I was relaxing, enjoying the beautiful warm spring day when Firedust confessed a long term secret that changed everything!
"Um Flo?" Firedust asked
"Mmm?" I asked turning toward him
"There's something I have to tell you" he replied shakily and moving he's gaze toward the floor
"What is it love?" I asked suddenly concerned the relaxed feeling fading
"Uhm, I kinda made a deal with the devil for a guitar" he looked up and forced a smile, rage began to flood through my veins my wings popping up out of anger
"YOU WHAT!?" "FIREDUST DO YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THIS IS!?" I screamed my snout inches away from his. He looked away and put he's ears back
"It was a nice guitar, I couldn't resist" Firedust stammered
"Oh so if there's a nice sword I'm gonna just prance over and be like 'yo I'll give you my soul for that fabulous katana over there' "
"That's exactly what happened" Fires voice trailed off
I rolled my eyes and collapsed onto the balcony's floor, twitching.
"Babe, are you okay?" Fire asked me putting his hoof on my head, I jumped up
"Don't touch me! Don't get your evil all over me!" I said shaking my body Firedust stared at me as if I was crazy, but seriously? Who makes a deal with the devil for a guitar? My husband apparently. Now I'm stuck with a demon and a husband with an IQ of -10 in my house, could this get any worse? Well yeah it can and it does!
"Babe!" Fire called from the kitchen
"What!?" I demanded from the top of the staircase I had been hiding inside our room all day with a protective shield around me
"I made your favorite!" he called teasing me
"Bait won't work!" I yelled and returned to our room I heard hoofsteps moments later, Fire took one look at me and sighed
"Flo don't be ridiculous everything's fine, and you'll get tired and weak if you use your magic too much especially for strong spells"
I glared at him and went back to reading. Firedust sighed again and walked out of the room.
