Your Fluttering Heart

You wake up, Fluttershy gently shaking you, "Come on, sleepy head we have to go so we don't miss the train." she then kisses your forehead gently. You get up and quickly pack. The two of you then make it to the train station just as the train arrives. The two of you show the porter pony your tickets and climb in. Fluttershy looks at you with her hoof over her necklace and says, "Thank you." You grab her other hoof,

"No, thank you." as you kiss her cheek. "How are we going to break the news to our friends?"

"I'm not sure." she tells you as she leans her head on you. You both spend the rest of the trip thinking.

At the train station in Ponyville Rainbow Dash looks down the tracks. "I see the train, they're coming." she calls to the group below.

"How far away are they?" Rarity asks

"Not far they'll stop any second now." answers Rainbow.

"I see the train!" Twilight calls out

"Me too." says Applejack.

"Where are THEY?!" cries an always excited Pinkie as the train stops.

"I FOUND THEM!" Pinkie screams upon seeing you and Fluttershy step out of the train.
The entire group of walks up to you and Fluttershy, "How was the trip?" they all ask in unison.

"Oh, it was just wonderful." Fluttershy answers them with a smile and her eyes closed.

"Did y'all see the breezies?" Applejack asks the two of you

"Yeah they looked amazing." you tell her happily.

"Fluttershy, darling that necklace, it's magnificent, where ever did you get it!?" Rarity asks as she stares at it's jewels.

"Oh I know it's just beautiful, he gave it to me after the breezies flew past." Fluttershy told her as she Nuzzled your neck.

"That's SOO sweet!" Pinkie said as she hugged both of you.

"What was the occasion?" Twilight asked with intrigue. You and Fluttershy look at each other,

"Well..." you say rubbing your head

"Uhm Rarity, could use a new dress, in white maybe?" Fluttershy says looking at you

"You don't mean?" Rarity gasps. Fluttershy nods rubbing her foreleg with her hoof.

"Mean what? WHAT DOES SHE MEAN?" Pinkie asks loudly

"She means they're engaged!" Twilight tells Pinkie

"DO WHAT, you're getting MARRIED?"

"Yes Pinkie." you tell the hyper mare. Your friends hug you both as they excitedly ask for details and ask when the lucky day would be.

"We don't know yet. Hopefully some time soon." you tell them

"How about next week, you know if it's not to much of a problem, maybe?" Fluttershy says looking at you

"I'm fine with that, but that's a lot of work in a short amount of time." you sigh looking down in dismay.

"That's enough time for me to make the dress." Rarity chimes in

"I can decorate in no time thanks to my, PARTY CANON!" Pinkie says shooting confetti in the air

"I'll help Pinkie." Applejack remarks tipping her hat

"I'll make sure we all stay on schedule." Twilight tells the group

"Leave the weather to me." Rainbow says pointing to herself.

"Oh thank you all so much." Fluttershy tells her friends

"Are you guys sure?" you ask

"You can count on us!" Rainbow tells you with confidence. Rarity grabs Fluttershy,

"Come now, we have a lot to do to make your dress, wait," Rarity turns toward you, "what are you going to wear? I suppose I can make a suit for you as well."

"Thanks Rarity." you tell her as she begins pulling Fluttershy again.

"WAIT FOR ME, I have to ask about the decorations?!" cries out a following Pinkie Pie.

"Congratulation, partner!" Applejack tells you as she walks with Pinkie

"Come on, we have stuff to do too." Twilight says as she begins walking.

"Are you sure you can organize all of this?" you ask Twilight with concern

"Anything is possible with planning and following a checklist." she tells you as a piece of paper and a quill appears in front of her. "Do you know where the wedding will be?"

"Oh um, our first date was on a hill in her backyard. So I think that would be a nice place." you inform her.

"Okay what about guests?" she asks you as she writes down what you told her.

"I don't really have any family, and you guys are my friends so, that's all on my side." you tell her as she jots that down.

"Can you tell me a specific day and time?" she asks looking up.

"We like sunsets so if we do the whole kiss thing with the sun setting behind us."

"That is so sweet, what about a day?" Twilight remarks with excitement.

"Saturday I guess."

"OK, thanks." Twilight begins walking away

"That's it, we're done?" you ask confused

"I have to talk to Fluttershy, I'll see you later." she tells you looking back.

"Okay, bye then."
So as you go to check on Sheldon and the other animals everypony else is at Rarity's. Pinkie is asking Fluttershy questions about what decorations she wants, Rarity is taking her measurements, and Twilight is walking in with her quill and paper. As Twilight takes over Pinkie Pie's interrogation Rarity finishes measuring Fluttershy. "So Fluttershy, what kind of dress do you want?" Rarity asks her as she trots to her drawing board. Fluttershy tells her what she wants her dress to look like.

