After falling through the black hole, the newly regenerated Equestrian Doctor ends up in an alternate version of Equestria, where magic wielding humans live, rather than ponies. When he ends up Twilight Sparkle's childhood, the Doctor discovers a crack in the universe, with a interesting alien presence imbedded within it.
