Starlight Glimmer's Therapy Session
After being defeated by Twilight Sparkle and the other ponies of our town Starlight Glimmer ran and hid inside a cave. While running in this cave, Starlight Glimmer heard some laughter and talking and she went deeper into the cave. The deeper and deeper she went into the cave she continued to hear the talking and laughter and she neared the source of the talking and laughter she saw some lights that illuminated the cave. As Starlight Glimmer gets closer to the source of the sound she hides behind a rock in the cave and she ever so slightly peaks out from the rock to see if she can see the source of the sound. She indeed spots the source a blue unicorn laughing manically and talking to herself. Starlight also sees that she is reading from a book and trying to practice what looks to be some kind of magic. The blue unicorn turns around and catches a quick glimpse of Starlight from the corner of her eye. She quickly drops her book and turns around completely and she knows there is someone else in the cave now. The blue unicorn stomps her hooves and shouts loudly “Who’s there! I know some pony is in here! Show yourself! The Great and Powerful Trixie demands it!” as the blue unicorn lowers her hooves from a stomping position. The blue unicorn looks around and waits to hear a response. Trixie doesn’t hear a response. Trixie shouts “Don’t make me come and find you!” and she gets angry as her horn begins to glow with magic. Suddenly Starlight Glimmer leaps out from behind the rock and shoots a magic beam at Trixie. Trixie puts up a magic shield deflecting the magic beam back at Starlight. The beam hits Starlight and demobilizes her for a bit. “Well, well, well what do we have here?” Trixie remarks as she walks over to look at Starlight.
“Please don’t hurt me. I was just trying to protect myself, I don’t mean you any harm!” Starlight pleads.
“And why should the Great and Powerful Trixie have mercy on you! You shot at me first!” Trixie exclaims.
“Because I’ve already been defeated once and I think I learned my lesson. I’m not as powerful as I think. I had it all, I ran a whole city and had everyone under my control, and I was unstoppable! But it was all taken away from me by an alicorn princess by the name of Twilight Sparkle! Oh, who am I kidding! I’ve done horrible things! You should just put me out of my misery! I deserve it!” Starlight sobs.
“Did you say an alicorn princess by the name of Twilight Sparkle!?” Trixie inquires. “Trixie knows this alicorn princess you speak of. I’ve been defeated by her as well. I think we may have more in common than I thought as first Miss….” Trixie stops speaking and pauses.
“It’s Starlight, Starlight Glimmer.” Starlight says trying to stop her sobbing.
“Nice to meet you Starlight, I am the great and powerful Trixie Lulamoon at your service!” Trixie says in a sugary sweet tone as she winks and smiles back at Starlight. She helps Starlight Glimmer up off the floor and hands her a handkerchief and says “Now, now tell Trixie more about what happened. I’m sure you will feel much better after you do. Have a seat on the couch.” Trixie points to a couch in the cave for Starlight to lay down on. “Would you like some tea Starlight?” Trixie asks.
“Yes, thank you.” Starlight says while wiping her tears away with the handkerchief.
“Oh servants some tea for Miss Starlight right away!” Trixie yells as a pack of diamond dogs quickly appear dressed in tuxedoes quickly file out and serve Starlight some tea. “Thank you servants!” Trixie exclaims.
“It was our pleasure master Trixxxiieee!” A diamond dog creepily says as he and the other dogs quickly disappear into the darkness.
“Wow, this is quite the place you have here in this cave.” Starlight says with a surprised look on her face.
“I know isn’t is great. I got servants and everything a fabulously beautiful and powerful unicorn like me needs.” Trixie says in a boastful tone. “But enough about me let’s get to talking about you Starlight.” Trixie says as she takes a seat across from Starlight while she puts on some glasses and grabs a quill and a note pad. “So let’s see if I can help you Miss Starlight. Tell me everything!” Trixie says with a big smile on her face.
“Well I was the leader of our town. Every pony in our town didn’t have a cutie mark. I brainwashed all the ponies into giving me their cutie marks where I kept them in a vault that they weren’t able to access. I had enormous power over all the ponies in our town. I owned all their cutie marks! I could make all the ponies do whatever I wanted when I wanted them to do it. I had all the power I could ever wanted! I had all the ponies under my control! No one could stop me!” Starlight explained.
“I see….I see…interesting and delightfully evil!” Trixie squealed in delight. “Please continue Starlight.” as Trixie continued to write everything down.
“Ok so I ended up sugar coating the whole thing by telling every pony that they were all equal and no one was better they everyone else. I told them that it was a better way of life, that there would be no fights and no problems because everyone would be exactly the same and their lives would be perfect. It worked, it worked wonderfully. Until that purple alicorn princess and her friends! I took their cutie marks and tried to reform them, but they exposed me and the ponies in my town revolted against me and they took back their cutie marks and chased me into the cave where now I met you.” Starlight said taking a breath of relief.
“I see...I see interesting. So how do you feel now?” Trixie said looking over at Starlight.
“I feel better now. I can’t believe I’m saying this but thanks Trixie. I think that you are a great friend.” Starlight said but they immediately notice what she said and hoof palmed her face. “I don’t believe it I’ve become just like them! I think I’m starting to believe in the friendship of magic! NOOOO!! What did you do to me Trixie! What did you do!” Starlight starts sobbing again.
“Silly Starlight, even Trixie knows that friendship is the most powerful magic in all of Equestria! That will be 1,000 bits.”