"It can be white still can't it?" Rarity asks jokingly.

"Wh-why do you ask that, why couldn't it be white?" Fluttershy ask as her face turns pink and she stares at the ground. Everypony stops and looks at her in silence.

"Why couldn't it be white, what does she mean?" Pinkie asks breaking the silience.

"Do you mean.... that the two of you....." Rarity asks with her mouth open in amazement.

"Yea-Yes," Fluttershy begins crying

"Why are you crying dear?" Rarity asks her as she gives her a hug

"I was supposed to wait, but I didn't I'm a bad pony." Fluttershy cries more intensely

"Wait for what?" Pinkie asks confused.

"So you did it once, that doesn't make you a bad pony." Twilight comforts her and puts her hoof on her shoulder. Her cries just grow louder.

"WHAT DID SHE DO?" Pinkie asks still unsure of what's happening.

"So how many times did you, you know?" Applejack asks the crying mare

"Tw-twice!" she gets out between sobs.

"Really, when, and with who?" Rarity asks her

"At the c-cabin." she gets out still crying.

"He didn't force you, did he?" Twilight asks her worried

"No, I-I started it." she tells them

"Well that's doesn't make you a bad pony sugar cube." Applejack tells her.

"It doesn't?" Fluttershy asks her friends as she calms down.

"No of course not, the two of you love each other, you were in a romantic environment it's completely understandable, besides you are marrying the same stallion that took your..... you know." Twilight tells her ina comforting voice.

"WHAT IS GOING ON?!" Pinkie asks frustrated. Rainbow Dash puts her hoof to Pinkie's ear and whispers.

"What? Why did they do that?" Pinkie asks as Rainbow performs a face hoof.

Fluttershy asks with a sniffle, "Can I still wear a white dress?"

"Of course you can darling." Rarity tells her as she lets go of her.

As Twilight, Rainbow, and Applejack explain things to Pinkie, Rarity shows her final drawing to a still red eyed but smiling Fluttershy.

"How do you like it?" Rarity asks Fluttershy

"Oh, it's wonderful, thank you Rarity." Fluttershy responds to Rarity's detailed drawing.

"It's my pleasure dear." Rarity tells her with a sense of pride. "Fluttershy dear, do you mind fetching your beau so I can get started on his suit?

"Okay I'll go get him, bye." Fluttershy says as she goes to get you.

"OH, Why didn't somepony JUST say that?" Pinkie cries out as she gets what the fuss was about.

After Fluttershy got home and told you that Rarity needed to get your measurements, you kiss her goodbye and head for Rarity's. As you walk in her door you see all of your friends are still there. They hear the door open and stop talking as they stare at you. "Hey, everypony." you say slowly wondering why they're staring. "What's going on?"

"Oh nothing, come on now so I can get working." Rarity says while patting her little platform. As you climb up everypony is still watching you.

"So how was your trip?" Rainbow Dash asks you.

"It was fantastic." you tell her.

"What made it fantastic?" Twilight asks you with a smirk

"I really enjoyed spending the time with Fluttershy." you answer her with a smile.

"Yeah, I bet you did." Rainbow Dash says with a serious look.

"What do you mean?" you ask curiously

"We know what y'all did there." Applejack remarks

"Yeah, we watched the breezies." you start sweating as you say that. Rarity looks at you,

"She told us what happened."

"Oh uhm, I don't know what to say?" you tell them nervously, not knowing what's coming next.

"There's nothing to say." Twilight says coldly, "Just awnser our questions truthfully."

"Okay, what do you want to know?" you ask the group.

"Are you in love with her?" Applejack asks you

"Yes, I couldn't imagine what I would do without her, she is my source of happiness." you tell them with your head held high.

"Okay, how many mares have you been with?" Rarity asks you staring you in the eyes.

"I haven't been with any, except for Fluttershy." you tell her as your cheeks blush.

"Okay that was all we needed to know." Twilight tells you as they all hug you. "That's what we wanted to hear, we just wanted to be sure you wouldn't hurt Fluttershy."

"I could never hurt her, not even if my life depended on it." you say as you hug them back.

"You can go to home now, I got all the information I need." Rarity tells you with a smile.

Once you get home you see Fluttershy sitting in front of your door.

"I was wondering, if you wouldn't mind staying with me maybe?" Fluttershy asks you batting her eyelashes.

"I would love to." you tell her. The two of you walk into her home, it's late and you go to lay on the couch, "Do you have an extra blanket I can use?" you ask her.

"I meant that, if you don't mind, you could sleep in my bed, with me."

"Oh, okay!" you tell her as you get off the couch. The two of you walk up the stairs and into her bedroom. She climbs into bed leaving room for you and the two of you sleep cuddled together the rest of the night.
