will find him and find a way to make it up to him."
"And we have to tell him that we are very sorry." Said Celestia
"Well, I doubt he is going to forgive you." Said Rainbow a little rudely.
"We are not asking for forgiveness, we just want him to understand." Luna replied
""We know." I Twilight looked more calm and was more ready to help find her little friend and bring him back. "We need to find him."
"Right." The other five elements said in unison, then they all rushed out of the castle to look for any whereabouts for Spike, and hoped that they will find him in one piece, but they did not realize that they were the ones who are not going to be in one piece.
Spike was practicing well with his new sword, even though this is his first time using a sword, he was quite the faster learner. Now he felt more than ready to take down Celestia and Luna once and for all, and was even more confident in the fact that the Dragonists have more allies than before, and might have a greater chance of restoring the original dragons to their normal, peaceful glory.
"Hey, Spike." Said Tyrus who appeared at the doors. "I just wanted to remind you that Torygg and Emerald said that we are ready to help the Crystal Empire when you are ready."
Spike smiled. "Perfect." He said excitedly. He looked at his green sword and had the thought of Celestia's blood staining on it. "I just need a little more practice and we'll get started with sending the notes to all of the Crystal ponies."
"Very well, youngin' suit yourself." Tyrus replied.
Then Spike continued his training and slashed a practice dummy through it's throat, decapitating it instantly. He gave a smile that showed his teeth very widely, ready for anything that might get in his way of his revenge.
After he was finished thirty minutes later, he went to Torygg's room and gave him his sword until he comes back from sending the letters. "I'm ready, uncle Torygg, Emerald." He said to the two dragons. "Let's get to work."
"Wonderful." Said Torygg with a full-hearted laugh. "Emerald, care to help my nephew claim his throne,
"With pleasure sir." Emerald replied to him. "Cake along, Spike. We got letters to deliver."
The baby dragon stepped in front of him and teleported just outside the Crystal Empire. Emerald was in disguise in the same one he demonstrated before. "And do not worry, Spike. I will make sure that see letters will not fall into the wrong hooves."
"Great. Let's do this." Spike said. They both walked to the city and the baby dragon looked around and saw many of the Crystal ponies smiling at him and waving at him.
"Great and honorable Spike the Brave and Glorious!" Exclaimed a crystal pegasus stallion. "Hey look, guys. Our hero has returned."
Then many of the Crystal ponies gathered around him so that they can talk with him at least, like a paparazzi mob taking pictures of a movie star
"Hey hey hey, guys. Please sat and back." Spike said with a chuckle. "I missed you too, but I really need some space."
"Alright, backup, get back!" Said a Crystal guard, who was traveling with two other guards on both his sides. "Ah, Spike. Welcome back." The guard said, bowing to him like a king, then the Crystal ponies bowed to him after.
"What can we help you with, oh mighty hero?" Said another guard
The baby dragon looked around for anything suspicious. "Me and my friend, emerald----ah! I mean Senderwing here have something to give you." He said. Then he looked back and forth suspiciously again. "But don't tell anypony that are not Crystal ponies, not even Cadence, Shining Armor, or the guards that Celestia assigned them to cannot know about this."
"Why?" Asked a colt
Spike said. "Just read the letter without them knowing and then you'll understand why. But, to give you all a heads up, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, or Twilight are not what you all think they are. They are not really heroes."
Many of the Crystal ponies were confused and didn't know what to say.
"Commander Brass Malachite. Can you please, keep this a secret from Cadence, Shining Armor and other non Crystal Ponies? For your hero?" He gave them the puppy dog face, and they all had sympathy for him.
"Of course, mighty Spike." The commander replied. "We will do anything to help you and are always in your service."
"Good. Thank you so much, guys, I knew I can count on all of you." Spike said, very glad to hear his followers helping him.
Now the two began sending letters to all loyal followers of Spike and Crystal ponies that might be able to help him. As hours went by, they all read it and kept it a secret from all the non Crystal ponies in the process. After reading it, the Crystal Ponies could not hold their rage and anger after what happened to Spike's parents. They all questioned why Cadence and Shining Armor are their rulers instead of him.
