It was especially important now, because it was applebuck season. Of course all of her friends offered and she agreed. Three applebuck seasons ago,she refused any help Twilight,or anypony offered. She had learned her lesson. This was the last day,and the last tree. She told all of her friends to go home, and she would finish the rest. She trotted back to the barn empting the last basket into a apple cart. She slowly walked back into her house up stairs into her bedroom. She slumped into her bed,her back hooves sore from kicking wood all day. Her whole family had worked extremely hard. Granny Smith, inspecting all the the bad and good apples,Big Mac using his fancy mathematics to make sure we had the right amount of apples to sell,if more,or less,Applebloom carrying the baskets to Granny Smith to inspect. And finally,Applejack, the heart of the family, harvesting most of the apples. Big Macintosh helped too of course, but he mostly counted the apples and carried the crates either, into the barn or where they need to be sold. In other words the whole family was exhausted. She couldn't even imagine how her friends felt. They weren't exactly fruit harvesters. Just as she began to relax, there was a ring at the bottom floor of the house, added with constant loud knocking. Applejack groaned with annoyance. As she reached the last floor, she began to hear wailing and it grew louder the closer she got to the door. She swung the door open her face and mid partially filled with anger and exhaustion. Her gaze dropped to a basket, inside shocked her,it was a foal.                                                                                                                      * Applejack gasped at the foal. It held a small stuffed unicorn pony, and lay inside a basket seeming much to big for the small foal. Without hesitation, Applejack scooped up the basket and brought inside. The child started to whine and cry. Applejack tried to hushed to baby. Then an idea sparked. "Hush now little filly, you're now loved by all ya know,ya'll never lose ma love,no matter where ya go,so don't ya fret or cry,I'm right here, right by yer side."The child's eyes closed and it drifted off to sleep. "How bout' we get ya into bed?" Applejack asked the sleeping foal. She walked slowly into a room upstairs. It was full of baby things, there were three cribs, once upon a time, one of these was Applejack's. She set the foal inside hers. It was decorated with apples similar to her cutie mark. It was strange how the parents named their children perfectly to match their destiny, strange. The baby was asleep, and so was her family. What did Applejack have to worry about? What could possibly go wrong?
