Babidi is on a course to Equestria, planning to bring Majin Buu, his creation, back to life, so he may kill all who stand in his plan of universal conquering. But to resurrect Majin Buu, he must gather energy in order to break the sealing spell that his original counterpart, Bibidi, created.

Twilight Sparkle & Co. are preparing for the next Grand Galloping Gala, which hopefully wouldn't be destroyed this year! They all have no idea that Babidi is coming.