"This is an outrage!" Said a crystal mare in her house.
"We cannot believe that Celestia would do this." Said a stallion working in a cafe.
"Well, we will give them 'all mighty' Cadence and Shining Armor what for!" Said another crystal unicorn stallion who was working as a carpenter.
Nevertheless, they were good at keeping quiet about it with the non crystal ponies and hid it well from visitors in the city. After reading it, they were more than happy to bring down Cadence and her husband in any way necessary, and will do it when the night falls."
Spike and Emerald went back to Torygg's hideout after they had finished the task, and informed him about how it went.
"Perfect. Just brilliant." Said Torygg with glee. "At night, we will make our first move.
"Finally, I'll get my revenge on Celestia and Luna for what they did to me." Spike said proudly.
"Easy there, turbo." Said Gerald. "We might have the Crystal Empire, but I think the war might be far from over."
"I hate to admit it, Spike, but my brother's right." Geraldine added.
"Yeah, I guess we need to do a few more things before we strike at Canterlot." Spike said, a little bummed out that the griffon siblings were right.
"Indeed we must." Said Torygg. "But do not worry, when Cadence and Shining Armor are disposed of, we might be one step closer to killing those tyrants."
The baby dragon smiled at the thought. Indeed, with one allicorn princess out of the way, it would weaken the opposite side in this war. "You're right. I guess we won't have to wait so long to kill the almighty rulers of Equestria."
"Well said." Said Jack. "Come my boy, we should probably train some more." The baby dragon nodded and followed one of his best sword mentors to the training room. In the room there were three new practice dummies that almost looked like Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight. Just looking at them made Spike's blood boil with pure anger and pure hatred. "What do you it think of my new practice dummies me, Gaston, and Tyrus made?"
"Oh i like it." Spike said deviously. "It makes me feel like i'm going to kill them all already." He unsheathed his sword and was just about ready to strike at them in any way he wanted to.
"Go on, pick whatever dummies you feel like slashing through first." Jack instructed
Spike thought of it, and decided to attack the Twilight dummy first since she is what he thinks is his task master. He angrily clenched the hold of his blade and said flatly "this is for treating me like a slave." Then slashed through the chest. "This is for making me do stuff you don't want to do!" Then did another slice on her head this time. Now in an even angrier voice he shouted "and this is for being a fucking horrible friend!" Then sliced through the neck.
"Alright, Spike." Jack congratulated. Then his smile turned into a frown when he heard sobbing. "Spike?" He said. Slowly walking up to him. "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine." He replied, choking on his sobbing. He had tears streaming down his face.
"How is the training going?" Asked a voice from out the door. It was imari the zebra warrior. Then he noticed Jack putting his big beefy hand on Spike's shoulder comforting him. Then Imari's face turned into a frown too. "Spike? What is the matter?" He asked walking up to the two.
"Spike seems upset about something." Jack pointed
"I'm sorry." He sobbed. "I.... i just really hate Twilight and all of her friends. They all treat me like a slave and not a friend." He gritted his teeth out of anger.
"Oh Spike. Listen." Said Imari. "We understand tour understand how you feel. They manipulated all of us. Look at us. Look at us." Said the zebra. The baby dragon slowly looked at the zebra warrior with more tears streaming. "There is no need for tears. You have us and your uncle."
"And your followers in the Crystal Empire that love you." Jack added
"Yeah. I know" Spike said, sipping a few tears from his face. "It just... it just angers me that- that-"
"We understand, boy." Said Imari
"It's okay, Spike." Said Geraldine, given him a hug. "There's no need to feel ashamed of it."
"Everything will be okay, Spike. We will always be there for you. Torygg, Emerald, us, and everyone of us will be there fo you."
"That we will, our king." Spike then smiled at their full support. If only his so-called old friends had treated him more like this.
"And besides, you'll have your revenge on all of the soon enough and restore the dragon race." Said Jack
"I know. I know I will."
"So, let us continue with the training. Maybe that should take your mind off of this."
"I guess."
"Yeah, maybe we can help you can take your mind off of it." Said Geraldine. "Right, bro?"
