Near the southern end of equestria lived a small community known as Mareth. but that's not really important at the moment. what is important is a salt-drunk stallion leaving a bar to rush home under the Celestia-Damned monsoon.
"its time, its time, its time!" he says with a slurred wobble in his step. "ill summon the wolf demon Fenrir and bind him!"
the stallion ,known to locals as Hard Tact, laughs deep and foalishly as he runs straight through the doors of his small home, down a flight of stairs into an open area, marked with norse and sumerian runes. a slit of a ceremonial knife draws enough blood to drip over the pelts of two wolves.
"Odins Bain, hear my plea," he tosses the pelts into the circle as the runes glow a fierce red. "I, humble Hard Tact, wish to free you to bring down this false royalty and restore this land to its wild glory." the runes flash and dance into a lime green. Yes yes yes! its working! thought Hard Tact. Soon all but a single rune glowed the lime green. this sparked a reaction that shifted the runes blue and massive magical energies to fling objects around the room,
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" cried Tact. the wrong reaction was taking place. instead of the two pelts going up in flames, they merge and dance, growing and forming Celestia knows what. he rushes to the control node of the circle but its too late. the spell ends with a ring and a large wolf slumped in the center.
The new creature stirs, groggy, as if woken from a long sleep. Tact smiles "Master Fenrir?" He inches closer
The wolf groans heavily "Who the hell is Fenrir?" the wolf yawns and stretches, still not entirely lucid. Tacts smile falls from his face. he thought that, despite the defect, he had summoned the beasted he wanted. Angrily, he gets up into the face of the mystery wolf and prods his chest. "Just who the hell are you, then?"
this shocks the wolf fully awake, and angry "Who am i? Who the hell are you, tough guy?"
