This story is being put on hold because I am having a hard time figuring out how to write it at this time. I am also running into trouble with what it's categories should be.

When you lose yourself it can be hard to get back to how you were before. But when you lose yourself so completely that you don't even remember who you were before how do you even start to get yourself back?
When you can't remember anything beyond the basic abilities to function you can be filled with extreme confusion and even fear. You have no idea if what you are being told it true or not. All you can do is put your faith into those who are trying to help you.

Birchwood has such a problem. Not only does this cause strife to him, but to his two closest friends as well. Regaining memory can be a long, slow and difficult path. What happens when you reach the end of the path though? Sometimes, even with the help of your friends you can reach the path's end to late.