"Right sis."
Spike smiled wider. "You're right. Let's get back to training."
"There's the Spike we all know in love." Said Geraldine. Thy all resumed their training for him and training of their own to be better fighters for the rebellion tonight.
Later that night, it was peaceful in the Crystal Empire, at least for now. On the outskirts, Spike and Emerald fang, along with Imari, Gaston, Tyrus and the other leaders of the battalions of the Dragonists were meeting together for the plan.
"Okay, Spike. It's time." Said Emerald Fang.
"Right. You all know what to do, right?"
"Right." They all said in unison. They all spread out, and got into position. Spike on the other hand, who was the main star of this operation, walked casually to the castle. The two guards in front of the entrance bowed to him in respect and let the doors open. he was a little worried about this and that the job might not go as well as he would expect. As he was heading up the throne room, he knocked on the door nervously. Then there was no answer. Then he knocked a little more louder. He heard the doors open, and there was Shining Armor and Cadence in front of them
"Oh, Spike. Hello." said Cadence in a welcoming tone.
"Hey, how you doing, buddy?" Shining asked him
"Ummm. good." Spike said, with a fake smile on his face.
"Are you okay?" asked Cadence.
"Oh yeah, yeah. I'm fine." Spike said. "I just.... I just want to talk to you about Twilight."
"Oh. Sure, come on in." said Shining. Then they both stepped forward and let him inside the throne room
"Perfect." Spike thought. "So far, so good."
"What's that?" asked Cadence
"Nothing."
"So, wait a minute, I... we didn't summon you." said Cadence
"Come on. Sorry for not notifying you." Spike pleaded
"It's alright. I guess you can be an exception." said Shining. Spike was relieved and felt more comfortable than before.
"So, what would you like to talk to us about Twilight?" asked Cadence. "Is there something wrong?"
"Well..... actually, yes." Spike said.
Then the doors barged open and it revealed a captain with a couple of guards. "What is it, Captain Hawkfeather, we're busy."
"So sorry, sir, but we have something to say." said the captain
"Well it will have to wait until we are done with Spike. So please, i command you to step outside for a moment."
"I'm sorry sir." said the captain. "But we are no longer required to acquire your orders." then he and his small united got in a battle pose, as if they are ready to fight them.
"What?" said Cadence. She and her husband could hardly believe what he just said "What did you say?"
"Good evening." said an Zebrican voice from behind and the lovers looked behind them. It was Imari, with a smug look on his face.
"Imari?" said Shining. "What.... what are you doing here?"
"We are here to dethrone you and your wife of course, my old friend." the zebra. Then he looked at the baby dragon. "Spike, you have done well."
then the lovers looked at the baby dragon in shock. "Spike?" said Cadence. "Why?"
Then Spike had a look of anger on his face. "You ponies don't consider me a friend, only a slave!" he exclaimed while pointing his claw. "You just use me as a tool and manipulate me to do all your work while you laze around!"
"Spike, what the hell are you talking about?" Shining asked
"I know what happened to my parents. They were killed by Celestia when I was just an egg a thousand years ago! they wanted the land for themselves so they wanted my mom and dad out of the way!"
"What? Celestia would never do that to a dragon." said Shining. "Right Cadence?"
then the princess of love sighed sadly. "He's.... he's right my dear." she said
"What?"
"And it's not just that, I am always treated like an outcast as if nopony even fucking wants me around!" he continued. "You have no right to be in the Crystal Empire anymore. This city should be mine, since I saved it!"
"Cadence, why didn't you tell me?" asked Shining
"I... I didn't feel comfortable talking about it. It... it was best you didn't know. But, I had nothing to do with it Spike. I swear."
"No, but you are a supporter of Celestia after all." Spike reprimanded. "You are corrupt, evil, and arrogant! you didn't invite me here to see ms. Harshwhinny before the Equestria Games, and not even you care about me!"
"Spike, catch." said Imari. Then he threw Spike's sword at him, and he held the grasp with a good catch.
"Thanks, Imari." Spike said. Then he pointed it to the lovers. "Now I am going to return the favor."
