             Chapter 1: Arriving in Equestria.

Chapter 1: Arriving in Equestria.
Two men are currently standing on the edge of a river known as Naka River, one of the men had his back turned against the other, speaking to him.
"The foundation is involved. Unfortunately, it seems like there's no way to stop the Uchiha's coup." Said the man with an missing eye. This man is known as Shisui Uchiha of Teleportation. He had an run-in with Danzo and the Foundation, a group of highly skilled ninja who work under Danzo. The man manage to take one of Shisui's eyes by force. Unfortunately, because of this; Shisui knew he wasn't safe here.
"If internal warfare breaks out in the Leaf, the neighboring countries will invade and war will begin." Shisui said to his friend with dread. The friend of Shisui is named, Itachi Uchiha. He too, like Shisui is an Uchiha and a very skilled one at that. Shisui and Itachi are best friends and had always been by each others side.
Shisui turned to his best friend and told him what had happened. "I was planning to use Kotoamatsukami to stop the coup. But Danzo took my right eye." Itachi's face remain stoic and focused, but on the inside he was boiling with anger for two reasons. One: for Danzo's betrayal against the Uchiha and taking his best friend's eye and Two: for Shisui using Kotoamatsukami without Itachi knowing.
"He didn't trust what I was trying to do and he will resort to anything to protect the Hidden Leaf Village. They'll probably come after my left eye too. " Said the Uchiha. He placed his index and middle finger and thumb around his remaining eye and sighed.
"Before that happens. I want you to have it." Shisui pulled out his remaining eye and turned to his best friend, He smiled at him knowing this would be the best thing to do.
'Shisui' Itachi thought. Shisui is truly that kind shinobi that would put family and friends above anything else.
"You're really the only friend I can trust. Protect the village, and the Uchiha name as well." He said as he handed over his eye to his best friend. Itachi hesitantly accepted the eye and gained a look of uncertain.
"But I..."Itachi begin but was interrupted by Shisui, telling him something else.
"And...That isn't the only thing that I need to give you. I'm going to give you a new power too."
'A new power?' Itachi thought.
"The Mangekyo Sharingan." Shisui said.
Itachi's eyes widen when he heard those words come out of Shisui's mouth. He knew what they meant. To say Itachi was scared, is understatement. Itachi's terrified. He was scared to lose his best and only friend. Shisui wouldn't go through with this, would he? He had so much to live for.
"Shisui....You can't!" Itachi pleaded.
Shisui sighed with defeat. "I'm not going to last long anyway. Take it as a gift.....My dying wish." Itachi's face became even more distraught he knew there was no way of changing his mind. He was going to lose his best friend and there's was nothing he could he do.
Shisui grinned and chuckled a bit. "Heh. What's with that look of yours? Even like this, I can still see your face easily, you know." He placed his hand on Itachi's shoulder and smiled.
"A worried expression just doesn't look good on you. You must always remain calm, my friend. That's what Itachi Uchiha is. I am positive you can do this." Shisui wisely said. As if he were a teacher passing a wise proverb to a student.
"So don't worry. It'll be fine."
Itachi eyes widen at this, those were the same exact words he had said yesterday about stopping the coup. Itachi nodded at this and bowed his head.
"I will carry on your will for the Uchiha."
Shisui frown and looked at Itachi, he hated doing this to him, but he knows he could handle it. "From now on. You may be forced to walked down a long, dark path. One that is filled with pain and suffering. I have to apologize. That I can't be with you through it all. Still, I hope you don't falter from your path. And keep moving forward as a leaf ninja. I believe in you."
Itachi grunted, clenching his teeth and trying to hold in the incoming tears. It was becoming harder and harder to stay calm.
"That is why I am able to ask you to carry my will. And the Mangekyo." Shisui said as he begin to walk further towards the edge of the river. Shisui looked at the sky and gave a great sigh of relief.
"Thank you.....For everything."
The sun was quickly coming down. It soon became nightfall, which ironically was a perfect backdrop of their current moment. Itachi looked down in pure sadness, not able to look at his best friend.
"I guess this is the end of the road for me. But this will pave a new way for you....And give you new power." Shisui said. Silence begin to fill the area, Shisui knew his time has come and he had to go.
"Well Itachi....Now the time has come. Make a new way for yourself with your own hands. You can do it..... I know you can." Itachi's tighten his fist as memories of the two begin to flood his mind.
"See you friend....I'll leave the rest to you." With those final words, Shisui let himself fall of the edge and down into the river. Thoughts of happiness and sadness were in his mind.
