Doomsday has arrived upon Equestria. An artificial virus which could supposedly cure cancer turned out to be lethal to ponies and other living creatures, and now it has broken out and spread. Twilight Sparkle has to survive, and to do that, she has to survive the perilous trip to one of the final pony bastions - Celestia's Holdout.