"Spike, please. Come to your senses." Shining begged. "Open your eyes."
"My eyes are open. You all treat me like scum and you deserve to die for treating me like shit!"
"Captain, do something." Said Cadence. "I am your ruler, please."
"Sorry, princess. But Spike is our rightful ruler, not you, or your husband." the captain replied.
"Yes. he is a rightful king to all of Equestria." said a mrs deeper voice. Then Commander Malachite walked in the room, ready to fight the two lovers also.
"Commander Malachite?! said Cadence. "you too?"
"of course, princess. Spike is our sole hero after all." he replied with a smile.
"This is- this is treason!" Shining exclaimed. "Where is Twili?" he thought. We can sure use her help right now."
Then Emerald Fang came out of nowhere and had a shrewd smile on his face. "Hello. he said.
"Who are you?" said Cadence
"I am Emerald Fang. One of the last of the old dragons before Celestia and Luna wiped them out a millennium ago. And your ruling days have come to an end, princess Cadence!"
Then the griffon twins came through the window and landed on the floor, then Tyrus, and Gaston came in from the closet, probably hiding in them without the lovers knowing of their presence. Finally, Jack the Minotaur rammed through the wall breaking it.
Now Shining and Cadence were more shocked than ever. "What are you?" exclaimed Shining Armor
"We are the Dragonists. said Spike. The true keepers of the peace of Equestria. We fight for justice, freedom, equality, and prosperity to all creatures." Spike said proudly
"Dragonists?" Said Cadence. Now she and her husband did not know what to do now, then she had a thought. "Wait, the good citizens down there can help us."
"Ah, that is where you are wrong, my dear." Said Emerald. "Take a look outside and you will see why." The couple went over to the balcony, and saw a large mob of angry crystal ponies, protesting from below.
"We hate you, Shining Poser!" Said a stallion
"Go to hell, princess of prostitution!"
"You are liars and deceivers!" Said the librarian.
The mob was really after them. Many of them shouted and there were phrases like "Fuck you!" From amongst the crowd.
Shining and Cadance was really shattered and the princess of love began to shed a tear from her eye, heartbroken as she was seeing all of her beloved subjects turn against her.
"You can't win, Shining." Said Imari. "Many Zebrican countries including mine, Prance, Germaneigh, and among a few other races have joined us against the tyrant Celestia."
"Celestia is not a tyrant!" Shining shouted. "Come closer and say that!" Then he pulled out a sword as Imari did by pulling out his nimcha scimitar.
"You are outnumbered." Said Jack. "You cannot win."
"We may be outnumbered, but we still have a few guards on our side." Said Cadence. Then a small battalion of soldiers from Canterlot rushed in front of her for protection. Flash Sentry was one of them also.
"Attack!" Spike ordered. Then the first battle has commenced.

Cadence shielded herself from a magic blast from Emerald and reflected it back to him, stunning him temporarily. The Crystal guards fought one another and it was hard to tell which side was gaining the upper hoof. Flash Sentry and Captain Hawkfeather were having an interesting grudge match in their fight. They rammed their heads against eachother then Flash gave the captain a powerful kick to the chin, locking him to the ground.
However, Flash's victory was shirt lived, he felt himself being pushed away as he was being swung to the wall by captain Malachite. However, he recovered and retaliated by dodging a number if attacks and gave him a few punches in the face. Then, all of a sudden, he felt a powerful bite on his arm, and tried to ease the pain, b before he could think, he felt the commander punching him mercilessly four times until he had a tooth fall out and laid on the floor, injured.
Shining Armor and Imari were having even more of a grudge match. "I thought we were good friends, Imari!" Shining said
"I thought so too, my old friend!" He exclaimed back to him. Then they clashed their sword a few more tinsel. "Until you had to be married to a tyrant." He kicked the prince a few times, then Shining retaliated by kicking Imari as much vice versa. They were excellent swordsmen and there were countless sounds of clashing and clanging steel. Shining was about to perform a powerful attack on his rival, but the zebra dodge just in time, making him hit the floor instead.