'If only I could stay longer with you my friend. If only things were different...' Shisui thought with a smile as he erased his own existence to prevent war or other conflicts. All he saw was darkness, the pain was finally gone and he can now rest. At least that was plan, about 3 hours later after his death, The Uchiha had awaken in a wide white plain of existence.
'W-Where am I?...Is this....heaven or....hell?' He thought. Shisui got up off the ground and looked around, nobody was around for miles and it seems that he is the only person there. His thoughts were interrupted by a chuckle and soon a voice.
"Why hello there, little Uchiha."
Shisui looked around and soon found himself blinded by a white light. He shielded his eyes from the brightness. Wait...Eyes?! The Uchiha rubbed his eyes to find out they had actually been restored.
"W-what the...my eyes are back?!...But...how?" he asked himself.
"You're in heaven. Everything you had previously in your past life returns to you once you go to heaven...or as you shinobi like to call it, the pure land."
Shisui decided to test this by activating his sharingan. He looked at his hands and can see his chakra pathways. It amazed him to say the least.
'My Sharingan, it's back. Does that mean my Mangekyo Sharingan is back too?' Shisui thought. He turned to see a man cloaked in black with a hood. Instincts kicked in, as Shisui reached for his tanto on his back. The man raised a hand up as a sigh of calm.
"Easy there, Shisui. There is no need to fight in the pure land."
Still tensed, The Uchiha demanded to know how the man known his name. The man chuckled and smiled at him "Why, I am the Shinigami or Death. And you are dead." Shisui became shock from hearing this. This man is the Shinigami? But he look so human?
"I see....But, if you're Shinigami? Why do you look human?" Asked Shisui
Shinigami smiled at him and shook his head "It is my 'other form' but that is not important. I have been watching you Shisui, how you thought not only about your clan, but your village too. You're selfless, kind and strong; something that the other world needs. It needs a hero and that is you."
This intrigued the Uchiha, a new world that needs him? Is this some kind of trick? why does this world need him anyway? But his soon-to-be questions were answered by the Shinigami.
"It's a world called Equus; Equestria, and in that world; a great evil will arise and overthrown the inhabitants within it. That is why, I, the Shinigami is giving you, Shisui Uchiha a second chance to live. All you would have to do is stop this dark evil from attacking this world and become it's protector. Will you accept, Shisui of Teleportation?"
The young Uchiha begin to think hard on this one. On the bright side, he'll be getting a second chance to live again, but the downside is that he won't see Itachi and Sasuke anymore. It was a bit hard for him to choose, but he couldn't let those inhabitants of Equus get destroyed from this bad evil that will be soon approaching. Sometimes, he was just too kind for his own good; but he loves that about himself. He smiled at the Shinigami and nodded.
"I accept your offer, Shinigami-Sama." Shisui said with confidence. The Shinigami nodded and tapped Shisui on the forehead, which soon he became surrounded by a bright light. The young Uchiha had to block his eyes from the invading light and soon everything grew dark. Shisui opened his eyes to find himself in a forest that he did not recognized. It was lush and big and filled with life. He smiled at that, but soon his smile turned to a frown when he heard a growl coming from behind him. He turned to see the most odd creature he ever laid his eyes on. It was a lion with a scorpion tail and bat wings. It gave the Uchiha a mighty roar, trying to intimidate him. There was only one thing Shisui had to say to himself as he observe the beast that is front of him.
"What the hell is that?"
The creature roared at him and charged. Shisui frowned and jumped up to dodge a swipe from it's paws. The beast roared at the Uchiha again, but was quickly shut up when Shisui kicked his head, knocking the beast out easily. He sighed and observed the out cold beast. "Just what in the world is this thing." He looked around his surroundings, noticing that he is in a dark forest.
'This is strange.' He thought.
'Well, I won't find any answers just standing here. Better get going.' He said as he teleported away.
Meanwhile, three little fillies known as the cutie mark crusaders were walking down in the everfree forest, trying to get their cutie marks in Manticore taming. It was Scootaloo's idea, thinking that it would be an awesome way of getting their cutie marks. Her friends reluctantly agreed and followed her, so far no luck has come.
"Ugh...Where are those stinkin' Manticore?" Asked a frustrated Scootaloo.
"Maybe we should quit while we're ahead." Suggested Applebloom
"What was that?!" He asked himself. He decided to run towards the source of the voices, hoping if this is the place the Shinigami had sent him and maybe get some answers.
'Just what did he mean by great evil. What is soon to come?' He thought as he sped up to the sound of the voices.
