//-------------------------------------------------------// A Wonder Like Sourin' -by TyproTeasa- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Mane 6 Friends And Their Friends //-------------------------------------------------------// Mane 6 Friends And Their Friends The Mane 6 all had friends of their own, even though their friends with each other. The first time it has been discussed was during their lovely picnic on the edge of Ponyville. The birds chirped endlessly and the blue of the sky never changed it's color. Below that summer sky was the 6 pony friends, enjoying a delicious picnic. Until Twilight Sparkle bought up the topic on friends from the outer part of their group. Twilight took another bite of her sandwich and had set it down to speak. ''I'm so glad we're discussing this now. I did have some mixed feelings about it,'' she commented. Not Rainbow Dash. She felt melancholy even encountering the mere subject. It was hard to talk about without bringing back her memories of Gilda. Gilda was a grumpy, mean griffon thought being cool matters after Rainbow helped her in Junior Speedsters Flight Camp. ''I'm not glad,'' Rainbow noted ''It'll just harm my memories for Gilda. She was pretty mean at first.'' ''Don't fret, Sugar Cube, tomorrow when the sun peaks over the horizon, you'll see. Nothing to be afraid about.'' Applejack assured to make Rainbow feel better. The sun was beginning to set and the sky's blue has vanished and was replace with orange. Rarity rolled up the checkerboard blanket and threw on her back. Finishing the last piece of sandwich, Rainbow didn't feel like moving. She stayed in one spot for about five minutes. About the time when everybody left, the sky grew black. Twinkling stars surrounded the endless and starry ceiling. Faded clouds eclipsed the bright and vivid moon. Beyond that moon, Rainbow Dash could see a pony. Not a clear image, but she could see the twinkling from the nearby moon in their eyes. It was confirmed to Rainbow that he/she had wings that dragged them above her. The pony came closer. They were a dimmed, fainted dust blue and a lightning cutie mark. They were bound to sit next to Rainbow Dash. It was a stallion, and looked like Sourin'. Rainbow Dash began to inhabit some sort of nervousness. ''Hey, it's Sourin','' Sourin' introduce. ''Hi Sourin'. Nice to see you here,'' Rainbow Dash replied ''Can you help me?'' ''Anything for you.'' ''My friends all have a mate. I don't. I just want to fit in. Maybe I'm just not worthy enough for the stallions.'' Sourin' tilted his head down and smiled. His wings covered his face to ignore eye contact with Rainbow Dash. ''If I took you on a date, imagine tons on other stallions wanting to do the same. It's okay,'' Sourin' comforted her. By making her feel good, Rainbow felt as if they were already going out. But Rainbow still couldn't help it. Sourin' was sitting right next to her. She wished if they were together all the time. His eyes, his emerald green eyes, sparkled under the stars. Sourin' gave another weak smile. He was also thinking about sitting next to Rainbow Dash. He loved the way her shiny  rainbow colored hair gave way to the moonlight above. And her eyes also sparkled in the same time pattern as his, like they felt the same way. After a minute of awkward silence, Sourin' finally spoke again: ''Your friends, maybe you can ask them for advice?'' ''Your right, Sourin'. Thanks for helping me,'' Rainbow Dash thanked. ''Thanks for helping me. I finally got a moment to sit down and rest,'' Sourin' also thanked her back, ''I have to go home, now. Spitfire will kill me if I'm not there before curfew.'' Soruin' held down  his wings and pushed himself into the air. He vanished when Rainbow looked up, and remembered she forgot to say goodbye. All around the blue pony was darkness. Shadowy trees, a solid black ground, and all of Ponyville looked nonexistent. The birds no longer chirped their way through the sequencing day. Furthermore, Rainbow Dash didn't seem to want to stay outside no longer. As a result, Rainbow trotted as a head start, and pushed up into the sky. Seeing her house in the darkening sky's abyss, she boosted up onto Cloudsdale's fluffy clouds. She opened the doors to her house and laid heavenly on her living room floor. Feeling very sleepy, she slept right there in the middle of her spacious living room. Rainbow dreamed nothing more than her day tomorrow. She was planning on getting up and sprouting outside and meeting her friends. Then, she meets up with Sourin' and enjoy her peaceful day. Finally, she can meet up with her friends, telling them about the wonderful day. Although she was surely excited, restless for the new beginning, she'll have to wait. As soon as Rainbow Dash closed her sleepy eyes, her alarm clock beeped endlessly. It was waiting for her to shut it off. But not Rainbow Dash. She slept through the whole entire buzzing event. All the way up to when she was supposed to meet Sourin' at Sugar Cube Corner. 10:35 a.m. Seemingly waiting for her to show up. How was Rainbow Dash supposed to remember? She can't even remember to brush her teeth everyday. Luckily, she can't pass on a hang out with this awesome stallion. Come on, Rainbow Dash, it can't be that hard. It's not like your in love with Sourin', Rainbow Dash thought , . . . . .or maybe I am. Being the time it is, Rainbow Dash quickly buzzed out of the door. It took three miles to the ground, and six blocks to get to Sugar Cube Corner. The day looked nice and sturdy, prepared for anything in it's way. Inside the shop, it was hard to find Sourin'. It was crowded with ponies watching Pinkie Pie eating a dozen of triple-layered fudge cakes all at one time. But soon, she spotted him sitting with a light-orange mare with a spiked-up, dark fire mane. Kinda like Spitfire. Maybe she was giving him some tips on being a good flyer assumed. And as always, Rainbow thinks on the other side of the wall. Outside of the box and clear into the air, Rainbow Dash shouted: ''Sourin's cheating on me!'' Not just Sourin', but many other ponies, blankly staring at her in confusion. Rainbow trotted to his table, in which he sat at. All of the eyes of random ponies followed her do so. She firmly planted her hooves on the table's surface. Sourin' looked up. ''She's teaching me tips on how to make it into the Championship Flyers Competitions.'' he corrected her. ''Well, tell your lazy teacher, Spitfire that we're trying to have a pleasant date!'' Rainbow Dash spoke firmly. ''Rainbow Dash? What's wrong? You okay?'' Rainbow Dash then swallowed all of her guilt and embarrassment. ''Next time, don't make assumptions of my actions.'' He then swiftly flew away, out of the shop.