Gaston, along with Tyrus and Jack, fought with the other soldiers on Cadence's side. Thanks to their size and more fighting experiences, they already wiped out quite a number of the soldiers that were coming at them, knocking them out on all directions.
Spike aimed his sword at Cadence, ready to bring her down. "Spike, lease. Just listen to me. We never treat you like a slave, no pony you know does." She begged
"That's a fucking lie!" The baby dragon exclaimed. "You say you care about me, but you only care about yourselves."
"No. We don't think that way of ourselves. We do care about you."
"I don't believe you!" He walked in a fast pace to Cadence and was ready to swing some very painful blows to her. However, Spike saw a little shield that she created to defend herself from any strikes. He delivered a series of powerful strikes at e shield, but to no avail. Then Cadence felt her magic fading away. It was Emerald Fang, who was using counter magic to weaken the force field soy at Spike can do the mortal blow on her.
"Now Spike! Do it." Said Emerald.
When the force field was down. spike readied his stance and was about to do the final blow on her. Then, he had a thought of whether he should kill her or not." He was very conflicted
"Do it!" Emerald said. "Strike her down!"
"Spike, please. Please listen. I'm sorry about your parents, but what is in the last is done." Cadence pleaded. "We can help you."
Then Spike finally made up his mind. "Well I wish you could have fixed it for me in the past." He said. Then he stabbed her right in her chest with his sword. Cadence screamed and howled in agony. "I got you." Spike said
"CADENCE!!!!!" Shining screamed. Then without warning, he felt Imari's sword slash him on his leg, shoulder, and stomach which was the worst spot. He staggered and eased his wounds, flash Sentry and the guards on his side could hardly believe what they just saw. They all rushed forward to her to go to her aid. After a number of seconds, Spike pulled out his blade and focused on the guards coming to her. In an instant, almost every guard was sliced and killed on the process, except for Flash Sentry.
"No! Princess Cadence!" Flash exclaimed. "Prince Shining!" Then he rushed to his aid now.
"I'm fine, I can walk." Shining groaned. He slowly got back up and rushed to his wife who was badly injured "Candence, let me see sweetheart, let me see."
"Flash." Said Cadence. She placed her hoof on his cheek, and in her dying breath, she said "I..... I love you......" The her hoof slowly fell in the floor
"No. No no no no no no." Shining said, ready to just burst into tears. "Candence. Please." He sobbed. "Come back. Cadence." Then he buried his face on her stomach. There was a loud "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!" All through the room and even the other fighters in the opposite side of the battle stopped their fighting as they were distracted.
"Serves her right for treating me like a slave." Spike said. "You'll die next, Shining."
Then Shining looked at him with pure anger and rage. "You murderer." He gritted. Now there was no way he can win now. "Flash, get close to me, we're getting out of here." He ordered
"Got it." Then the orange pegasus clung to Shining and vanished without a trace with him
"Qu'est-ce que c'est?" Said Gaston. "Where did they go?"
"They vanished." Said Tyrus.
"Don't worry about him. Let him go." Said Jack. "We'll get him another time. What matters is that Cadence is dead and the Crystal Empire is ours at last."
They all cheered in triumph over their first victory, and Spike walked over to the balcony with his subjects below him. They all cheered when they saw him. "Everypony, Princess Cadence, is dead!" He announced. "Now we will be closer go invading Canterlot and soon, I will become new king of Equestria!" They all screamed with excitement. "I will bring this land true peace, kindness and freedom!" He concluded. Everypony cheered for him again, and he went back in the castle
"That was awesome, Spike." Said Gerald.
"Yeah, you really showed her." Geraldine added.
"Oh shucks. It was nothing. That was awesome sword play, Imari."
"Thank you." The zebra said with a smile. "And the same thing for you."
Spike smiled at him compliment. "Thanks." He blushed. "Now we just need to do a few more steps before we take over Canterlot."
"Right." They all said in unison.
"I'll tell your uncle about your achievement. I am sure he will be proud of you," said Emerald.
"I think he is." Then the green dragon disappeared out of thin air, and the others were thinking of plans to move up to the next level of this rebellion.
